I would give Blue Nile zero stars if that was an option. While the jewelry is beautiful, the people at Blue Nile South Park have simply no idea what they are doing and their customer service is abysmal. We got my fiance's wedding ring through Blue Nile, and to get a simple gold band has been a nightmare. First, they got his size wildly too big, then they got his size too small, and then on the third order (exactly the same as the first two) they left off the engraving. Now between pick ups, re-ordering, and returns we've had to go to the store about 8 times, and now it is too close to our wedding day to get the correct ring with the correct engraving. Now we will have to go back yet again after the wedding to get the engraving, so there will be a new order and a time while being newly married that my husband won't have a wedding ring. Throughout all this, all we've gotten is "oh I'm sorry, I'll check with whoever did that order for you". No efforts have been made to remedy the situation with any sort of discount or coupons or money back or simply ANYTHING for the extreme inconvenience of this whole experience. Whatever you do, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
