Blue Iguana

Arrived home and wanted to get dinner as I hadn't really eaten most of the day. Ordered close to closing time. Watched staff talk among themselves for a good 5-7 minutes before preparing food. Finally, one person prepared my food while the other two cleaned up the restaurant. Overall, good beef taco salad but the bean & cheese burrito was not so great. I had never been to this establishment before and can't say I've decided one way or the other, if I will return.

I ordered the Carne asada taco plate. It has a nice zesty flavor, but the meat is dry. Tortillas were freshly made. Rice and beans had good flavor as well.

Delicious Mexican food at the airport! It was quick, delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend eating here while waiting for your flight.

Nice to have great food in the airport. Some of the best Mexican food in Utah. Saying that coming from Arizona with real Mexican food to compare to.

I’m from Oklahoma and we have really hood service, very friendly people. While another lady took my order and placed my change on the countertop rather than giving to me directly, I noticed an extremely hard worker, kind, covering ever area of the store. Food, shift from breakfast to lunch, cleaning making sure I could open my bottle with the bottle opener. I later heard her being called Maria. She stood out like an owner or a boss by how dedicated she was to this establishment. This is definitely the type of worker that all business owners want. Take care of her. Maria is the MVP!!!!!!

Decent food for the price. Quick service and run good promotions. A lot better than the typical burger joint junk you get at other airports. Carne Asada and Carnitas are good.

First time visiting SLC and we stopped here for breakfast as we were leaving to fly back home. The food was prepared fairly quickly. They had an assortment of options to choose from their breakfast menu. I had the ham and cheese croissant combo with breakfast potatoes. The staff was professional and courteous. The restaurant overall was very clean and comfortable.

Chorizo breakfast burrito was delicious. Guac was fresh and the salsa has the right amount of heat. Very good!
