This place has the most delicious coffee I've ever had. The signature one called "Blue Brown Latte" is my very favorite one. It's so good every time. The pastries are different from others and also delicious. I love the croissant with Thai tea custard ,I've never seen it anywhere else and taste very good. The space is cozy. You can hangout comfortably in there. It feels good to be there.

Love this nice little cozy corner! We coincidently found out this gem cause we parked right in front of their place! The coffee and thai ice tea taste so good and their snacks are amazing! We love the atmosphere and vibes, so chilled and relaxed, kids and pets friendly. We were there with our 7 yo girl and staffs were super nice to her!!! We’re glad we decided to give them a try…turn out now we’re a fan!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

The mango coco matcha latte was unique and yummy! Not too sweet but I appreciated the fruity flavor that surprisingly blended with the matcha well. The Thai tea latte was also balanced and delicious. My highlight was the pandan custard croissant, which didn’t skimp on filling or flakiness.

Early Friday morning, I picked up a pandan croissant, ham and cheese croissant, plain croissant🥐, cold brew, and pink matcha latte. I loved that they also offered lychee matcha, Thai tea, Thai coffee, and more Asian inspired flavored coffee and tea beverages and pastries, in addition to the classics. They also had two savory pastry options. The croissants at Nick& Sons are flakier, but let's be real, you're coming here for the yummy Pandan or Thai tea creme filled croissants, and infinitely better and excellent 👍🏻 😁 👌🏻 ☕ 🍵 ☕ morning drinks. The interior is cozy, inviting, and verdant with many pots of plants. There are a few seats outside to sit n sip and people watch, with more seating inside. When I went Thursday morning, there was only one barista working both the cash register, making the drinks, and bagging the food, but she was quick and still friendly. She also has the patience of a saint with my 5 year old child who asked questions incessantly. Service is sweet and with a smile. Beyond happy to have this neighborhood gem 💎 of a cafe!

Superb experience early Sunday morning. Charming, helpful barista. Had an excellent pour over and a tasty croissant. Lovely decor and chill music. Couldn’t recommend more.

One of the best coffee shops that I've ever been to. The cold brew had to be one of the top 3 that I have ever had at the very least. My girlfriend got herself a thai iced tea and the flavor was an absolute treat, so much rich sweet flavor in every sip. Small yet comfortable and welcoming space, was a pleasure to sit down and work in during the morning hours. Will absolutely return if Im looking for a coffee in the area!

This is a cozy little coffee shop with a warm atmosphere. The layout is a narrow rectangle, and as soon as you step inside, your eyes naturally follow the line of framed illustrations along the wall all the way to the back of the space. Near the entrance on the right-hand side, there’s a corner that everyone seems to love. In the early days after the café opened, this spot was popular with visitors who came to take photos. Near the register, you’ll see two glass jars filled with cookies. I happen to use the same kind of jars at home for snacks and spices, which made the space feel extra familiar and personal to me. If you look up, you’ll notice a little bear climbing on top of one of the glass light fixtures. I enjoyed standing near the counter today, not just to sneak a peek at what beans they were using, but also to stay close to the little air conditioner there. If you walk further inside, there’s a wooden shelf stacked with coffee bags on the bottom, several Polaroid cameras in the middle, and lots of mugs displayed at the top. They also sell their own branded cups, which I remember were around $40. Today they were using beans from Brandywine Coffee Roasters. The current espresso blend is called Galactic Standard. It’s a mix of beans from Colombia, Burundi, and Ethiopia. The beans are processed using a combination of washed and natural methods and roasted to a medium-to-dark level. Flavor-wise, it's nutty, with notes of dark chocolate and caramel. The first time I had a washed-process coffee was at SEY, and I thought I was doomed—it was very acidic. This time I ordered their cappuccino. Just as I expected, the top layer was quite acidic. But the middle part was smooth and rich, and it finished with just a light, gentle bitterness. Overall, this is a lovely place. The only thing missing is a public restroom.

Best local coffee shop. Top notch beans, great baristas, super friendly across the board and a sweet little space.

Lovely Asian inspired cafe in Williamsburg! I arrived late afternoon on a Monday, and it was pretty busy with folks doing work. They provide wifi and allow laptops it seemed! I'm a sucker for a seasonal drink, so I got a pumpkin spiced Thai iced tea. It was DELICIOUS. It looked like they made their own pumpkin flavoring, and the Thai tea flavor came through nicely. I would love to come back here! Only thing is price wise, I paid around $10 for the drink with oat milk. Other than that, it was super tasty!

