Please read all of the reviews before booking this company. Everything the "REAL”customers are saying is true. Our experience this past weekend was very much the same. Prior to the wedding, we found out that she is operating two different companies under two separate website and charging set up fees for her chair rental company and through her drapery company. Furthermore, she will not even tell you that she owns both companies. When I confronted her about the two website (blossom events & elegant touch chairs) both have all her contact info she flat out lied and said that it was not her and when I said isn’t this your number she stated yes how did you get it , I told her from the website that she adamantly stated wasn’t hers it was her former husbands. Apparently, one was owned by her former husband which she still allows to operate under the business name elegant touch chairs, yet she is the one receiving the payments from elegant touch chairs and from blossom events which are both her. So PLEASE don’t trust this woman. I have an attorney looking into this matter as her contract clearly states that the deposit is refundable and she refuses to return my deposit stating that she didn’t charge me a setup fee when my invoice clearly states that she charged me. Don't believe me...check the phone numbers and try calling them...she will answer for both. Then again she may not because when she answers she swears she is on the road driving and that she will call you back and that’s a lie. She charged us a breakdown fee even though my sister and wedding coordinator broke down all of the chairs and stacked them...(took pictures to prove it) because she didn't want to return the fee, she then said we stacked them in 6 instead of 4, yet when she brought them in my sister was in the venue and they were stacked on her truck at least 6 to 8 high. Her costs include set up but when she refused to return my breakdown fee she then said that she didn't charge me for set when her invoice clearly states that her setup fee includes setting up the chairs. She may state that she's been in business for over 10 or 11 years , but she is most definitely very unprofessional and should not be in business at all. Do yourself a favor...pay the additional costs and use a different company.

Gave my venue lots of issues. Security got involved and she threatened to leave with everything I paid for because they were not letting her in through one side of the building. I, the bride, had to transfer and set the chairs up myself in my ceremony room with my coordinator the morning of my wedding. I was in the sun walking back and forth from the ceremony room to the elevator across the hotel. Sweat my hair which was blown out and got stuck in one of those big elevators for 35 minutes with the hotel staff trying to get us out. All in all though, the job was done at the end I guess. Thankful for the chairs and pipe/draping which was done nicely!! BUTTTTTT Pay the extra 1k for a better company 🤍

They did my friends wedding, it was beautiful and from what I was told, it was far more affordable than the competition. I personally adored the solid gold chairs they had and the cake table with the little hanging crystals. I don't plan on getting married myself, but I'd use them for a birthday party.

They did our wedding in 2016. Before I put a deposit down I was able to stop by venues to see her work. She was very professional. She was familiar with the venue, so she knew what worked best in each area. She was able to bring all of my ideas to light. I wanted a fabric that she didn't have. She went out and purchased it. I was very pleased with her & her team.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The just did my daughters wedding at the tampa museum of art and it was gorgeous! I ordered flower and greenery arch and backdrop for the sweetheart table and they were on time and excellent product and service and communication 100% rating. Do not hesitate to use them!

Horrible customer service. They miscalculated the total on my quote and we were shocked to see the actually total. We tried to negotiate a middle ground and she wouldn’t work with us, even though it was her mistake. It wasn’t cheap either, the total was $10,200 and we offered to pay $9,000, since it was her mistake. We have to text or call her everyday for her to pick up only once. She’ll say she’s busy and “will call you back” but will NEVER call back. I’ve been speaking with her about my wedding for months now and I’ve reached my point with her. Will NOT recommend this wedding decorator to anyone, unless you have the time to keep trying to get a hold of her. We found an excellent company to do our wedding and will not be doing business with her.

I had a wonderful experience with Blossom Events. I rented chairs and a sofa for my daughter’s quinceañera. Eileen was excellent and flexible after having to postpone party due to Covid. Her staff was very professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend them for any party needs.

Blossom Events provides us with excellence service. They are the kindest people, flexible and very easy to work with- not too mention they manage to make their services affordable. They made my fairy tale wedding come true and I owe it mostly to them. I will recommend them to anyone! Everything was impeccable and to perfection!

Very disappointed- didn't like the bouquets, they died by the end of the ceremony and couldn't even walk into the reception with them. Our flower girls didn't have flowers, the handles broke as soon as we try to grab them. Decoration over all was good but the table cloth that I rented looked like a table runner rather than a table cloth.

This vendor gave me a quote that was higher than my entire wedding put together. I'm getting married the Saturday after Thanksgiving. According to the individual whom I dealt with, the quote is high because it's "a especial day". I have contacted hundreds of different vendors in Hillsborough County & Polk County and compared to every other quote I received, this vendor is completely outrageous. I have hired nearly all of my vendors, with the exception of the florist and the linens, and the quotes I have received from reputable vendors is 1/4 - 1/5 of what I was quoted by this vendor. Not a single vendor whom I contacted quoted me a higher or even different rate because my wedding date happens to fall on the weekend after Thanksgiving. I will warn everyone I know away from this - someone who has not put in the amount of research I have into seeking good vendors might otherwise be swindled.
