Waitress was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing. The price per person was not fair. The atmosphere was great. Family of 7 eat here and there was not a single complaint. Can say enough about how friendly and helpful the Waitress was, she made suggestions on things she liked and we were not disappointed.

Blue Moose is a great place to eat. The onion rings were very tasty—crispy and full of flavor. The hamburgers were really big and had lots of fresh toppings. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back again!

This was our first food stop in Pigeon Forge and it did not disappoint. We started with the pretzels as an appetizer and it was the perfect amount of food for 3 people. The entrees we got were all good and good portions. The prices were comparable to other places we looked at. Our waiter Chad was great and even wrote down recommendations for us of things to do in Pigeon Forge. The atmosphere was like any other place but they did have individual TVs at each table.

The atmosphere was a nice balance between bar-like and family-friendly, making it a comfortable spot for anyone. The service was friendly, with the host welcoming us by opening the door as we arrived. However, the experience with our waiter was a bit mixed—while he was attentive and friendly, the strong scent of his cologne gave me a headache, which was unfortunately distracting throughout the meal. As for the food, I had the lemon pepper wings, fries, mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks, and corn. The wings were large and crispy, though they could’ve used a bit more seasoning. The fries and mac and cheese were both good, with the mac and cheese being creamy and satisfying despite resembling Kraft. The mozzarella sticks were just average—nothing special, but not bad. The corn was quite salty, which overshadowed its natural sweetness and made it difficult to enjoy. The overall vibe was great, with plenty of TVs for watching sports, making it a nice spot for a laid-back meal.

We chose this place because it had something everyone would eat and it did not disappoint. The blue velvet dream cake was delicious. I got the mushroom burger and it’s the best burger I’ve ever had. My kids loved the wings and fries. Our server Paul was awesome. He stayed on top of everything and the way he interacted with everyone was top notch. We definitely will be back.

Family of 11 here and I can honestly say we were very impressed with the service and how quick we got a table. The people working there were amazing and the waitress hands down one of the best waitresses we've had. The food was great and we will be back when we visit again

Amazing lunch! Food was great as usual. Our server Heather was very friendly and helpful and checked on us regularly. She gave us samples of some wing sauces when we couldn't decide. Highly recommend this restaurant, we have never had a bad experience.

Sooooo good, must try! Our entire family loved their meal, kids and adults. The burgers were incredible and big. The fries were great. The onion rings were hand battered and worth the upgrade! The wings were great too. We ordered the Jalepeno burger, Hawaiian luau and Mac and Cheese burgers and they were amazing! The prices were extremely fair for the quality and food sizes. We were stuffed!!!!! Definitely going back when I am in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

Food was fabulous and the service was even better!!! Paul was quick to cater to our every need!! He even noticed that we had been seated with the sun blaring in my friend's eyes and quickly offered to move us. If you want great food with great service, I highly recommend this place!! Be sure and ask for Paul to be your server because he's amazing!!

1/1/25 We got potato skins appetizer and Michael got the southern Jalepeno burger 1/3/25 back again got the kick'n jalepeno bites and buffalo chicken wrap Food is all excellent as always and service is always great! We come here every year!! Best restaurant in pigeon forge!!!!!!

If you're craving wings that make your taste buds dance, Blue Moose Burgers & Wings is the spot. The dry-rubbed Cajun wings? Perfection--crispy, flavorful, and exactly what wing dreams are made of. Seriously, I'd come back just for those. I made sure that I brought home that last bone-in wing because I REFUSED for it to go to waste. But let's talk about Abigail, the bartender extraordinaire. She was nothing short of fantastic--friendly, attentive, and had my drink in hand before I could even think about asking. She made the whole experience feel like I was right at home. Abigail, you're a rockstar! While the bar is cozy and intimate (and we know that's part of its charm), just be aware seating is VERY limited!!! It fills up very quickly! Oh, and a little sound or captions on the games on TV would be the cherry on top for us sports fans. Overall, this place hit the mark for great food, stellar service, and a fun vibe. I'll definitely be back for more wings and good times. Five stars, easy!

