It's pretty hidden. Next to the bridge. Healthy snack. Fruits seem fresh. The plain yogurt wasn't for me. Tasted different than other plain yogurts I've had. It truly tasted plain. No flavor and liquid like texture. I'm used to thicker and sour plain yogurt.

This place is fun. Choose the size you want and ALL toppings and mix ins are included. Four kinds of granola, many bases, fresh fruit, three nut butters, three yogurts, seeds-chia, hemp, pepitas, so many choices. Granola on the bottom and top-ok! More almond butter? Ok! A large 24oz was $15. If you don’t like this place you ordered wrong 😜

Love the idea that I can build my own açaí bowl with many options. I was able to get two bases and try different samples before getting it.

I thought I live in a food desert, barren for vegans and healthy foodies (for this climate it is a shame.) This place that I have for long walked by and only now have dined at really is an exception in the area, as it offers nutritious food of better quality. Although all the menu is sweet, their food is not deserts but more in the category of oatmeals and puddings: with judicious selection excessive sugar I deem can be avoided.

I have loved blue bowl for years! So delicious. The worker with big curly hair has a pretty bad attitude and always looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Definitely out of the ordinary for Blue bowl employees everyone is always so sweet and nice. Would love to speak to someone about it

So good, fresh and healthy bowls. Lots of toppings to choose from. Their bases don’t have cane sugar added and are naturally sweetened.

I've been to bluebowl a few times since it's so close to campus and I'm a fiend for fresh fruit and dessert. I was recently helped by Melissa and she welcomed me in the moment I stepped inside. I'm so grateful she took great care and consideration into my acai bowl it truly made me feel seen and appreciated. Also I complimented her kuromi clip and we had a fun little chat about sanrio which was fun!!!

Blue Bowl is my absolute favorite for yummy açaí bowls! I prefer a thicker, paste-like consistency for my açaí base rather than a thinner, runny, liquid-y, smoothie-like one. (The base was a bit thinner than what I usually get at the other locations. I’m not sure if it’s because I went closer to the end of the day? Or if the weather was just so hot? But it was still good) The base is not too sweet which is also really nice. I love how Blue Bowl offers unlimited toppings. There are different granolas, fruits, and superfood toppings to choose from, without any restrictions. Service is friendly, and I’m so happy they opened up another location near UCI.

Then I top it with granola, dried tart cherries, almond butter, and just a dash of cinnamon for the perfect finish. Honestly, I wish I could come here every day. The bowls come in three different sizes, which makes it easy whether you're just craving a snack or a full meal. A thoughtful touch I really appreciate: if you're ordering to-go, you can ask for a cup of ice so your bowl stays fresh and cold until you get home. The ambience is very welcoming and there's plenty of seating available. My kids love eating here, which makes it a win all around. Healthy, flavorful, customizable, and family-friendly. This place is a gem.

Hands down one of my favorite açaí places to visit in the area. This location is pretty consistent with other Blue Bowl locations. The inside had decent seating options, along with the outside. I appreciate being able to try the bases before committing to one. My friend and I got the largest bowl and ended up splitting it. The fruits felt fresh and the bases were at the right temperature - not too warm and liquid, but also not too cold and hard to puncture. The topping options are also fresh and abundant. I'll be back soon! The inside is clean and the staff are nice.

Another great bowl from Blue Bowl Superfoods! Does not disappoint. Today was Ojai chia, because it's only sweetened with maple syrup, unsweetened plain yogurt, The Butter, blueberries, strawberries, cacao, walnuts, hemp seeds, cherries, salt and last but not least, date honey...such goodness!

I visited Blue Bowl on a Wednesday around noon with one of my friends. There were other customers, but it wasn't too crowded. One of my friends works there, so I got to say hi, & all the other workers were super friendly. I customized a 12 oz bowl with mango passion, blue chia pudding, & plain yogurt as my base & paired them with their seasonal pumpkin spice granola. For my fruits & toppings, I added banana, blueberries, pomegranates, mulberries, goji berries, raw coconut, & hemp hearts. Then, I finished it off with cinnamon powder & their date honee. I've tried & enjoyed their chia pudding & protein bar before, but never their actual bowls--safe to safe, I loved it! I can't wait for my next visit.

