"Another day, another Blue Bottle Coffee. As of Sunday the corporate-owned chain has opened up inside the Westfield Century City Mall, keeping hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, and opening at 8 a.m./9 a.m. on Saturday/Sunday, respectively." - Farley Elliott

Google
- it’s hip and has the same vibes and atmosphere with those in Japan, Taiwan and Jakarta - NOLA is meh. Tastes like regular latte despite the chicory brewed in. - Sweet Latte is pretty good. Sweet but not too sweet. Coffee is not too sour.

One of the best Blue Bottle Coffee experiences I had so far. It is located in the mall, first floor, make sure you stop by for a drink or a croissant! Although the store is a little bit small and has only 3 or 4 table for seating inside but there are many couches, comfy sofas, and a big porch swing right in front of the store for public use. Usually , there is a long line but you can order online ahead of time using their mobile app. The staff are nice and fast! Make sure you try the almond croissant! It is the best! Not very sweet but super delicious! Sweet latte and Cafe Mocha are recommended drinks(both hot and iced). Highly recommend!

Google
Coffee coffee coffee! Yes, I love coffee! I'm so happy I stumbled across Blue Bottle Coffee inside the Westfield Century City Mall. Since there isn't a Starbucks close to work, this is the next best stop. When coming to Blue Bottle Coffee, don't expect to get an iced vanilla latte or a frappuccino. No sir, that's not what BBC is all about. They are a specialty coffee roaster offering espresso, New Orleans-style coffee, iced coffee, pour-overs, Tea, and more. They also offer small bites. My go-to drink here is an iced sweet latte. Since they do not have my fav, iced vanilla latte, this is what they recommend. I'm also a big fan of their avocado toast! It's so scrumptious with an overload of avocado. So good! If you are a coffee lover, I highly recommend you check out Blue Bottle Coffee.

Google
Normally I love blue bottle they have amazing interior and amazing coffee. This time the coffee had fragments in it and no it is not supposed to contain them. We ordered 2 hot sweet latte and both of them had fragments , which I have never experienced before.

Google
Always a huge fan of bluebottle and have to check this location out! everything croissant and the chocolate croissant was good! wish they could be toasted and warm but there’s rly nothing they could do about it Super small store, very very limited seating inside so don’t expect to stay there for long. However there r much places to sit around the gorgeous mall which is nice

Google
They are always busy, but they didn’t make it clear where the line starts, we went there and saw a line in front of the counter, they just making coffee and not taking orders, later some other people came, and they asked us to order that was when we realized ppl ahead of us already placed the order. And there were a white loser came later than us accusing us cutting the line. I mean the barista knew we came first that’s why he asked us to order first. But still that white Karen kept talking to others like we cut the line. And the staff just let it happen. They are just quite not maintaining the order and guiding the line. Just make sure if you are in the right line.

Google
Very delicious cappuccino. The shop is simple and well designed. The prices are on the higher end side and you can taste the expensiveness. The regular brew is $4.5 and adding milk costs you $.50.

Cherine H

Google
Good spot for good coffee if you're shopping around the mall. Currently the capacities for people so there might be a little line but it moves fast. I love the quality of the coffee it's not too strong when I get the cappuccino still nicely designed the milk is very fresh you can also choose non dairy. I like their tiny cups when I get the small or regular because it stays hot and I find it more enjoyable more like an expresso instead of having a big mug where you're too full. Friendly staff very clean and sanitary. I tried their chocolate chip biscuit it's very tasty and crisp not too sweet I think it had salt as well.

Yelp
I originally wanted to order the iced Samra latte since it was their featured drink and it was my first time here. But then I saw the iced Nola which was more of their signature drink and what everyone seemed to be ordering! This mall is incredibly beautiful. Love the tables and seating they have here. It's like half indoor/outdoor if you will. The line was basically out the door for this tiny coffee shop but I really wanted to give it a try! Not sure how long I waited but it was quite honestly worth the wait. My drink came out almost immediately so it seems like they brew it ahead of time? Not sure. BUT! It was incredibly flavorful and delicious. It had a different coffee taste than what I'm used to but my bf loved it as well. We also got a salted chocolate chip cookie that I forgot to take a photo of (shame on me but I was so focused on the delicious coffee) but it paired really nicely with this coffee! Definitely a must try spot and would love to try their Samra Latte next time! IG: @ammysalamii

Eliseo R.

