Blue Martini

Went two nights in a row first night we had Krizia serving us. Amazing service and on top of her stuff. Everything was amazing. Food, drinks, and music. Then the second night this last Saturday, we had this other white girl blonde highlights with glasses. Tattoos on both left and right chest that took over 45 minutes to serve us our drinks. Horrible server, we noticed she rang in our drinks after 30 minutes from when she took our order. We then ordered a second round right when she served our drinks since we knew it would probably take the same amount of time. We went to the dance floor and when we came back to ask where the drinks were she said she thought we had left. I stated why would we leave if you haven’t even secured a method of payment. When I give her my CC she brings me an itemized of $160 and a receipt of the authorization saying $189. I asked her why the difference and she stated it was tax and gratuity… which it was not because tax and gratuity was already in the itemized that said $160. Horrible server that is running some type of scam or fraud and should be fired. Blaming the two bartenders when they were making the drinks when they printed at the service well. I asked her for an itemized of the $189 she charged my card and she said she had closed my check. I asked her why she would do that if I didn’t even sign it. She needs to be investigated. I’ve ran multiple restaurants/bars and have the habit of everything going on with my service so watching her fail is just sad, either retraining or letting her go is needed. This just affects your business. We’ll be going again cause it’s an amazing place but sure enough we won’t be served by her. If a manager could reach out I would appreciate it.

It’s a nice sports bar, I went on Friday and there was live music! If you're looking for a place to chat with friends, this may not be the ideal place because the music is very loud but if what you’re looking for is to start the party, it will be for you. Btw. The pizza was delicious!

I wanted to love this place but it took almost 40 mins to get a martini for my table. A waitress came once in the 4 hours I was there, we had to go to the bar and the bar was so slow. A great place but either hire more people or don’t let so many people in if you can’t attend to all guest.

Sidney our server was nice! She was helpfully with suggestions. I'm so happy with happy hour EVERYDAY until 8:00 P.M. Next time I'm in town I want to come on a Friday (25% off hookas). My friend had drinks. Guava Rose & tropical disturbance. Very good!

came into blue for a girls night out and the front door greeted us with kindness. Fabiola was our bartender and she made the experience even better!! Will def be coming back!

Stopped by on a Thursday Night with some friends, and honestly had one of the greatest night out in a while! The staff and manager were so friendly, The Food was top tier(lamb chops), the Vibes and DJ were amazing. plus it was Ladies Night so our girlfriends all got some free drinks + they gave out free sushi! 5/5 highly recommend stopping by Thursday nights.

Walked in did a quick drink and bites. Service was not great . Venue was basically empty. We were a party of 5 . There were maybe 5 other people there besides us. Many employees but service was slow and lacked options.

We met at 6 PM on Saturday. There were 8 of us celebrating a birthday. I did not know it was happy hour, but, I'm so glad!! First, we were sat at a bar height table, in the corner of the bar with an amazing view. I ordered the Shake Your Tail Feather cocktail and loved it. It's tequila with pineapple juice, a couple of blueberries and a feather! We ordered a slew of appetizers, chicken wings, spinach and artichoke dip, tuna poke, shrimp cocktails, 3 different flatbreads, the sliders and the crab dip. Everything was so delicious! Shout Out: Our server, Monica was amazing with a fun loving personality and Santiago our busboy kept our table neat, picking up dishes and glasses when they were empty. We could not ask for better service. Lastly, we ordered the chocolate decadence (heavenly) and sang happy birthday to our friend. Our bill was reasonable too! We danced both on the dance floor and around our table. We had such a wonderful tine, I think Blue Martini on Brickell will be my go to for all parties!

OK, so if you're looking for a spot for a post dinner drink then blue martini may be your go to however, I will let you guys know that gentlemen have to pay $10. I believe to get in and the women is free all night long. I don't know if this is every night, but we did go on a Friday night and that was the case we ended up staying at the bar . There were a few tables but a lot of them had reserve signs on there so just wanted to let you know you guys know about that however this is where things got a little sticky so one of my girls checked in and we noticed that on the check and you get a free cocktail in the at the Yelp app, it specifically states it can be any premium cocktail wines martinis cocktail. It had a list of different things. Well when it was time to redeem that the manager looked at me and said no it's only martinis now I'm gonna take it because it's complimentary . However it specifically says I can get premium cocktail wine martini whatever then I shouldn't be limited to martinis so that was the issue I had. That just didn't really sit well with me so I had to just add that to this interview. However, the cocktails are pretty decent but the vibes was really nice and I did like the selection of music that the DJ played. Just going to give this review a three star because of the fact that you have to pay to get in and the made up rules of the check-in complementary cocktail I would give it a four for the DJ selection and the service in general was not so bad

