Best Gluten-Free Restaurants and Bakeries in Los Angeles | Eater LA

"Blossom is one of the more vibrant Vietnamese restaurants on the Westside, with a cute narrow dining room, booming sidewalk dining scene, and solid selection of wines. Any pho here is good, but the pho duoi bo (oxtail) and pho tai (rare steak) are favorites — unless you’re sick, then maybe you want to go for the golden pho ga, or chicken soup. Supporting bun (rice vermicelli salad) dishes and rice paper-wrapped spring rolls complete the picture." - Nicole Adlman

Google
I recently tried the Fire Kazan (火山) Ramen at Blossom Ramen, featuring a ghost pepper chili bomb in a rich Tonkotsu pork bone broth. It was absolutely delicious! The broth flavor was particularly enjoyable, making for a truly satisfying meal.

Google
Amazing place with beautiful ambience. Food was delicious. Broth quantity was little less than what I expected. But overall it tastes good. I would suggest to try out Black garlic ramen 🍜.

Found this place on Google and it did not disappoint. Food was absolutely amazing. Very tasty, filled with flavor. The boba was even more amazing. The customer service was amazing. The atmosphere was very chill. Love the decor. When I come back to LA this will for sure be my first stop.

Google
I got the veggie ramen but asked for the red miso broth as a substitute for the regular veggie broth. I prefer more toppings and veggies in my ramen so that’s why my rating was a just three. I also tried their taro milk tea with boba and the boba was fresh.

Google
Great Ramen in El Segundo! Really good food and service is exceptional Had the Black Hanasaku Ramen....great flavor! The garlic really comes through and adds a fantastic layer. Noodles are awesome! Pork has good seasoning...wish it were thicker! Super fresh ingredients The Seaweed Salad is one of the best in LA! Dressing is perfectly balanced and the seaweed was fresh with that little bit of crunch Veg Egg Rolls were so delicate! Awesome pastry....crispy and light on the outside The Staff was so welcoming, accommodating and we're all smiles and patience

Google
Overall 10/10! We ordered the Red Sakeru Ramen and Tonkotsu Blossom Ramen, both were excellent! The broth was creamy, not fatty texture. Blossom Ramen is deserving of the highest possible scores for taste, value, service, and atmosphere. The employees were extremely kind and hard working!!

Google
I got off work at 8:45pm and was craving ramen since this morning, so I looked for a spot near me that was still open and....bingo half a mile away I found Blossom Ramen that was open until 11pm. The menu seemed to have different flavors than I'm used to such as : Black Garlic, Fire Chili, Vegetarian, Red Miso (I had this), and Pork Bone Ramen (my son had this one). We also had an order of gyoza, which were crispy all around, exactly how I make them at home! The young man that took our order was very polite and helpful, the interior is very pretty with cherry blossoms hanging from the light fixtures and a very colorful backwall painting illustrating a ninja-owl with Ramen. Great taste and good vibe! Free tip as an ex-server: When a restaurant states that it closes at, let's say... 10pm, this clearly means that you need to have ordered, eaten, have paid the check, and left the restaurant, all by 10pm. It does not in any way mean you can show up at 9:50pm and take a seat. Keeping in mind these things is how you get the best service!

Yelp
I didn't really like ramen before this place. I reluctantly came here with a group of friends after a day of beach volleyball, and was pleasantly surprised. I loved everything I ate. So much so that I actually craved ramen and came back. I ordered the miso medium spicy ramen, my husband had the spicy K ramen, and we also got the karrage chicken. Tonight I also got the passion fruit lemonade which was also good. The restaurant is small, but clean. There was not a wait each time we came which was nice. We've come in on Sunday and Friday evening. What prompted me to leave this review was the kindness of the server at tonight's visit. We came with some friends who have an almost 3 month old baby girl. We asked if they wouldn't mind giving us a small bowl of warm water so we could heat her bottle and she was so sweet. I live in Lomita, but will make the short trek to Blossom Ramen when I get my noodle craving. Sorry I don't have pictures, but the food looks exactly as pictured on their menu :)

Yelp
Black Hansaku Ramen 5pt scale soup - bland, could use more base sauce - 2.5 chashu - 2 noodle- soggy 1.5 garnish - 4 price - but high volume - medium however normally ramen served by hand size amount. awkward ordering system, why not do it like Japan and have a ticket seller outside. Vibe - not too organized お地蔵さん - (statue) - should be lower to the floor, not 神様. Overall, better than Kotsu however Kotsu has better chashu. Would rank 24th in my go to list.

