A huge thank you to Blue Nile for getting our rings to us in such short notice by our wedding day. I had a last minute court marriage and ordered the rings less than a week before. We knew that there was a possibility they wouldn’t come in time because the ship date was our wedding day. However, we called Blue Nile a couple of times and customer service was so kind and understanding. They helped expedite the process by a couple of days and we were able to get our rings. We had silicone bands as backup but were really hoping the rings (which we engraved) would come, and so they did. Thank you so much Blue Nile!

I’ve lived in bayside 14 years and have recently started going to Athena’s. I took my 4 watches for battery changes and not only did Tommy do it on the spot but the prices were reasonable and he cleaned them. I’ve returned again after my engagement to add sizing beads and both Tommy and his father talked me through the process. I waited 30 mins and again price was reasonable and great customer service. I love family owned business, it’s great to see the unity.

I had the pleasure of walking into the Blue Nile showroom and being greeted by Lisa. Lisa put time and care into helping me find the perfect engagement ring. She was patient and explained with great detail the different cuts, colors and settings. Before this I truly had no clue what to look for- now having learned so much with Lisa's help, we’re ecstatic with our choice. Lisa followed through when we had to make small changes and was always just one email or phone call away. Thank you so much Lisa for making this an amazing experience. Had a very positive experience buying an engagement ring here. I had gone in during a sale they were having and I felt the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other competitors in the area. What really sold me was how knowledgeable the staff was especially Lisa who helped me out in picking a diamond to the exact specs i wanted. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances - But if you do decide for some reason to make a purchase, DO NOT USE THEIR 'COMPLIMENTARY' RESIZING OFFER. I sent my Wedding Ring away to be resized after 2 months. Once UPS (The only carrier they use) had received it, they refused to deliver my ring back to me until I paid an additional £172.39 in customs fees. As the ring is being resized, it does not constitute a sale, and you should not be charged any additional fees. The reason they requested these fees is because according to them, Blue Nile incorrectly filled in various documents for the resizing process. Blue Nile's advice was to pay the fees and they would assist in getting a refund. I paid the fees, and UPS has subsequently refused to offer a refund. Blue Nile now ignore my emails and will only get in contact if I chase THEM up. They have not offered any apology, they have taken no accountability, they have not offered any refund and they certainly haven't offered any compensation. Their 'Customer Service' has involved me being passed around from person to person, with no help being offered. To spend four-figures on a Wedding Ring, only for this to happen, is utterly heartbreaking and maddening. What is supposed to be one of the most personal and joyous experiences in life has been marred and tainted by this awful, awful company, who have acted horrendously, and also defrauded me out of hundreds of pounds. I will not stop until this story has a satisfying conclusion, and I will let you know how I get on.

My husband bought me a diamond ring from Blue Nile for our anniversary and our experience was wonderful. We went into the Blue Nile King of Prussia store to see the setting in person before we purchased it. The sales associate helped us pick out a beautiful diamond. Also, I reached out to Blue Nile with some questions and the customer service associate on the phone was very helpful. The whole process was easy. I love my ring! It's beautiful!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Blue Nile 11 years ago. Right after he proposed and gave me the ring, he mentioned that the diamond looked very cloudy to him. I told him it was fine. I mean, he just proposed, so what was I going to say? Well, we recently visited a Blue Nile store now that they exist, and I couldn't believe how cloudy my diamond was in comparison to those in the case at the store. I'm very disappointed that this company would sell such a low-grade stone at such a high price point. And, of course, you can't compare when ordering online, which was the only option at the time. I'm giving them one star because the customer service has always been great. However, I feel like we were robbed. I'm also embarrassed that I've recommended this company to so many people. It will not happen again.