I really wanted to give a 5 stars. Because I really do love the concept of plant based and no sugar sweeteners. I got the huckleberry smoothie. Since it was a grab and go type of day. I specifically asked the worker if she could do an extra blended smoothie . They have so many great options to choose from (chia, yogurt, they also use coconut water instead of milks as the liquid base). However when it came to check out, soon as I put the straw in mouth it was hard to get any smoothie from the straw. The bananas weren't blended well and obstructed the flow of the liquid. And Mind you, I asked for extra blended. On top of this, I don't know if it was because of this , that the straw soon after started falling apart :/. They need better straws .

Fantastic acai bowl that is reasonably priced and stacked to the brim!! While I find the acai flavor so-so, I love their coconut and blue bowl chia seed pudding!! Also love the huge selection of unlimited fruits and toppings!! While the employees were kind, there was a super long wait for a weekend afternoon. It looked pretty busy with the online orders coming in and the store being understaffed, so we had to wait for quite a bit in line

Simple and reliable açaí bowl spot next to UCI. Parking is super easy within the shopping center and there's plenty of seating right outside and around the store. Good spot when in need of a refreshing and satisfying snack!

I have always seen this place and finally got around to trying it. I have to say I was impressed for the price and toppings you can get with it. Everything I got in my bowl was tasty! I would definitely come back here. And the girls working here were very sweet and patient!

This is my all time favorite acai place!!! The price, the unlimited toppings, the different bases? Need I say more? Açaí bowls are definitely a treat for me since they're pretty heavy but if I ever get a chance to go in the mornings, you'll always catch me there. My go to order is the blue coconut base, chia pudding, maple granola on the bottom, various fruits, THE BLUE BUTTER!!!, dried raspberries, and date syrup.

Blue bowl is SO good! I always love coming here when I can and have been consistently received the same service and quality. There is a big parking lot for the area and lots of other restaurants/stores in this lot since it is by UCI. The workers are really nice with the servings and they always make the bowls look really nice. Their acai base is the perfect consistency and I love their blue bowl chia. They have a wide variety of bases and toppings. Lots of variety in granola, honey, nuts, etc. This is my go to spot for acai bowls in the area. Even my parents really like it!

I love Blue Bowl!! The small size açaí bowl is more than enough as a lunch meal especially with the unlimited toppings. The blue chia seed pudding is also delicious. You order at the counter and walk across the bar letting the staff know which bases, fruits, and other toppings you want. They'll help with any suggestions or recommendations. There's inside and outside seating.

My favorite acai place ever!! I've been here many times and I am never disappointed. I was never a huge fan of acai in general, I used to always get the pitaya base instead until I tried their acai and it's a game changer. I'm obsessed with their nut butters and all their options for toppings. The staff is kind and they even offer complimentary hot coffee in the mornings. Love this place!

This place never disappoints! I love that they have expanded their toppings bar and have so many options. Always great customer service, the employees are happy to offer samples of the bases to help you decide which direction you'd like to go.

Blue bowl is u deniably the best açaí I have ever had in all of my waking days. They have everything down perfect. The scoopability of the bases. The variety of options. The fresh ingredients. The allergy friendly menu. The quirky theme of the store. The perfectly lined up bowl of BLUE spoons that the cashier picks from and hands out after they flip the iPad. Blue bowl is a company I forever pledge my loyalty to. Thank you for existing in such close proximity to me!

TL:DR - New location, same great taste Blue Bowls has moved down the street from it's original location in the strip mall. You can see the storefront at the corner and if you drive past it just a bit, the entrance to the parking lot for it is on the right. It's expensive, but Blue Bowls will validate and you won't have to pay anything. The one thing that I love about Blue Bowls is the consistency of their food. When I go there I know what it's going to taste like and what I'm going to have, and I don't have to worry if I'll have a good experience or not. I went with my usual of blue coconut, coffee, and matcha base. Then all the fruits minus apple and mango. Coconut everything, goji berries, cacao, and golden berries. There is a little bit of that sweet, that sour, the slight bitterness of the cacao and coffee, and just all the textures you could imagine. Overall a successful lunch that just slaps every time. If you want a refreshing treat that is slightly healthy, then Blue Bowls is where it's at.

The obsession has become so real that I have turned Blue Bowl into my go to "treat" when I want to "treat myself" Although it's fairly healthy so ... does it even really count!? I've compared to several other açaí locations and Blue Bowl continues to sit on my top spot!