Yelp
This is a cute little ramen place, I'm so glad I came here to try out their Ramen , it is sooo good!! And the chicken Karage too. All the food here are very yummy! Such a good comfort food for me after a long plane ride. Plus they open late.

Yelp
I didn't get a chance to try the ramen noodles on my visit, but I'll definitely be back to give them a try! I did order the Thai tea boba, and unfortunately, it wasn't great--it left me pretty disappointed. That said, the atmosphere of Blossom Ramen is absolutely adorable and inviting, which is a big reason I want to return and explore their food menu. They stay open pretty late, which is super convenient, and the menu offers plenty of options to choose from. Since I only ordered a drink, the service was okay, but I'm hoping for a better experience next time when I try the food. While the Thai tea didn't hit the mark, the charm of the place makes it worth another visit.

Yelp
Delicious! Takeout was easy (online) and quick, and the packaging is sturdy and innovative- there's a tray that keeps all your veggies separate from the broth until you're ready to eat! The interior is super cute- would love to have eaten in - the cherry blossom trees make a great setting! Service super friendly. Parking in plaza.

Yelp
Friendly service but unfortunately, we found both of our vegan ramen to be very bland. The good news is that when we asked them for extra flavoring spices, they promptly provided it and it quickly improve the quality and taste of the vegan Ramen. Portion size was very large, so good value. The restaurant also has a large menu of Boba drinks, but definitely does not specialize in these types of drinks and the drink quality was below average. Neither of us finished our drinks as they were also very bland. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and the restrooms are very clean. There is free parking in the strip mall. Ordering is quick as there is a self order option as well. I wanted to love this restaurant because the flavors were just not for me.

Yelp
I was hungover and desperate for comfort food and found Blossom Ramen close to LAX. It was quick, super flavorful, and they did not skim out on the noodles. The broth was rich, the texture was perfect, and honestly... it cured me. Also, my Thai tea? Perfect. Sweet, creamy, and exactly what I needed to pull myself together.

Yelp
Excellent service! We were greated and taught how to order, loved the food I got the spicy miso ramen. Super good! Ambience is very nice perfect for a little date!

Yelp
I don't have ramen often but I really enjoyed this place. The black garlic ramen I got was very good. Wasn't too spicy so I think it would be good for people who can't take a lot of heat. The egg was really nice and had some other flavor to it besides being a regular boiled egg. The meat itself was okay. Just as good as any other place but the broth was very delicious. I don't usually drink the broth separately, I usually just have it with the noodles but I kept going back to it because it was good and the day was a little cold so it was great for warming up.
google avatar

Yelp
The place is adorable! The art and flowers give a super cute vibe, lofi music in the background, easy parking and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I got the spicy miso ramen with extra protein, 10/10 recommend! My friend got the black miso ramen, delicious ! We ordered the seaweed salad, worst seaweed salad I've ever had. You can pass on that. But the ramen, DELICIOUS.
google avatar

Krysten A.

Yelp
I thought the concept was very cute as you do order first and then are seated to get your food. So many drink/boba options. Friendly service. I got the spicy miso which really wasn't spicy. Broth was good. Needed a bit more umami. Noodles were pretty good. It's good. Nothing that's really going to just stand out but I wouldn't be opposed to going back, especially since they have such a large variety of drinks.