Yelp
Came here with friends as per their suggestion. We each got a drink and I got the Samra iced latte. It comes with oat milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon blend. I enjoyed the taste of the coffee and felt like it wasn't too sweet, which I liked. The ambiance inside is very minimal and calm-- the cafe was full of people but there was no sense of chaos. We did a quick coffee pit stop here and the taste fulfilled our craving for coffee. I only wish the ice cubes weren't so large-- I finished my drink rather quickly and was left with large ice cubes in my cup. - street parking - good customer service

Gohar K.

Yelp
Not sure why people love this coffee. I ordered a cold brew with easy milk and it tasted like water. After a few sips I was done with it. And these cups are not the best for cold drinks. Very tricky on the mind. I don't know why they can't serve cold drinks in see through cups like other places. .... If anyone knows let me know. The tasteless cold brew cost me almost $6 .... Busy location, poor customer service. ....

Michelle L.

Yelp
i had high hopes for blue bottle coffee! their abbot kinney location is the closest to me but we were in the mall on sunday and ran into blue bottle coffee as we were leaving it was busy of course, but staff moved the line quick. i ordered their NOLA, iced it was on the creamier side i would def go again to try one of their espresso drinks but love their simple menu the space was pretty clean for having high foot traffic and being in the mall a few seating options were avail inside parking: located in the century city mall, self park garage. first hr is free. parking rates apply after the first hr

Francine L.

Yelp
Blue Bottle Coffee is all around the states and coming in strong with a small menu but tons of bold flavors for coffee fanatics. There was a line here during the weekday and around lunchtime. It is right next to a girl's clothing store named Aritzia. I ordered a spiced nola which is tasty and enjoyable. I'm addicted and every time I pass by a Blue Bottle I find myself ordering this.

Mary D.

Yelp
Go to coffee pit stop when I go to the mall. Super quick, what you would expect of a blue bottle coffee chain. It's really cramped in here though so I wouldn't recommend meeting up to chat here with a friend or get any work done. The service is patient when ordering and every cashier I have interacted here was pretty knowledgeable in explaining drinks. I don't really like the cold brew here or any of the regular coffees but the iced saffron vanilla nola is my pick when I go to any blue bottle coffee!! Always a must. I finish half the cup before exiting the shop

Matt H.

Yelp
The espresso is pretty sour. I'm not sure if it's under roasted or what the deal is. You know who figured out coffee a long time ago? Italy. Just make a cup of coffee that tastes like that! Blue Bottle isn't as bad as a lot of other hipster doofus places, but this isn't great. Plus it took 12 minutes for an Americano to come out.

Ni D.

Yelp
I like the location, ambiance, and their drinks. They give you a discount if you bring your own bottle, it's important you do that for the environment ok. Service is great too.

Scott F.

Yelp
Great place to pop into to grab a pick-me-up while at the shops. Although I love a basic black coffee - my coffee was far from basic. It was well roasted, and served at a great temperature to start drinking (nothing worse that trying to wait for it to cool down and missing that window and it getting too cool). My work travel companion had an iced coffee option and they said it was exactly what they needed.

Maruko X.

Yelp
Ambiance: it's a trendy new coffee shop opens in century city mall, and the waiting line is insanely long, very disorganized lines for orders and pickups Service: very friendly, though you have to wait again once you placed the order Drink: simple menu, and their most popular one is NOLA coffee Caffe Latte - *** iced or hot, very bold taste Price: overpriced for its quality and portion, expect $6~ $8 for a small to regular cup, not worth the forty minutes wait at all

Luke H.

Yelp
Decide how long you are willing to wait for a take away coffee. The quality didn't give me those hours of my life back. Crowded interior for obvious reasons.

Thuy Dan T.

Yelp
Strong coffee spot that make consistent coffee that doesn't taste bitter. Sometimes there's a line but it goes by fast! I typically get a black coffee and it keeps me energized for the day!

Emma B.

Yelp
This coffee is worth the 45 minute wait. My coworkers have been praising this coffee and I now understand why. Bold flavors, fast service and pricing that doesn't break the bank. Due to its popularity you will be waiting in line so be prepared. The shop is tiny but there is ample seating available through the mall area.

Jasmine V.

Yelp
I stop here almost every week whenever I'm at the Century City Mall. I get the sweet latte. The coffee is always consistent and good. The service is a little slow, but always friendly. However, they do offer online orders for pick up, so you could avoid waiting in the small crowded space by ordering online.

