We had such a great experience at Blue Nile in SouthPark! We came in to look at engagement rings and were helped by Jennifer, who was incredible from start to finish. She was patient, never rushed us, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring. She walked us through every detail, answered all our questions, and made the whole process fun and stress free. The ring is absolutely perfect. It completely exceeded our expectations and looked even more stunning in person. We highly recommend stopping in and asking for Jennifer. She made a special moment even memorable.

The showroom Manager (Ruth) was amazing. I have never seeing anybody so committed to customer service and she went through all the hoops to provide me and my family all the support we needed at the time. Very knowledgeable and respectful person and soo sweet!! I would do all my buys with her and will recommend anybody to do so. 10/10 ❤️

The most chaotic, disappointing, and overpriced engagement ring appointment we had. We came from a perfect brunch and are pretty laid back, we’re just excited to have a nice day. Within the first 15 minutes we could sense this was going to be a painful hour long appointment. No real selection to try on just fake settings and magnetic faux stones. Everything we mentioned to the associate seemed to send her into a tizzy. It was genuinely bizarre. We mentioned in the pre-appt email we were looking for yellow gold and radiants - we only saw one gold ring with a tiny stone. Ultimately was quoted twice the price for the same ring as a different jeweler. Will be forever convinced if you buy something from here you are being scammed. If you’re paying for a retail name go to Tiffany’s. If not you can find better online. Sales pitch gone wrong.

My significant other and I stopped into the Charlotte location today to look at engagement rings, and we had the absolute best experience! Jennifer was our consultant, and she was nothing short of amazing. We had so much fun throughout the process—she made both of us feel heard, understood, and included every step of the way. It truly felt like an appointment for us, not just for me, and Jennifer did an incredible job creating that experience. We left feeling educated about details we hadn’t even considered before and, to our surprise, completely fell in love with the ring! Overall, it was an excellent experience that we’ll cherish forever.

My girlfriend and I worked with Ruth one of their personal jewelers who took the time to explain all the options, from diamond quality to settings, without ever being pushy. Everything felt personal and We appreciated being able to see and try things on in person. Ruth explained the entire process feel easy and exciting. Highly recommend this location — a 5-star experience all the way!

Blue Nile at SouthPark is absolutely exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I was looking for. Ruth and Grace did an outstanding job helping me to find some jewelry pieces for my collection and made sure I was confident in my purchases. Will absolutely be coming back for future purchases!!