Yelp
There's finally a top-notch ramen restaurant in El Segundo! We would go to Manhattan Beach from time to time and after watching the sunset, we would feel hungry and realize there aren't many options around, other than maybe burgers and pasta! Well, not anymore. With the existence of Blossom Ramen, you'd no longer have to drive to Sawtelle to get delicious ramen! The restaurant felt cozy, well-lit and clean! I also felt like the interior decoration was unique, made me feel like I was actually eating in an authentic Japanese restaurant! The customer service was also great and friendly . The food: Red Sakaeru (10/10): This was good mouth-watering! The broth was unique. I have an image in my head of what a good spicy ramen should taste like. This was different from what I'd imagine, but in a good way! The broth felt rich and the spice level was just right. The noodles were mildly chewy, and the portion was generous! The egg was tasty, too! The chasiu was juicy and fresh! It was so good; I emptied my bowl ! Chicken Kaarage (10/10): The chicken kaarage was also great! Portion was generous! This would be a great appetizer! Overall, I really enjoyed eating here and I would totally recommend anyone who loves ramen to at least try this restaurant once!
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
Blossom Ramen is a gem! I've tried the Red Sakaeru Ramen twice, which contains a rich miso-umami broth, tender pork chashu, marinated egg, and fresh toppings. We tried a grapefruit lemonade which was refreshingly tart and flavorful, and they have a range of boba drinks like matcha, Thai tea, etc. Their signature ramen bowls all taste authentically Japanese, with generous portions of layered flavors and textures . I appreciate that they stay open late for the South Bay (11 pm). The dining room has a cute, fun cherry blossom theme, and they're well-equipped for takeout orders. This is an ideal spot for a casual group meal, since you order at a cash register and then a server swings by the table as you eat.

Yelp
I ordered multiple items .... Egg rolls were so good , 10/10. Edamame same , not too salty . Thai tea definitely had way better at other places, lacking flavor! Ramen , I ordered the fire Kazan , I added egg and corn because it doesn't come with it 7/10. It could've definitely had more flavor . My order was through DoorDash so maybe served fresh would've made a difference.

Yelp
Nite cute place. First time for us and customer service was great. Ramen was delicious.

Yelp
First time, but certainly not the last. The service was incredibly fast and welcoming, the ambience was perfect for quiet conversation, and the food was glorious. Don't care where ya live - drive to El Segundo for this ramen (but don't leave your wallet).

Yelp
The menu was simple and well laid out. Since it was my first time, the hostess was nice enough to explain the various Ramen choices and how things are ordered. I like the way it was handled and how easy it was to order additional items afterwards if you decide to want an extra drink or coffee. The place was easy to find and popular but not too crowded, I did stop and eat before the dinner crowd was starting but nonetheless it was easy to find a table and when the order comes up they knew just where I was seated. It's not a big dining room by far. The ramen was truly and delight and well prepared with layers of tastes that kept it complex and delicious. I had the signature Blossom Ramen was a delighted with the unique flavors and deep pork-based broth. The karaage was good and hot with a sauce that compliments the chicken dish well. Can't wait to come back for more, it was definitely a great meal for a tired and hungry traveler

Yelp
We were craving ramen in the El Segundo area and decided to give Blossom Ramen a try. The black Hansaku was delicious and reasonably priced. They give you a hearty bowl of ramen. This place is a hidden gem and has an authentic flavor. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and has a fun decor with an anime mural to brighten up the place. Excited to go back to try their other ramens. 5 stars!!

Yelp
We loved ramen here. The location is a little hidden but once you there, you order at the counter. Food was delicious and service was great and quick -exactly what we needed that day! Check this place out!

Yelp
First time visiting Blossom Ramen. I ordered the pork chashu bowl (takeout) for my dinner mid-evening. The flavor profile of the bowl didn't wow me. Not likely to order th I s particular item anytime soon. I will visit to try the ramen.

Yelp
Aside from their lovely interior, their food and drinks were amazing. Staff were really accommodating too. Their Black Hanasaku Ramen with their Signature Black Garlic Broth is definitely a must-try item here! I love that the broth was really flavorful but wasn't too salty which I liked, and it was loaded with meat. I was surprised that the price is only $13.95, because the serving was pretty huge. They also have a pretty good selection of drinks. Like normally after dinner, I would crave for some boba or fruit tea and look for another spot, here I didn't have to since they already offer quite a variety of drinks which is pretty cool. I tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Lychee Green Tea, I really like the drinks, so good after having ramen.

