Great folks, great vibes, and great food! Got the sliders with jerk seasoning, bbq sauce, and Bleu cheese. Well seasoned and fresh. Can't wait to go back to catch the game.

I went to this place a couple weeks ago the service was really good drinks are spectacular and we had a couple dozen wings which were very tasty. Great spot to go on relax. They also have outdoor seating in televisions to watch the games

Great hidden spot. My husband & I enjoyed a break away from life,it was a nitce l nite stroll here on our 3yr anniversary. Drinks good. Beer cold, run by a very pleasant bar queen. Thank you! We shall visit again

Casual bar with standard bar food options for the area, mostly Mexican but with salads and burgers, too. Need to go back to try their birria!

On my first visit the owner made us feel right at home. They have local product which is great! I Loved the crowd and the atmosphere. I’ll be back soon!

I discovered this great gem of a bar during the final Hayward B street block party of the season! The owner was very friendly & the bar tender was amazing! She was working so hard because it was super busy. I ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken wings & they were the best I'd ever had. YUM!! They took awhile to come but as I said they were super busy at the time, but they were well worth the wait. Come on down to Blue Crown Bar & Bistro!!

UPDATE. Hours posted are incorrect. We waited and they opened at 5pm. Nice atmosphere to hang out and chill. Nice owner. We will go back. She let us try her mango cider beer. It was delicious. They are looking for a cook. So no food for now but you are welcome to bring in food until then.

This is my favorite local bar as a Hayward resident. I don't get out as much as I used to, but when I do, you can usually find me here. Kristy the owner/bartender has always provided outstanding customer service. I like that there are TVs if a game is on (watched the Super Bowl here) or there is a jukebox if I want to hear music (also Karaoke on Fridays.) When the weather is nice you can sit outside. I love that sometimes when Kristy is feeling creative she will make my friend and I something we have never tried before and it's always delicious. The food has always been great, but I never have pics because I scarf it down too quickly. The pours are good here, the beer is cold and the company is great. Stop by for a margarita or espresso martini (those are my favs)

This place is amazing. The food is wonderful. They have great wine the atmosphere sophisticated and friendly and the owner is amazing. You feel like you're at home. Come check it out.

Unfortunately, there was a drunk couple, in which one of them was acting very aggressive towards me. The bartender was not helpful and kept serving them drinks. I was forced to leave because I felt extremely unsafe.

Updating my review to 5 stars. Kristi, the owner, reached out to me to make things right. She was very apologetic and admitted there were things that could have been done better the night we were harassed by a drunk couple. She said she would not let them back in if she sees them again and would work to maintain the safety of all patrons who visit her establishment. I feel like I can give the place another chance and will go again. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure we feel welcome there and that is all I can ask for. Thank you for being such a considerate business owner. These are the type of places that I want to continue to support.

The restaurant hours posted online Monday 3 PM - 10 PM Tuesday-Friday 11 AM - 11 PM *Saturday-Sunday 10 AM - 12 AM I showed up at 8pm on a weekday and they said they were closed. There was no sign, but the place was empty. Their online menu looks appetizing, but I didn't get to try. I didn't like the customer service they don't seem welcoming. The fact that it's been open a few weeks and no one has posted any photos of the food makes me think this place won't last. I try to support Hayward businesses, but not all restaurants try hard in getting customers to come.

Good place, however, can be better! Nicole is a very good bartender who gets a real good pulse on the patrons. NFL season, along with College football is their time to shine and put forth a product that has consumers coming back! That coupled with Karoke, and other "good" gimmick events will bode well IF done well! Also, promoting cigar smoking outside might bring in a opportunity to tap into an emerging market where people want to smoke a good cigar, have a well made drink and chill!

This place is such a hidden gem!! The customer service is very good! Definitely a more personalized experience than other bars in the area the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate you! Ive been here a handful of times with friends of mine for brunch or for a night out and the food is absolutely amazing! I hadn't ever heard of birria on fries but it was so delicious as an avid birria lover! This place deserves to have more recognition as its become one of my favorite night out places!

One of downtown hayward's newest businesses that opened during one of most difficult times. Great beer selection, all the spirits you need and tasty food (many options are also vegan for those that care). It's also a family-friendly location so you can take your kids if you have any. Kristie (owner) has been great and friendly. I'm sure it'll be one of the top attractions in downtown hayward as it continues to grow.
