Got here 2 hours late because of NYC traffic. Enter off Pleasant St. Go around the the building to the right, then 1st left at the guard shack. Park next to the fence and go into shipping office on the left! Need your D.L. and they will assign you a dock. Little tight backing into docks when crowded but room to maneuver and back. Indoor restroom and staff are helpful. There is overnight parking but need to bobtail if want to leave for food, etc.

these guys have a no value of driver. i have a frozen load-10 . i did check in on time and he said break seal open the door and backup. after back up they read a temp 0 continuous and they informed coustmor. now broker ask why temp getting up. it’s the common thing when you open door temp is getting up automatically. these guys are not understand. then i go to thermo king and get refer download. so avoid them🙏🏼 they waste my day and next pick up.

7 am appointment for delivery. Gate opened just after 6 am for grocery and produce receiving. Entrance is first turn behind Walmart off Pleasant. Grocery and produce to left. Frozen to right and around back of the building. Maybe 5 spots on street for overnight parking. Staff is friendly. Require driver's license and keys at check-in.

Do NOT recommend this food prep/delivery service at all. I am going into my third week of trying to get my food delivered (and I'm a new customer, so at this point, I have not had one meal by Blue Apron yet). Due mostly to the incompetent delivery services of FedEx, I have yet to receive any order. It's just not worth it. Their customer service is decent but the overall experience has been terrible.