Came here for the first time this past week for lunch, built my own bowl for $12 for the 16 oz. I got acai, pitaya, and matcha as the base, and added blueberries, bananas, strawberries. Got the chocolate granola, and added mulberries, and other toppings. Pros: - You can do multiple bases, multiple granolas, and as many toppings as you want - cute space to eat inside with good air conditioning - fresh fruit! - Honesty pretty good portions, the 16 oz filled me up for lunch. - I like that the acai is not too icy or too sweet - lets you sample before you purchase! - Staff was very efficient - super delicious acai and toppings Cons: - inside doesn't have a ton of sitting space if it's really busy - Parking can be tricky if it's a busy day or if there's lots of college students around

People swear by blue bowl and they have a strong case, it is one of the best acai bowls in the area. So fresh and so efficient. Great location too at UTC- had a really nice time catching up with old friends after church at bethel grace right next over. My boy dyoun to my left, then gballer, jeremy & alex, chris oh, gina, and my fiance. What a time to be alive. After being in pittsburgh for a little bit I really craved acai bowls in warm weather and this really hit the spot.

Blue bowl never fails! BEST açaí I've had in all of California! The staff is always friendly and the bowls are always delicious. You can sample the bases and the toppings are unlimited! I personally like the mango, pitaya, and matcha bases. The interior is also clean, as well as the bathrooms.

This one has been by my favorite. Every time I have been here the smoothies are delicious! They have another location that just opened up by UCR so it's nice that they're expanding! Service is nice of course it's run by students working and their ambiance is great for studying.

My heart leaps for joy whenever I visit, if I lived nearby a Blue Bowl I would probably visit once a week. With that being said, I chose a medium sized bowl with: Base: Acai, Pitaya, Matcha & Blue Bowl Chia Granola: Maple Quinoa Fruits: Banana, Blueberries, Strawberries Nut Butters: Almond, Blue Butters Toppings: Gogi berries, Roasted & Sweetened Coconut Cacao Omitted both Sweeteners(such as agave) & Powders (Cinnamon, Matcha, etc.) At this point my 12oz. Bowl is brimming with delicious goodness, & the array of natural colors makes it even more inviting to devour. The bowls are not only fun to create & personalize, but the service is always outstanding. With all the choices I can see customers being overwhelmed & hence a good amount of patience on the part of the employee. Hope Blue Bowl continues the excellent service & quality fruit bowls for years to come.

I LIVE, BREATHE, LOVE BLUE BOWL! Always met with friendly and welcoming employees and impressed by how much they can fit in the 12 oz! Fruit is always fresh and sweet. Bases are delicious and smooth consistency. I also appreciate how their granola doesn't have nuts for those who have nut allergies! Blue bowl definitely puts itself in competition with the Palmetto that I usually go to when I'm in the bay !

Came to Blue Bowl for a quick morning snack and left happy with my experience. The interior feels clean and is aesthetically pleasing. The ingredients felt high-quality and they weren't cheap with what was added to the bowls. The service was quick and I appreciate how they focused on the presentation of the bowl as well! I paid $12.50 for my bowl which is a standard price for an açaí bowls today. Parking: Ample parking in the UTC plaza.

Sad to say I feel like the quality kind of went down. Adding yogurt can kind of give it a medicinal taste and the acai melts fast (wish more frozen). But same thing of unlimited toppings. I definitely feel like they pack it less now so it doesn't give the wow factor (had to ask for extra for the first time) and no more bee pollen. But can't be picky!! What other acai place gives you unlimited toppings?? It's befitting to accomodate a variety of palates

staff was kinda mean and that was annoying for me considering the long wait very modern interior, feels very beachy & cute solid acai, nothing really special or unique, a bit pricy in my opinion... - fruit tastes pretty fresh, the blue butter is nasty though

Blue Bowls is our go to spot when we come to Irvine! My usual order is the blue coconut and blue chia pudding base. I loooove the blue chia pudding base, I've tried to make it and it never comes out like Blue Bowls. Their fruit always tastes so sweet, and I love their seasonal fruit options. Blue Bowls has a lot of seating inside and outside, so we love to eat this outside on a nice day!

I enjoyed this place tremendously. The interior was well decorated with cool art and a lovely soundtrack in the background. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Zina who also assisted me on navigating the selections. I know nothing about açaí bowls but she made it easy and enjoyable. Ordering was a breeze The food itself was very refreshing. The fresh fruit was a nice treat and complimented the nuts and other toppings really well. I would definitely visit again.

I can't believe I never reviewed this place. It is so good and I come here all the time. It is right across from Uci at the UTC plaza. This place is always super clean and the people are always super quick in helping you. I love all the different types of bases. They have my favorite is the Pitaya and açai. Today I tried the mango passion and the Matcha, which was also super refreshing I like the hemp granola or the chocolate granola and I love all the fruit and other toppings that they have I recommend getting mixer on top to make it extra sweet and yummy. They blue bowl Chia pudding is also very delicious.

