Oh my. Now that I’ve found you I’m going to gain 20 pounds. And enjoy every single bite. I’ve reviewed at least 100-200 places. Hands down, this spot has the best pastries and sweets I’ve had to date. Absolutely stunning in beauty and absolutely mind blowing in flavor.it started with a pistachio muffin and that was game over. The best muffin I have had in my 46 years of life. Period. The coffee and Italian sodas and plant based energy drinks are all absolutely brilliant. If you do not go here and try everything they have to offer you are failing yourself. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are up next. I applaud you. Absolute perfection in a cafe. I mean that sincerely. And I can’t forget the staff. They were all kind and caring and asked if you were happy, satisfied and if everything met your expectations. Whomever the owner or manager is/are, take this global and change the world. I cannot say enough good nor can I truly express how amazing your spot is.

I was recommended this place at work, so took my family here while they were in town for the weekend. Blue Corn Bakery was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, we got to talk to them as they gave us so many samples of fresh hot cookies (red velvet and lemon which were both SO good) and sourdough. (which they sliced just for us!) The owner, Nick, introduced himself to us and even gave us a free Cherry Cheesecake to try while we decided what to get, which was also incredible. We ended up getting the red velvet cookies(6), -a loaf of rosemary olive oil sourdough, and a blueberry lemon, zucchini, and ube muffin. Total ended up being about $50 so it’s a little pricey, but for fresh baked goods that tasty it’s a treat that’s worth it. They also have coffee which seems a little pricey(coffee pictured is not from there) but we didn’t try it so no idea how good it could be! We should have gotten a cinnamon roll too seeing these reviews! Overall it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

Google
It's a very nice, cozy place. They offer a variety of pastries, cookies, sandwiches, as well as sourdough bread. Of course, they also serve teas and coffee. The staff is very friendly and always offers samples of their pastries and desserts. During my visit today, they kindly offered me a cherry cheesecake tart on the house... it was so good!

Google
From the first moment walking in, Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery is charming, inviting and enchanting. We were greeted immediately with warm, delicious muffins fresh out of the oven. The award winning quiche was even better than advertised and the sourdough bread could compete with some of the best, artisan bakeries in the country. As important as the quality of the baked goods, was the energy and enthusiasm of the owner and staff. Their enthusiasm for the cafe and sense of community was evident from the first moment. This is a small business that you just know will be successful and a must stop when in the Valley.

Google
stopped by Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery after reading about them in Sun Life Magazine — and it did not disappoint! I’ve been searching for fresh sourdough, and theirs is one of the best I’ve had. The staff were so friendly, especially Nick, who shared samples of their amazing baked goods and made everyone feel welcome. I tried the spinach feta quiche, pumpkin chai latte, and lemon blueberry muffin, one word “Amazing”.. of course I had to purchased some cookies and a jalapeño cheddar sourdough loaf to take home. Everything I sampled was perfectly made. You can tell that so much passion goes into all the baked goods and the customer service is above beyond any place I have visited. Nick, even gave each customer a personal size Strawberry cheesecake on the house to try. It was so delicious! This is a must try place!! Can’t wait to go back!

Google
I was first wowed by their muffins at an outdoor nature event. They were out when I went to get one for my girlfriend. I had to go to the bakery so she could try them. The ube muffins are fantastic, a rich purple color with a fantastic subtly sweet taste. My girlfriend who is a picky eater liked them. While there the service was great, I got a sample of their lemon blueberry muffin; I don't even like blueberries but I liked that sample enough to contemplate buying one. Then I was given the opportunity to try their pistachio muffin and tiramisu. Truly, from what I've tried, they've got their baked goods on lock and I think I'd try and possibly buy any of them. The honey lavender oat milk latte with cinnamon was delicious; one I got to decide all of that and two it's hard to balance the flavor in a honey lavender latte and they did it well. It's a cozy little place that I honestly have already recommended to friends. I left with cookies and muffins and a smile for sure.

