This hotel is much smaller than it looks from the outside...perhaps having only 3 or 4 rooms per floor. So it is a real boutique hotel.||||We booked a chic boutique room and were lucky enough to be on the street side on the 3rd floor, so the room had plenty of daylight and privacy. Most parts of the room were great. Lovely shower. The toilet is uncomfortable. The bed was good. The ceilings must be 15 feet high. The use of a cell phone for guests is weird and unnecessary. The flatscreen TV was very old and slow to operate. ||||We were told the mini bar was complimentary only to discover this not to be the case at the end. Fortunately it wasn't as expensive as it could have been. ||||If you need nearby laundry service, there is a very affordable place nearby called Pralnia Lavami that will wash your clothes quickly, sometimes within 3 hours, for 33 zloty per load. ||||The location is good. There are a lot of shops nearby in the attached mall. Note that the shops are closed on most Sundays. There is a nice park next door and walking through that gets you to the old town and all of the sites there.||||My only real quibble is that the housekeeping service kept turning the AC down to 10 degrees C. This is bad enough, but they also left the windows open.
