💙Blue Bottle Coffee in Greenwich is a cozy spot with great vibes and exceptional coffee. While it’s in a middle space and not too big, it tends to get busy with people, which adds to the lively atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the quality of coffee—whether it’s a latte or an espresso—is always on point. A great place to enjoy your coffee, even if it’s a bit crowded. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area

I took a potential investor here for a coffee chat. Friendly, efficient staff & a very clean shop. Would recommend the Single Origin pour over - top notch!

Google
This shop of blue bottle coffee is my first one. They do really have a great pour over and Caffe Mocha. I watched the staff making the pour over and got a friendly refilling. I did not expect it and it really made my day in MANHATTAN.

While my wife and I were visiting the 9/11 Memorial we had some time before our tickets were good for entry. So we did what any other person of our generation would do, go find a cup of coffee. This location was maybe a 5 minute walk from the 9/11 Memorial so I wager it can get pretty busy. On a Sunday at 5:00 PM it was pretty calm so we didn't have a line to wait in. We asked the staff member working the register what beverage they would suggest and their suggestion was the Iced NOLA so that's what we went with. For background here's how they describe the Iced NOLA on their web-site: 'New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee is slowly cold-brewed with roasted chicory and cut with just the right touch of cane sugar and your choice of milk.' My NOLA style was with Oatmilk and it was delightful. The chicory can be a bit bitter but it was offset nicely by the sugar and the creaminess of the oatmilk. Overall a really good beverage that is decently sized and priced. I would recommend giving it a try if you find yourself near a Blue Bottle Coffee location.

Google
Found this beautiful cafe near 911 memorial. It’s spacious and have plenty indoor sittings. They also have mercy’s and coffee beans for sale! I love the vibes in the store a lot! I’ve always love blue bottle but this was my first time being in this location! I found they have the best lattes although it’s a bit more expensive than other brands, but still acceptable.

Google
Great coffee! Totally worth the hype. As this outlet is close to the 911 Memorial, it can get very busy. I was there on a Friday afternoon and the queue stretched out of the store. And my decaf flat white was stolen! Thanks to the barista who redid another for me. Thank you 😊

Laura

Google
The people working in this place are so rude! We entered at 6pm for a coffee, knowing the place was closing at 7pm. They were already cleaning and removing all the chairs, telling me and my friends that we couldn’t seat as they were closing soon. So so rude. This is not how customers should be treated. When de asked when is « soon » they told us « in 1 hour ». How is it possible to ask customers to not seat in a coffee place for 1 hour??? This is a shame.

Google
Can't believe I never visited this location after living nearby for 2 years!! Definitely love the view of the Ground Zero and the World Trade Center even when it's a rainy day! My one and only pick for grabbing a coffee and often for a studying space. I usually get an ice oat latte since Blue Bottle has the best combination of oatmilk and coffee (probably the ratio and the quality). Some aspects that Blue Bottle Coffee differentiates with other coffee brands are how the staffs take your name with your order, giving recommendations, and its sustainability practice. ☕️ Decaf cardamom latte (w/fall spices) Rating 3.5/5 It tasted like turmeric, which was not really my type, but the latte got better as you take more sips after the foam.

Yelp
Deliciously crafted coffee and bakery items, perfect location for visiting the 9/11 Museum

Julia K.

Yelp
Delicious coffee with friendly & quick service, despite being close to a major tourist attraction. Seating/standing space is limited, but usually people move on reasonable quickly too. Highly recommend to try the Winter Latte. The combination with juniper berry and pink peppercorn is as delicious as it is unusual.

Bob W.

Yelp
11am here on a Saturday morning. The guy at the register was super nice. But the guy who made the small cherry blossom latte and the small latte for us is filled with attitude. Both drinks look exactly the same. If you yell out the name of the coffee while you are looking out the window and side-eyed me, I won't know which drink is which. I know you are gay, and I am too, but you don't need to throw your racist attitude on a Saturday for no particular reason. Besides the attitude, it latte is diluted. I am from San Francisco and I drink Blue Bottle every week. So I know what a regular latte should taste like. I would let this person go if I was the management. You are in a touristy area promoting Blue Bottle, take your attitude and keep your issue at home. I won't be coming back here again.