Cristina G.

Yelp
Shakerato! Just order this! It's so good! :) It's a must coffee place for me whenever I'm at this mall. Just be patient cause the line can be long and the place is super tiny.

Anabel G.

Yelp
This is a nice little coffee shop in century city, it was super busy there was a line & people waiting everywhere it's pretty small. We tried an iced latte and it was not good at all unfortunately, it was super bitter & flavorless. Not sure if we just ordered it wrong but we did not like it unfortunately.

Michael S.

Yelp
About once a year I go to this Blue Bottle in the Mall. It's a clean store, the workers are nice, it's just too expensive for what you get. Albeit, oat milk is free. But for $7 or more for a 12 oz cup, they should sprinkle some gold dust too! I have no idea why they charge extra for almond milk, but whatever. Everything is one size, the coffee tastes fine, the special drinks are good, nothing crazy, a little sweet, but don't stand out. The plain caffe latte is the best. I recommend going for the normal latte with oat milk and the coffee art! The employee ally are very nice too!

Luke L.

Yelp
I can understand all of flaws for Blue Bottle Coffee at this location: (1) It is located in Westfield Century City mall, so you don't come here just for coffee or else you will have to go through troubles on parking your cars in the parking garage. (2) The coffee shop can get busy during weekends and the interior space is small. (3) Since the shop is small, there are no indoor and outdoor tables to enjoy your coffee. Despite all of issues, Caffe Latte (hot - $6) was surprisingly really good despite the ugly looking latte art. Not sure if I would come back to this location, but I wouldn't hesitate walking into other Blue Bottle locations now I know what to expect for my unsweetened latte drinks. Minus one-star on setting & ugly latte art.

Jorge G.

Yelp
By far and hands down the most consistent of the coffee chains here in Los Angeles. Always on point and perfectly extracted coffee. I cannot explain how they get this perfect textured oat milk on their lattes but it's something magical happening between the steam wand and the getting into the cup. Staff and baristas are always friendly, top notch equipment and very clean location. It is Century City so the parking is a bit of a hassle but I normally walk here so I don't deal with it much. The CC mall is a nice place to walk around and this is definitely the premier coffee place here. I did not like the New Orleans coffee but also it irks my soul that they don't have a larger drink cause I want more each time I go. Definitely a must have, if you care about quality coffee from a purist company- very simple but well executed menu.

Akiko I.

Yelp
- Gluttony Expedition - Hojicha latte: I usually go for cappuccino at BB because it's so good. But I finally tried something else. Good hojicha flavor, but my barista wasn't skilled unlike other locations. It was lukewarm, not hot. The latte art.... the round-like thing..... didn't look good at all. I'd have just aborted it if I were the barista. Decaf cappuccino: it was better than my hojicha latte but the latte art clearly shows how unskilled barista was - it wasn't as good as usual BB cappuccino. - Conqueror's Deduction - This is the 2nd BB location that let us down after dozens of successful visits at BBs. 1st one was at downtown San Diego. This was the 2nd. If you see my pictures, you can tell we're not bull shitting. If you see the latte art, you could tell the barista wasn't good enough to make a decent latte art (it's not easy to do it!). It's just terrible. You can't fool coffee snobs like us with these latte art... I love BB. Your coffee was the reason why I got into tasting cappuccino all over. I wasn't even a coffee drinker. But I was so moved by the cappuccino at BB. Now I love coffee thanks to BB. I've tried over 60 coffee shops and BB is my 2nd best coffee shop that maintains the consistency and high quality/standards throughout the branches. Now it's harder for me to say it with confidence. Well, only 2 bad ones out of dozens might be still good. I love BB's FANTASTIC cappuccino - rich and creamy - and go there knowing to get that tasty coffee with confidence. I'm disappointed and definitely less frequent to BB lately.... Sad.

Yelp
No efficiency whatsoever. The workers look like they have no clue on how to prepare the menu drinks. They need to take lessons from Starbucks or Cafe Orleans! You stand in line forever just to get a latte and wait additional for that drink. Just lost a huge order from me. Thank God there are other coffee outlets in this mall! ...Coffeebean and Nordstrom Cafe...you have my business from now on!

Karishma N.