Yelp
We were out in El Segundo doing some shopping and thought, Hey, ramen sounds great! Being from OC, we're spoiled with endless legit ramen spots, so we thought, how bad could it be? Well, Blossom Ramen answered that question with... Pretty meh! I went for the Fire Kazan Ramen and was instantly hit with a nice kick. So if you want a chili bomb, you're in luck! But as for the rest of the flavors? They must've gotten lost somewhere on the 405 because the broth was more warm water with spice than complex ramen broth. It wasn't totally bland, but it wasn't breaking any new flavor ground, either. Now, let's talk noodles. They felt suspiciously manufactured, like something you'd find in the instant noodle aisle after a 2-for-1 sale. Were they dried? Fresh? Frozen? 3D printed? I didn't look into it too much, but the texture was enough to make me think these noodles had lived a life of little adventure. The Pork Chashu? Let's just say it looked like they called it in from across the street. Thin, uninspired, and flavorless, like a piece of thick bacon that dreamed of being chashu but missed the mark. And the veggies? They looked like they'd been on their own journey, sitting in the sun, possibly doing some soul-searching, because they arrived wilty, sad, and not exactly bursting with freshness. The good? The staff were friendly. Also the flavored egg came through. This egg was the VIP of my bowl, flavorful and perfectly cooked. But even the greatest egg in the world can't carry an entire ramen bowl on its yolky shoulders. Overall, Blossom Ramen felt like the culinary experiment of your bro Chad who made top ramen all through college. If you're in El Segundo and really craving ramen, my advice: go online, find an OC ramen shop, and drive the extra miles for something that tastes like it actually came from Japan, not a dorm room stovetop.

Yelp
The fact that I ate all the ramen I ordered speaks to its exceptional quality. Furthermore, the ambiance is delightful.

Yelp
This restaurant is sure is pretty. Probably one of the most colorful and well-decorated ramen shops with plenty of whimsical ambiance, as well as chill music choice. As for the Black Hanasaku Ramen (Black Garlic), overall we like it. The broth is clean and refreshing worth every slurp. If anything, the only demerit is that the flavor a little too polite, with not enough kick from the garlic to give a stronger flavor. If I order a black garlic ramen, I want to taste said garlic. It's good, just need to dial it up a bit more. The noodle is great and absorbs the broth well, while the egg is wonderfully salty and delicious. Love this egg! I think the only thing that feel flat are the chasu pork and a bit too much ginger (maybe personal choice, maybe). The chasu is a bit too thinly sliced and lacks a bit of that char around the edges. It's a bit too soft, almost chewy, and needs a bit more meaningful flavor. Luckily everything else works, so it only played a supporting character as opposed to the star of the dish. Overall, good ramen, and can be great if the flavors are dialed up a notch!

Yelp
This weekend I had the opportunity to check out and it was so good! Here's everything I enjoyed at this delicious Japanese restaurant - Mystic Berry Fruit Tea - layers of sweet syrup with boba - Seaweed salad - had a nice texture (not too soft or hard) - Edamame - can't really go wrong here (unless there's too much salt which this one had the right amount) - Black Hanasaku Ramen - this is made with their signature black garlic broth - Tonkotsu Blossom Ramen - features bone broth and came with pork chashu Overall, I was completely satisfied with my experience and meal here. The vibe felt like we were transported to a serene, peaceful park in the middle of Japan. Our server, Kyle, was attentive and all of his recommendations were great (LOVED the Brown Sugar Milk tea we took to-go). The black garlic broth wasn't too pungent and complimented the ingredients well. You don't get an egg with the tonkotsu ramen (which is a must for me) so I recommend adding that if you like eggs in your ramen. The owner is kind enough to share a code with y'all when you go check this place out code 5ramenlove
google avatar

Evan Y.

Yelp
Awesome service. Super kind staff. Ambience is mellow and casual. The ramen is flavorful, the noodles have the snap you are looking for, the only issue is the base. We tried two different bowls, the signature and the spicy. If they could dial down the happy medium between rich, and oily it would be a game changer. The difference between good ramen, and great ramen is how you feel hours after you ate it.

