Very well located boutique hotel, with beautifully designed, spacious and modern hotel rooms. Staff provide perfect service, are very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant breakfast was 5 star. We were kindly surprised that the hotel manager has made an effort to make our children welcome too, provided them with small robes and left bath toys as gifts.

Amazing experience, rooms, beds, clean and attentive kind service. And I am very picky. The hotel was renovated and reopened a few weeks ago — meaning most of the reviews (which had almost prevented me from booking) on here are old and inaccurate!

Loved the place. It used to be a beer factory and then transformed into a mall and hotel. Perfect industrial style. It's really a piece of art and the hotel is highly recommended. It has a lovely rooms with high tech concept. They will give an iPhone to use so you can connect with hotel anytime. Loved it

Very good place in the city center. Good hospitality. Restaurant - in my opinion it doesn’t deserve for 4stars. Service is in very poor condition, so it’s better to find nice restaurant close to main market. There are also some difficulties in finding a room - No room numbers. Rooms are really nice and interesting. In one of the room there was some leaking from ceiling. Wow it wasn’t nice. Ventilation of the room is also bad- you have to open the window during taking a shower. At least - 3

Awesome Hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Nice bar (ATTENTION: Cigarettes and Cigars can be smoked inside) Cool and modern rooms. Very clean. And a great breakfast with a variety of different kind of egg. I will for sure come back!

This not a 5-star hotel. 5-star means quality of every element and an outstanding service. Only one receptionist which means that it may take a long time to check-in as the receptionist takes guests to each room. There were no towels in our room. If this is a 5-star how hard is it to check 22 rooms every day? No tea/coffee facilities Cheap toilet paper Not a practical design: square toilet seat, splashing taps, small tv, no sound system, fiddly tv, step in the bathroom a tripping hazard, no tissues, no iron board, long wait for someone to bring it to the room, front doors locked at night and you have to call for someone to open it! A member of staff was cleaning leaves outside our window in the morning. Questionable colour schemes but then again design is a matter of taste. Poor and inadequate lighting. Extractor fans not working in the toilet and the bathroom. No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Bathroom lighting poor so it’s difficult to apply make up with no over the mirror light. On a positive note, a very good quality bed and bedding. Pleasant staff.

Great location. Mall and park are connected to the hotel and are fabulous. Clean room and everything is high quality. However, not exactly practical/comfortable. I would stay here again, but only for a night or two.

The level of cleanliness and the very heavy wear of the furniture, floors and shower cannot make this a 5 star hotel. Additionally: A huge spider web greets all guests from right above the main entrance! Air ventilation seems to spread dust, bacteria, allergens instead of keeping the air clean.
