Blue Donkey Coffee Co.

I walked to this coffee shop from where I was staying while in Atlanta. The walk was enjoyable. I ordered a specialty coffee drink and when I took a sip of it, I did not like it. I actually do not remember what the particular drink was. I walked back to the ordering counter and informed Jason, the barista that I did not like the drink. I proceeded to order another drink, a latte I think because I was used to that. I wanted to pay for the second drink but Jason would not allow it. That is how you know a place has good service because they guarantee authentic customer satisfaction. I was highly impressed by the service at Blue Donkey Coffee Co. I would recommend this cafe to anyone because of the wonderful customer service treatment I received. Thank you Jason.

Impeccable coffee. All I get here are their oat lattes and it’s delicious. They don’t have many syrups or flavor options. But their coffee speaks for itself and for folks who want a nice drink with some quiet space to work this is a great coffee shop for them. It’s also ridiculously affordable. Love the baristas here too. Always a lovely demeanor and sweet service.

Cashier left a sign saying they will be back in 5 minutes but never returned. We waited for a half hour before eventually leaving.

We needed a place with air conditioning to cool off and this place was absolutely perfect. Has plenty of comfortable seating and the lady working was super nice and explained the menu to us. We absolutely loved our drinks!

I wanted to check out a local place, so I stopped by. I asked what beans they use for espresso because I need some and the person at the counter said they didn’t know. Then I ordered a pour over and they said they’re not doing any more pour overs right now. This was more than an hour before closing. So, I left without a coffee or beans. Not sure how a business like this survives.

This would be a great place if the vibes weren’t that of a hospital waiting room. There is 0 ambience. The Summer Almond coffee is good though, I’d come hang here a lot if they made it cozy.

I asked about the pastries because the display was empty and was told that they were ‘just not out here’. Ok. No mention of what they might’ve had in the back. They only offered one selection of decaf which I did not want, so I had to get regular coffee which I must say it was decent. I don’t think that I would stop here again.

Friendly staff and very flavorful Iced Coffee. There was no line and a lot of seating. The location has a great parking garage.
