Blue Bottle Coffee Enters San Diego Market - Eater San Diego

"The Bay Area’s Blue Bottle Coffee continues to build its ever-expanding, global coffee empire with its first San Diego area cafe, which just opened at One Paseo across from Shake Shack. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., the Carmel Valley store offers Blue Bottle’s full menu, including espresso drinks, cold brew, and signature beverages that include its chicory-infused, New Orleans-style iced coffee and mochas made with vegan chocolate ganache from Berkeley’s TCHO Chocolate. There are grab-and-go snacks like overnight oats and chia pudding as well as housemade treats ranging from liege waffles and almond butter toast to lemon poppy pound cake and caramel chocolate chunk cookies; Blue Bottle is still looking for a local bakery to partner with for croissants and other pastries. Ice cream will also be available, to be scooped into an affogato or fresh-baked waffle. This site also houses a training lab for regional baristas, and a custom cupping table that will host coffee education sessions for customers." - Candice Woo

I got this decaf oatmeal lavender Yuzu cappuccino. It was seriously amazing! It came with a heart formed on top and I thought that was so sweet. I just really needed to pick me up this day and this place served that up with lots and lots of smiles!🥰❤️🥰 this was my first time here because usually when there’s a line I just won’t wait. They’re always seems to be a line here. I can understand why. It’s not like the ambience is super fantastic because it’s pretty much just OK. It’s definitely clean and it’s fine. It’s nothing‘s spectacular or super memorable, but the coffee speaks for itself, loudly! They have chicory coffee and I’m from New Orleans so that was pretty cool. If you like a stronger flavor coffee, then you’ll probably like the chicory coffee. They have non-chicory flavored coffees too and I just left this place. I was curious about the name, but I didn’t ask. I definitely would go there if you’re at UTC mall and get yourselfsomething refreshing or a little coffee pick me up. The staff was super sweet and made everything sort of better in my day. I really appreciated the staff, and I really appreciated their friendliness and smiles and warmth and hospitality. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Google
Blue Bottle Coffee at One Paseo in San Diego is seriously one of my absolute fave coffee spots. They totally serve the most amazing coffee, and the place has such a cool vibe. You gotta try their pour-over coffee with your favorite beans or go for the cappuccino if you’re into lattes. Trust me, it’s awesome!

Google
My wife and I stop by this coffee shop for a quick drink before headed home and belive me, we are not disappoint! Happy coincidence! What a great experience! The staff was the best! Always caring and wailing to answer any question we may have!! My wife order a moka and myself a renewal blend pour over!! Just the fact to make it in front of you is a joy!! Very tasteful coffee!! We surely come back and be regulars!! The prices are most like the green siren coffee house!!

Google
Fantastic coffee. Awesome service. Nice location. First time I ran into Blue Bottle in San Francisco. The interior and way how the coffee is being prepared is outstanding. It would be nice to see Blue Bottle becoming more recognized on the market and getting some footprint in Europe, too. @BlueBottle: keep pushing—wanna see you soon in Germany 🤤

Google
They serve cold drinks in hot coffee cups and not in the usual plastic cold drink cup. They won’t tell you this upon purchase which is annoying. If you care about you “coffee drinking experience” like me just a heads up about this. Also they don’t have any non sugar sweeteners like real honey and maple syrup.

Google
Great service and delicious coffee that is poured with TLC every time. My batista Taylor was outstanding and really embraced her job. A true professional and a really sweet individual. She really made the experience excellent! I will definitely be back!

Google
The employees are helpful. It was my first time in the store and Ashley explained the flavor profiles of the different coffee options. I went with a hot latte and it was beautiful. I also had the ice cream covered with expresso sauce and it was delicious.

Google
SF Bay Area craft coffees - pour over, espresso drinks, beans as well as pastries and a few packaged products ie: cold brew. Clean open space. In and outdoor seating. Great baristas and counter staff

Yelp
Ended up at Blue Bottle and was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of outdoor tables available for working. The indoor area is a little smaller, but even at a busier time there were a few tables open - it was a beautiful day though so that definitely could have played a part! The entire One Paseo area is fun to walk around, so if you choose to take your coffee to go and stroll around you'll have plenty of places to go. The price is standard for the area, the coffee was good, I had the Winter Nola - no complaints but also nothing truly stood out. Based on the online menu, it does look like they change out the options frequently. The coffees are made fresh, however the line was not super long and it took longer than expected to get my drink but that may have just been the baristas that day, I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a problem at all. The parking was challenging, every spot within the shopping center was taken with several cars waiting to park - luckily there is another lot nearby with more shops so it was easy to remedy but might be challenging if any mobility needs or with small children given the need to cross a busy street.

