Blue Dog Tavern

Great little tavern. It seems they are known for their tater tots and by golly they did not disappoint! This burger was excellent! My wife enjoyed her chicken wrap and the kiddo loved his tenders and tots! If I’m ever back through the area, I’ll be sure to grab a bite to eat!

Great place. Good atmosphere. Amazing music. And wonderful food. I ordered the ( j dog Burger) With tots 😀 and it was cooked exactly the way I asked and taste just as good... I recommend checking this place up

OUTSTANDING food/Service. Prices very reasonable. If you cannot make this place a daily visit, visit when you in town. First time, blown away, food Deliciously Attentive Friendly service. Forgot to take pics of meals, will next time.

We stopped in for an early lunch on a Saturday. The place was quiet, but the staff was ready to go! Cool atmosphere. Dug the decor, especially the old business receipts and invoices in the tables' finish. We'd heard good things about the tater tot dishes, and Blue Dog didn't disappoint. The Chorizo Queso tots were flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. The Poutine tots were warm, savory, and filling. Thanks for everything, Blue Dog! We'll be back, and we'll bring friends.

Tried this place on lunch today, got the Blue Dog and the Loaded Dog. Loved the Blue dog. The loaded dog was a bit weird and really sweet. But I loved the pretzel bun. Great chips too. Seamless ordering process, and had my order in like 2 minutes. Also the Mahi tacos were super unique and tasty!

Great local pub with good eats. My second time here. Service is excellent, and it's a cool bar. The first time around I got the Mahi Tacos. The filling was great but the tortillas were dried put and chewy. Second time I got the fish platter. It was excellent. My wife got a couple of their famous dogs. They were pretty good. I love that they split and grill them. Very tasty, but a bit pricey at $8 per dog. Worth a stop for something local and different. Friends speak highly of their smothered tots as well.

Great place if you are looking for classic bar food. It’s a popular spot for downtown work lunch. The service is great, it’s got a super casual laid back vibe, with vintage decor scattered about. Very much a classic hometown bar vibe. The food is good, what you’d expect for tavern food. Pictured the smash burger and turkey melt. The smash burger was good (tasted like in and out burgers) but really greasy, I wouldn’t get it again.

Friendly staff and great beer selection. They are known for their tater-tots and they do NOT disappoint! They also have delicious all beefo hotdogs with fun toppings and so much more. My new favorite appetizer is the brussel sprouts, they were on point!