Google
Moment you walk in you are happily greeted with great energy. They give you a sample while you decide what to order. Their Sourdough bread is delicious! I have never had a quiche before, but I ordered one because it was requested to have one at the baby shower. I was able to try a quiche before leaving and it was absolutely amazing!!!! Nick, the owner, who is just the most kindest person told me the process on how they are made and you can just tell the amount of care that goes into them. This place all around is just a good and necessary place to visit in downtown Glendale.

Siree H.

Google
Walked into this cozy cafe and was greated with hospitality by both staff and owner. Their homemade sourdough is delightful. I will definitely be returning to try some of the seasonal flavors made. All i can say is this place is way better than Starbucks hands down plus you wont be nickel and dimed for alt. Milk options. Its a must try, you wont be disappointed !!

Yelp
Freshly baked, yummy bake goods, sandwiches, quiche, fresh ground coffee! In a clean, comfortable and cute restaurant located in downtown Glendale. MUST try!

Yelp
I stopped in today to pick up a loaf of sourdough after trying one a month ago that my girlfriend had gifted me--and wow, it was just as incredible as I remembered. This was my first time actually visiting the cafe/bakery, and I ended up meeting the owner, Nick. He made both me and my friend Ruthie feel so genuinely welcomed. You can tell he truly cares about his customers; he even greeted other guests by name, which says a lot about how many regulars love this place. While we were waiting for the next batch of sourdough to come out, Nick surprised us with a mini cheesecake he had made. Such a thoughtful gesture and absolutely delicious! As someone born and raised in Arizona, being back in that part of Glendale brought back so many memories. It makes me happy to see the historic area still so full of life and this bakery is definitely part of that charm. I highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance. I'm already looking forward to trying the quiche and soup on my next visit. Thank you, Nick, for making my visit memorable. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
If love at first bite were a thing, it would happen at Blue Corn Café & Bakery. Their tomato medley, basil, and Boursin cheese quiche was downright divine -- flaky, rich, and perfectly balanced, like it was crafted by someone who understands both flavor and feelings. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the incredibly friendly owner handed me a strawberry cheesecake tart "on the house." I'm convinced this was an act of both kindness and sabotage, because now I'll be dreaming about it for weeks. Between the warm hospitality and the dangerously good food, Blue Corn Café has officially ruined all other quiches and tarts for me -- and I couldn't be happier about it.

Yelp
Blue Corn Café is such a gem! From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. I was greeted right away--by more than one friendly face--and even offered samples before I had a chance to decide what to order. The staff were not only welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. They patiently answered my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed. That kind of service goes a long way. Food-wise, everything I tried was delightful. The quiche was soft, fluffy, and flavorful--comforting without being heavy. I also went with the zucchini muffin, which had been recommended, and it was spot on: moist, slightly sweet. For something sweet, I sampled both the lemon cookie and a croissant. I'll admit, I don't usually go for croissants, but theirs won me over--they were warm, buttery, and tender, without the dryness or flakiness that can be off-putting. Lemon cookie was soft and sweet, I do wish the lemon flavor was a bit stronger or more tart, but that's a personal preference. The snickerdoodle cookie was good, but not great. It was a large flat cookie, cheer in the middle but was too crunchy around the edges for me. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they serve tiramisu by the slice! On top of that, I noticed they keep breakfast sandwiches wrapped and ready to go--a thoughtful touch for anyone in a rush. The atmosphere inside is cute and welcoming. It doesn't try too hard to be overly modernized; instead, it has a comfortable charm that makes you want to stay awhile. Whether you're popping in for a quick breakfast, grabbing a sweet treat, or lingering over coffee, Blue Corn Café has something to offer. Great service, and a cozy vibe. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Gotta say - I have not spent much time in downtown Glendale. Was pleasantly surprised when I ran across Blue Corn Cafe. Stopped in to get a coffee, but ended up with a muffin and a coffee. The service is fast and fast friendly, the vibe is mellow and welcoming, and the baked good were delicious. The selection of baked goods was quite good - cookies, cakes, muffins, croissants, and macarons. I opted from a blueberry muffin - it was tall and full of blueberries. The outside was nicely crispy as well. Almond milk latte (iced) was good as well. The rest of the pastries looked really good, but no way was I getting through more than one.. N*joy!