Yelp
Blossom Ramen is a new ramen spot in El Segundo. Being a big ramen fan; I was definitely curious to check this place out. I had so many surprises visiting here. The first surprise was this this is actually a sister restaurant to Taishi Hainan Chicken. (I am a fan of Taishi Hainan Chicken in Redondo Beach and didn't know this was their sister restaurant till I spotted their ever so cute chick logo on the wall as well as noticed this place offering similar boba drinks!) Surprise number 2 was the cute look of this spot. They definitely live up to their name "Blossom" because one of the very first things I noticed when I walked in here is the pretty cherry blossom decor hanging from their ceiling. It is definitely a pretty touch and makes for a welcoming environment. I also really liked the colorful collage backdrop they had at the restaurant. Surprise number 3 is you do all the ordering up front at this restaurant. You seat yourself but before you do; make sure to order up front and pay up front too. For my visit here; I chose to get the Black Hanasaku Ramen ($13.95) and their Karaage ($8.95). Their Black Hanasaku Ramen consists of their signature Black garlic infused tonkotsu pork bone broth, two pieces of large pieces of their homemade Pork Chashu, half of a Flavor Egg, bean sprouts, green onion, Kikurage mushroom and Beni shoga red ginger. I thought the ramen was nice in flavor and well worth in price. I do have to say I though that despite a good broth; I didn't really get the Black garlic in the flavor and also thought the broth was a tad oily. As for the ingredients I liked the large pieces of their Pork Chashu. The Flavored Egg was on point! The Karaage was tasty as well. It was nice and crisp. I also liked the ranch like dipping sauce. I did think for $8.95 though that the price point was a bit high as the portion was not that big. I am still glad I tried this side dish though. Overall really enjoyed my first visit to Blossom Ramen. I always go to Taishi Hainan Chicken and can see myself doing the same with visiting Blossom Ramen when I am in this area.

Yelp
I had a craving for ramen. And there are a few choices in DTES. I narrowed it down to one place, and believe it or not, this wasn't it. Yeah, I'll be honest: I went to that other place a block away. I was already parked and got out of the car and all, and as I looked through the menu, this place, oddly enough, had this sudden (not to mention strong) pull on me. (Weird, I know.) So, I followed my foodie instinct and got back in the car and made my way here. I had regrets at first because there was NO PARKING!!! But a spot opened up not too long after, so there's that... There was a couple ahead of me waiting to put their orders in and get seated. (That's pretty efficient, right? Have your food prepped THEN get seated? Clever.) Anyway, I didn't plan on dining in. It was a work lunch run, so I needed to get back ASAP and multitask eating and working at the same time. I went for the black hanasaku ramen and a side of egg rolls. I got out of the way to let others get their grub orders in. They really stick with the theme of "blossom" because that's the decor you're going to be inundated with. But it wasn't tacky or anything, everything was really well placed. I was so busy looking around that I didn't even notice this place getting filled up rather quickly. Boy, that kitchen was about to get busy! It wasn't long before my food was good to go. It wasn't a long drive back, but the aroma lingering through my car was almost torture! EGG ROLLS: Average at best, nothing out of the ordinary. Although it remained crispy during transport, there was nothing special about it. BLACK HANASAKU RAMEN: Delicious. There was garlic flavor screaming all over that broth (which I loved!) Once the toppings melded with it, it was another different experience. Loved the chew of the thin noodles (which is my personal preference), the chasu was seasoned and sliced thin and some of its fat melted into the broth which added flavor. The egg was cooked a perfect soft-boil. Every bite was great and hit that ramen-mood spot. FOOD: 4. (5 for the ramen, 3 for the egg rolls.) SERVICE: 5. They appeared understaffed, but every staff member I saw hustled and really maximized the time to good use for service. VALUE: 4. (Again, 5 for the ramen, 3 for the egg rolls.) PARKING: Private lot shared with others. Street parking also available. OVERALL: 4.25. One thing they got right, though: packaging. They didn't seal the box for the egg rolls which aired them out and kept them crispy. They separated the broth from the noodles and toppings, so it didn't make them soggy. I loved this to-go bowl so much, I decided to clean it and find a way to repurpose it - which I have. All noodle soup packaging should be like this! The goal was a happy tummy and that was what I got. There will be future visits. Might skip the egg rolls but definitely trying another app. Until then... HIGHLY RECOMMENDING!

