Blue Collar Burger Greenpoint

I always get a double veggie burger, no sauce no onions and tater tots which are delicious. The cashier remembers my name and order and it’s a short wait to get my food. My foodie wife says her double cheeseburger with everything is good. Feels like what I’d imagine a classic burger joint was like. I might go there today.

Honestly the best burger I have had in a long time! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Really fast service. I’m new to the area and this was a great first pick on food!

Good burger, but please consider putting in place a compost bin for food and oil soiled paper, composting is now mandatory in NYC. I'm sure it'd improve the image of your brand too!

To kill time while in BK we came across Blue Collar burger and figured we would give it a try. It was about 35 min wait but it was well worth the wait. The staff were polite and sweet the place was clean and I now know why there was so much traffic in and out of that place. I have to say the fries there were the best iv had in a long time. The burger was juicy also bursting flavors and cooked to perfection. We will be driving back from Harlem to Bk just to have some more blue collar burgers. Almost forgot the shakes were so good I got it to go and wish I saved some fries to dip it in the shakes but I’ll do that next time.

I love the aesthetic of the restaurant, the food is incredible, and the staff are super nice! Everything came out quick, and oh my god I just can't get enough. Next time I'm forcing my boyfriend to come.

I recently visited the Blue Collar restaurant located at the Green Point location, where I had the pleasure of indulging in their Double Cheeseburger. This culinary delight exceeded my expectations, boasting a rich and delectable taste that left an indelible impression with every savory bite. The burger was impeccably prepared, with each component contributing to a symphony of flavors that tantalized the taste buds. In addition to the exceptional burger, I opted for a refreshing Root Beer, which proved to be a delightful accompaniment to the meal. Its robust and distinct flavor profile rendered it a standout choice among the beverage selection, earning it the accolade of "best soda ever" in my estimation. However, while the burger and beverage offerings were exemplary, I must offer a nuanced critique of the accompanying fries. Despite their inclusion as a classic side dish, I found the fries to be somewhat lacking in comparison to the exceptional quality of the burger. While satisfactory in their own right, I believe they fell short of achieving the same level of excellence and were, at best, middling in comparison to the standout attributes of the meal. Overall, my dining experience at Blue Collar was largely defined by the outstanding quality of the Double Cheeseburger and Root Beer combination, reminiscent of the esteemed taste of an iconic In-N-Out burger. While the fries may not have reached the same heights of culinary excellence, they did little to detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Burger and fries were great. Can’t say the same for the vibe. We came in at 11:30pm, cold and damp from the misting rain, hoping to sit and eat. Another couple was already seated and eating, but we were told we couldn’t sit, even though we offered to leave right at closing. So we ended up eating across the street on a bench in the drizzle. Good food, but if you’re arriving near closing, don’t expect warmth. Literal or otherwise. UPDATE: I emailed Mae right away, the same day she responded, and she never got back to me, lol.

Double Cheese Burger is good. It's a little pricier than McDonald's, but better than McDonalds. I also think it's better than In-n-out and Burger King, too.

Blue Collar exceeded my expectations - it's similar to a Shake Shack Mom and Pop joint. The burgers are not too heavy or big, but a decent portion. I had this delivered and didn't get to have it in person at the restaurant fresh and hot off the grill. Soft burger buns, and tasty burger meats, but I would've have liked something similar to thousand island dressing to complement the burger.

I really enjoyed my chicken tenders sandwich. It comes with lettuce tomatoes and onion. I asked to hold the onion . It was made fresh. It being on a potato roll is a nice touch. I forgot to take a picture. but I am sure on you guys have ordered a sandwich with lettuce and it was a picture perfect red leaf lettuce. Yummy. I will definitely come back for more items from the menu.

This was the smallest ass bacon double cheeseburger I've ever had before in my bacon double cheeseburger life. I mean the burger is ok it's just that for 23 bucks for a bacon double cheeseburger I shouldn't be finished eating it in four bites. Granted that includes tater tots, but I'm not paying $20 for the tater tots. Or maybe I did. Service was slow but okay.

Can't give this burger spot greater than 3 stars for multiple reasons . Reason 1 - The burger was raw-ish on the inside Reason 2- The price was too high for a single smash patty at approx $8.50 Reason 3 - The service from the cashier was not very good Reason 4- You have to pay $1 extra for their sauces The floor for smash burgers is pretty high so I won't comment too much on the taste other than it was slightly above normal because of the abundance of veggies and freshness it provided . The girl at the front, after I pointed out that the burger was raw , responded in a snarky way "why didn't I say something earlier ". Well... it's because I thought that was their normal way to prepare it until I saw a guy's double patty burger cooked the right way. In any event this was surely a one and done for me.

I passed by this place many times and finally decided to try it. So this place is fine but also kinda expensive. It's a fast casual place. It's a big step up quality wise from McDonald's, but it's still not a full restaurant either. Prices were ok-ish. The portions were small. I would say come here if you're craving fast food, but have the funds for something a little more fresh. They kinda nickel and dime you here on the sauces, though.

This smash burger hits and I've tried a few in the area. It has the perfect freshness factor of lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles that makes it really non-greasy. The menu here is small and basic with burgers, tenders, fries, and shakes. There's a solid 8-10 tables inside for a casual feast and service was quick. I already want another.

Hamburger & Hot Dog. GOOD. A fine tasting Burger with a soft Bun and fresh Toppings. Splurged for a Hot Dog & Soda instead of Sides. Once again a nice fresh soft Bun was provided for the Beef Dog topped with Sauerkraut which wasn't of the Supermarket variety. RECOMMEND.

Best onion rings in the city. very clean and convenient location! Ordered ahead by 10 mins and it was ready so can't beat that!

I live in the area I drove by saw this spot decided to try it. I order what came out to be bout 54$ I wait in my car For 20 minutes like it says I send my gf in there the girl says she can't find the order. I go back inside she says she never got the order then goes to the iPad redoes the order with out me Telling her anything forgets my Chili cheese fries which is like 8$ my loaded hot dog I had almost all the toppings on there came out to like 12$ It just came out with sour craut on top of all that I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The whole time the girl has this stoner vibe I don't get it.. will not be coming back here and the food I did have tasted low quality I feel bloated this is a step above McDonald's but still some seed oil garbage And the dolllar sauces that's kind of gnarly gluck to this business I had a negative experience here sorry It's really crazy I literally just came back from Mexico City The service there was incredible everywhere shame on this city adopting this hobo service

Awesome new spot! Food was great, easy and the onion rings are a must. Glad to have this addition to the area.

The lettuce crisps. The onion crunches. The tomato squirts. The meat--it delivers. Will be back.

Stopped in to pick up double-meat cheeseburger with bacon and vanilla shake. Order was ready in a few minutes, service was friendly and quick. $20-ish, plus cash tip. Not really inexpensive, but the burger and shake were both outstandingly delicious. Nice flavor to the grilled beef, cheese nice and melted, got all the toppings (FRESH tomato and lettuce), which really stuffed out the bun. Bacon was plentiful and very crispy (not bland and microwaved-tasting like so many burger joints). Reminded me of the taste of the OLD "Shake Shack" burger in NYC. Placed in a secure box in a nice paper-carry bag; even the shake had it's own carry bag and was securely fastened. Easy to bring home. Neither the burger nor the shake were the largest I've ever had, but from pix I'd seen I thought I'd be getting a burger the size of a slider. Wrong! Plenty of heft to it. Considering how expensive everything is nowadays, this was well worth the price. Tasty burger, tasty shake. Quick service, secure packaging. To note: the place had several (small) tables, and was VERY clean.