Stopped in here after a day of shopping and mini golfing. We were promptly seated and our server came right over to take our drink orders. It gives sports bar vibes but quieter and family friendly. I opted for the drink with Jack honey and apple juice I can't remember the name of it honestly Appetizer was sliced fried jalapeño peppers and wow this has the best the best ones I've ever had. The breading is light and flavorful and most definitely breaded in house. Would come here just for these I ordered traditional chicken wings and I wasn't impressed with them. They were bland as the sauces didn't stick them. I wouldn't order them again. I would like to try the boneless wings next time. Hubby ordered the burger with a fried Mac and cheese patty on top and bacon. The Mac and cheese patty should be offered as an appetizer it's so delicious. The Cajun fries were fried perfectly and seasoned well. Burger was cooked correctly. Overall great experience

Fairly busy place, but we were seated immediately. Quick paced atmosphere, but well thought out! There wasn't a moment where we were waiting on service. The burger was decent, but the highlight was the wings. I had plain with my meal, but the seasoning on it was phenomenal! Good food, kind and quick service. Definitely a go to! The waitress was even kind enough to give us the ingredients for a couple of their bar drinks, including a new favorite of mine!

Food was hot and good Service was fair at best, disappointing that the waitress started telling me I bought the cheapest thing on the menu. I don't eat a lot, but felt insulted by comments. To many televisions in a small area. But lighting was good and respectful clean

Not bad. American diners food. The wing are good. Very busy on Friday night so prepare to wait. Staff was friendly and attentive with fast service and refills. Definitely a cute theme too

While visiting Gatlinburg, Tennessee over memorial weekend. After we made it in into our resort Wednesday night we found this restaurant open on google and yelp. Had some good reviews and it was the only thing that was open late. A lot of places in gatlinburg close around 9pm during the week. Restaurant is big and has a lot of parking spaces. We sat at the bar and Emily was our server, she was amazing her energy was amazing. She recommended what beer we should try. We ordered some wings and blues hot Cajun queso chips. The flavors we picked for the wings were the mango habanero and sweet Thai garlic and I wish we would've known that we needed to get the wings extra crispy I felt like they didn't look and weren't fully cook Only reason this received a 4 star. Other than that atmosphere here is amazing and service was great we will come back again.

It's been years since we came to Pigeon Forge and still remembered the great meal at the Blue Moose. Here we are again with my wife 3 kids and mother-in-law on Father's Day. They have a good assortment on the menu with greats apps, burgers and wings. Something to please everyone. We started with the bacon cheeseburger sticks which tasted great with the queso in which they were served. There was exactly 6 sticks so one for each of us. Only complaint was they did not give us plates but I was hungry so they were gone before our server made it back to the table. My son loves lemon so he got the lemon pepper wings, my daughters got burger & fries. My wife and I split a 25 wing sampler with 5 flavors of wings. The service, meal and atmosphere were superb! Thanks BM!

This was a great stop for the entire family. We are able to find options and our waitress was able to make suggestions. The TV is around kept everybody entertained and we will definitely be back again.

Our party of 3 waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The atmosphere is a little loud. There are tvs and people everywhere. There is music playing, so there's quite a bit going on. We ordered a wingman salad, 8 boneless wings, and a cheeseburger with onion rings. The food came out quickly, and the server was fantastic. We dropped $60 with one beer, one lemonade, and one water. So, just a but pricey, but that's normal for a tourist town like Pigeon Forge.

To start with, our servers Ross and Kimbo, made our experience unforgettable! Our meals were good. The French fries were amazing! Highly recommend a visit to Blue Moose when in the Pigeon Forge area!!!

Mindy and I were in Pigeon Forge for a mini vacation. Our fist night we wanted to see the Buckeye game so we looked for local sports bar restaurants. We found The Blue Moose close to our hotel and decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately it was on a night with a University of Tennessee game so it was packed and we had to wait for over an hour. It was nice being able to keep track of our place in line via their online app. We finally made it to our seats a little before our quoted time. Our booth had a television and the server very promptly changed it to the game. We started with appetizers; I had the friend mushrooms and Mindy had the fried jalapeño slices. The portions were definitely enough for two+ people to share and were excellent! Because the appetizers were so big, we chose to share a meal and opted for the burger & wings combo. I got the burger with cheesy bacon fries and found it to be okay, but nothing to write home about. The burger had a noticeable garlic taste (which was fine with me) but if you are not a garlic fan you may want to make another choice. Mindy got the spicy garlic wings and thought they were okay as well. She said they were not very crispy. The best part of our dinner was our server. She did a great job taking care of us and was at the table enough but not too much. We would go again, but would not go out of our way to make the trip.