Great coffee addition to Williamsburg that provides a unique offering and good flavors. This Thai-owned and operated spot has everything you need -- seating indoors and out, strong coffee and matcha with SE Asian flavors, and good service. There also have art featuring Thai creatives and items for sale in the front and back. So worth popping into versus some of the viral locations in the area!

I stopped by Blue Brown Cafe after seeing good reviews online. The interior is small, but pretty empty this past Thursday morning. I was in-and-out within five minutes. BLUE BROWN LATTE - 6.75 +0.50 for ice The light blue color of the blue pea flower-based milk was weirdly mixed with the espresso, which made a desaturated grayish-brown color that wasn't very appetizing. I also didn't like the combination of the blue pea flower, coconut syrup, and coffee. Something about it was off... Sorry it just didn't do it for me especially with the ridiculous pricing. It seems like a lot of people like their signature latte, so maybe I just went during an off day?

I love this place!! the place is absolutely adorable, very aesthetic while still feeling real (it didn't feel like the vibe was forced). it's well lit, artsy, and tastefully colorful. i love that it doubled as an art exhibit too! the blue brown latte was very unique in flavor and delicious, like it managed to have its own flavor without being sweet, which i love as someone who's been to a lot of coffee shops!! there's only one table in the back and a couple counter seats in terms of doing work, but plenty of bench space if you're here just to chat. I came an hour before closing so it was empty seating-wise but people came in and out. I don't live in Williamsburg but will 100% be making the trip out on the next cafe work day :)

This was a random stop for a caffeine fix on an early morning, and I'm so glad I stopped. It's a small cafe with such interesting drinks, but I opted for their basic blue brown coffee! It has a few seating options inside (along the wall, 1 table seating, and a couple of chairs) as well as tables on the outside. Overall, I loved it!

So sad to write this review, but I was disappointed in the Thai tea latte. My Thai tea latte tasted mostly like milk with a very faint Thai tea taste... I had high hopes for the Thai Tea drinks, but was very sad when I tasted 95% milk and 5% Thai tea. The ambiance is adorable, cozy, and so cute - very Brooklyn coffee signature shop aesthetic. I'd come back to hang out friends, but not sure about ordering the drinks

Due to the matcha craze that has been going on, I've been on the hunt for more cafes that sell matcha drinks. I stumbled upon a few people recommending Blue Brown Cafe on TikTok and Reddit and decided to look into this place. After doing my research, I found out that this is a Thai-owned cafe that sells Thai-themed drinks! And so, I knew I immediately needed to check this place out because hello??? I'm literally Thai!! I visited this place recently and the interior was so cute and cozy. I got their iced pink milk matcha with almond milk since I haven't had pink milk aka "nom yen" in so long. When I took that first sip, I felt like I was brought back to my childhood. Then, I mixed the drink and I tried the pink milk mixed with the matcha and was pleasantly surprised at how well the two tasted together. I will definitely be coming back to try their other drinks! The barista was also soooo nice and friendly! I enjoyed talking to her.

Pandan cream filled croissant, yum! Coffee, I didn't love. Service was soo friendly. The shop vibe was quiet and cozy. We got the pandan and thai tea cream filled croissants which were both yummy. The thai tea is a lot sweeter, but we are biased and prefer the pandan flavor. Our pandan croissant also had WAY more pandan cream than the thai one so that was a bonus! They are soft and buttery croissants, but not crispy and flaky on the outside. The blue brown coffee was just a pretty blue coffee. Didn't taste anything spectacular tbh. I didn't add sweetener though, it's probably decent with sweetener. Our barista was accommodating, I asked her to warm up my croissants after I had sat down and she enthusiastically did it which I loved. Overall, would come back for croissants but probably not the coffee.

This adorable cafe is now in my roster of pickup coffee spots. I got the Thai coffee (I asked for it to not be too sweet) and it was perfect. The flavors were well balanced and hit the spot. There were so many drinks I wanted to try (the seasonals looked interesting!) so I will definitely be back. The barrista was also nice and had good energy. Also loved the art display inside! Some of the pieces are for sale.

The cutest coffee shop ever with such a unique drink selection! I got the signature drink, the blue brown latte, and I don't think I've had a latte quite like this before. Classic latte but paired with coconut syrup and butterfly pea flower tea - very gentle flavors with a good caffeine hit. The inside is cute and cozy, but there aren't too many seats. The staff is also very warm and friendly!

