4.5! mocha is an interesting taste - different, i liked it but my sister didnt. their bakery items were also really good - sesame croissant and cheese pie were really tasty. they have a cute spot and even has second floor seating and outdoor seating i did too good to go here and it was a great deal!

When i tried Blue Bottle for the first time in Manhattan, I was blown away. However, i was really disappointed when i tried it again in Tokyo and Fukuoka. But this location totally renewed my faith in Blue Bottle again. I loved the atmosphere of this location. It is close to the hustle and hustle of LA K-Town. I ordered Ice Nola. It was so good.

One of the best coffees I’ve ever had! It’s smooth, yet rich and served at the perfect temperature. The whole store is a vibe, staff is super friendly and the interior design makes you wanna stay and hang back.

I’ve been to many locations but I had to write this review because the baristas at this location compared to other locations I’ve been to are notably more friendly and efficient with orders. It is also nice that it’s not too loud or busy. There’s always plenty of seating available inside and outside, and I noticed the back patio is open as well! The ambiance is nice overall and uplifting. The perfect space to sit back enjoy your coffee, do a little work, or meet friends. The drinks I’ve had here are made well consistently and I have no complaints. The new breakfast sandwich with the freshly cooked egg is DELICIOUS and relatively healthy. My go-to drink here is their iced cappuccino with added muscovado syrup (the brown sugar syrup that comes in the sweet latte) however their new and exclusive Nola Cold Foam drink is my latest obsession! Looking forward to my next visit. Best solid consistent Cafe in Ktown 👍🏼

I don't know if it was because my expectations for Blue Bottle were high, but my first visit was a bit disappointing. I expected professional and proactive baristas, but they were no different from those at any other franchise. Their coffee has acidity and is smooth. Also, the Norasaketto was sweet and tasty with the oat milk substitution. However, considering their reputation, the taste wasn't particularly special. This is just my personal opinion.

I had a 5-star dine-in experience at Blue Bottle Coffee. The banana loaf was moist and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the rich warmth of the oat milk latte (warm not hot upon request). The staff, though nameless in my memory, were friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment of my visit. I highly recommend this spot for a cozy and delicious coffee break!

It’s rarely I get an espresso from blue bottle, but when I do they never stop delight me. One of the view spots that serve you espresso with a glass of water ( as it should be). Rich taste, elegant cups, and inspiring vibes at the Arts district location. Love coming to this place. It always gives me new ideas and inspiration. Fantastic place to fight your creative block.

I’m a Blue Bottle fan, and this location is very pleasant. All kinds of seating: inside, mezzanine, outside. Everything is cute and clean. Service is kind and fast. Decaf latte with regular milk is great!

This is by far the best and friendliest coffee shop in Korea town. The service is always on point and the flavor of all the coffees are excellent. Always greeted with a smile and good service

Iced nola is pretty good. I am pretty impressed this time since I came early and there was no line. Barista was not rushed and the drink was really good. Will come back to try cold brew next time.

Nice spot to work at! It can either be very hot/warm inside or very cold. There's an upstairs with additional seating so it's pretty cute. WiFi is a little spotty at times, but coffee is great (not too sweet) so it's not too bad.

I went to buy a New Orleans today, and it felt like they gave me a half-hearted portion. I asked if this wasn't too little, and they said something ridiculous like "the foam will settle." When I got home, I realized just how little it actually was -- it's honestly infuriating. I want to go back and return it because I'm so upset. I also didn't like how the staff were chatting while taking orders, and the way they spoke to customers was unpleasant. I'm never going back as long as that woman works there.

Blue Bottle Coffee is delicious and consistent when it comes to their baked goods, lattes and NOLA cold brew. The interior had lots of natural sunlight and felt welcoming. This location shares a courtyard with other businesses like sweet green and has a gorgeous interior. There is minimal seating so this is a great place for just a grab and go coffee and pastry. Lots of street parking outside, but be aware of your valuables since my friend and I witnessed someone's bike getting stolen right outside of the cafe. Service was decent and accommodating when I asked for the bathroom key, which is located outside of the café in the courtyard.

