Great local option for chicken sandwiches!
I wanted to try something non-touristy on a brief visit to Las Vegas, and from what I could find online this certainly fit the bill. This is a new restaurant but already feels well established.
The restaurant is clean and bright, with modern decor. The menu offers a fun variety of creative sandwiches at fair prices. They also offer breakfast and brunch. We ordered the night fowl (a Thai/Vietnamese style sandwich) and a special fried eggplant sandwich. The chicken sandwiches are made with thigh meat. We also got a side of young broccoli and a agua fresca.
The food was served quickly. I really liked the night fowl but my dining partner did not. I thought it was great and tasted kind of like a bahn mi. The sauce is fairly runny so the last few bites were more flavorful than the first few. The eggplant sandwich was delicious, truly one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve eaten. The broccoli was okay, but a bit chewy. The agua fresca was good but tasted more like a lemonade than the melon it was supposed to.