Yelp
We have an event in Glendale, but wanted to get some treats beforehand. I've had this place on my list for a while and I'm glad we finally made it! It has such a quaint and darling charm inside and outside! All of their food items are in the front, but unfortunately there's no menu board by the register! So you can either ask incessantly what they have or already know what you want. The service was very nice though and they were handing out free samples for the customers to try! There is a lot of seating - some of it mismatched lol but it's cool. As for the food - omg! The strawberry rose muffin is SO GOOD!! We also ordered the lemon cookie, and two breakfast croissant sandwiches to go. My husband ordered a strawberry lemonade - also very good, sweet like candy. I ordered the strawberry vanilla latte which was a nice touch of berry flavor. I would love to come back again!

Yelp
I wish I could give this bakery 10/10 stars but since I cannot 5 stars will do! I was introduced to this bakery a few weeks ago and I couldn't believe the deliciousness I was missing out on! Everything is freshly baked by Chef Nick and his great team! I especially love how this bakery offers sample of the sweet and savory pastries so the customer will know what they are getting before they make their purchase. They also offer various drinks and soups that pair very well with either a sweet pasty or a savory one. I almost forget to mention the delicious jalapeño cheddar sourdough bread. If you don't like that flavor, no worries! They also have a plain sour dough bread option. They will slice your bread in the bakery if you want with their old school bread slicer. I'm a big fan of the zucchini bread and croissants. Nothing beats a fresh croissant and butter on top after putting it in the microwave for 30 seconds! If you like cheesecake tarts or yummy cupcakes, this place is a must try!

Yelp
I always wanted to go back, but the hours are not convenient. I randomly swung by one day when I was driving home from the office or driving to my other job. Anyway, what I got was so good that I wanted to go by again between jobs. That visit was great and then I went another day and was telling them I wanted to come the day prior but they were closed. Say less, cause now they are open seven days per week 10am to 2pm! I don't want to spoil it, but they give samples. I have had samples of lemon cookies, sourdough bread, zucchini bread, and jalapeno bread. One day when I was leaving they handed me a zucchini muffin and told me to warm it for like 20-30 seconds. I am not a tomato eater, but I ate one of their ready-made sandwiches that has tomato in it, and I did not even remove it, that is how good they are! They generally have a crowd hanging out at their tables. It is a nice place to sit and have a chat or quick meeting. They have seating in the front and back. They have some other things, like lavender for sale too. Oh, and I discovered on Facebook that they have a banned books book club that meets there too!

Yelp
Stop by to the coolest bakery in Glendale! Right when we walked in, the music selection was on point. I enjoyed the vibes inside the cafe. The owner, Nick, was very friendly and offered free tasting of sour bread. Very tasty! I wanted to try everyone the menu. My mom got a cup of coffee with a carrot cake. I took a sip of the coffee and it was delicious. The carrot cake was perfect, not too sweet, just right. I got an iced chai tea- great sweetness and more on the milky side. I also got a chocolate chip cookie. It was very moist and just the right side snack. Tables were clean. Bathroom was clean. This place was busy the whole time we were there. I'll be coming back!

Yelp
This cute cafe is conveniently located in downtown Glendale. Parking can be challenging since there are only a few spaces in front of the cafe but there is a parking lot not too far away. Nick was great! He offered so many samples while I was in line. I got to try the chocolate cake, sourdough bread, and lemon tart. I got the quiche, honey lavender coffee, cheesecake tart, chocolate cookie, and zucchini muffin to go and everyone was so delicious and fresh! Nick even gave me a free lemon blueberry muffin. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this bakery and go back! :) My brother ordered a strawberry cheesecake for me and it was delicious! Super fresh and topped with plenty of strawberries on top!