Yelp
In the One Paseo Plaza lies a coffee shop that brings back the simplistic way of how a cafe should be established. When you enter the doorways, you'll immediately appreciate the very clean environment with pleasing colors and a modern decor. The options for your choice of caffeine are plentiful and will suit any flavor profile of your liking. My server Lexi was the most professional and informative barista I have ever encountered. Not only was she excited to explain each drink choice and their differences, she did it with a youthful exuberance that could brighten anyone's day. Watching each barista behind the counter, you could tell they genuinely enjoyed each other's company by the laughter and smiles they gave each other. I always believed when workers have a good time with each other, the product they provide will be excellent as well; I was not wrong with my coffee drink recommended by Lexi. You have to really want to come here if you want Blue Bottle coffee since it is not close to the I-5 freeway, but if you do find yourself in One Paseo and yearn for a coffee, by all means stop by and enjoy your experience. You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
I ordered the Cherry Blossom Latte and it did not disappoint my taste buds. This latte was very balanced, not too sweet and served at the perfect temperature. The barista was very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of when ordering my latte. The vibe is very hip with a minimalist decor. Definitely recommend coming to Blue Bottle.

Yelp
I stopped by Blue Bottle on a hot summer day when I was really craving iced coffee. I got the Nola Shakerato $8 (iced nola, vanilla, chicory, shaken). It satisfied my craving, and was a refreshing drink. I like how the oat milk is the default choice with no additional cost, since a lot of other cafes typically charge more for oat milk. The service was quick and efficient. My order was ready in about ten minutes. I also like how you can browse their coffee beans and merchandise while you are waiting. The store's decor is clean and minimal. The only drawback would be the price because $8 for a small cup is quite a steep cost.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to get an americano. I love it when my americanos are not acidic, and americanos at Blue Bottle are done just right. The interior is high ceiling-ed, aesthetic, and spacious. The music here is always nice and the parking here is always stress-free. I love coming here to decompress from life or to get work done. People here are always so nice! The pastries here are really good here too! And you HAVE to try their new samra latte. Ugh. Blue bottle. You have taken so much of my money, but I will continue to LOL I love this little plaza and I love this coffee shop. So cute inside and out. If you want quality coffee, blue bottle is it.

Yelp
What an excellent smooth cup of coffee. Yes, it's fancy but it is a really smooth a rich cup of coffee. I would definitely come back for another pick me up. This place has the chain coffee shop beat for sure!!!!!!!!!
google avatar

Amelea J.

Yelp
This place has such a great vibe--clean, open, and not at all congested, so you can really relax while you're there. The service is friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant experience from start to finish. Honestly, everything on the menu is solid; there's no wrong choice here. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, you're in for a good time and a great meal. Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
Always a great pick-me-up at Blue Bottle! Iced Caffe Latte has been promising so far. Light, refreshing, and a good boost. Can't go wrong with a classic croissant. Service is always friendly. Nice first stop before your day at One Paseo :)
google avatar

Gina C.

Yelp
Probably some of the best espresso I've ever had. I'm a simple person, shots of espresso over ice with a dash of something sweet. Workers are great, very informative and friendly. Shots are poured as soon as they are pulled. The iced espresso taste like it was pulled with fresh mountain water.
google avatar

Yelp
This cafe is too cute! I've been to most places at One Paseo and liked or loved them and this one is no different! They're very efficient when it comes to taking orders and getting through a rush which I can appreciate. I've been so bad about getting names recently but everyone here is kind. Guests and Baristas alike. Music choice is important to me especially in cafes and restaurants where I'm going to sit down and when I walked in to Ms. Lauryn Hill playing, I knew I was in for a nice visit. I didn't sit in and enjoy my matcha but if I had some time to kill I absolutely would've. I ordered a matcha with almond milk and liked it but the chocolate croissant was so tasty! They were kind enough to warm it up for me (which made it even better).