The service and Selection of the pendant were great. My biggest complaint was the teeny tiny chain size that came with the pendant. My jeweler looked at it and said he was surprised with the small chain size that Blue Nile sent with the pendant and said they used to send better quality chains with their pendants. The platinum chain is so small that it knotted up next to the jump ring. The first time I could get the knot out with a needle and the second time I couldn't and had to break it off my neck. I called Blue Nile and they said their policy is that they would not be able to service the chain without the pendent too. Both had to be shipped back to Blue Nile. I told them there was nothing wrong with the pendant, it's the chain only that needs to be repaired. They still would not accept the return or a refund for the chain only. I will not do business with them again.

Absolutely in love with my engagement ring from Blue Nile! They offer a wide array of signature pieces to choose from, as well as the option of customizing what you want. All of their diamonds are GIA certified and all rings come with the proper paperwork. My fiancé had a great experience coming here to choose my ring, and really appreciated the great customer service skills. The employees are very invested in making sure you are happy with your experience, and pleased with your purchase. They are honest and upfront, and offered much advice and guidance. I highly recommend checking them out for anyone interested/ready to pop the question, and they also have a great selection of jewelry in general, that is definitely worth taking a look at!

My husband purchased me a diamond tennis bracelet the other day. It's pretty nice overall, but I never pay retail for things like this since I have a wholesaler license. I can purchase diamonds and all types of jewelry at the San Francisco diamond center for a huge savings... I really love the fact that Blue Nile diamonds are NOT blood diamonds, so that is extremely impressive and highly important to me! The bracelet is very nice as you can see from the photo but I also prefer platinum every time and it's white gold. It's a little small for my taste and was a bit too large on my dainty wrist LOL

Blue Nile has to be the worst company I have ever made a purchase from. They sent my wedding band AND my husbands wedding band in the incorrect size and did nothing to fix this. We did not have my husbands ring in time for our wedding after various promises that it would be here in time. We were given horrible recommendations on what size and style to get as well. The people working in the show room were even talking badly about their co workers right in front of our face. In our time they also passed three different associates to help us due to how unprofessional they are. After going to my local jeweler they were in disbelief of the recommendations given to us. There was a couple screaming yelling at the people who worked there in the show room and I should have listened to my gut instinct and not purchased from them. To make up for my various issues from them they gave me a 20% off coupon that did not apply to other sales when their website is always on sale. My local jeweler also said they were low quality diamonds. I have wasted so much of MY TIME trying to fix THEIR issues and ended up getting no where.

There are no words to describe how amazing Liz Vasquez is! She made our ring shopping experience so pleasant and easy. She has the patience of a saint! I went back and forth SO many times and she never seemed annoyed with me (because I probably would be lol). The store itself has a good amount of rings to try on. It doesn't carry everything on the website but enough to help make a confident decision. We ended up with the most GORGEOUS engagement ring! It truly is the most perfect diamond I have ever seen. I get compliments every day since we got engaged! The girls there are so pleasant and Liz is really an expert at what she does! We recently chose our wedding bands (thanks again Liz) and we will certainly return back to Blue Nile for future sparkly purchases :)

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience shopping for the engagement ring. Liz helped us narrow our search and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. The fiancé called in to place the order (leaves a hint of surprise in my e-ring) to only find out the setting was back ordered in my size! They sent additional recommendations....and at this point, the store manager, Joyce, also assisted (super sweet and helpful). Fast forward, we just came back to purchase our wedding rings and Liz helped us through this process. All in all, fabulous experience and I highly recommend. I would suggest to make an appointment and arrive on time. I personally appreciate the Covid precautions taken and love that the store isn't crowded. It lends for a very calm and wonderful experience.

I came to this place with my fiancé after obsessing over engagement rings on their website for the longest. We just happened to be walking to Nordstrom and when I saw this I freaked out and pulled in my then boyfriend to look at my dream ring in person. The staff were super helpful, gave us a lot of info and answered any questions I had. No pressure to buy and they also gave us tips on getting the best bang for our buck that I had already known from doing tons of diamond research but it was nice to know that they didn't try to b.s. us. Long story short my fiancé proposed to me with a Blue Nile ring one year later on our 7th anniversary trip in Paris. I am totally in love with my ring; the web room is great for really getting an idea of what you want and my fiancé said that they were so easy to shop with and they answered all of his questions over the phone. He also requested 6 prongs rather than 4 which to me was a plus because it's what I had ultimately wanted and they did it with no issue. I highly recommend this place and Blue Nile in general.