Came here around 5pm on a Monday. Was seated immediately for a party of 2. Our waiter immediately came over as soon as we sat down. We placed our orders and they came out in 5 minutes, super quick. I got the moose's all American cheeseburger and subbed the regular fries for the onion rings. My burger was a decent size and tasted good. Upgrading to the onion rings for 99 cents was such a good choice, highly recommend. My husband got Jose's steak wrap and he was pleased with it. It had a lot of meat in it. Service was fast, and this place was decently priced. Would recommend and come back in the future!

This restaurant was amazing, from the food, service to the atmosphere. Our waiter Paul made us feel right at home and made the dining experience one to remember. If you're in the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee area and need some good food this is a must.

I really do not enjoy leaving these types of reviews. This was our second visit & I can't really say anything about the food on the first visit because we both had salads. It was our first fight here. They were ok. We came here for dinner last night because we both wanted wings. We got 25 wings so we could try 5 flavors. The wings were horrible, cold and the flavors didn't hold well. We also ordered the stuffed potato skins, they came out overcooked, dried out & cold. The 2 stars are for our server, Elijah. He did an excellent job considering how busy they were. We most likely will not return to dine here.

We ordered a wing platter to-go! These wings are definitely in my top 3 places to go for wings! We ordered a platter that consisted of 5 sets of wings (5 wings in each) and each set had a different flavor. We got 2 cajun dry rubs (10 wings), 2 BBQ (10 wings) & 1 Golden fever (5wings). They were ALL so good!!! We started eating them right away and then realized I had never got a picture soon enough, so I took one later. However, this was a take-out platter/tray so I'm not sure how the atmosphere was or the service! So far, so good though! They tasted amazing!

This is a must go to for the best pulled pork nachos,!! The service is always amazing even when there extremely busy! If you love sports this is the place to come tvs everywhere with sports always playing on tvs! I live 8 hrs from here and always make sure to stop in even if it's just for an appetizer like today

Decent food while traveling. Atmosphere and service were good, but the food was bland and lacking flavor.

Nice clean restaurant located on Teaster Lane just off the main strip. It's on the ground floor of a multi-level building. Sat quickly at a high top near the bar. Our waitress was Amanda and she was great. Asked many questions and she was very helpful. Mixed drinks done very well and respectably priced. Then ordered some Moooserela Sticks (mozzarella) which came quick and hot. Next was the jumbo wing platter. It comes with 8 wings, fries and Mac and cheese. Come hungry as their wings are bigger than most. Topped it off with a peanut butter pie. Recommend if you're in town.

The food is amazing and the employees are very friendly and helpful this was my 3rd time there will definitely go back next month while down there

This place is in our top three of the restaurants we love in Pigeon Forge. The service is ALWAYS spectacular and the food is even better!! Always fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is fun and we really enjoy it!!

We came in with a hungry crew of seven, with one more person who was only about 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to seat us until our entire party had arrived. I understand having a protocol like this- a single person requesting a large table on behalf of a group, but nearly everyone was already there and ready to order. We even offered to order for our straggling patron. We were trying to dine between peak hours-around 4pm, and we could see plenty of open tables. Holding us up felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I can't see myself giving my business to a place that treats customers this way.

Oh my! What a treat! We went with some friends and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was amazing. Paul was our server, and I would definitely recommend asking for him. The food was so good. Appetizers, burgers, and desserts! You can't go wrong with anything you order!

If you're ever in Pigeon Forge or surrounding areas, I highly recommend Blue Moose. This place has some of the best food i've had in a very long time. We got the cheeseburger sticks, 12 piece wings, david got the farmhouse burger (it has a fried egg and ham) and i got the steakhouse burger which has fried onions, mushrooms and a1 sauce plus he got mac and cheese and i got cajun parmesan fries. Then I got their version of street corn in a cup & not pictured is our 6 yr olds plain boneless wings and cajun fries - he says it's the best chicken he's ever had and we have to come back here more often all in all it's delicious and our server (Ashley L. ) has been awesome!! also they have VERY good ranch and that's major to me

Food was good, typical sports bar food not really worth the 1 hour wait. Service was decent.