Very attentive and friendly staff. Service was prompt. We did visit on a Tuesday night so I'm sure as to be expected since it's a more quiet day of the week. Great chill vibes and ambiance. Drinks and hookah were nice! Good selection of cocktails

Great for a Friday or Saturday when they have live music. Drinks are ok, bites are just ok too, it's not really a restaurant. Service can be slow sometimes , not attentive bartenders

I have a few issues with this location. So buckle up. I will say that I was very disappointed the music could've been better. That is number one. Number two the drinks and service at the bar was just very poor although you do get a free drink when you check in as a Yelpie, they gave us a hard time about getting the drinks/voucher that is offered by BLUE MARTINI on Yelp. The voucher said that the drinks you could get anything top shelf, premium liquor, etc. but when we showed the voucher to the manager, he limited the drinks we could have to about two pages on their menu, which was fairly disappointing. Furthermore, as someone who doesn't drink, I enjoy being able to order a mocktail and typically do no get picky about the virgin drinks I request or am given at bars. But this particular day, after limiting the menu options for myself and other Yelp friends who were with me, I recognized that the bartender was kind of difficult about making a Mocktail or a virgin version of the drinks that I requested, insisting that she didn't have certain products to make the mocktails. She kept rolling her eyes, etc. And by the time myself and my friends got our drinks, they were terrible. Watered down and just a mess. Guys also have to pay $10 to get in. Girls are free. And the music is mid, more throwbacks. Lot of music is played by artists like 50 cent, DMX, etc. Early 2000s rap and reggaeton-type music.

We came here on a Thursday night during our vacation. The food was delicious, dj fabulous, and the drinks were perfectly crafted. There was no cover fee and three bars inside. The facility offered hookah though we didn't try it. I'd say the crowd was a mix of ethnicities and ages. I'd love to come to this bar a second time.

I've been to this location several times. Everyone from bouncers to bartenders is always nice and very accommodating. I came the other evening and wanted to use the check in offer. The manager (I think her name was Chastity) honored it even though it was supposed to be for happy hour only. They also provided me with crab dip complimentary. I really enjoy the vibes here. There's entertainment every night (live music, karaoke, dj, etc.). This is definitely one of my go-to spots in miami (or any city with a Blue Martini location) for a consistent experience.

Lovely service and the hookah smells were fun! Amazing DJ that created a wonderful ambiance due late night fun.We enjoyed this venue and kudos to Fabiola for her amazing service and kindness.

Sat at the bar, the bartender was phenomenal and took great care of us. The environment is always lively and fun. There was live music playing that night. Everything we had was 10/10

After getting my ears waxed at the nearby upscale barbershop I thought I was hearing things..but I looked up and my eyes weren't fooling me. That bastion of Brickell Happy Hour is back! The interior has in general been updated but retains the classic blue background and stage behind the bar for an awesome cover band - drums and instruments- covering today's party hits. The bar staff was pretty friendly, and made a wicked mojito with mint and smooth blend of rum. There's also bar bites, which I skipped since I had other dinner plans, but definitely looked great. It's a great spot to celebrate Happy Hours with coworkers, birthdays with friends or (hopefully) our NBA team's next championship (manifesting!) since they have some big screen TVs.

The DJ only played old songs or Hispanic remix which is usually fine but on a Saturday night you should play something more current, My friends drinks tasted absolutely terrible, and they LOVE mezcal (shocking bc who actually likes mezcal) and when asking the bartender to remake said cocktail drink the bartender only added sprite. Expected more from blue martini on a Saturday night

Found this place via word of mouth! Very nice spot even on a night when it's empty. The music was great and in an excellent location. Lots of night life movement all around. Bouncers at the door checking IDs and greeting you. The drinks were very boozy and well crafted. The hookah was on point and well priced. The smoke was clean and protected! I couldn't ask for a smoother spot with tons of screens all around!

We came here on a whim for pre-dinner drinks waiting for our reservation and were not disappointed! The live music was really great. A live band playing everything from r&b to rock. Super fun! The drinks were strong and we were able to get a table pretty quickly. We ordered class cocktails like bulleit old fashioned and they have other fun cocktails as well to choose from. The jalepeno passion fruit was also tasty. There are lots of reserved tables for the booth area where you can go bottle service, but there are other areas to sit as well.

The general manager was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with shots, making us feel right at home from the start. The bartenders were attentive all night, ensuring we had everything we needed. Blue Martini used to be a great place on a Saturday night for drinks and dancing and it just isn't that anymore. It's strange that it closed for renovations because it looks exactly the same as before. The drinks were mid at best and the music was not a vibe. With the number of options in Brickell now, definitely a place you can skip.

highly recommend this venue for your events. Cherish is so accommodating and amazing. she made sure we enjoyed ourselves and didn't have to worry about a thing. she went above and beyond. If you're thinking of hosting an event, I wouldn't suggest anywhere else but here!