Yelp
Delightful bakery in Downtown Glendale. We tried the raspberry cheesecake tart, New York cheesecake tart, a chocolate mousse dome and a lemon blueberry muffin. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. My blueberry muffin was right out of the oven and still warm. The staff was so kind and friendly. We were greeted with smiles and plenty of samples. The decor is adorable and fun. Definitely worth visiting.

Yelp
Blue corn is a true Downtown Glendale staple. Nick the owner is amazing and always has a smile on his face. He gives out samples of items to try and everything is amazing. My personal favorite is the Ube muffin

Yelp
Let me tell you guys about the best yet most underrated bakery and cafe! We were walking around downtown glendale and there we saw a bakery we had never seen before. We went inside and the bakery was way bigger than we thought, it was a calm place to be and it smelled delicious in there. As we made our way through the front door the owner welcomed us in and asked an employee to get us some free samples. We had a sample of the "Ube Muffin" and it was moist, fluffy and very tasty. After the sample, we started looking for what we wanted to order. The employees, including the owner were working and they were very nice and friendly to us. The bakery is very welcoming in my experience. They also had a large variety of pastries that included pies, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, tiramisu, cakes, fresh homemade sourdough and many others. We decided on the "Chocolate Muffin" it sounds like it would be a simple dessert but the taste and texture of the muffin was incredible. It's a pretty big muffin and definitely worth the price, $5.55 for a muffin might seem like a lot, but it's a high quality muffin and you can't really argue about the price because it's really good. Anyways, as we headed out with our muffin the owner runs up to us and hands us a whole muffin for free! He gave us a "Lemon Blueberry Muffin with streusel", It was delicious and this is a bakery we will definitely be coming back to, even if it's just for a muffin. Please check out this bakery, I promise you won't be disappointed with your visit.

Yelp
I came here for a meetup and enjoyed some delicious food and tea! The cafe is very big, lots of places to sit. However, when I arrived, there were a ton of people there, and the line to order was pretty long. But it moved quickly and I was still able to find a seat. This place has a HUGE selection of baked goods including breads, pies, cakes and cookies. First, I tried the apple pie tea and a red velvet cookie. The cookie was delicious and I would probably order one next time too. Soft, and a little chewy. They also had sandwiches to go and I ended up ordering a pesto mozzarella sandwich which was incredible!!!! Highly recommend, and you can also get the sandwiches warmed up. Blue Corn cafe was great, and I would totally come back here for coffee and snacks.
google avatar

Suzanne L.

Yelp
The sourdough bread is divine in texture and taste! I also enjoyed the zucchini muffin, and would love to try some of the other baked goods. The staff was friendly. I was just passing through, but the next time I visit Arizona, I'll definitely be back to Blue Corn.

Esmeralda L.

Yelp
The pistachio muffin was absolutely decadent!! The service was excellent. The staff were kind and helpful. The shop is very cute

Yelp
What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked into Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery, we were greeted with genuine hospitality by the owner, Nick. He offered us samples of their jalapeño cheddar sourdough bread (absolutely delicious!) and the carrot cake--which was one of the best we've had. Nick was super friendly, took the time to chat with us, and helped guide us through the menu. You can tell this place is built with passion and care, and it shows in every detail--from the cozy atmosphere to the incredible food. We loved everything about our visit and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this local gem!

Yelp
I died and went to heaven today when I walked into Blue Corn Cafe. Service was phenomenal, and even though the line was long they were so quick. It is the day before Easter and they were cranking out treats left and right. We tried a cheesecake tart and it was seriously one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. My husband who is not a sweets fan ate so much of it ha ha. He could not stop saying how great it was. I'm kicking myself for not trying one of the quiches. We also ordered a hot Americano and an iced honey lavender latte. Both were phenomenal. Location isn't huge, but bright clean and has a good amount of seating to enjoy your treats there with a friend or two. We cannot wait to come back. So dang good!
google avatar

Colette C.