Yelp
This place almost always gets it right, so when I'm in San Diego it's my go-to! I live in the Bay Area so Blue Bottle is a staple, and Bay Area baristas know how it's done! So this BB location is good and it seems like only people that know coffee can appreciate this place over Starbucks!

Joy K.

Yelp
Terrible service. They don't' care customers. The manager didn't help me at all. The attitude was terrible.
google avatar

Yelp
August Stop 26 We came to potentially buy some beans that we had at a relative's house that was so good. Although we were unable to find the beans we wanted, we still had a great time just reading and sipping on some drip coffee. This place does get bursts of busyness, but most people take it togo. The area is very nice and great for doing work or reading. Would probably come back if we lived nearby and it wasn't as pricy.
google avatar

Elizabeth D.

Yelp
My cappuccino was absolutely superb! The espresso was spot on, slightly sweet & smooth taste! Perfect temp and foam texture. The barista that made it was also nice and calm. I enjoy coming in and thanking them for consistently making such good coffee!
google avatar

Harim Y.

Yelp
I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk in the 16 oz cup and unfortunately felt like 90% of the taste was milk. Did not taste much of the grassy matcha. I'm willing to try again but order in 12oz cup to see it's more flavorful then..?. But for the price I paid I don't think it's worth it for a super milky/watered down drink :( The ambiance was really nice tho :) they got sit down chairs and table so u can chat w ur friends for a bit or sit down while waiting for ur drink
google avatar

Courtney O.

Yelp
Surprisingly wonderful spot. Not that I wasn't expecting good, but I've seen a few blue bottles before so know they are a chain and wasn't sure what exactly to expect. First of all, super cute, clean and sleek interior! Service was great with a super friendly gal giving us recommendations on what kind of beans to buy. I got the hojicha latte which was absolutely amazing! I'm not a caffeine drinker so this low caf option was absolutely perfect. Drinks can take a bit to be made but they're crafted with love. Also love the default oat milk!
google avatar

Magali C.

Yelp
Honestly, been there a couple times out of convenience. I don't know how they charge $7.5 for an almond milk latte. Like others said, it's Luke warm at best. They don't even have sleeves - that's saying something about the warmth of the coffee. I understand it doesn't need to be piping hot but my Nespresso pours hotter coffee. Service- it's ok but anyone else feel like they just walked into an episode of Portlandia ? The latte has a very strange taste - not sure why that is. It also looks like a hospital in there - trying too hard to be hip but the place has no personality. Yikes. I tried but I think I will be going back home to my Nespresso machine or Starbucks.

Yelp
I've been dying to try blue bottle for so long, so when my friend asked me where i wanted to go for the day, it was here! located in the one paseo shopping area (which was SOOO cute), there stands blue bottle. The inside was clean, minimal and had friendly staff. I got the sweet iced latte (which was $7, i'm sorry but i got regular milk, inflation sucks!!) and she got a horjicha latte (also $7). Whats with these prices? I'm from canada and with the exchange rate these coffees would be close to $10. It was good but not my absolute fave.
google avatar

Alyssa A.

Yelp
This Blue Bottle is in a nice shopping center with plenty of places to shop and eat. The inside doesn't have too many places to sit (maybe because most of the tables were taken by people waiting for their coffees), but they have a nice outdoor area to enjoy your coffee. They had good drinks - their iced mocha was good. I didn't get any food, but they looked like they had some good options. My big issue here was with their speed and efficiency. I don't know if they were getting weighed down with mobile orders, but they were about 20-25 minutes behind on orders. I've never been to a Blue Bottle location that took so long to make orders. Parking is a little rough because it's in a shopping center. There's parking nearby in a garage, so it takes a hot minute to park and walk over - so not the best stop if you're in a rush. But the parking is free, so that's a plus! So good place to stop for coffee if you're not in a rush and have time to spare.

Yelp
One of my favorite coffee shops.. my go to is the New Orleans. This location is nice since there are so many different stores to shop at and overall nice plaza to hang out. The baristas are friendly and nice.. such good quality coffee.. i also like their display of merchandise
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
Good, but it wasn't "omgthisisthebestcoffeeeverrrrr" kinda vibe. I did like the aesthetic of the location - minimal, modern, open windows - this just screams SoCal, bougie coffee bar, and I love it. I got their new orleans coffee as the cashier said it was their most popular drink, and it was good! Strong, sweet, with a hint of brown sugar flavor (from the chicory?). Would I get this again? Yes. Would I go out of my way for it? No. Blue Bottle is good and worth a try, and they also have a case full of delicious pastries that caught my eye. Friendly service, good coffee, it checks all my boxes!
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
Came once again and was so satisfied! The guy at the register was super helpful and kind and that really made our day! We ordered an iced sweet latte and a hot matcha latte, both were creamy and rich in flavor. The coffee here is definitely pricey, but a nice treat once in a while. The location is super nice as you can sip your drink while sitting outside or taking a walk around the plaza. Love Blue Bottle and will absolutely return!
google avatar

Joyce L.