I stopped by before we started the road trip to all the way up to San Jose! Great to fuel the caffeine and was able to use clean restrooms but the barista who made our drinks seemed mad and my latte came hella late even I ordered earlier than others. But I had to wait since I didn't want to screw my feeling before my trip gets started because of that. Other than the barista, all is fine!

went in before my commute to work and was pleased that they were open early enough! cafe is so bright and calming. i ordered an iced nola accompanied with a banana bread and was so happy with both items.

This location is very nice looking and I love the marble counters as well as the minimal setting. I ordered a matcha and it is delicious as well as tastes very refreshing. Definitely had a blast up in here you should bring your boo the service is excellent!

Blue Bottle serves some quality coffee, but that's the only redeeming quality that this Blue Bottle location has to offer. During my visit, the service and ambiance were subpar. I truly believe the best marketing for a company comes from its employees, especially customer facing ones. They should not only be promoting the brand, but should also know its products both inside and out. So, for an employee to not be able to answer simple questions such as why there were so many New Orleans styled options on their menu and what's the difference (ie: Chicory coffee, New Orleans Styled Coffee, Cafe Au Lait)... it put me off. As for the ambiance, there are a handful of tables and seats inside, but it feels as if it was more for aesthetic than actual comfort. If you're looking for a place to work or have a coffee date or even to read a good book, this Blue Bottle location is not the right place.

I'm a bit biased here because I'm a fan of Blue Bottle coffee and was excited to see a cafe where my friend and I could take a reprieve during our all-day eating adventure. The atmosphere of this coffee shop is quiet, quaint and trendy. There's a small upstairs area with a few seats and some seating on the main level. The seating on the main level is made of the hardest, coldest stone - I think this is an attempt to make sure you don't overextend your stay. It's a perfect setting for a quick relaxation. I ordered the HOT NOLA and it was less than $6. I consider that on par with specialty espresso beverages so I was comfortable with the price. The drink itself was very good! I enjoyed the time we spent here and the staff is friendly.

I was having lunch nearby. Got the cold brew to-go. Not a lot of people inside so it's slow. I was a bit surprised , because it's Sunday. Suppose to be busy. Outdoor seating area is cute. You can sit and hang out with friends. Plenty of seating area in side as well. Cold brew flavor is ok. Not strong. Parking can be challenging. No street parking is available.

I haven't been to blue bottle in forever because it's pricey but man did I forget how great their coffee quality was! I got the $7.75 saffron vanilla latte (ouch so pricey) but it was just SO GOOD. It wasn't too sweet, it was innovative, something I don't think I could make myself. I really enjoyed it and would get it again when I'm in the mood for bougie coffee. Heads up that if you want alternative milk it's $1.25 extra so I actually didn't bother and the quality of the latte was so good that I was surprised I didn't need oat milk. Also shoutout to the amazing customer service I got! The barista who made my latte was an angel, so so nice.

First time visiting this highly recommended coffee shop by a very very special person As you walk in, you're welcomed by a fresh roasted coffee aroma. Not the usual tiny coffee shop, very spacious with a mix of comfortable sitting arrangements. Great, friendly, and fast customer service. Got the NOLA coffee, which took me right back to the time I visited New Orleans. One of the best coffees I've had, in my opinion. Well balanced with its distinct flavors, not too sweet not too creamy but consistently delicious. The blondie brownie was perfect, very soft with a unique buttery chewy texture. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only con and downside would be the parking, not surprised as it is in the middle of K-Town. Kev S.

Love this location! Always so chill never a long wait. Service is good and quick. They always have at lease 1 vegan option for pastry which is always delicious! On my last visit I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and the vegan banana bread. BABY that banana bread was sooo good 11/10 and it was THICK ! The latte was good too 8/10 but the star was the banana bread. The ambience is what you expect from a coffee shop not too noisy abundance of sitting in front of the cafe inside on the first and second floor and back patio. Have your pick ! Good cafe to meet with friends or just sit and read. Idk how's the WiFi for working so I can't recommend coming to get work done. But take your chance. Ok see ya .