Wife and I went here last night. I reviewed this place years ago on here. Well. Not much has changed. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table for 2. Server came very quick to get drink order. Delivered drinks in about 2 minutes. Took our order. Wife got the burger and wings combo for $17.99. She had naked wings and loved her food. I ordered 12 wings. 6 Italian Parmesan and 6 Gold Fever. I also ordered a side of fries. All of the food was cooked perfect to order and tasted wonderful. Service was great. Atmosphere is a sports bar so we liked it too. Well done Blue Moose

Wow! The burgers were huge! The wife got the all American with home made chips. I opted for the double down with fries. Server was very friendly , If you're looking for a good burger the moose is the place. Nice ambiance!

Stopped in around 5 pm. and was seated quickly. Alex took our orders, and food appeared quickly. We got an appetizer of stuffed skins. Super tasty and served hot. The burger was very good but be ready for some messiness!. Overall good experience

I really have nothing but good things to say. Only negative was canned mushrooms were used instead of fresh. Good service, nice atmosphere and tasty burgers! Would come back again!

For Pidgeon Forge, there are many places you can go to and have an outlandish and thematic meal that is overall lackluster in reality. Blue Moose, for what it is, is a realistic sports bar that is great for what you need. If you are someone who needs their fill of sports and coverage, they've got you covered. If you are whitewater rafters from a bachelor party and need some ice cold brews and wings, this is the place to go. If you want a great juicy burger, butter yourself up. Bottom line: don't pretend you don't like this place. Own it!

This is the 3rd location we've tried; first was Pigeon Forge which was mediocre at best; second was Johnson City it was consistently good even though it was slammed most of the time and now Nooga. The business model of taking over old Texas Road House model is great. We braved the "Christmas shopping" crowd and tried it today. We'll be going back. My wife ordered her staple the Wingman salad and my granddaughter got her usual double Mac n cheese. However, I tried their newest burger the Southern Jalepeno Burger. I wasn't about to try the wings with the Atomic sauce -- too far from home. My wife said her rabbit food was great as usual (mango habenero for chicken). No complaints from the crumb snatcher. My burger was AWESOME! It actually had thick cut bacon, the patty was cooked perfectly and the topping were excellent as well. Though the place was crowded we weren't screaming at the tops of our lungs to talk--you know like being at a U2 or AC/DC concert. We'll be going back for sure.

Pretty good. We had the nachos & pretzels, both were good, but we liked the pretzels best. We had burgers, wings, & buffalo chicken wraps. Everything was good & we were hungry. They even had honey for my sweet potato fries.

We stopped in for a somewhat early dinner on a Wednesday night. Not too busy at all! Perfect distance from a lot on the parkway, especially The Island. Most of our group ordered wings and were very impressed with them. Lots of flavors to choose from and we love the ability to choose multiple wing flavors with a wing platter. I also enjoyed my mountain margarita which had Ole Smokey watermelon shine in it. Typical sports bar ambiance, slightly loud music.

Wings weren't cooked enough. The only thing I'd come back for was the Cajun fries and beer! However, we did have a great server. That's a plus too.

What a great meal!! It was a very long wait... over an hour for 2 of us and we put our name on the list at 4:45... maybe not worth that long of a wait, but it was a good meal! This is a sports bar type place, align your expectations and don't get bent out of shape that this isn't a 5 star dining establishment. Also, you are in a tourist trap town! Prices are going to be high. Okay? Okay! We started with 12 wings - half ranch, which was a creamy sauce, and the other half spicy garlic. I really liked the spicy ones and my wife liked the ranch. Their ranch dressing dipping sauce was excellent! Kept some left over to dip my fries in! I had the American burger and it was outstanding. Plain cheese burger with a toasted buttered bun! My wife tried the grilled cheese burger! It was good, but if their grilled cheese sandwiches were a little more buttery and grilled longer it would have been better. Still very good though! And our fries were fresh and crispy!!! The hostess girl wasn't very friendly... but all the other staff was great. It was a long wait, but anything decent would be in town. If you don't want to wait for good food, go to get fast food. To those about to dine, I salute you!!

Food is great the wings are the best thing here. The Waitress might have been the most lovely I've ever had. This place is wheelchair accessible.

Service - negative from the to-go cashier to the bartender. I am typically not harsh in my reviews, but this was not a pleasant experience on any level. The to-go guy completely lacked any type of customer service skills while the bartendar was at best okay. Food - We ordered the 25 wing platter with 5 different sauces. They were okay because of size, but the only noticeable flavors were the naked because there was no sauce and spicy garlic because they had red pepper flakes. Fries, ranch, and bleu cheese were good. Unfortunately, we would not visit here again.

