There is a woman that I have fallen in love with and I can't just propose with just the engagement ring. So I plan to give her the diamond earrings and either the amethyst necklace or the Sapphire medallion. The ring I didn't take a picture of because I was so focused on the type of cut that I wanted. But I made a friend with John Sadlowski who explained everything and saved it in their program for me. This woman deserves more so I am going to work harder to find her even more jewels to adorn her as my queen of a new world.

For our twentieth wedding anniversary, my husband wanted to upgrade my engagement ring. Even though Blue Nile has a very user friendly online shopping experience, we decided to make an appointment to see some options in person because it was hard to differentiate some of the tiny different details between various settings. From the moment we arrived in store, Vanessa was absolutely wonderful to work with to find exactly what I wanted. She asked questions before and during as I tried on countless (seriously) different options of engagement rings and different coordinating wedding bands to help me narrow down what I liked about some and what I didn’t. At no point did we feel any pressure to hurry our decision along. When I decided that I wanted to keep my wedding band and just purchase a new engagement setting she helped us choose the perfect diamond for it. While we were shopping, several other couples came in looking as well, and I watched Juan offer the same level of incredible, insightful service to them as well. There was a very minor issue when placing our order so Juan came over to help Vanessa fix it; our direct interaction with him was wonderful. He fixed the issue quickly and with a smile! Y’all are an amazing team! We will absolutely be back and in the meantime, we will certainly share our fantastic customer service experience with friends!

I’d like to thank Juan Arcila for providing such excellent service during my fiancé and I’s wedding band selection. We saw him last week and can’t wait to return to pick up our rings! He was incredibly patient, accommodating, and attentive, even taking time to answer my questions on his day off (his responses were fast). He offered thoughtful suggestions, truly listened to what I was looking for, and made us feel completely comfortable — I never felt pressured at all. Thanks to his guidance, we found the perfect rings, and the whole process was such an enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to come back and see Juan for more lovely jewelry pieces! I highly recommend asking for him when you’re ready to choose your wedding rings — his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care truly stand out. I also want to add, the rest of the team was very kind and respectful.

Went in today to get my onyx bracelet repaired and Tristan Dotson was more than knowledgeable. He gave me a tour of the pieces in the store and knew everything about every piece down to the exact detail. I’ve come in previous times to this store and employees sometimes did not know the details I wanted to know about the products that I have purchased, but that was not the case with Tristan. Tristan is a great representative for the Blue Nile org. and if anyone ever visits this location ask for Tristan- trust me he’ll take care of you with exceptional hospitality.

Had an amazing experience at Blue Nile! Juan took the time out of his busy day to teach us about the ring buying process, even when we showed up without an appointment. We went to 6 other jewelers who didn’t give us as much care and attention to detail. He was very helpful and made what normally is difficult feel very easy and special. Would recommend Blue Nile to anyone who is getting into the ring buying process and we appreciate the time Juan gave us!!!

Juan Arcila at the Dallas showroom was extremely helpful and provided great advice for my husband and I. We first visited this location back in 2023 when I need my engagement ring resized after having my first baby and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. This time around we went in because I was thinking of ordering a new engagement ring but was unsure what style and stone shape I wanted. Juan was very patient with us and showed me the ring styles I had seen online in various stone sizes for comparison. Once I knew what I wanted he helped me right away with ordering it as well. I will definitely be recommending Blue Nile, specifically the showroom at north park because of Juan.

I have never written a review like this before, but my experience picking up jewelry from Blue Nile was so unbelievably bad that I feel compelled to warn others. The associate named Tann Naik was hands down the rudest person I have ever encountered in any jewelry store. From the moment I walked in, she didn’t greet me or even acknowledge me. When I tried to ask a few simple questions about my order, she seemed visibly irritated. She couldn’t answer even the most basic questions about the jewelry and acted as if I was bothering her. Things only got worse when I politely declined to purchase their “care package.” She started to speak to me in such a rude and condescending manner. I walked out genuinely disappointed and questioning whether I even want to keep my order. Tann Naik completely destroyed my trust in the company’s professionalism and customer service standards.

We had an appointment with Juan to browse engagement rings, and he offered us a relaxing, stress-free experience. We've been to several places to look at engagement rings, and Juan helped us understand shapes, what to look for, he made us try on practically every style to rule out anything I didn't like. It was our favorite experience!