Service was fast from bartender but prices are outrageous for the quality of the drinks. Paid 71$ for 2 people and didn't even have a buzz when we left. Won't be retuning again!

It was my first visit after the long renovation. I do not see any major changes, just that they changed the windows and you are not able to see the street when you seat on the terrace. I remember I used to go and enjoy sitting there to have a couple of drinks and watch the people going by at the Mary Brickell mall. Well , not anymore !! The menu looks the same , maybe shorter. Food was non-descript, and the drinks were really bad. I could not drink the last two cocktails I ordered. They were super sweet and had a very artificial flavor. Maybe the problem is with the proportions of the ingredients in the recipe, but it is probably mostly for the low quality of the ingredients ( mixers and or alcohol) they are using.On a good note, service was great, the whole team was very nice and was attentive to all our needs. Btw they have a very good happy hour deal , Hopefully the drinks get better.

I wish there was a 0 stars option. We sat down at the bar and ordered a vodka cran. The drink ended up tasting like pure rubbing alcohol, not to mention the bartender's hair brushing all over the bottle tips and cups. Then a different bartender shows up and bathes herself in perfume behind the bar all over the cups. 0/10 would not recommend.

Came here for happy hour and there was plenty of room at the bar. The drinks were all half off- all with a strong alcohol taste. There are a few food items on happy hour and we were highly impressed with each- spinach and artichoke dip, beef tenderloin sliders, and lemon chicken. Lots of TV screens for watching sports.

We went for happy hour and I got a cosmo- some of the food is 1/2 off- good cosmo and great large shrimp wrapped in bacon with a sweet chili sauce and a margherita pizza. All was good except the service that was super slow

Enjoyed this place thoroughly last week when I went. One of my friends who lives in Miami she went with me Friday night. It's got this clubby but not too pretentious feeling. Most of the people on Friday night were people who seem varied in age in their late 20s, 30s, 40s and yes some people in their 50s. The band that was playing on Friday night was playing some reggae ton hits as well as some top 40s . The security and door staff is on point. They are doing a great job and I think it's well worth the $10 cover I paid after 10pm to get in. I'm guessing that if there was no pandemic they would not have a 12 am closing time. Since I mostly drink wine when I'm out I noticed they had a wide variety of whites , reds, some rose and good champagne choices. The bartenders at both of the bars I was at were very nice and outgoing. I came here after reading some of the reviews on Yelp and it for sure lives up to its bill as a fun place. I will be frequenting this place more often when I move in April

A cute little place for hookah and to chill. My first time being in Miami so I believe it was located Downtown in a busy popular area. Located on the second floor above a restaurant. No line to get in. They had live performance and then switched to DJ by 11pm. It was super hard to get any drinks or get ahold of our server but hookah flavors were nice with no Malfunctions. Music being played was like top 40's, not my cup of tea... I'm more of Hip Hop and R&B but it was decent for a last minute find. Not much of a dance floor and the bar was packed. We chose this place due to bride wanting to hookah.. so we only came for the hookah; drinks were pretty good as well

Get there early it gets packed the drinks were great. But In all fairness you pay for that heavy pour. The staff were spot on even when it really got busy they were on it. The bar food looked good but we had just eaten before we got there. The music was great live and DJ it was happening. The main reason the get five stars is because of all the Latin ladies. It was good mixture,of beautiful people. the staff was friendly, and they got those drinks out.

First of all that's one of those places which has daily happy hour (4pm to 8pm). So we went there on Sunday around 7pm and the place was pretty empty, most likely people are going there much later, so besides us there were just a couple of customers and the place is huge and very nice renovated. We sat at the small table by the window, the waitress was very nice, friendly and professional. I ordered a blue martini (I had to do it) and my wife raspberry margarita, both drinks were good, and also we got 2 appetizers grilled chicken and spinach dip, and honestly both dishes were good (honestly I didn't expect much from the food in a bar like this, but it was a very nice surprise) I will definitely go back for happy hour there and maybe for live music as well (just need to find out when is the time when they have live music)

Blue martini is lit. I come here to have a job time and it never fails. There's always good service and ppl to talk to at the bar. Hookah are 50$. That a he'll of a price for downtown brickell. Turn up all the way, check them out !!

Had the best time here the live music on Fridays is great and the drinks weee very good.

Place is pretty cool with live music and good drinks. We went around here for food and wanted to hit up another spot for drinks and ended up here. Ended up getting in free and seated right away but as the night went on I believe they had a fee to get in and needed reservations or bottle service to get seated. Pretty cool how they have singers and drummer when we arrived and later at night turned into a dj. Drinks are made well served in large cups with the right price. Only thing thatvI didn't like is that they allow smoking and hookah inside that's kinda annoying, but seems pretty well vented. Overall good experience and worth checking out.