Mom and I have eaten here a number of times. Good food huge servings, great service. It's a popular place and people line up outside to get in at 11 AM for lunch. The locals love it. I had the chicken nachos each layer was smothered in flavor,lots of chicken and Queso, house made salsa, guacamole, sour cream yums Mom had beef nachos. We had to get a container to take our leftovers. Noticed lots of families with wee ones coming in and the kids were saying oh this is so yummy! Our young server was polite, point on! But I noticed they all were.

Mozzarella sticks: you can get them from the frozen foods section better than this Cheeseburger: meh, a never get again Wings: ok This is a one and done for us.

Our food was a to go order. It was ready quickly and tasted delicious. I recommend the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was great. I'm so happy we stopped by. The inside is nice, I checked it out briefly while we waited. The gentleman who took our order was great and very friendly.

It has been too long since I have been able to say we have had great food AND great service! Well, this was it! Starting with the outside. It's modern, appealing, and welcoming all at the same time. We were seated, and the experience started. Dino set the tone! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and fun! The food was great! P.s. the hand breaded Mushrooms really ARE hand breaded and good! The cheese sticks might be hand breaded too. The salad was yummy looking. The wings are crispy and so good. But wait... burgers. This this needs instructions on how to eat it! It's Moose's Big Daddy Mac n Cheese Burger. I want the Mac n cheese itself as a meal! TVs! TVs all over the place. Our table even had one at the table. Bottom line, if you find yourself looking for somewhere to eat with great food, great atmosphere and if you are fortunate enough to get Dino (even though everyone was nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there), this is THE place to go here in Pigeon Forge!

We visited here on the way home from Dollywood because my husband has always had really good experiences here. He has been talking about it for a while. We had less than a 5 minute wait at 445 on a Saturday which was great. We were greeted and received beverages promptly. Sadly, we started having problems here. I ordered a burger with extra crispy fries. The fries were warm, not got and definitely not crispy. The bacon on my burger (really hard to tell in the photo) was really underdone. If you watch Kids Baking Championship, Duff would have definitely said something. I asked for some new bacon. It took 20 minutes to get new bacon. The server (Samantha I think) was awesome and ended up making it herself because the kitchen wouldn't get it for her. I was finally able to add it to my now almost cold burger and bit in to find the burger was a hockey puck. It was SO dry it was as if they forgot about the burger. My sweet husband had waited to eat his burger the entire time too so I didn't have to wait alone. Sadly, he found the same problem. So dry. Disgustingly dry. We could even try and eat them. They were really bad. Samantha was so awesome about them and apologized profusely. She suggested some new chicken items for us and got them expedited. The new food was so much better and the manager helped by doing the right thing on our food as well. We were there over an hour and a half (and not by choice) and the food started off really bad but your server went above and beyond and her manager backed her to to ensure she was empowered to do what's right. That's awesome. Only reason it wasn't a 5 was because we were craving burgers really, really bad and didn't end up getting what we wanted and had to settle for chicken. Great job to Samantha!!!

We came on a Thursday night right at dinner time, and it was a 20 minute wait, but it ended up only being about 5, which was awesome. Not only did we get seated faster than expected, but after ordering, they got our food right to us. I genuinely think we made it in and out of there in about 30-40 mins total. Plus, not only was the service speedy, I think this was the best burger I've EVER had-- the bun was soft & buttery and the burger was packed full of flavor and super tender. The only con I'd have is that it was quite warm in there, I suppose because of how packed it was, but it was a little bit uncomfortable. Despite this, I still thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and we will most definitely be back-- we actually almost went back twice in one trip!

My wife and I visited this place on our 10th Anniversary; two weeks ago. From the moment we walked in, the staff were very unprofessional and seemed bothered that we were there. Our server was also unfriendly and had an odd sense of humor. The food was okay, but not nearly as good as many of the reviews were claiming. We didn't give the server or manager a difficult time or complain about our food, but it left much to be desired. Even as we were walking out the manager and a couple of hostesses were by the door and no one said a word to us. We ate at some great restaurants during our time in the Smokys. At every business we visited, most people were very friendly and professional. The Blue Moose was the only place we went that we did not have a good experience.

We had the Bbq Pork Nachos, Mozzarella Sticks, & Sriracha Ranch Wings. Very good! Service was good and even though we had a little wait it didn't seem that long. Place is usually busy but fairly fast to get a table. We liked it so well we went back for lunch the next day. Can't hardly beat this place. It's a must for us every visit.