Yuri C.

Yelp
Conveniently located in the same building as Eataly, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are good. The only downside is that they don't have a restroom, so you'll have to walk across to the mall to use one.

Nancy I.

Yelp
Quality coffee. Moderate wait time. Limited seating. The price is higher than blue bottle in California, but it tastes the same. Pro tip: say it is "for here" and you will get it in a real cup with a saucer.

Jimmy K.

Yelp
We stopped in before the 9/11 museum and had a coffee, everything croissant and chocolate croissant. The food was tasty and the coffee was great. Convenient location for where we were going. We would come back when in the area.

Alex C.

Yelp
This is a Blue Bottle location located in FiDi. It's pretty similar to other Blue Bottles, but this store probably is a lot busier and doesn't have too much seating. Coffee is solid overall. Service is fast although do expect a line. They also gave us some free samples of their instant coffee which was nice.

Ameena A.

Yelp
What a wonderful location for this coffee shop! It's a perfect reprieve after walking around the city (and for us, it was a reprieve from the rain, lol). Blue bottle's coffee is always delicious and fresh - I consistently get a hot "sweet latte" which I love. Service at this location was good - it was extremely busy so the baristas did seem overwhelmed (but what can you expect in such a busy area of NYC). Seating is limited but again, what can you expect in NYC?

Melanie T.

Yelp
Sometimes when you're walking around the Big Apple looking at tourists spots, you need a break for a drink and this is a nice coffee shop to take a break. It's located in Rockefeller and it does require a walk around the building to locate so the crowds are not terrible. There's plenty of indoor seating and if seating is full, you can sip on your drink inside in the shade with AC running through the building. It wasn't so much tourists when we were here but people who worked at the building or near the building. The drinks were delicious. I enjoyed the matcha. They didn't have any cup sleeves so it's a challenge when you ordered a hot drink. It can be quite hot to hold.

Elle D.

Yelp
I love Blue Bottle Coffee. My favorite spot to blow $7-9/per latte everyday. They have seasonal drinks that are delicious. Their matcha latte is the only matcha that taste proper. Nobody else can make a matcha like them. This store is located right across the WTC memorial. It gets super busy during the day. It sometimes take a while for you to get your order. I appreciate the workers here for not being overtly friendly. LOL I hate an overly exaggerated barista...... there's no need for that... I am just here to get my dose of caffeine and go about my day.

S. Anne T.

Yelp
First impression, this is pricey! Coffee however is good. Simple spot, casual tables, clean and feels new. Glass windows is nice to draw in that natural sunlight. Location is great, next to WTC, offices and transport. Again, easy grab and go or sit down and chat/work spot. Noise level is average.

Mo J.

Yelp
Very solid coffee. This place is about a block from the World Trade Center, with excellent views of the park. The single origin espresso is very bright and balanced, perfect for a hot humid day like today. The pour over coffee was nice and balanced. Didn't try the food options however a few people seemed to really enjoy the pastries.

Katie G.

Yelp
Blue bottle coffee is one of my favorite shops, hands down. Their oat milk lattes are just perfectly balanced and foamed. The pastries look delicious-please add vegan! always kind and attentive service. Love the decor and chic clean look.

Laura P.

Yelp
Blue Bottle is not near me, and I only had it once in LA. We were excited to see it and had to come back after our meal to try it. I asked for a recommendation, and I was told it was the last day for Black Cardamom Latte. I was surprised and happy to see the foamy heart on my latte since I would never see it from my usual Starbucks cup of coffee. My daughter got the Iced Sweet Latte which she enjoyed. It had some seats for customers inside and a couple of tables outside. I like the wide clear windows that you can see from outside. Looks very clean. Would definitely be back to any Blue Bottle location.