Awful experience. I went to their showroom in Charlotte, NC to exchange a necklace for a bracelet. I was told in the store that my item would arrive the following Thursday. It did not. So I called the customer service (if you can call it that) and was told that it hadn't been mailed out yet. They said they would overnight the item. Again they didn't. Lie number 2. When I got the shipping information, showing it hadn't been overnighted I called again. I was told a supervisor would call me back to discuss. No one called me back. Lie number 3. I called again 4 days later and was told tough. They also accused me of lying about what I was told in the showroom. Avoid this company, they don't tell the truth and take no accountability when found out.

I bought a bracelet after my dad passed away, with the money he left me. The bracelet was pricey and I debated on getting a Tiffany but thought I would give Blue Nile a chance. WHAT A COLOSSAL MISTAKE. After sending the bracelet back for repairs, it broke because it's so cheaply made! it was sent back with suggestions for " some other jeweler to fix it"!! I was blown away at the poor service from this company. So the bracelet sits in a bag, too cheap to be fixed and BLUE NILE COULD CARE LESS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Blue Nile in the Roosevelt field mall. I was helped by Lisa. We briefly spoke on the phone on the day before my "Covid friendly" in person visit. Lisa took the time to preselect diamonds that fit my requests to help me narrow down the selection process. I was never rushed or pressured and the result was pure perfection. The Savings discount for using a wire transfer was an added bonus. Thank you Lisa and the blue Nile team!

Do not deal with this company! they have nothing left, only samples. They make an order for you after payment, but your order may not arrive by your significant date. And their support does not work, they answer calls, receive information, but do nothing afterwards. Bypass this company if you don't want to have a bad mood, a spoiled holiday and an incomprehensible number of days of waiting for a refund because you didn't receive it on time.

Just got engaged with a ring I bought from Blue Nile!! Jennifer H. helped me get through the steps of picking the perfect one. She took the time to explain what I should and shouldn't be looking for. She is really knowledgeable when it comes to the Cs of diamonds. She was very accommodating when we were focusing on round diamonds at first then made a huge turn to look at oval diamonds instead. The ring itself is better than expected and we are so happy how it turned out. Blue Nile team and Jennifer specifically made the process so easy! She def deserves a raise haha!

I've always been a big fan of Blue Nile, as has my father, but when it comes to trying on expensive jewelry I prefer to do so in person. That said, I also love doing extensive research, enter the first standalone Blue Nile store in Roosevelt Field mall. Now I can do both. While the space isn't large, I was able to try on wedding bands to see if they actually match my engagement ring setting. While as helpful as the sales associates are online seeing them in person is much better. Kudos Blue Nile! I just realized this is my 500th review and my 100th FTR...cool I can't think of a better place to have it be!

My wife and I began shopping at Blue Nile nearly 20 years ago. They had very good products and the prices were competitive. What a different rating I would have given them then. We noticed over that years that the quality has gone down dramatically. In March 2021 I purchased a $600 twisted rope chain for my wife for our anniversary. She wore it a couple of times in the ensuing months. The third time she wore it she felt it dangling on her neck and noticed it was unravelling around its core. We sent it back to Blue Nile who said that it could not be repaired. They also said that since it was past 30 days there was nothing they could do about any refund. They did say they would give us 20% off if we wanted to buy something else. $600 for a junky necklace that she wore a few times. Blue Nile still has the worthless thing since it can't be fixed and we have no use for broken jewelry. They have really gone down hill. I saw an article dated October 2021 saying they have gotten better and better. I can't believe they didn't pay to have that article written. We were loyal customers of theirs and their stuff is utter crap.