Yelp
I think this is my new favorite coffee in LA. The cappuccino tasted excellent. It was not too bitter or strong and very soothing. I really enjoyed it. This coffee is definitely on the pricier side though, I spent 11 something for two cappuccinos and the size is a lot smaller compared to other coffee chains. It really did taste good though. So many times I go to these hipster coffee shops with similar pricing and it's awful and can't even drink my drink. Here I really enjoyed every sip. Loved their latte art also. I will be back!

Jessica W.

Yelp
My go-to drink is the New Orleans iced coffee with oat milk. The coffee tastes sweet and creamy, which is how I usually like my coffee. The place is small and they sell some merchandise inside besides coffee. No seating inside the shop, but you can sit outside the mall area. Located on the first floor in Century City Westfield Mall.

Jesse S.

Yelp
Quite simply, the best tasting coffee beverages I've had in my life. My daughter also absolutely loves this place. My favorite orders are the sweet latte, the seasonal coffees the cappuccino is out of this world. Some advice: use the app! This way you avoid a long lineup. Hint: the fact this location always has a long line shows just how yummy the coffee is! Five stars all the way.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
I had gotten the Hojicha latte with almond milk. Very tasty and I also appreciated how they had non dairy substitutes. I would recommend stopping by if you're in the area! tip: there's not many chairs or tables within the store but there's some seats + tables outside to relax at.

Emily I.

Yelp
Excellent quality coffee. NOLA latte is next level. I personally love oat milk in my lattes and good coffee is usually accentuated with oat milk. Gotta gets some beans from here!

L L.

Yelp
Coffee is fantastic but the price is pretty steep. Once and a while if you want to splurge it's ok. I wouldn't go here everyday, the lines are pretty long too.

Tae Kyung Y.

Yelp
Love this little Blue Bottle at the mall - this was close to the place I stayed so I decided to get some work done here. Did not know it was attached to the mall, but they open earlier than the mall itself, so I was able to grab my favorite sweet latte. The only thing about this place is that -- they don't have outlets. So I ended up ordering the coffee, chugging it and walking half a mile to the Starbucks. Still -- Blue Bottle is always great and I ended up walking back to pick up ONE more cup of coffee on the way home. The lines weren't crazy either and employees were super friendly!

Michael C.

Yelp
What a shit show. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee, then it wasn't ready, waited another 10 minutes and asked for a refund. Basically the tall barista with curly hair got a tip for doing nothing bc the tip wasn't refunded. They acted like they were doing me a favor for first taking my order, and then giving my refund. GTFOH.

Maria M.

Yelp
The coffee is delicious. I ordered a Shakearato. My only complaint is that when the girl poured it in front of me it was only 3/4 filled. I will post a picture and that's my complaint. I paid $7.75 for a small cup of coffee ( in Starbucks standard it is a Tall) it's ridiculous This is embarrassing for the coffee shop

Maryam M.

Yelp
Updating my review: The business reached out to me and apologized for my experience. I really appreciated that outreach, additionally they refunded my purchase. That gesture shows me that this business does value their customers and feedback and for that I am grateful. I'm hoping that me sharing my experience will have a positive impact on experiences going forward. Thank you! Original Review: In business customer service is everything and today I experienced the worst customer service ever at this location. This is only my second time coming here, I just recently discovered the waffles. My husband and I were on a day date, he wanted a bowl from his favorite restaurant and I wanted a waffle so we decided to come to this mall specifically for these two things. I placed my order 1 hot Nola, 1 Sweet latte and 2 waffles. I knew it would take a second for the order to be ready so we walked to two stores that were nearby. I was gone 7 minutes tops. When I looked at the counter I saw an order but it didn't match what I ordered. One of the cups had Sweet Nola written on it but the other cup did not have sweet latte. I waited a couple of minutes and then went to ask if my name was called. The female barista cut me off mid sentence saying "it's right here" I was confused because I didn't see waffles and the second cup did not say sweet latte. So I tried explaining my order and she cut me off mid sentence again it's right here. I sternly said and 2 waffles, she turned to the waffle maker opened it and the waffles were burnt to a crisp. She informed the male barista that he is supposed I set an alarm. I heard him jokingly ask if he should give me the burnt waffles. It was obviously a joke but completely unnecessary and in bad taste. Mind you neither of them apologized to me for the delay and the female barista did not apologize for her oversight. I go outside and explain to my husband that we are never coming back again, but I still wanted my waffle. I go in and patiently wait, it took a very long time. So long that I began to wait in line to request a refund. When they were finally ready the female barista hands them to me along with 2 cards that are buy 1 get 1 free. No apology or acknowledgment of the mistake or delay. As much as I love the waffles that you offer I will not be coming back. As I waited I saw the female barista joke with other customers and have positive exchanges, so I know she is capable of better customer service. Unfortunately my money and time is valuable and you have lost a customer.