Yelp
I'm not really a coffee person, but love me some tea. Not sure when I stopped blinking at the ever-increasing price tag of all these trendy little shops popping up everywhere, but resistance is futile. I swear it's the foam with the little shapes swirled in that makes your wallet open! At Blue Bottle, my mid-morning/afternoon pick-me-up of choice is the matcha latte with its roasted, earthy flavor. If I'm feeling like I *must* have more caffeine, I'll get a coffee but pair it with a sweet treat to tone down the bitterness - the chocolate croissant works great in this regard. The staff is great about customization (I like my drinks with oat milk), and while I'm not a huge fan of the seating (the stools were clearly an aesthetic choice only!), I do appreciate the light and bright interior.

Chris K.

Yelp
Pleasant and attentive staff. The coffee was good. I'll stop in again if I'm shopping in the area but I'm not going to make a special trip.
google avatar

Robert D.

Yelp
Having been to the one in San Francisco I walked in with a certain expectation. However; unfortunately my experience wasn't as good as I expected. It seems like the coffee was burned and had that acrid taste. The pastry was fine, but when I walk into a coffee shop it's all about the coffee.
google avatar

Mb L.

Yelp
There's nothing extraordinary about their coffee, retail items, service, etc. Coffee is good. I thought they might be doing that "eliminating single use cups." I didn't realize they abandoned that plan during the pandemic.
google avatar

Yelp
Cool little spot in the One Paseo Del Mar plaza! Thanks to a friend of mine who recommended this place. I'm so glad I came here for a meet and greet. Location/ambiance: Located in the heart of Del Mar at One Paseo's shopping center. They have minimal free parking outside or their parking structure which is walking distance. I ended up parking in the stucture on a Sunday afternoon. The interior space is minimalistic, open, and bright. First impression is their modern and cute aesthetic feel. If you like basic and clean colors then you can appreciate their design of white walls, white tables, and wooden stools. There is also a restroom available. (see pics) Customer service/experience: Great customer service !! Friendly barista who gave me recommendations. I love the simplicity of the menu as I'm so indecisive. They also have an app so you can order ahead of time. Prices are a bit higher than your average coffee, but the quality is there. Another plus is they don't upcharge when you substitute for oat milk. Woot! I wish all coffee shops did this. I hear they are known for the New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee, but I wanted something warm. I opted for the Cafe Au Lait with oat milk. I'm used to adding sweetener, but this didn't need it at all. No bitterness, just pure coffee essence and you can really taste the freshness of the coffee beans. Not your typical Starbucks coffee that's for sure. The wait wasn't long and there were plenty of tables and chairs to sit. I picked up my coffee once my name was called and there was a pretty latte foam art on top, which I wish I took a pic of. I also noticed they had some vegan food options which is awesome! I'll have to order that next time. I noticed a lot of people working on their laptops and it gets pretty busy. I saw lines forming as I was leaving. So timing can vary on how busy this place gets. It was a weekend so it was understandable and the employees seemed to be working fast. The location is perfect since you can walk around and shop while you sip on your coffee. There were plenty of tables/seats outside so my friend and I hung out there. Overall, it was a pleasant first time experience. I'd love to come back and try their other coffees, teas, and vegan food options.

Yelp
I just can't believe how they think it's ok to only offer one size. When I asked the Barista if they had larger cups he literally told me that a small is all I need. #Rude. This place is totally pathetic and out of touch with reality. The extremely expensive Coffee was great but I drank it in 2 sips. Total disappointment.
google avatar

Hiral S.

Yelp
Long overdue review. I have been to blue bottle multiple times hoping that my experience changes but no such luck. Let me start with the coffee. The coffee is good but the wait is so long. On an average the wait time is 20-25 minutes. That is a really long time to get a simple Americano. The folks at blue bottle are not friendly and the coffee is very pricey. I now only come here if others in my party really want to come here. There is parakeet right next door and options across the street.