Yelp
Smells absolutely amazing upon walking in! The smell of fresh baked pastries in the morning, ahhhhh. I got myself a honey oat latte -- 5/5 The service was lovely. The nice woman working gave me a cookie sample. It was hot and fresh.. tasted like a lemon cookie? SO DELISH with my latte! I'll come back here any time
google avatar

Yelp
Nothing like a Sunday Bookclub at Blue Corn Cafe! If you were to walk by this place looks will be deceiving. It appears as if it's a small little cafe with very little standing room, however when you walk in you find a welcoming and spacious space to enjoy a cup of coffee and a wide variety of treats and fresh made bread. This place is so cute and you will struggle to narrow down the list of what you want to try first. Nick is so welcoming and even treated our group to free samples of their traditional & jalapeño bread. If you're in the Glendale area come check them out. You won't regret stopping by!

Yelp
Lo I entered Blue Corn Cafe on Mother's Day seeking naught but a brief greeting and behold Nick the gracious keeper and owner of this fine haven bestowed upon me a free sample so divine it stirred the very soul within me the flavors were a revelation a glimpse of paradise itself a kindness unexpected yet greatly cherished verily this place is a sanctuary of taste and hospitality may blessings abound upon the hands of Nick and all who labor within Nick the Benevolent ruler of Blue Corn Cafe, may his reign be long and his samples never run dry.

Yelp
I went here for the first time as my neighbor got me some bread and gift card for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and clean bakery. I like how as you walk in, you are greeted by the staff, and then offered a free sample. And they have a great process of taking your order, ask if you need anything else, and to check out. Nice little bakery where you can sit and have a small brunch instead of the busy diner feeling. I would recommend for those who like a little coffee and bakery for breakfast and meeting people for a date.

Yelp
What a delightful Valentines lunch at Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery! Cinda had artichoke and parmesan cheese quiche and I chose the tomato medley, basil and boursin quiche. We shared a bowl of homemade clam chowder served with fresh sourdough bread. Nick,'the owner, explained his 3 day process of making the quiche! He also gifted us with pistachio and vanilla macarons. Yolanda was friendly in taking our order and serving the food. This is an authentic homemade bakery and restaurant! Kudos to Nick and his epic assortment of food and desert. We will be back!!
google avatar

Cindy B.

Yelp
The customer service is top tier and the workers are so sweet as well! They would give out small samples of their fresh bakery items. The bread and soup i've gotten were just so yummy! definitely coming back soon for more! My mother definitely loves this place!
google avatar

Rebecca S.

Yelp
What an amazing place this is! The moment we walked in, Nick and the other team members made you feel at home. The sourdough bread and tomato soup was perfect. It was also neat that Nick explained to us how sourdough bread was made. I love that they are branching out to other places so more people can enjoy this gem of a spot!
google avatar

Lois B.

Yelp
I came back to feed my zucchini bread addiction and had a bowl of delicious hot clam chowder for the first time here. The cashier was friendly and helpful as always and she even gave us samples! Nick really is the best baker out here! The sourdough was delicious and everything tasted fresh as always. There hasn't been 1 person I've taken here that wasn't impressed

Yelp
We highly recommend Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery!! The food, drinks, and ambiance are excellent!! This is a great place to meet up with friends and family. We shared all five types of quiche- amazing flavors, light and delicious. The artichoke parmesan quiche was our favorite! These were served on cute floral plates. The cheddar jalapeño bread, zucchini muffins, and blueberry muffins samples were delicious too and we ordered those to go. We loved the peach tea and strawberry and vanilla latte and the chocolate cheesecake tart. The super friendly staff made this experience very enjoyable! We are already planning a trip back with family!

Emalisa T.