Anna C.

Yelp
Best cup of coffee I've had in a long time. If you come during busy hours, trust me it is worth the wait! My first time here and I thought- "let's just go to coffee bean around the corner".. I am so happy my friend made me stay. She has always known what's best for me! Yum! And great hospitality. I will never go anywhere else. If anyone asks for a recommendation- FOR SURE recommending this store.

Carrie U.

Yelp
Always a great stop for a cup of yummy coffee! I love anything with almond milk here. Cappuccino, latte, coffee are all good. Espresso is strong but hits the spot.

Han L.

Yelp
My favorite drink here is the cascara fizz. 5 stars for that alone. I'm a huge fan. I'm not huge about the coffee, but this drink is it.

Chris O.

Yelp
I don't know how it took me this long to finally try Blue Bottle at Century City but I finally did. My go-to drink at any coffee shop is a mocha with whole milk or in this case a Caffe Mocha. Although it was a holiday (Presidents' Day) and early afternoon it was relatively busy. Although there were four people working when I got to the front of the line, the cashier disappeared and it was just kind of awkward (nobody said anything). However, once I ordered, the drink was made super quickly and was amazing. The coffee quality was great and the temperature was perfect. Overall a great coffee shop and I'll probably be back soon.

Jon C.

Yelp
If I could leave this place a 0 star review, I would. Horrible attitude. Demanded that they were cash only when clearly they accept card because card readers WERE present. I suspect the employees here in the morning are taking the money under the table. 0/5 would not recommend. I'd rather stick with my Keurig.

Dan H.

Yelp
Hilariously bad customer service. Telling customers what they can and cannot order 10 min before closing.

Carrie U.

Yelp
I ordered the New Orleans iced coffee. It was average. I'm not sure what the hype is about this place.

RD A.

Yelp
Love the Oatmilk Latte, I usually go to Starbucks but sometimes I need something different. It's not close to where I live but it's worth it for the peace and quite. Usually Starbucks gets very crowded. No wait here when I ordered my coffee. This location is in a mall so it was really empty before the mall opens. Time to chill and relax before my work day.

Yujia F.

Yelp
Good as always. Have been visit many blue bottle shops, all of them are great. Stores are always bright, clean and tidy. Branding is fantastic. Even just a simple paper cup with a small blue bottle logo looks fancy and trendy. Ordered: Blueberry almond tea cake (great for balancing the bitter flavors of coffee) Burundi pour over (clean finishing coffee)

Lauren L.

Yelp
Simple and good! Needed a little refreshing pick me up while shopping. I just got an iced decaf oat milk latte (super basic) and it was creamyyy! It was the right amount of sweetness, plus the oat milk already adds sweeter notes. The amount of ice was perfect too, making the latte crisp and smooth. Under-iced drinks just don't hit the spot. This one did tho! The decaf might be a slightly lighter roast, but I prefer that flavor. Just what I wanted :) Service was quick which I appreciated! I was debating whether or not to get an iced matcha latte. But I get really picky with my matcha. I saw other's drinks and it looked pretty legit, but I asked about customizing the sweetness and it seemed like too much work (maybe the concentrate presweetened?). I'm not really sure and I'll try a matcha next time. I'm just really particular haha!

Stephanie F.

Yelp
I come here pretty often, every time I come to the mall for whatever reason. I used to only be able to go to the Blue Bottle in Tokyo, when we go once or twice a year, and then there was one an hour drive away in Florida that I never actually got to go to, so I'm finally freed from Blue Bottle deprivation. Iced New Orleans is pre-sweetened, so no adjustments can be made, but I love it. I always ask to halve the sweetener everywhere I go, but I'm always happy with the amount of sweetness in their iced coffee. I also always being my own cup, but I noticed they sell plastic reusable cups here last time I went. I prefer glass and stainless so that's what I bring. Just a note, I was told they can't serve hot drinks in any glass reusable cups anymore due to new policy world-wide, even if they're heat-proof glass. The waffles are yummy (and tempting), I've had a really good sandwich here, and I usually get the rosemary-scallion cornbread scone (savory!). There's limited seating inside on busy days but you can enjoy sitting outside on one of the many seating options right outside the cafe. I think my consumption of Blue Bottle has slowed down significantly recently, but I'll definitely be stopping by whenever I'm at the mall!