My fiance had ordered a ring size 5.5 but we received a 6.5 instead. I called BN to explain that I had measured the ring utilizing their own ring sizers and many other sizers online and in other stores, and we could clearly see the ring we got was a 6.5, not a 5.5. Since my fiance bought the ring in February and he proposed in April (because he was waiting for the right time), they explained we would have to pay for the return shipping ourselves, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. In the end, I had to pay almost $100 in insured shipping to return them the ring they had incorrectly shipped us to get the correct size. My fiance and I are now looking for our wedding bands and will make sure we don't even consider this place again, terrible customer service.

I thought this was the most overpriced store for diamonds in existence. Every piece was 10 x more than anywhere. There customer service was horrible and unhelpful. They do not know how to use gift cards and what kind of store won't accept cash. The reason they are overpriced you are paying for their use of credit cards. I Would recommend anywhere else. Jarad and Kay are reliable. Buying a diamond over the web is ridiculous.

Blue Nile is a horrible company to do business with. I bought and paid for a loose diamond for my wife and that went very well. I subsequently purchase a pair of gold earings for my wife. They were fairly inexpensive less than $300. When they were delivered I showed them to my wife and she hated them. I immediately returned them with the return shipper supplied after talking to Blue Nile about the return. They said that the amount charged would be credited to my account. That was over 3 months ago and I got a statement today from their lending source Comenity Bank for $45.92. $13.98 the fee Blue Nile charged for the return and the difference was late charges,. The Customer Service guy at Comenity Bank waived all the late charges, but I had to pay the $13.98 return fee. Blue Nile had told me prior to ordering that returns were never charged anything and that if my wife did not like it they would credit my account for the full balance. Well hello they charged me. It is not the $13.98 it is the fact that they lied and further never contacted me until today that the account was past due. So the 3 credit bureaus also were dinged from this. This is unacceptable as a business practice and this is only the first of many, many rating sites I plan to drag them thru over the next few months. I will get this resolved and Blue Nile will contact all of the credit bureaus to change their reporting or they will never hear the end of this. I have run social media sites, and rating systems for many years and Blue Nile in now in my sights. They have 7 days to respond before I unleash on them everywhere under many assumed names and email identities I have created over the last 15 years or so. I wonder what impact a 1 Star drop in their ratings will mean to their bottom line.

Had a ring that was damaged from less than a month of light wear at home. Tried to leave a review on their site- turns out reviews cannot be posted directly, but have to be sent to customer service, and they will only post it if they approve. This explains all the positive reviews on their site.

My fiance proposed to me three years ago with the perfect thing--PERFECT. The halo was set so that there was no gap between the diamond and the inside of the halo. We needed to get it serviced about two years ago, and when it came back the setting had been changed so there was a substantial gap which made me feel sad whenever I looked down--that I used to have the perfect ring. We needed it serviced again in the past couple of months and Joyce made sure to advocate for us to ensure that I got back the ring that I got when my fiance proposed to begin with. We got some back and forth from the people making the changes, but Joyce really went above and beyond to make sure that the ring I got back was PERFECT again. I'm back in love and couldn't be more happy because of Joyce.

I came here explaining to both Joyce and Terry that my wedding is next year and I was looking for a ring to match my engagement ring. Even knowing I had no intention on buying my ring that night they went out their way to show me different styles, size me and even clean my ring. No I didn't make a purchase, but I will definitely be a future purchase for my ring and my fiancé ring. They took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them.

I received a 2 carat solitaire engagement diamond ring from bluenile and it is absolutely gorgeous!!! The setting is beautiful as well as the diamond. It is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! We have also purchased a wedding band that compliments the engagement ring. Bluenile has great suggestions and it fits my ring perfectly. The diamonds are smaller than I would like, but, it still looks great! Bluenile has AMAZING customer service! Jimmy N. was assisting me with the selection and shipping. He was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions! Then he followed-up after I received the items. It turns out the rings need to be re-sized. So he assisted with an even exchange for the groom's band and a re-sizing for my wedding band, all FOR FREE! I definitely recommend bluenile for a great price and great customer service!