A very beautiful and modern cafe with plenty of seating! It's quite, too, so it's a great place to get work done or meet with friends. I got an iced green tea and it was so refreshing, especially in this summer heat! I got the ham breakfast croissant. Very savory and flaky!

I just love love love blue bottle coffee's shakerato. It's a shot of espresso, dark brown muscovado sugar, and oatmilk shaken and poured over ice...yum!!! They make it so good, the only thing is it's so pricey... $8 for a small cup of coffee.. i try making it at home which is very similar by the way but on work trips I like to treat myself :)

Love the interior(loft design) especially in the morning time :) They used to have balcony in the backyard, but it seems not allow people use that area anymore. They do have balcony in front of the cafe by the street. I think they have the best waffle coffees are good tho

Love the beautiful space and the kindness of the staff! Since it was my first time, the barista recommended me the black cardamom latte for something more floral and fall-flavored and gave it to me on the house !!!! Truly made my day. The drink itself was a fall lover's dream. Loved the cardamom floral taste and it wasn't too sweet nor bitter, actually was the perfect balance for me personally. If you like your coffee really really sweet I wouldn't recommend this drink but if you're looking for some fall, spice, and floral notes, this is a must try. Will come again to try the other lattes and cold brew. Love love love my first experience!

If you are not a fan of Blue Bottle Coffee, then I don't know what it is because they simply have some of the best coffee in the country! I was able to check the Blue Bottle out in Koreatown after having lunch and was delightfully surprised to see a new menu on the menu board. I usually always order the New Orleans latte but my party insisted on trying the new sweet latte, which has a sweeter taste, and of course -- I jumped right at it. I got it with the whole milk, though people have said the default oat milk tastes equally great. The coffee came out relatively quickly, and as soon as I took a sip, I was mesmerized at the latte! The coffee taste was so deep and I loved how it wasn't overly sweet but rather had a subtle sweet taste which really allows you to enjoy the taste of coffee thoroughly! God, I wish Blue Bottle existed in DFW/ATL... This location has a second-floor where you can also chat there, and it's located in the heart of Koreatown -- it's a great place to get great coffee and the vibes are immacculate!

I am on a blue bottle binge during this short LA trip, and I really like this one which is located in the middle of K-town. As a fan of architecture, the interior of this blue bottle really blows me away with the sculptural pieces of furniture that reminds me of the bygone 60's. The service that we received here is exemplary. Our barista is super pleasant and polite. They ran out of the egg bites that I ordered, and as an apology (which is really unnecessary), I was gifted a couple of free drink coupons. Oak milk latte and hojicha latte were served at the right temperature with nice latte art, quality of pastries is consistent. Since I am from the land of Blue Bottle (SF Bay Area), it's almost a tad sad for me to say in LA, I found one of the best Blue bottle I have experienced ever, and it made me wish my neighborhood blue bottle is just like this one. Well done Ktown LA :-)

My fiancé ordered me the Saffron Vanilla Latte which is a bit more pricey than my usual drink. He ordered it for pick up. Once he arrived home, he handed me my drink and the cup felt so light to me so I removed the lid out of curiosity. When I opened it, I was so surprised that they had only filled the cup halfway! Keep in mind this is nearly an $8 latte. I was so disappointed. Unfortunately it was until he got home that we discovered this.