Yelp
Brand new ramen place opened two months ago in the heart of el segundo. The place has plenty of parking and upon walking in is very pretty. Whomever decorated deserves a shout out. You walk up to the host stand and order there. Then your seated. There's no soft drinks or alcohol and they do have house made teas and boba. Didn't try it but will next time. Got a kimchi side, chicken, and the fire ramen. Kimchi tasted good with nice amount of spice. The karaage chicken is a good portion for sharing and also tasted nice. Fire ramen was flavorful and just enough spice, although you can spice it up to your liking with oils. Overall: i know it's still new and figuring out the details. Be cool if they had a small potion of karaage chicken for those of us that want to substitute the pork. And maybe expand the drink menu. The ramen scene is heating up in el segundo and will definitely be back here and update accordingly.

Yelp
So first walking into this place I thought that it was very nice. They have great decor inside the restaurant makes the vibe feel very homie a perfect spot for a nice warm ramen for these cold days. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to eat it there since I was on my 30min. I called to order ahead of time very simple and the employee was very kind and recommended I try the black hanasaku since it was my first time and that is exactly what I got. I definitely would come back here for more ramen it was very flavorful layer upon layers of great flavors. But next time I will eat it there and hopefully try some of their boba teas which also looked amazing.

Yelp
Heard about a new Ramen spot - so of course, I had to check it out. After all, the Ramen Junkie has gotta have my fix. So ... Ended up here on a rainy day. Miserable. Cold too. Perfect Ramen weather. Was craving it hard too as I did laps around the area looking for parking. If you know the area, you know. Eventually found a spot a few blocks away which didn't make it fun walking over. But that's what umbrellas are for. I'd say service was fine but it's not quite table service. Walk in, order, then find a seat. If you're with a group, order while the others go and save a table because there's no host(ess) seating people. The Ramen was solid. See pics. Ordered extra noodles because I was starving. Also wanted spicy. Wasn't spicy but the broth had a good flavor and overall, for my taste, I enjoyed it. Just didn't love it. I'd go back as it's another Ramen option that's not far from home. And hopefully the other appetizers I wanted to order won't be out. And I don't wear out my tire treads looking for parking.

Yelp
Small location in a strip mall, seating for about 30, order and pay first then take a seat, ramen came in about 15 minutes, noodles were very good, broth was good. Had the fire Ramen and tonkatsu ramen, fire Ramen was about a 3/10 on the heat scale broth was very good, tonkatsu ramen was good but was not as rich and full bodied as other ramen we've had. Overall better than average at right around $25 per person with tax and tip you are in the same price range as most premium ramen shops in the greater Los Angeles area. Large selection of teas, boba and lemonade to quench your thirst, would go back again when we are in the area.

Yelp
Tucked away in a little strip mall in downtown El Segundo I was craving ramen and stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon. I had the Karrage chicken and the Black Garlic ramen. Delicious from the first bite. The broth was rich and flavorful. And the chicken was crispy and flavorful with a yummy dipping sauce. I will be going back next weekend and bringing friends!

Yelp
I arrived at LAX late at night and this place was open till 11pm! Quick drive from LAX. Order ramens and bobas for my kids, they loved it.

Yelp
03/03/2023 Friday is their very first day and I missed the ribbon cutting during the day. When you first walk in, you are greeted. Before you sit down, you order at the hostess stand. Pay for your order then pick a seat. I really like the giant wall mural and the decor. I would have to assume the older lady who brought my order out is the owner's mother and the older man bussing the tables is the father. The complimentary watermelon drink is super sweet. I enjoyed the ramen as the broth has good flavor. Lots of noodles and the thinly sliced pork is well done. Wish I knew a few words in Thai so I could say thank you as they thanked me when I left.

Yelp
Okay let me start off by saying that for me to give 5 stars, the food has to really really impress me! I've had good ramen! Amazing ramen, straight from Japan and this place was so good! I got the Red ramen and the broth was filled with flavor!! It wasn't too spicy at all and it came with a lot more than a usual bowl does. It had egg, bean sprouts, pork, corn, and green onions. Usually to add all that it would be like 1-2 dollars extra per item at other places. So the price was reasonable here for sure! The noodles were cooked perfectly as well! We came around 2pm on a Tuesday and the place wasn't very packed. You order first then sit anywhere you like and they will serve you. Staff was so nice as well! Easy free shopping center parking!