Sarah V.

Yelp
I stopped into Blue Bottle Coffee on a Friday. It was incredibly busy, but the line moved fast. I ordered a sweetened matcha latte and, while most of the tables were taken, I was able to find a free spot by the time I picked up my drink. As I sat, I noticed the music was carefully curated for the shop and it, overall, had a lovely atmosphere. The matcha latte tasted incredible - definitely amongst the best ones I've had. I will definitely be returning to Blue Bottle Coffee next time I'm in the area!

Samantha D.

Yelp
Came in on a Wednesday around 10:40am. There was a line that almost reached the door, but it moved quickly. I got a 16oz New Orleans with oat milk. The coffee was strong, and when the ice fully melted, it didn't taste as watered down as other drinks do. It wasn't as creamy as I remember it. It's a good thing if you're looking for a coffee fix because the caffeine really hit me a few hours later. I felt the energy boost. I got my drink quickly, but there was a longer wait for people that ordered hot drinks.

Aileen P.

Yelp
My go to during a lunch break And iced nola with oat milk heals my soul The staff here are so friendly Lots of space And if there isn't, go sit outside

Kevin F.

Yelp
Nice quick Hayes Valley espresso to walk over with to 9/11 pools...just the right amount of seating but there's plenty outside! Very strong!

Megan L.

Yelp
This is somehow my first visit to Blue Bottle even though it's one of NYC's most famous coffee chains, but it was located right next to my office. The coffee itself isn't bad, but for the price, I expected a larger size cup. Also, the staff is really slow. There was only one other person in the shop, and he had already gotten his coffee. They got my coffee order wrong not once but twice. The first time around, they didn't make my latte iced. The second time, they forgot I asked for oat milk. What should've been a 5 minute visit ended up taking me 15 minutes, and I had to run back to the office to return back to work. I would visit again but probably at another location.

Tiffany L.

Yelp
Blue Bottle is a great place to grab a quick coffee on the go - it's convenient and consistent. I always go for their New Orleans-style coffee. I enjoy the notes of their coffee and the slight sweetness in the latte. Typically I get the latte with oat milk so it adds more nuttiness.

Christina S.

Yelp
3 stars for the croissant egg sandwich with the pepper sauce. The place was super crowded, nearby to the 9/11 museum. The staff was not very friendly but they were also pretty busy. I ordered a mocha latte and it was more bittersweet than anything. Maybe they don't use a sweet mocha? I thought mocha has a little sweetness to ot but I guess not here. Spent quite a bit and I ended up throwing it away. The egg sandwich was good although the eggs looked like sticks. Haha! Great pepper sauce on it though! It really spiced up the sandwich. Would go elsewhere for coffee though.

Adrian D.

Yelp
Good coffee...terrible service. Slow and inattentive. No queues, hardly anyone in the store and it still takes an extremely long time to get a coffee. Three people standing behind the counter

Justin L.

Yelp
After visiting the September 11 Memorial and spending the morning walking around the reflecting pools, we needed a small dose of caffeine to get us through the rest of the day. Blue Bottle was right across the street, so it was a convenient pit-stop before heading to our next destination. This location is on the ground floor of the 4 WTC skyscraper, near the corner of Greenwich Street and Cortlandt Way. It's not a terribly big cafe, but the high ceilings and tall glass windows made it feel more airy. Seating is mostly high stools with bar height tables, with a few low tables. It's a very simple menu, which is great for those who are a bit indecisive. They have drip coffee, iced coffee, espressos, and other non-coffee drinks. Plenty of dairy alternatives to choose from. Food options are slim. I went with New Orleans, which is iced coffee. The chicory gave it a well rounded roasted flavor, and the cane sugar provided some sweetness. Compared to the ones I've had on the West Coast, this one was a little less creamy and had more bitterness to it. If you're interested in reading about design and the planning that went into designing this specific location, go to blog.bluebottlecoffee.com/posts/blue-bottle-world-trade-center ; their team did an excellent job creating a comfortable environment while being mindful of the memorial that stands right across from them.

