"Blue Pebble, under new ownership by Rick Carney, will offer a casual fine dining experience with a menu that includes steaks, pastas, and a cajun boil special. The restaurant aims to be sustainable and environmentally-friendly, retaining the full bar and decor of Pistol Whip. It will be open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch." - Paul Albani-Burgio

Solid meal in a cozy setting. Very friendly staff and owner. This place has been open for about 6 weeks now. It's doing well. Nice menu and setting. Well worth checking out in the Santa Fe arts district. Thursday is burger night and my burger was great as were the fries. We also had the shrimp and grits, new to the menu but terrific. Well worth checking out. Good caesar too.

It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you're at the right place at the right time. Aaron was behind the bar and completely turned my day around from the great food and drinks to his charming humor and really incredible service. I will be bringing everyone I know in as soon as possible. Great spot. Best pork rinds in Denver. Hands down. I appreciate that it's classy but not above serving a pbr in a paper bag😆👌

The happy hour deals are so great! Food is amazing, and love the atmosphere! I have been here 6 times since they opened. This is my new spot. If you have not eaten at the pebble, you’re missing out on some good eats!

Wonderful friendly atmosphere that is Spacey and calming. The food was wonderful with numerous options. Mainly American eatery with some Asian and European dishes thrown in. Happy hour and drinks were spot on for options for everyone and they even have a drag brunch on Saturdays.

Blue pebble was fantastic all around. The service was excellent and all of our food arrived at the perfect time. The drinks were good and food was delicious. We were surprised how much we loved everything. The spinach and artichoke dip is a must!

The service is amazing, food was hot and steaming. I hate to say “perfect”,because nothing ever is what you expect..but the Blue Pebble definitely delivers. The service was awesome and the staff give a nice friendly touch to the restaurant. It’s always a fun time!

Living just around the corner I was very excited for this space to open in it's original incarnation (pistol whip), that place really didnt get the neighborhood or have good service, however since this new team has taken over it has been great. The food is solid, the prices are good, and the service is so much better. Great neighborhood spot with good weeknight specials.

I hate to leave a poor review because the staff was so friendly, but the advertisements were misleading. We went for drag brunch & bingo Saturday; there was only one queen working & we couldn’t hear her read off the numbers because the speaker was in the other room. She attempted to move it so we could hear but it was still too quiet for us to play bingo, which is really why we came. They also don’t offer bottomless mimosas or bottomless bloody Mary’s which was on us for not looking it up first but something to note. Finally, we ordered the chicken & waffles and the chicken was *raw* in the middle when we cut it open. They were apologetic and replaced it for free but overall just an underwhelming experience. I don’t think we’ll be back.