Cute local cafe shop! Great place to grab a coffee and catch up with friends. Not too big inside but there's usually space to sit. Coffee wasn't anything crazy - I tried the dirty thai tea since I wanted to explore something new! Super cool concept, I wish it was a bit creamier? Felt a bit watered down? But overall enjoyed it.

Great cafe! They have so many Thai themed drinks, which is really nice since a lot of cafes have the same drinks. Having this place was great. Have tried their thai tea as well as their summer special sala matcha latte and enjoyed both of them! Service was quick, and the cafe has a lot of cozy seating.

I ended up dropping by again to do some work! The cafe has reliable wifi, along with a couple of cute seats by the window overlooking the street. I got to try their dirty thai tea latte and their thai tea custard filled croissant and they were both delicious! The latte wasn't very sweet (perfect for me), and the thai tea flavor definitely came through in the custard. I love pistachio and almond croissants but since almost every bakery has those, it's nice to change it up. I wish I lived closer to the area so I could come by more often!

Got an iced latte without flavoring / syrup. It was damn good. Definitely recommend this place.

I am tempted to not write this review because so many spots in Williamsburg have gone viral. This is my go to cafe in Williamsburg for delicious coffee and tea drinks with Thai/south east Asian flavors incorporated. My personal favorite is the Matcha Lychee, and my partner's is the iced Thai Coffee (with condensed milk). The drinks are well made and thoughtful and the design of the cafe is super cute. 5/5

I've found my new favorite coffee shop in Brooklyn. Their menu is a dream -- Asian inspired pastries, Asian flavored espresso drinks, and a good pourover selection. Their beans are from Brandywine Coffee Roasters, which has really cute bag art!! The interior is also clean, warm, and peaceful. Needless to say I'll be coming back :)

I am so glad I decided for stop by Blue Brown Cafe. I was just looking for a coffee spot to try out and came across Blue Brown Cafe in Yelp Search nearby where I was. I loved the overall vibe of the cafe, very cozy with nice decors and plants. The coffees and pastries were Thai- inspired. I tried their blue brown latte which had its signature blue color. It was lightly sweet and delicious. Hope to be back soon

coffee is good, menu says 5.50 for a latte, ordered a latte and was charged 7.35 for just a normal sized iced oat latte which is just astronomical? 2 dollars more for an iced drink and it's not posted anywhere? kind of insane

Goddamn. There were a lot of high hopes for this coffee shop and the coffee shop met them all. I am a fiend for Thai iced tea and as you should know, Thai iced tea can taste like candy. Before drinking my dirty Thai tea latte I wondered where in the spectrum of "sugar drinks" and "serious coffee" the drink would land - I am really happy to say that it fell on the side of serious coffee. The coffee was bold but didn't drown the tea flavor (as a dirty tea should be). It was surprisingly not sweet and conceptually I really liked this. Having a sweet tooth would I have wanted it to be a little bit more sweet? Maybe.. but every dip of this drink felt so substantial and there isn't any hiding behind sugar or milk. Just really good tea/coffee. Thai tea croissant was also fantastic. Not the best croissant I have had in terms of texture but the Thai tea custard cream puts the pastry in a league of its own. Finally there's calming wood (almost tiki?) architecture that takes you briefly to Thailand. It's not big but feels spacious despite the narrow interior.

New cafe that serves a lot of Thai & Asian inspired coffee & pastries! The service is really fast & friendly & the coffee is specialty legit--brewed on La Marzocco. Quiet & cozy: great for getting work done, reading, or relaxing with friends!

The food is amazing. I tried the pink milk matcha and the lavender matcha. Both were super flavorful! You can tell they are locally sourced. Their service was fast and polite. The location is very homey and has an amazing vibe to it!

Absolutely charming coffee shop! There's a solid amount of room to sit down and chat with a friend. It's well decorated and very cozy! They have an array of Thai drinks and coffee shop classics. I got the Thai iced coffee which was delicious, and not too sweet! Super excited to have this unique coffee shop added to the area!

Blue Brown just opened down the street and I can already tell that it will be one of my favorite Williamsburg cafes. The space is bright and inviting, the perfect place to get some work done. I got the Thai Iced Tea and a chive and cheddar scone and both were delicious. 5 stars!!!