C B.

Yelp
Very solid coffee and great service, but it hurts me to be paying $8 for a latte. Good place to catch up but just a bit too steep to be my regular morning spot.

Lina Y.

Yelp
Nothing to say except that this is my morning coffee every time I have work in NYC. Super delicious, cute, and tasty coffee. The baristas are really friendly and the shop is super sustainable and inviting. I live in this place.

Jackie H.

Yelp
Nice place to people watch and convenient location. I wish the portion size was better but other than that, it is a nice sit down place.

Melanie F.

Yelp
Love love love. Even across the country it is amazing ! Clean, quick and large size. Go here.

Glenn N.

Yelp
The place was okay. Simple setup, nice staff. It was a cafe. The coffee was okay. Wasn't very inspiring. Also, no bathrooms for patrons.

Tina D.

Yelp
Coffee was very rich and full of depth. The beans weren't burnt or acidic. Very concentrated. One of the best coffee I've had.

Pavel G.

Yelp
Fantastic coffee paired with exceptionally friendly staff. Perfectly situated right on Wall Street, offering a prime spot for both relaxation and engagement.

arine s.

Yelp
To be honest, I didn't love their Matcha latte iced with almond milk as much as I thought I was going to, but their sweet latte is really good.

Tom T.

Yelp
Blue Bottle is a California based chain coffee house with several locations around New York. We decided to stop by this Financial District location and we're glad we did. The minimalist designed store is very bright due to the large windows letting in all the sunshine. I saw NOLA coffee on the menu, which I've never had. NOLA-style coffee is French roast beans with roasted chicory root, an herbaceous plant that's part of the dandelion family. We order a Hot NOLA and a hot spiced NOLA. Both were terrific, however we loved the bolder flavour of the spiced NOLA. If you've never had one before, it's like a latte. We also ordered a selection of their sweets which included a lemon poppyseed loaf, brownie and cookie. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, highly recommend.

Kaelyn C.

Yelp
First time at this location for a quick pick me up! Hopefully in the future they bring in a chai tea !

Laura C.

Yelp
Over priced. Coffee cold when it was suppose to be hot. Lemon poppy cake was good. Matcha latte taste like water with a hint of matcha.

Kelsey A.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite coffee spots in the city. I love their coffee, both the espresso drinks made in shop and the beans they sell. The staff is good at their job and take their time. The avocado toast is also great!

John M.

Yelp
Slow Slower Slowest. I've been a few times and each time it's even slower. it is next to the 9/11 Memorial and always super busy, mostly filled with people focusing on their text messages or looking at their PC/listening to music with aipods and the like. Super expensive, as mentioned service is as slow as it can be and gets slower each time. Espresso nothing to write home about. Nice location, disengaged employees, disengaged people all about. For some reason it attracts the same types all the time. For a much better experience and even better service, I'd recommend 787 Coffee or Matto.

Robert L.

Yelp
This little coffee shop is located right next to the 911 Memorial. We had come down here to tour the memorial in the museum but unfortunately discovered upon our arrival that it was closed on Tuesdays. It's been a cool day in New York City we decided to duck in for some coffee. In comparison to other places like this, it is right up there with the best. We really appreciated their focus on recycling, the fact that they use the metal spoons for coffee condiments, and the coffee itself was really good. I do have to dock them one star for having their bathrooms only available for employees. Not sure if this is a staffing issue, but it is a little inconvenient. Still, would absolutely recommend this to anybody and a few of the memorial is impressive.

Dennis B.

Yelp
I don't get it, how can you charge $8 for a small hot chocolate, fill it up to maybe three quarters, and then they also ask for a tip? The chocolate itself was below average at best. Also the staff was so indifferent.

Bradley H.

Yelp
The only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars is because no one let us know our coffees were ready so they weren't very hot when we got them, however the coffee was still really good. The food was amazing though. We had a croissant sandwich that had spinach and cheese and a hint of spice. It was so good :) And we had an almond croissant

Christina V.