Blue Bottle in ktown- a moment I have been waiting for! With all the cute coffee shops in ktown, I still would not think twice about coming to Blue Bottle. I love Blue Bottle because it's a cup of creamy caffeinated goodness. Plus they roast their own beans! I get both iced latte and hot lattes- and I notice that the milk is always properly textured for a perfect latte. The staff was very friendly and nice, and really quick with orders. It is two stories and definitely spacious- cool place to perhaps study if available. They also have mugs, drips, filters, etc. for sale and of course beans! Blue Bottle prices are typical but it really delivers a special coffee experience- it's like truly an elite experience! Staff is friendly and quick, I can't wait to come here more often and bring my friends. Hopefully after covid and everything reopens, I'd be so happy to come here and just chill with friends as we sip on delicious coffee!

Finally there is a Blue Bottle in K-Town. Finding the store can be a bit tricky, due to the extremely tiny sign outside. It certainly took me a while to find the store; ended up having to circle around the block a couple times until I finally saw the Blue Bottle logo on the side of the building. There are limited amounts of street parking available, nearby. The store itself is very spacious and clean, and the coffee is spot on. Personally recommend ordering the cold brew here.

I had the black cardamom latte with oat milk. It was perfection. Service was great and the interior has lots of seating, nice lighting, and some serious AC. Nice little Blue Bottle location!

This location of Blue Bottle Coffee was just around the corner from where we were staying and when were feeling faded after a long morning of travel, I popped over to pick up some iced Americanos. I love the aesthetic of this location - cozy, local with a small patio out front. Service was friendly as well but I found the Americano very light and not strong enough in flavor. Def. could have used a stronger, bolder flavor.

10/10 would recommend I love the shakerato but it has to be made well. This location is always consistent. The vibe and atmosphere is great. It's never crowded and everyone is super friendly.

Finally Blue Bottle in Koreatown!!! Welcome!! This place just opened and I was so excited! The space was very clean and was COVID-19 ready So props on that The staff were very friendly and also recommended some good coffee for my friend The price is cheaper than "ktown cafes" And yea, no complaints here! I will make sure to update the review as soon as covid is over!

This location is new! Longtime fan of blue bottle coffee and this place does not fail its reputation. Super clean and aesthetic looking inside. Love the decor. Coffee is always good! Nice to know that there's a location in ktown~

First timer here! I got a regular iced latte and it was great and also they had free pins you could have will come again soon if only it wasn't so far from my house.

Filter coffee was brewed well but above all else, the staff who took care of us was great. Very well mannered and knowledgeable about coffee. I would definitely come back to this bluebottle. Good job blue bottle for hiring a wonderful staff! She was great, pleasant to talk to and kind!

I had terrible experience here. When ordering coffee asked my name and they are said "when is ready the coffee we will call your name". BUT THE COFFEE WAS READY, THEY DID NOT CALL MY NAME. The person who make coffee she keep talking. Even though my coffee is READY. I don't understand why she keep talking and NOT WORK.

I especially love their beans. My go to drink is: New Orleans style iced coffee. (If you want it to be more smooth and nutty, I would replace whole milk to oat milk). My girlfriend's go to drink is: Iced sweet latte with oak milk. It sounds sweet but it's not that sweet. It's the perfect amount of sweetness where the coffee isn't bitter nor is it too sweet. The absolute WORST service I've EVER had. And I've lived in Germany where literally no one smiles. I'm a daily blue bottle drinker at the location near where I work, but just discovered this location near my apartment, and moving I will avoid this location at all costs. The young girl who served me both times I've been, was SO RUDE and condescending It was almost as if all the customers were inconveniences to her. Today she rolled her eyes at me when she asked what I was waiting for and I felt so disrespected. The whole energy of this place is off and is the worst experience I've ever had in any establishment.

Probably the rudest customer service staff in any location. Worst people ever. Never friendly. Always sour.

I love blue bottle's oat milk cappuccino! It is so delicious and they do not charge extra for oat milk (other cafés take note please). I also had the Ethiopia agaro kata muduga which was nice and there usually is a short wait but very worth it and there is an app that you can use to order ahead. The interior of this location was very chic and clean. They also sell a variety of coffee accessories in the store.

