"Steak house fare meets Caribbean flavors at this outpost of the celebrated international restaurant. Located at the tony Ritz-Carlton, the eatery offers a fusion menu of choice cuts, just-caught seafood, and comfort food sides. Specials incorporate local ingredients such as tuna, snapper, and lobster, but standbys like popovers, Wagyu, and truffle mac and cheese still have top billing. An extensive raw bar, bespoke cocktails, and those famous Aruban trade winds enhance the entire experience."

Had a good dinner here. Staying at the hotel so it made sense just to try it. Porterhouse was nice. Food was excessively expensive but hey it’s at the Ritz. I enjoyed the experience.

This place was **absolutely unhinged—in the best possible way**. Every bite was absurdly, outrageously delicious. The kind of meal where you stop mid-conversation, stare at your plate, and reconsider your life choices up to that point. Bold flavors, flawless execution, and food made by people who clearly know *exactly* what they’re doing. Yes—it’s pricey. But it’s inside a Ritz, so if that surprises you, that one’s on you. The quality absolutely matches the setting. Service was smooth, confident, and perfectly paced. Nothing rushed, nothing missed. The entire experience felt intentional from start to finish. This wasn’t just dinner—it was an event. A memory. And a problem, because now other meals will be judged against it. Smash. Zero regrets. Would dine again without hesitation.

My steak was a little undercooked, yet the portion massive so I had leftovers. Next day I noted a good hunk of it was almost raw and I had an upset stomach. I should have asked for some money back. The BBQ corn was really good but maybe a little spicy. We liked the atmosphere but noted a few guests wore baseball caps and were dressed as if they came off the beach. Loved the pop overs and the service. I’d rate 3.4 overall.

when you factor in the price, this was a disappointing experience. the service was friendly but the quality of food is just not good. the popovers were nice and the seafood platter came with a good amount of crab, but my half was steak was overcooked, the patatas bravas weren't anything special, and the asparagus was undercooked and underseasoned.

The hostess were not warm or welcoming although they weren’t busy and just talking amongst themselves. The food was good one steak was way over cooked (medium came out very well done) they had to redo so longer dinner then expected. The manager sent a drink to apologize. Overall everything else was good.

I recently dined at Blt and was blown away by their truffle Mac and cheese and perfectly cooked steak. The Mac and cheese was rich and creamy with just the right amount of truffle flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection and had a beautiful sear on the outside. Amazing dessert, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious dinner.

Our waiter Dennis went above and beyond, he was the sweetest and very knowledgeable. I loved the cowboy steak medium rare with the peppercorn sauce. The steak was very soft and melted. The Kansas steak was delicious as well but very different. It was a little more tougher. The truffle Mac and cheese was delicious. The onion rings were good but unnecessary. We did not get dessert but omg the menu sounded amazing! I enjoyed the 689 wine, it was dry and semi sweet.

Finally a 5* experience on this island! Where do I even start? First of all, the staff were great. Super nice and welcoming. The place was beautiful and clean. And the smell of the food walking in made you wanna sit down and order already. Wine selection was the only disappointing part, as I’d rather have other French vineyards holding a good Chardonnay (beside the Louis latour they’ve got which is my lease favorite one). The bread was exceptional. I’m not a bread person and don’t like bread. But that bread was unreal. The oysters were fresh, but not that great. The tuna tartar was fresh and nicely seasoned. Now the meat, we’ve ordered the porter house and the cowboy. The cowboy was phenomenal and made to perfection. Where there porter house was over cooked and needed to be changed to a new one. On the second time it was cooked correctly and was great. But the cowboy was 100 times better. The max & cheese and mash were so good that I couldn’t stop eating them! Will defo go back!