NEVER AGAIN!!! From a company like Blue Nile I would never expect such a bad behaviour like we experienced when buying a pink diamond. We have bought a pink diamond from their shop and without even notifying they cancelled our booking. After some days I checked the tracking and it said that the purchase was cancelled. After some attempts I was forwarded to a lady that was, indeed friendly and helpful, but did give us the wrong information. She said that the diamond was already sold and that it was a tecnical issue we could buy it at all. They did not offer any discount or anything and as a substitute they did not offer diamonds that were comparible to the diamond we bought. After some days we saw the EXACTLY SAME DIAMOND online again at the much higher price. After calling the support again they told us that the price was wrong and that their supplier decided to not ship it. LUYING TO CUSTOMERS AND TRICKING THEM IS ALWAYS A BAD BEHAVIOUR! From a big company like Blue Nile and their suppliers I would expect much more professionality. Will never buy again because you never know if you will really get your diamond or not!!!

I came to the garden city location and worked with Joyce.She was super nice when making a sell but has no idea whats the difference between an exchange and return. I have called the customer service line spoke to DEE DEE WILLIAMS AND Margaret K (Customer Care Advocate). They have not been helpful at all and say the same thing over and over. I have sent over all the documents and paper work of my return and they keep stating its an exchange. There employee makes a mistake and they want the customer to pay. I am not sure how DEE DEE and Margaret are even qualified to be SUPERVISOR. They make the customer pay an extra $2,000 for no reason. this company has to be a joke. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUST NOT DEALING WITH BLUE NILE at all. I HAVE SPENT OVER $15,000 with them and it was the biggest mistake. I will never step a foot inside the store again. Please go to any other jewelry store other than Blue Nile as they will steal your money Now i know why blue nile is in business because they are a corrupt company , who steals people money. If you guys want proof, feel free to contact me and i will send all the documentation. I have never posted on yelp before but i had to warn others of how they treat there customers. please be aware. Updating my review on Blue Nile to provide transparency to future customers who ultimately decide to purchase their jewelry. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. While I continued to maintain contact via BBB as a mediator, Blue Nile did not want to negotiate or concede to fair customer treatment. Blue Nile notified me that security will be in contact in the near future, and after speaking with their Loss Prevention team, I still came to no conclusion where my actions were justified. Rather, I was penalized in the end for trying to some to a fair resolution. Every customer service representative and Loss Prevention representative lacked the transparency and empathy. They continued to deceive me by deflecting my concern and focused on getting payment information. Time and time again I requested to talk to a manager to help resolve this issue, however, I never able to reach one. While the LP personnel attempted to negotiate on my behalf, the explanation I received did not provide any additional insight to further negotiate a fair settlement. In addition to deception, they also relied on fear tactics. Customer service representative continued to deflect explanation on each other, and stating that my case will be brought to security. In my BBB complain, they explicitly stating the following: "However the mistakes occurred, we don't ever wish to cause such frustration to a valued customer, nor do we excuse the mistakes and mishandling that may have happened along the way. While we cannot undo what has already occurred, we are committed to providing whatever service you need to complete and finalize your purchases. Due to the nature of the situation, our Security team will be in touch to assist further." The language is very clear: we want our money without compensation. Their loss prevention (LP) team did reach out and I tried to request a dialogue with someone who would be able to provide more insight to a fair settlement but again, there was no connection and it was deflected back to the LP team. I do not recommend Blue Nile for anything. Customers, please research the customer reviews covering Blue Nile as there is merit to the complaints. I believe how the company has responded to their customer complaints speaks volumes on how they manage their business. They do not care about customer service nor do they want to help you find something perfect or special for you. Please stay away from this company. Unfortunately, BBB could not able to further pursue the complaint as I believe Blue Nile stated they would take legal and criminal action if I did not resolve this directly with them. Went to the Roosevelt Field mall location with my girlfriend, now fiance. Joyce Genova made the entire process feel magical and so natural-- we bought an engagement ring the same day we walked into the store. We feel blessed to have Joyce guide us through the entire diamond buying process, the 4 C's and teaching us about the perfect Holloway score diamond. She is exceptionally knowledgable about every step of diamond quality, cut, procurement and ring taste. She played a major role in making us become engaged. We even got our wedding bands from her-- and she was exceptionally helpful and made the whole process feel seamless too. I could give a million stars for this review to Joyce and the Roosevelt Field Blue Nile store if I could. I tell all my friend and family to go there and shop there. They will not be disappointed!!!