I've come here 4 different times with 4 different baristas and why is everyone SO rude & blunt. There is always a judgy barista behind the bar. ALSO they gave me an under-extracted shot and it tasted morbid. This place is so cute and so close to me, so sad it's such an unwelcoming environment.

Very clean space with the classic ambiance found across all Blue Bottle locations. There is a small upstairs area and an outdoor courtyard through the back of the shop, where the bathrooms are located.

Like many reviews have noted, this is such a pretty Blue Bottle. Lots of open natural light, adorable courtyard, very peaceful place to get some work done. The staff was kind and quick every time I grabbed a refill, and the coffee they recommended to me was rich and delicious (said by an adamant tea drinker). Will definitely be back!

Excellent tasting coffee as always! Maxen was the one who attended us. He is personable, friendly, and fabulous. My go to drink is oatmilk latte that never disappoint. I can always taste the nuttiness of the coffee and the freshness of the oatmilk. My friend got the organic coffee drip, and he was happy with his choice. We shared salted caramel cookie which was perfect pair with our coffee. Try them, you'll never be disappointed!!!!

I liked the interior. Very clean and modern. Coffee was decent, but on the slightly pricey side for my wallet. Blue Bottle Coffee isn't a place I would take to-go. Since the interior is nice, I'd only come here if I were going to surf the web or meet up with people. For that purpose, this place is fine and I'd accept the higher priced beverage.

I'm glad this bluebottle re-opened because I think it was close for a little while. It's sort of hidden into the building in the Chapman plaza across from quarters which is also next to sweet cream. The inside looks really cute and they have an upstairs but it looks like it was not open during the pandemic. They were not busy on a Saturday morning/afternoon and the service was nice. The drink was made in about a minute. They have a nice courtyard in the back with seating and it was very quiet and only one person was there on a Saturday so it would be a great place to meet someone to have a conversation or do some work.

Blue Bottle Coffee has a simple menu with quality coffee. It's located right next to Sweetgreens. Parking is a little difficult bc it's at a busy intersection. Make sure you pay attention to the parking signs bc I saw three cars get towed for parking in a temporary no parking zone. The main floor was quite small, but there are plenty of tables inside, outside, and upstairs. I ordered an iced sweet latte. It was rich and well balanced. I liked it so much that I ended up coming again the next day to explore the menu further and thats when I tried the New Orleans-Style iced coffee. The description for it says it's sweet, creamy, and mellowed with chicory. I found it to be perfect in sweetness. One qualm I have with this place is that their iced drinks don't come with a lot of... drink...there's a lot of ice. A couple of sips in and I'm already done with my drink when I order a regular and they put their iced drink in their hot drink containers. Is this a new thing bc I see pictures of their plastic ice drink containers at other locations.. Maybe it's a new thing, to limit plastic usage. No clue. Anyways, although their iced coffee drinks come with a lot of ice, I went there two days in a row and might go again tomorrow.

So happy there is a location in Koreatown! Cannot wait to study and work here when things resume back to normal. This staff here are very friendly and the open concept and aesthetic of this cafe is great. There is outdoor patio and an upstairs seating area. The real star is their coffee of course. I particular love the shakerato with oat milk which contained muscavado sugar if I am getting that right. This location is also by a lot of great restaurants in ktown,so def worth the trip to this particular location.

It's great that ktown finally has a Blue Bottle. But if you're a coffee connoisseur, their coffee will not impress. I have tasted their coffee in New York, San Francisco, DTLA, and finally in ktown. It's sad to say that the coffee was consistently mediocre. I ordered a small Americano and it was so watery and bland that I asked the barista to make it again. The second drink was slightly better but still missing the robust flavor of an Americano.

My new favorite place in K-Town. Blue Bottle Coffee is absolutely delicious. It also has a nice patio area where you can relax. Staff is very nice. The place is not very popular with the K-Town people yet. It's a bit hard to find with a small sign so it is less crowded, which makes it even better. Very thankful that we have a Blue Bottle Coffee in K-Town. Hope we have more Blue Bottle Coffee in OC as well-
