This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with - what a NIGHTMARE!
Like many Texans, our home was damaged in the snow storm. With a ton of water that seeped under our floors, we needed a water mitigation. Our insurance company assigned us to Blue Line.
This is where the nightmare begins.
After a 2 week delay in coming out to house for the service, I spoke with Mike who said he’d come out ina few days. With water already in the walls and under the floors, we waited for Mike a few days later and he never showed. Instead, he advised that he and one of his guys were “hospitalized” and couldn’t perform the service.
No one called, no one showed up. Mike ignored my calls and texts — all while water had already damaged our home.
Next thing, we were advised that Blue Line withdrew their services without telling us.
UNPROFESSIONAL!