Visited here on the way to a concert at Great Park. The staff was super nice and allowed me to sample several base flavors before placing my order. The dining room is minimal, but seating outside is plentiful and preferable on a not-so-hot summer day like today. My bowl was nicely presented and absolutely refreshing. recommend!

I'm hooked on this place! I'm here nearly every week - trying different concoctions every visit. I appreciate the friendly staff who let me try different bases. My current favorites are huckleberry and blue coconut chia pudding. I love healthy, full feeling I have each time I'm here.

one of the better available bowls i've tried outside of hawaii. i customized my bowl and my favorite base was the huckleberry. the toppings pair well w it too. they have a few locations in oc, so if you're in the area i recommend checking them out!

I know you guys have had bowls of Acai, but if you haven't been here, you've got to try-ee! It's Blue Bowl, in Irvine! This is the best acai experience I've ever had, hands down. And the consistency is supreme! Get into your local Blue Bowl, cuz they're everywhere around OC. This is the best stuff to get after a hike or a walk in the morning. It's so revitalizing, and it can turn a blue day into a brighter one! When you come to a place like this, it's whatever you like! So build your own bowl, and don't be shy! There's so many toppings that taste so good on top of those nummy yummy bases. Of course, you gotta try the acai, but go wild with whatever else! I'm personally a big fan of the blue coconut and chia! And I love the huckleberry! I get bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, and load it up with everything from cacao nibs to raspberry powder! The world isn't your oyster; it's your acai bowl! Look how pretty these things come out to be! It's vibrant and oh-so-fresh! The most refreshing flavors come out, from sweet, salty, rich, acidic, and even bitter! Mmm-mmm. You KNOW how we feel about balance! Every time, you can enjoy something different too! That's the beauty of Blue Bowl! If you skip over this place, I'd say you Blue it! Hahahaha!

Love blue bowls! And this place is no different than other blue bowl establishments. My go to is the Lazy Blue which always hits the spot. Such a good place when you're a little peckish but want something healthy to eat. It was fairly crowded when we went but the line moved quickly! Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

Was craving something refreshing but didn't want to make decisions. Blue bowls is so nice because you can pick the lazy blue and it has all the best ingredients. So I went to Disneyland California adventure 3-10-25 and saw this little booth with a line and I was curious. I've never tried Acai bowls so I gave it a try. First of all the young guy helping me qas super friendly and nice. Good job. I chose the blue coconut I live all things coconut flavor. Let me tell you it was so good. Not too sweet just perfect. I'm kinda sad they are only there temporary for the food and wine festival I wish they were there all the time. I'm a pass holder and go to Disneyland often there's never any healthy options! Will be back on the 21st !

Love how customizable the bowls here are! They have many different bases that you pick for your bowl, all very tasty. My favorites are the blue coconut and pitatya. Blue Bowl is my favorite Açaí bowl place. Their selection of toppings is unsurpassed. I just get the "Lazy Bowl" which is amazing. They do not stint on anything.

My first time at Blue Bowl and my second time eating an acai bowl. I was recommended to go here by my friend, and I really like that you can choose what's in your bowl. I wish there were more fruit options available, but nonetheless, there are a lot of options! The service was quick and the workers were really nice. Ambiance: Clean and bright, a couple of tables inside and additional tables outdoors made for plenty of seating. Food: My two friends and I opted to build our own bowl, and there's a wide variety of choices for your base, granola, fruit, and additional toppings. The blue chia pudding is a must--delicious texture and makes for a healthy and yummy snack. Will definitely fulfill any acai bowl cravings! Service: Very fast and friendly, patient with questions.

Was down on campus of UC Irvine looking for healthier options than Taco Bell & Chick Fil A & In N Out...AND FOUND IT. Great acai bowl for under $15. Healthy. Tasty. Fresh. Lots of topping options. Friendly staff. Quick service. Parking isnt the easiest but it worked out great. Love this place

Was trying to find a closer acai place since my go to moved further away. Decided to try this since their options looked good and I tend to go for customizable bowls. The base options are great! They even let you try out the base before deciding which I find as a huge plus! The menu in store doesn't give a description of what each base is made with so definitely check their website for more info. Decided to go for the medium size one (I forgot how many oz lol) and was able to finish in one sitting. They really jam pack everything and all the ingredients were fresh. Staff was helpful and patieng with you so you don't feel rushed. This place is worth a try if you're in the area! Note the place is behind where the Target is in the plaza.