Kay R.

Yelp
Today I ordered a drink and paid. I waited for a long time, however, nothing came out until I asked. The casher did not get my order to the people who make the drinks. He totally missed my order. I was not sure if he meant to do that or not. It is hard to think they would miss the order. I feel that he intentionally did not put my order. He hid himself after I ordered. Good thing I asked for the receipt. Otherwise, how would I prove that I ordered the drink.
google avatar

Alyssa S.

Yelp
My coffee machine broke today - what to do? Yes, there are a lot of coffee places in this area, but so many of them have really "busy" coffees when I just want a good French roast or Central American coffee in the am - something that tastes like *coffee* not cherries or molasses or moonbeams. Blue Bottle doesn't show online what the roasts are they have at a given time but I gave it a try. Only 2 choices for pour-over, no drip options: a blend called Giant Steps and the current single-origin coffee (something light-bodied from Myanmar). I liked Giant Steps much better than anything from Philz - it has chocolate notes and tastes like coffee, even if it has a lot of other stuff going on ("toasted marshmallows and graham cracker"). It's actually pretty darn tasty. But you don't get a size choice - it's $5 for a little pour over cup. I would like a bit more coffee but then it's $10. I am glad to now have this option and know that the Giant Steps blend is tasty. But I am still in need of more of a buzz from a bigger cup! This afternoon I'll probably go to Le Parfait Paris, which has yummy cappucinos (more of an afternoon drink for me!) - and tomorrow my new coffee machine will be here & I can grind & drink my own choice of beans and have as much coffee as I want. Hallelujah! But in the meanwhile, this was tasty and everyone was friendly here - good option to know about!

Yelp
Cute coffee shop in One Paseo! The whole center has great restaurants and shops, along with a parking structure. There are a few tables out front of the coffee shop and plenty of tables inside to hangout or study. I ordered the New Orleans and it was really good! They also offer some treats and pastries. If I'm at One Paseo, then picking up a New Orleans at Blue Bottle is a must!
google avatar

Wendy T.

Yelp
I waited about an hour for my drink!!! and it tasted average.. I only stayed nearby because I met up with some people. Tables and chairs available outside and a beautiful fountain with fish there too. I don't know which pastry my friend bought me but that tasted amazing. I was also gifted the instant espresso coffee in a jar which is yummy. Parking garage and a tiny one hour parking lot available but very difficult to find parking (I went on a Saturday). Would not come back.
google avatar

Joanne S.

Yelp
We got the Yuzu sparkling drink and the Hojicha (hot) latte. I was pleasantly surprised by the Yuzu drink. I enjoyed it more than I thought. It's pretty much a lemoncello without the added sugar and more carbonation. I enjoyed the hojicha. It seems that most of the drinks are made with Oatly (oatmilk) unless you have a preference for another milk. It comes unsweetened, but it was great! Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating . Located in El Paseo plaza.
google avatar

Grace N.

Yelp
This location is inside One Paseo and I really like this location! The store is super clean and there was not many people when we went! We got our drinks pretty fast and the service was great! Their coffee is usually consistent and I love how they have compostable everything! Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Crystal M.

Yelp
So so so incredibly slow. I mean ridiculously slow. I literally cannot believe how long I've been waiting. Drinks are very small and overpriced. They give dog biscuits so dogs are licking the floor munching away, while the humans have no coffee or treats. Two Thumbs down.
google avatar

Cash Y.

Yelp
Best way to pamper myself after Torrey pines hike, is always bb coffee at camel valley. Shakerato is really good, and their cappuccino tastes smooth and light with nut butter fun. Really enjoyed the ambience at that location, free parking also.
google avatar

Enrique G.

Yelp
For a $6 expresso they could at least NoT take 12 minutes... They try to do it si special that it becomes annoying
google avatar

Yelp
I am delighted Blue Bottle is in SD. This one is located in an eerily similar location to La Playa, Santa Monica, but I digress. Always clean, always lovely staff: the signature Blue Bottle experience. I love their hojicha lattes with all my heart. This particular weekend's foam art was just such an excellent way to keep me alight on an overcast day. Yes, please and thank you! Their ham/cheese sando is a perfect handheld meal on the go. The cinnamon croissant pull-apart was, however, a bit of a swing and a miss (shrugs).
google avatar

Carmen V.