Yelp
Place was packed and for good reason! Very great deals for items, made me excited to come back and try more. I tried the snickerdoodle cookie which was so large and soft I really enjoyed it. I also got a small cheesecake that was beautifully decorated. The staff was also super patient and kind even though it was busy. I hope to come back and try more !

Yelp
This is my favorite spot for a sweet treat. The owner is so kind and the baked goods are amazing.

Yelp
We met the owner Nick who is exceptionally welcoming. It was our first time visiting and you bet we will be back because their baked goods and food were not just delicious, they were fresh! We had their velvet cookie, carrot cake, mozzarella Tomatoe pesto panini, their green tea pomegranate and their passion fruit jasmine tea. They also shared they bake their sourdough bread fresh daily. This is a unique place to visit with anyone, friends, family, on a date and even a business meeting.

Lea R.

Yelp
They did hand out sourdough bread samples when I first got there. That was nice! There was a sign on the front window they were voted best bakery. I tried the sourdough sample (very yummy) and the pumpkin spice bread samples. Then I bought a chocolate chip cookie and a lemon iced cookie. They were ok. They were big cookies though! There were so many treats to try. I am bummed I didn't take more pictures.

Yelp
Blue Corn Cafe and Bakery is a must visit in Glendale. There always a beautiful assortment of pastries and breads, with good coffee to boot! I have been here many times and always fail to take photos because I am too busy deciding what I would like to enjoy. The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions. Recently, I enjoyed an iced hazelnut latte with cold foam and a chocolate mousse dome. To die for. The coffee cake and jalapeño cheddar sourdoughs are favorites too, I look forward to trying a jalapeño cheddar sourdough grilled cheese with their tomato soup one day. We have hosted a book club (@sbcnwvalleyaz) here several times and the team is always so accommodating. I highly recommend taking advantage of their online reservation system to rent out space. Nick and his team kindly welcome our group each time.

Cecilia O.

Yelp
We were greeted by friendly faces. We were offered so many samples from ube muffin, to sourdough bread, cookies absolutely delicious such a adorable place. I most certainly will be back, it's cozy and inviting.

Edgar R.

Yelp
We had quite the spread as it was our first time in and wow was it quite delicious. Nicks service is top notch and enjoyed the time we spent there. My favorite things I tried were the muffins!!!! Didn't know I was a muffin man until this day!
google avatar

Yelp
Brunch with the grandkids. Hospitality plus great food that's a 10 star rating. We were welcomed in greeted with fresh out of the oven sourdough bread and several samples of pastries. Seating is comfortable and inviting for a comfy moment with a book and beverage or spending time with family and friends. Excellent business vision complimented by the kind and friendly staff, Nick the owner is working behind the back as well as working the front. He was engaging with all who entered and checking on everyone to make sure we all had a pleasant experience. Compliments to Huitzil, Fernanda, Natalie, Naveda, and Monica for helping us with our several orders, a group of seven undecided but excited and hungry! Don't second guess yourself this is a must stop if you're in the area. We will be stopping on our way back to California! Thank you all

Rocio G.

Yelp
Nick went above and beyond with the customer service! All the ladies were super friendly and kind. Pastries are great. Our favorite were the muffins; to die for!!!!

Yelp
I can't emphasize enough the pastries and sandwiches are chefs kiss. Everything is light and flavorful . My favorite part is that they give samples which made me purchase double of what i originally intended . we had panini caprese, quiche ,Lavender cupcake ,strawberry cupcake .It is worth every mile you drive here .

Yelp
We loved this place! I truly felt cared for and wanted while eating at this cafe. They gave us samples and chatted with us. We even got to talk with Nick the owner/chef and he is amazing! We tried many things and the lemon tart is truly out of this world! My friend and I are also are dreaming of the pesto sandwich, the spinach quiche, and the cranberry orange muffin, amongst many other items :) Here's something unique about this cafe, some will love it and same will hate it, but there is no set menu or schedule! One day you could have the best chocolate chip muffin of your life and come back later and they'll be sold out and you may not time it right to get it again. BUT if you are smart you'll try a different muffin and I'm sure it will rock too! Because man they were good!! They have in store made sourdough. Y'all these loaves are true beauties!! So stop on by in downtown Glendale and remember they close at 2! Get there!