Calvin Y.

Yelp
I love Blue Bottle Coffee -- if I lived closer to one, I'll probably skip eating and just drink coffee all day long. We like to visit this mall early -- right when the stores are opening when its kind of quiet still -- and first stop would be Blue Bottle Coffee (second if our kids spotted Sugarfina first). My go-to drinks are Sweet Latte, Shakerato, and Iced Spiced Nola. Don't need the fancy drinks at Starbucks or overly complicated customization -- just Oat Milk and that's it. This location is small and tends to get crowded inside and a bit of a wait so do what i do -- start the day early there.

Steve C.

Yelp
Yeah definitely come here if you want to wait 10min for your coffee while the employees finish their gossip and conversations. Oh yeah and when you do get your order check it because it's most likely wrong

Louisa M.

Yelp
My god Blue Bottle makes the best coffee on Earth. Well, stateside anyway. This is my go-to java joint when I'm in Los Angeles. The minimalist shop can be a little intimidating, especially when it's so close to Beverly Hills, but don't let that stop you from trying one of the best cappuccinos or espressos ever. The employees are a funky bunch, but they are super friendly. I'm a coffee snob.I don't mess around. It takes a LOT to impress me, especially at $5 per cup. My go-to is a classic cappuccino. Always rich and creamy, it's just fantastic. The coffee here is slightly fruity yet toasty, and has the perfect roast. I think it's better to get it to stay so it's in a proper ceramic cup. The seating inside is extremely limited, so I like to take my coffee and enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather in many of the outdoor seating areas in the open-air mall. They'll happily let you take your ceramic cup outside to enjoy your beverage, just return it when you're done! They have a small selection of sweets for sale, including gluten-free and vegan options. Note that they do not have Splenda here. Bring your own if you have a sweetener of choice.

Aaron O.

Yelp
Great place for a single origin pour over coffee. Convenient location and great coffee.

calypso b.

Yelp
It's whatever. Super overpriced and the coffee is nothing extraordinary. I get weird vibes.

Rit A.

Yelp
Another Great Service with well-mannered staff. Super clean. Highly recommend. They keep the place in this hot weather free of flies. I tried the new French cafe upstairs and it was a disaster with Dirty staff/dirty nails so I stick to regular spot and lovely neat staff " Blue bottle Coffee

Mahala H.

Yelp
So usually I have a pleasant experience here, however I wouldn't describe today as the same. I recommend whoever is taking orders, to acknowledge the customer before they walk away from the register to fulfill other tasks, or else the customer can potentially feel ignored. Today there was a longer line than usual, and the person in the front who was taking orders was doing just that until it got to me. Once my turn to place my order, the guy walked away and started fulfilling other tasks. I understand that these tasks needed to be done, but at the very least I expect to be acknowledged or greeted before I'm left unattended. He could have said "hello, one moment" or "I'll be right with you." This is just basic customer service that I would appreciate during my next experience here. Considering the prices are a little higher than other coffee shops, I do expect a quality level of customer service to accompany my valuable cup of Joe. Thank you!

dan f.

Yelp
i like to walk in the morning to a nice coffee shop. i stumbled across blue bottle. after ordering a cappuccino and a waffle, i learned this is yet another one of these places that ignores the people waiting for coffee while they fill their online orders. i ordered a cappuccino and waffle. the cappuccino came out quickly but was luke warm. i would like to have it with my waffle but feel like i need to drink it while there is still some semblance of warmth in it. I slowly sip my cappuccino while i wait and wait for my waffle. i watch them working hard to make lots of coffee for people who aren't even here. They do this while my waffle sits on their counter cooling off. when i finally complain the polite worker hands me the waffle and a smudged promotional card to come back with a friend for a buy one/get one coffee. the waffle is cold. i now have to wait while they make me another waffle. why does getting a hot coffee and a hot waffle have to be so hard ? Perhaps they should take care of the people in the store instead of worrying so much about orders for people who aren't even there. i'm not using the free coffee card because im never coming back. i gave it to a group coming in when i left.
