Blue Fish Asian Cuisine

We often come for the ramen bowls because they are really good. Service is always great. There is one specific server who said gratuity is automatically added which isn't true. If it was, it would need to be placed on a sign and put clearly on the menu. We've only had her once, we really did not like her dishonesty. Otherwise, amazing place and great food.

The La Kalbi and chicken katsu curry were quite good. One of us ordered the Fancy California sushi, which was a bit different since it was lightly fried, but it wasn’t bad. The food was prepared very cleanly, and the service was good.

Not sure why the reviews aren’t that great but this place is so so good. The rock shrimp, ramen & sushi were to die for. 10/10 for presentation of the sushi, the prices were SO reasonable and the food came out really quick as well. Would definitely recommend. The volcano roll was my favorite one.

The food was fine, but I expected it to be better. I felt like everything tasted the same or had the same sauce. I'm not sure but that was the case with the plates we ordered.

This my go to for sea food and sushi. The crab soup is to die for. I really like Las Vegas fatty and shaky shaky. Hibachi noodle and salmon teriyaki are soo good as non sushi options. The food is flavorful and the presentation is of the sushi orders on small wooden ship with dry rice is one of a kind. Highly recommend!

I frequent blue fish and it by far has some of the best Ramen and sushi I have had.

Edit: The service is what ruins this place, the food, it's presentation is fantastic but if you are wondering why it's empty at peak dinner hours, the service is why. My server argued with my table about the definition of "Mild" and took like 30 minutes after a while to check in on us...and we were the only people there! Definitely only getting Take-out from now on... Can I just say I went here for my friend's birthday and I cannot stop thinking about the food. The sushi was awesome and their presentations were fantastic. I recently tried the crazy rice and it is absolutely wonderful full of vegetables and fresh rice. I honestly can't wait to go back