Yelp
I ordered an absolutely stunning and delicious lemon cookie and cookies & cream cupcake. The staff were very kind, wonderful, and quick. I recommend stopping inside to check out the art and display items.

Yelp
Oh my goodness! So good. The ambiance, the food, the service. I was blown away. I wish I lived closer but I know I'll be making special trips out. Fingers crossed they get another location central to Phoenix.

Maripili R.

Yelp
Be careful if you have nut allergies. I ordered a cortado with oat milk. It was taking so long to get my coffee [they started handing out bits of muffin to appease the people in line. I declined.] that I was watching the barista as a pass time. I noticed he was making all the drinks with almond milk. I watched him put a lid on a coffee, call it out as a cortado with oat milk & my name. I asked if it was actually oat milk. All he said was "No, I ran out. I can give you a refund" Fortunately I hadn't paid yet, unfortunately time can't be refunded. That was my second & last visit.

Yelp
2nd visit and did not disappoint! I've been telling everyone about the amazing quiche and delicious baked items! Brought my hubby and he had the panini Sammie and the Tomato Bisque soup...delicious and again the portions are sooo generous! Staff were as friendly and helpful as the first time I visited and it's just the cutest little cafe/bakery! What're you waiting for?!?! Check them out and support local businesses!!

Yelp
Amazing,, everything is just so good. The whole experience was impressive. I am not from Arizona and when I come here to visit my family I have trouble finding good sourdough bread, it's really hard to find in Arizona for some reason. But the Blue Corn Cafe has some pretty impressive bread they are so delicious. All the pastries are incredible, the soup was so good and all homemade. Love Love Love this place.

Yelp
Started our day with a coffee date as the morning brought some hurdles and we just needed a reset. My best friend (wife) picked this spot and as we walked in we were greeted with warm smiles and freshly baked goodness to try. First we were handed a piece of banana bread, snickerdoodle cookie, croissant, zucchini, bread and I've lost track as they all were absolutely delicious! Scratch made no preservatives nothing was to sweet all perfectly balanced. We ordered some coffee myself an americano w/ a pump of sf vanilla and my wife a white chocolate mocha. Went to pay and were gifted an entire coffee cake fresh from the oven! Another absolute banger not overly spiced with cinnamon sugar or butter just perfect pairing with my americano! If you have been missing this place cus they open a little later than most bake shops you should know it's cus of all the prep work going into every well crafted piece. Something as simple as fresh frosting on the carrot cakes as we were sipping our coffee lets you know you've found a true gem.

Yelp
Well, I'm afraid they gained a couple of regulars today! First off, food selections are wonderful and we tried a good variety of things today; banana bread, zucchini muffins, carrot cake, lemon blueberry muffin, artichoke quiche, honey lavender tart, and we took home a jalapeño sourdough. The gentleman behind the counter cared so much about our experience, he truly went above and beyond. I love seeing people who care so much about their job and their customers. He walked us through their options, how he chose the kind of coffee beans he uses, everything! I'll also add that I'm quite picky about my coffee and it was truly incredible. We will 100% return with our families and more friends Sadly, I failed to take any photos! My best friend and I were enjoying everything far too much

Yelp
Today was my first time here and I loved it! I was immediately greeted by Nick, he was awesome! so nice and truly just made me feel so welcome. Not to mention he gave me so many samples, I tried the snickerdoodle cookie, Jalapeno cheddar sourdough, zucchini muffin and the vanilla latte. All were AMAZING! 10 out of 10 The café is beautiful inside perfect little spot to hang out and have a quick lunch and latte. Thank you Nick for the amazing experience and amazing pastries I will be back for more.
