The Blue Line breakfast was great. The cheese grits were the best I ever had. Food proportion was just right. My cousin had the duck duck goose waffles with sweet potato hash that was different for my palate yet tasty. I can see myself ordering it next time. The staff was friendly as well.

It was fine. It was a good Turkey sandwich, but nothing I just have to have again. The staff was very friendly and the design of the restaurant made me feel at home. I had the Turkey and sprouts with a side salad. I don't know if they had run out of lettuce or if this is normal fare for them because I only ate their once, but you had better like kale if you go eat there. I had kale on the sandwich and it was an entire salad of kale.

The food... so good! For sandwiches and soup, you can't go wrong. The prices are a little higher than your average cafe, but you easily get what you pay for. The staff are incredible, it's conveniently located, and I can't tell you how amazing and over the top huge my sandwich was.

Absolutely wonderful. I've been three times. I highly recommend the corned beef hash, the St. Paddy's day sandwich, and the sausage. Coffee is from French Truck. Its fast, friendly, and there are three seating areas (upstairs, downstairs, and patio).

I came into this restaurant by chance while in town for a conference. The menu has the staple classic breakfast and lunch items with a few unique twists here and there. You don't often find Cochon da Lait Biscuits on menus. I opted for a breakfast panini which was prepared fresh. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but well made and not too expensive for the amount of food.

Food is great, staff are nice. The food service was really fast, so in and out.

Found this place when I searched "breakfast near me" on Google and I just want to say, "Thank you Google!". When I walked in I thought the front of the house guy, Steve, was the owner because he greeted me with such friendliness and quick to give me some solid recommendations on menu choices. I went with his first suggestion of the duck duck goose waffle. Yum! We're talking a pile of delicious food cooked perfectly. He slid me a bottle of their proprietary Smoked Pineapple Habanero hot sauce and recommended that I try just a little bit on the side because it packs some heat. Well I did and the kick mixed perfectly with the sweetness of the cane syrup so I went ahead and added it directly to half of the dish. The only reason I didn't add it to the whole plate was because I knew half was going to fill me up and I would be packing up the other half to take back to my wife who was getting ready at the hotel. Well needless to say, I do now happily own a bottle of this sauce. I will certainly return to Blue Line every time we visit New Orleans. Since I sat at the bar, Steve also showed me the Crab Louie Salad and the Thai Chicken Salad ordered by other as they were coming out of the service window. They were both picture perfect. Great people, great food, great place.

The manager suggested the Duck Duck Goose Waffle so I figured I'd give it a shot. It far exceeded my expectations. It was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had. For anyone visiting New Orleans, that wants some good southern food, this place is a must. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Portions are heavy. I only gave it 5 stars because 10 isnt an option!
