Blue Hen Chicken is top notch! All the food is delicious, chicken is crispy and buns melt in your mouth. We eat lunch here almost every day and everything we've tried so far is amazing. The restaurant is always clean, bright and welcoming. Inside decor is cute and modern. The staff is extremely nice and always go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your experience and your food. If you haven't tried this place yet, you are missing out big time.

First visit. Building is extremely clean, I saw 2 people in the dining area wiping down tables while I waited. I ordered the club combo, fries, lemonade and an order of broccoli to go. My wait was not long at all. I received a fork plus napkins. I would suggest including a knife because the broccoli could not be cut with the fork alone. The fries were great but too much salt. Meaning I had remaining salt on my fingers and in the container. The sandwich bread is thick and delicious. It wasn't a remarkable sandwich and I have over a half leftover plus the broccoli. If I'm in the area I may try again but I would not go out of my way. I will attach pictures. The cashier was very pleasant.

Delicious food! A farm to table concept that will eventually gain more fans and customers who appreciate quality driven service. Fresh ingredients, amazing Chicken sandwiches for any mood, the best potatoes in Las Vegas, and a solid Coffee program... Their roasted specialty coffee blend was created just for their store. Can't wait for the farmers market opening next door!

Great local option for chicken sandwiches! I wanted to try something non-touristy on a brief visit to Las Vegas, and from what I could find online this certainly fit the bill. This is a new restaurant but already feels well established. The restaurant is clean and bright, with modern decor. The menu offers a fun variety of creative sandwiches at fair prices. They also offer breakfast and brunch. We ordered the night fowl (a Thai/Vietnamese style sandwich) and a special fried eggplant sandwich. The chicken sandwiches are made with thigh meat. We also got a side of young broccoli and a agua fresca. The food was served quickly. I really liked the night fowl but my dining partner did not. I thought it was great and tasted kind of like a bahn mi. The sauce is fairly runny so the last few bites were more flavorful than the first few. The eggplant sandwich was delicious, truly one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve eaten. The broccoli was okay, but a bit chewy. The agua fresca was good but tasted more like a lemonade than the melon it was supposed to.

Been here a few times since the soft opening. Tasty chicken sandwiches using the thigh meat which you don't see much of. I like getting the "Night Fowl" which has nice peanut slaw and jalapeños. Tried the crepes and some of the baked goods and they were excellent as well. Great service as always.

Was in a business trip to Vegas and lookin for good local joints off the strip. Love a good chicken Sammy, and Blue Hen nailed it! Had a few choices, went with the Sunny Side Up. The presentation alone was magnificent. I knew it was next level once I had my first bite. Nice crisp to the chicken. They use a thigh which I prefer because of the better flavor. Had a Cole slaw on bottom with a great complimentary taste and topped off with an eggs that explodes upon biting. Was a great experience. Top 10 chicken sammies for me and I travel often. Can’t wait to try the spicy next time in town. Had a cold brew as well. Wouldn’t expect quality coffee from a chicken place, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great cold brew and roasted from a local vender that is veteran owned. Overall quality was off the chart and the service was amazing. Carch was my server and he took great care of me and made it a very welcoming experience. Come out and support your local businesses, this place is a must if you like chicken sandwiches.

Got the reg Blue Hen sandwich with level 1 spicy (I'm weak, I'm working on it 😝). Juicy, fresh chicken. Very tasty but a tad too strong on the cumin spicing IMO. A bit too greasy for me too, sandwich was in a small puddle of oil, bottom bun somewhat soaked. But would def give it another try next time, lots of other pros about sandwich freshness to draw me back. Hand cut fries were delicious albeit a bit over salted. Super fresh tasting, great fry. Not greasy, crunchy outside, soft inside.