Yelp
Visited from the Bay Area and wanted some ramen to go near by our hotel. I ordered Fire Kazan, and the to go set up is cool because they separate the noodles and toppings from the broth, but very disappointed that the broth and noodles were very very bland and only had the spice. I guess noodles were bland because broth was bland. I hope the restaurant reads and takes their reviews seriously and makes an upgrade. Always room for improvement

this ramen spot is in el segundo in a little plaza with tons of parking. the inside is very aesthetically pleasing and it was empty when i got there. you order your food first and pay and then get seated wherever you want. i ordered the fire kazan ramen. it took under ten minutes for my ramen to come out and it was good. i think i would order something else next time though. the spice was great, if you're a fan of spicy ramen then this is for you! the inside is very clean and neat. service was great.

Yelp
Wow what an opening! When you walk in you're greeted with colorful flowers and a smiling staff. The place was bustling on its opening day and had a great environment. The food was quite tasty as well! The karage was deliciously juicy and was paired with a nice lemon-y aioli. The gyoza was crispy with a slightly sweet and (barely) spicy sauce. I do wish we got a little more gyoza for the price. The ramen was really good. The broth was rich and hearty as one would expect and the chashu was fatty/tender. I wish the chashu was cut a little bit thicker, but that's a personal preference. I love all the vegetables they included, especially the pickled ones because the pickly flavor really cut the dense broth well. I also got a free apple tea (grand opening special?) which tasted delicious. It was a little bit too sweet on its own, but when paired with the saltiness of the ramen, it was a perfect. For the price, I thought everything was great. Would definitely recommend supporting this new business!

Yelp
Amazing food, excellent service, comfortable and chill atmosphere. Stopped in on a rainy day.. certainly hit the spot. Will make it a point to return when I'm in the area.

Yelp
Great place for ramen! They have a few variety both spicy and no spice. I love the red ramen. It's not spicy to me although it says mild spice. The hanasaku is the most famous, but if you have it with the red one then it's a bit too plain. Rice bowl was great. Amazing! They have great sides too. Didn't try the drinks but they look good. Parking lot for the restaurant.

Yelp
Tried their veggie ramen and it was ok if like youre sick and need something bland but i cant stand when veggie ramens are just flavorless. It gives off the vibe that if youre craving veggie broth or if youre vegetarian or vegan you must not like flavor lol so that was a bit of a letdown. The noodles were ok.

Yelp
We came here an hr before closing. It wasn't crowded at all. It's about 10 mins away from LAX. The staff showed us how to order and providing recommendation. I love the Japanese murals and the cherry blossom trees really brought in the ambiance. I got the Black Hanasaku Ramen , which is one of the best broths I've tasted. The mushroom did throw me for a loop. The beef was easy to bite into. The egg was runny. I recommend this as a late night dinner after getting off a flight.

Yelp
We really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, the noodles were flavorless and very disappointing.

Yelp
First, let me say Patricia greeted me and was very helpful with the menu since it was my first visit. The ramen came out hot and it was DELICIOUS! I ordered the Black Hanasaku and it was lovely. The garlic was not overpowering. The portion size was great; I didn't leave feeling stuffed and bloated as I often do at a ramen place. MAYBE it was the noodles as Blossom uses the thinner ones. Oh my gosh; whatever it was, it was so tasty!!!! Patricia made my Jasmine milk tea and it was PERFECT! Jasmine doubled as the server and she was really the nicest person! She makes you feel very welcomed and that is rare these days!!! I can't wait to return and bring family and friends!

Yelp
I loved their interior it's colorful and the ambiance is just lovely. Went here for a date and ordered the Tonkotsu Blossom Ramen, Karaage, Red Sakeru Ramen. I personally would not try the Tonkotsu Blossom Ramen again. I felt like the flavor was very mild. But I did enjoy the Chicken Karaage.

Yelp
The food was delicious. One of the best ramens I've had. The edamame was fresh and not overcooked. Only problem with to go is that the small bowl doesn't allow for much broth. I got so little. Anyways, still a 5 regarding the flavor. I'll visit soon in person because uberetas is getting so pricyz. Hehe