Yelp
Not a good experience. I knew Blue Bottle Coffee from San Francisco first and then San Jose and was excited about trying out this one In One Paseo. The same minimalist look is there but minimalism does not have to be equivalent of cheapo. For the cost of bad coffee and super dry and terribly tasting pastry (was like a rock and tasted really awfully) you would expect not having to request some napkins or a paper plate to eat your pastry there (the one that ended to the trash). I was very disappointed and so was my friend. Waste of $
google avatar

Yianni A.

Yelp
Not happy. The Vanilla Oat Latte wasn't a deal breaker for me. Not saying much but Starbucks makes a better coffee. This cost me over $7 And it was small and two shots???? The hot chocolate wasn't anything great either. Was really shocked since there is a hype about this place
google avatar

Jackie T.

Yelp
First time here, and was not impressed. When we walked in we were the only customers in there. The inside of the store was super basic. White walls and a couple of white tables and small wooden stools. We asked the gentleman behind the counter and he recommended an iced sweet latte. It was $6.50 for a small. In my opinion it was not worth it. I'm not sure if I would come back.
google avatar

Justie L.

Yelp
Blue Bottle is simply the best. Ever. Get the Nola iced coffee and thank me later! Parking kinda sucks at One Paseo, but this well worth it, I promise.
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
Super slow - took 35 minutes to get a drip coffee made and I had to request it twice. Super frustrating to sit in the room of everyone else who is annoyed with it being so slow.

Yelp
Blue Bottle Coffee introduced using oatmilk in my coffee, and I am glad to have tried it out. After some tacos, beer, and more beer, I needed a caffeine boost and a sweet treat pastry. Within the One Paseo area, Blue Bottle Coffee was a welcome sight to see... The coffee tasted fresh here and their espresso was oh so delicious. They also sell coffee making supplies here too if you want to bring blue bottle to your home. They pride themselves in serving certified organic beans from high quality coffee farms. I tried their famous iced coffee with oatmilk, yum the foaminess of the oatmilk was fantastic. The inside of the place looked very clean and modern. Neat and chic. The baristas were very friendly and approachable. It sweetened my experience. The pastry that I got was warm and flaky, the croissant was too quick to be finished by me. Super good pairing with the coffee, and I was tempted to order another one. If I am here again in One Paseo, I would totally come back again for a nice espresso to get that caffeine fix.

Ms. J.

Yelp
Not many places to sit. Stopped in when only three other people were seated. Ordered an oat milk mocha extra hot. I can appreciate the artistry and mindfulness to make an espresso drink but I was with little kids and the ten minutes it took seemed like an eternity with an impatient four year old in tow. (I saw only one drink made before mine so that's what- five minutes a drink?) Grabbed my drink as soon as it was made, put a lid on it and headed out. Not only was it not extra hot, it was barely luke warm. It was also...how do I put this nicely...gross. It was an over seven dollar drink even though it was a small and I tipped a dollar. Not only did they not make sure it was extra hot, I have no idea what kind of oat milk and cocoa they use but it tasted like burnt dirt and bile. I threw it in the garbage on my way to the car.

John K.

Yelp
Great menu with lots to choose from. High quality coffee and tea options. The ambience is great as it is in a major shopping area close to shopping and dining and entertainment. Service was good with friendly staff.

I've been to this location a few times before. It's pretty nice to study at but the biggest downside is that there are no charging ports to charge your devices as you study. Drinks I've gotten - Sweet Latte (4/5): I like the muscovado sugar in the drink. I don't think I've ever tried a drink that had muscovado sugar but I liked this one. It had a nice caramel flavor to it and you could taste the sugar granules. - Caffe Mocha (4/5): it has a good chocolatey flavor and is not too sweet - Caffe Latte (3/5): this tastes really basic and nothing to write home about The drinks here are sorta expensive and I feel like I get a lot of ice in them. but overall good coffee and quite an expansive space to study at.

Yelp
If you like mediocre coffee made poorly by stoned college kids this is your spot. I never expect much from corporate joints but heard this was good from a colleague. The place is poorly decorated and soviet chic minimalist with ultra unpleasant seating. Get cushions doofs! The expresso which means fast took 15 mins with two others in line. The brains of the operation making it doesn't call me and its cold whwn i get it. Trash!