Yelp
We got the iced latte with almond milk. This coffee is so good. I could only have a couple sips before my boyfriend drank the whole thing. I felt the coffee right away and was awake/jittery until 1:00 am LOL. I wish they had this store in VA, the closest stores are in DC!

Giselle G.

Yelp
I came here the other day for a lunch snack. It was sold out of sandwiches. I had the hot chocolate and I enjoyed it very much it was thick and a beautiful drink. I get really excited when they make a design on my drinks. I will definitely be back when I need a warm beverage; it is a bit pricey but I must say seeing them make my drink; taste and the beauty of it made it worth it.

Dominic B.

Yelp
Happy to see west coast coffee in NYC and no doubt the coffee tastes dope whichever coast you're on. If you're in the World Trade Center area or shopping at the Oculus or Brookfield Place, this location is in the middle of all that. Ended up bringing my cousin here to get something hot to drink. I tried the seasonal winter latte which tasted great and my cousin who doesn't really drink coffee enjoyed their hot chocolate which also won her seal of approval. Service was friendly and they got the drinks out piping hot and in a timely manner. We ended up relaxing at their bar stools which also has a window front that faces the 9/11 memorial. Great spot to people watch or enjoy the scenery. I also appreciated the water they had on hand and the clean bathrooms for customers. Would definitely recommend trying if you're in the area!

Nate W.

Yelp
Winner winner here folks. Blue Bottle Coffee has mastered the subject of divine simplicity. Simple menu, quality over quantity. No Venti mega cups here. Because the coffee is so high quality and of such pure delicious caffeine wonderfulness you only need 8oz. The blondie breakfast bar is the best. Adequate seating and great views of World Trade Center and 9/11 memorial. Stop in for a cup and a blondie next time you're down here. I overheard a women saying "can we get some "real coffee"? To her husband who was holding a Starbucks cup. She was referring to Blue Bottle Coffee. This place is very "real" and the coffee is amazing.

Ric T.

Yelp
This Blue Bottle Coffee chain is located in the Hudson Yards Shops on the second floor. It's clean, busy and the various coffees and snacks are quite expensive. The staff is very friendly and the seating facilities are not very comfortable. The cold brew was excellent.

Laura Z.

Yelp
TLDR: amazing quality coffee at Starbucks pricing I tried blue bottle coffee for the first time in NY and it did not disappoint. I've always heard really amazing things about this place and they definitely were accurate when I tried it for the first time. Their coffee tastes way better quality than Starbucks (for around the same price-ish). I opted for the muscovado sugar latte iced and it is AMAZING. Would definitely get again if I were to come here. It wasn't overly sweet and the coffee was so silky smooth. Absolutely loved it. If you're still going to Starbucks, start throwing your money here instead.

Cindy Y.

Yelp
My go-to place for coffee since I work in the building next door. The drinks are all solid like any Blue Bottle, and I particularly like their cold brew or iced almond milk latte which give me the morning kick I need but aren't too sour or strong in flavor. I'm consistently disappointed by the pastries here -- I've tried various croissants and they're never as crisp and buttery as you'd expect. The apple cardamom pastry especially let me down since I love cardamom but could barely taste it. The seating and standing area is great for meeting up with a friend or getting some quick work done. It's a packed lively space but still comfortable.

John M.

Yelp
Service is deplorable Just got a Single Origin Coffee Not crowded at all Wall Street 10 minutes before I got the coffee Dude serving me did everything in the interim Was almost cold by time I got it Go to 787 coffee instead

Tim O.

Yelp
the Hudson yards location is poorly run the employees can't get to work on time and don't really care.

Megan L.

Yelp
Enjoyed a great cup of New Orleans iced coffee here on a busy Friday morning after visiting the Oculus and 9/11 memorials. The service was fast and the coffee was flavorful with a good chicory creamy flavor albeit not too sweet.