The prices are good, but one lady who works their claimed that you cannot put a princess diamond in a cushion shaped halo. That's actually false. I didn't bother to correct her a second time because I was in a rush. Also, their website has radiant cut diamonds but I can't seem to find settings that will fit that diamond. Disappointed that blue nile doesn't offer ANY cushion halo settings to fit a princess cut. You'll have to do a custom quote for that. Brilliant Earth offers it. I hope blue nile will offer these settings in the future.

Absolutely unprofessional and completely unreliable. My fiancee and I ordered a ring on 6/19 and were told on 6/21 that there was an issue with my billing address. I called and rectified the issue over the phone and received a follow up customer service survey. Fast forward a month and we're counting the last few days before our ring is supposed to arrive. I email our personal shopper to confirm we'll need someone at our apartment to sign for the ring and she responds with an apology and an explanation that our order was cancelled because of an issue with my billing address. She also went on to explain that the ring we wanted would not be ready in time for our wedding on 8/5 but that she would be willing to place my order anyway and that they could fill it by 8/19. I call in, end up getting someone completely different, and explain that I spoke to a colleague of hers about the billing issue a month earlier. She confirms my call history in their company logs and insists I should have received a cancellation email. I poured through my emails - including my trash folder - and confirmed that I'd never received one. She then told me that she wished I'd called earlier and that I was free to order an interim ring that didn't require a setting (ours did) and that she would mail me that so we'd have something for our wedding then mail the original ring once it was ready...and charge me for both. I attempted to place the original order again with them out of sheer desperation and asked her to please confirm with their billing address that the same issue wouldn't happen again. She put me on hold then said she'd have to call or email me back because she couldn't get through to them. Two days later, I still hadn't heard anything and we found another option that ended up completely salvaging the horrible position Blue Nile put us in. Do not rely on them. They are not thorough and do not follow up or keep accurate records.

I bought my wife's French pave diamond wedding band from them. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! They have awesome customer service and provide the finest quality jewelry I have ever seen. My family has been in the jewelry business for many years and I can say from experience that there is a significant difference in buying from blue Nile and buying from places that look like blue Nile. I only wish I bought her actual engagement ring from them too. The only support when was they wouldn't sell me a setting without the diamonds so I can match the setting with the diamond wedding band I got from them either way it looks beautiful and I think they do it awesome job! It is worth the extra money especially for an important part of your life like engagement ring!

I came here to buy a ring for my girlfriend (who soon to be my fiancé). The team there is very very helpful. Terry Shaw sat with me and go over the diamonds and helped me pick one. She spent hours to help me built a beautiful ring that within my budget and best one compare to other stores. I set up the delivery at the store so I don't have to be worried about the package come to home as I am barely home during standard delivery time. I'm very very happy with the service and strongly recommend to visit the webroom. They truly help customer to built an ideal ring per each people's taste and need.

My boyfriend & I have been searching for a ring for a month or two now. Terri, the store manager, made us feel comfortable immediately. She educated us on stones immediately & didn't pressure us like all the other stores have. She even told my boyfriend we can call her in a few weeks and she'll help walk him through the rings online. If anyone goes to this shop, ask for Terri. She was great!

II was greeted by Pei when I walked in. I must say, she has some excellent customer service skills. She was beyond helpful with me. I didn't know much about diamonds and she did a great job educating me on cut, clarity, and the other different diamond types. The prices were very reasonable. I had a great experience here, and really appreciated all her help.