Came here Thursday night! I understand door guys doing their job but, it's a little confusing when they are all staring instead of telling you where to go, id check, bag check, especially when you're a first time visitor. It wasn't busy but it did take anywhere from 10-15min to get our drinks. It's a nice place if you want to chill and have a nice view of Brickell. Probably better during the day time!

Being closed for 2 years you would of thought this place upgraded and got better food. So disappointed. Food was bland, horrible no taste. At least the waiter was attentive and understanding when we had to send 2 cocktails back because they tasted like water! Do better blue martini.

Some of the best service I ever received in a club! The waitresses are sooo attentive and kind. Came here twice, and the music was better on the first night but nonetheless a great spot. I wish they didn't have the live band/entertainment, they honestly are not that great. The DJ is far better. Hookah is very good too, and lasted long. Deff recommend!

It's finally back open! I love the Blue Martini. It's a great place in Brickell where you can have a drink and smoke in an open area bar without all the weirdos pushing dogs in baby carriages and bitching about smoking. Service is great, the food is tasty and the music is awesome. Great vibe.

Great drinks at decent prices. Kitchen open til two and the food was pretty good for the price. Would recommend to anyone looking to dance to Spanish music and throwbacks.

I have been here several times but I just will not come spontaneously ever. The only reasons have been specific occasions like someone's birthday, befriended live band, event, etc. I even remember my first visit here ever when my friends Bachaco played here in the fall of 2011. The crowd is mixed, it can be anything. They put 2 bartenders at their main bar not able to service the crowd, but not only that, the main bar is surrounded by chairs. Ordering is a pain as you have to squeeze in between people sitting on the chairs. You're not allowed to use tables as that's only table service. Outside the same situation. Plus side is that they have live music bands and they were very good every time. Another plus: Bathroom is decent and at least there's enough for a big crowd. Oh and hear this: The fire alarm was going off but nobody noticed as the live music was louder than the alarm:)....

Beautiful ambience - kind of loud- hard to hear one another unless you are beat the balcony edge. The hookah is great $50. The food is mediocre (had pizza) and drinks are alight- not a fan of blue martini signature blue drink made me sick. The service was extremely slow the waitress couldn't remember our order and everything took double/ triple time needed (she was kind though). I would come back for drinks and environment if I want to dance later in night or early enough for low key hookah outside. I believe this place is a little pricey for what it is- I don't like that they mandate you to 20% tip when service isn't great.

My favorite spot in Brickell! I've been coming to this place for the last 2 years and I cannot enough. They have great appetizers, drinks and music. The ladies night is a must! Free drinks for the ladies! Awesome!!! Totally recommend this place if you are looking to have some fun with your friends!

Loved this place so much! We went for happy hour on a Saturday, and they serve happy hour drinks and apps for about half off. The service was amazing, out waitress Bonnie was incredible and would recommend for any customers to ask for her, very attentive and great service. Aside from that, if you're ever in the Brickell area, you must check out Blue Martini Lounge!

Went a few weeks ago with a friend and the service here is exceptional. I just ordered a few drinks at the bar and Gabby was friendly and made the drinks I ordered perfectly. Much prefer this location to the one in Fort Lauderdale.

They literally stole from me, put $130 on my tab that someone else ordered, when I told the waitress she told me who ordered it and to get the money from there because she was too busy!! I obviously will be calling my bank!

I love coming here! They have the by far the BEST hookah In Miami. The food and drinks are a 10/10 ! The service is great and the girls that work there are also a 10/10 !

I called and set up a dinner reservation for 8 people. The staff was super friendly and we absolutely enjoyed watching the match madness tournament on the big screen. It's been years since we've been to this place. Well done on the upgrades!

My original review of Blue Martini was one of the first I posted on Yelp, waaaayy back in 2008. Fast forward nearly a decade and I've been back to Blue Martini a few times and am happy to add a star to my original rating. Months ago I came here with a large group, and the woman working the door and taking the $10 cover from the guys explained that we'd be further ahead in purchasing bottle service where we'd get entry without paying any cover, and we'd be served Blue Martini's house vodka. In total it'd be a better deal than the guys paying $10 each and then everyone buying mixed drinks once inside. We went for it and it turned out she was spot on and saved us some $$. The house vodka wasn't bad, either! On my most recent visit, I came here with a small group late on a Friday night. Cover was $10 for the guys, women got in free. My primary 2 criticisms on that night would be, 1) The glasses they served mixed drinks in were quite small so they were gone relatively quickly. It should be noted that the glasses they give the tables that purchase bottle service are about twice as large as the ones you get when buying drinks at the bar. 2) Pricing is inconsistent depending on which bartender you visit. When I first arrived, I went to the bar just inside the door and got a rum and coke. I was charged $10.50 for Bacardi. For the next round I went to the inside bar and ordered the same drink... Where I was charged $13 for Crown Royal according to the receipt, though that's not what I saw her pour.
