My friend and I came into Blue Sushi we were immediately greeted by lovely staff with colorful Xmas wear! (PS. Let them wear more festive things in the holiday! It uplifts everyone's spirits!) We were given a seat immediately, incredible service from the waiter and supporting staff. The drinks 🍸 were phenomenal, the apps; delicious, the entree; impecable! I can't wait to come back! I was also incredibly impressed with the attention to detail with the vegan and gluten-free options they had as my friend needed the alternatives. Will be back again soon! ❤🥂

I’m not sure if happy hour has anything to do with the taste or the sloppiness of my order. I’ve ordered from here before and I’m disappointed. The rolls fell apart, the rice is overcooked and they don’t look appetizing or appealing. I really tried and it wasn’t as good as usual. The cucumbers were big and the VLT didn’t have any avocado just cucumbers. I don’t mind spending money on food that’s worth it. I spent $80 and it was not worth it. The miso soup was great as well the cherry bomb but that’s it.

Google
Some of the best sushi I’ve had. Everything is always fresh and delicious and the service is quick, attentive, and friendly. The happy hour deal has plenty of options as well! I make it a point to stop by every time I’m in town.

Google
Very nice environment and service. The niguiris we tried were very good. Vegan makis: spicy kaluna crunch was nice. Vegan Philadelphia was alright, nothing that some additives can't fix. Truffle Salmon sashimi is strongly recommended. Seared sake Toro niguiris as well. Overall it was a good experience. Very good menu selection. Would come back to try other rolls and niguiris.

Google
Trendy spot but their sushi rolls are far from authentic. First of all they used some kind of sticky rice instead of sushi rice, and then the rice is unflavored (it needs to be mixed with rice vinegar). The rolls also used cilantro as a spice which is a no no in Japanese cuisine. The price point for these rolls are quite high for the size they come in.

Google
This was my first time trying this place out and it was an awesome experience. Our server was very attentive, the sushi/sashimi was fantastic, and the music was a whole vibe 👌🏼

Love Blue Sushi! Chocolate spring rolls are a must for every visit. Fantastic vegetarian options too! The Prince roll and Thai Hippie are my go tos.

Google
First time eating here and it was much better than expected. There's a large menu with many appealing options so you definitely will find a lot of delicious options to choose from. We sampled quite a few items and a few recommendations from our server. The atmosphere of that location is truly fitting they have beautifully sectioned dining areas that heighten the experience. The service was extra friendly and helpful. Even on your way out the door everyone was quick to wish you well. We will definitely be returning soon, thank you for the great experience.

Yelp
Always a great experience here. Cant beat the happy hour!! Great service, food and drink all around. We always recommend to our friends and family.

Yelp
Stopped in for happy hour and totally worth it. The Spanish Fly roll (yellowtail, spicy crab, and tuna) was legit one of the best rolls I've had in a while. Super fresh and just the right kick. Happy hour deals were solid. Margaritas were surprisingly good (not the watered-down kind) and the calamari was crispy and actually had flavor -- would 100% get it again. The staff was awesome too. Really friendly and gave great suggestions from their huge specialty menu. You can tell they actually care about what they're serving. Definitely coming back. Great vibe, great food, great drinks.

Yelp
Came here Thursday evening and my wife forgot her purse, we tried to call as soon as we noticed on the way home, about 20 minutes after they closed and they seem to cut their phones off immediately at 10PM and say to call back during business hours. Went back in to ask about it and the first question I got from the guy at the hostess stand was "what was in it"?". A set of our house keys and a crochet project if you must know, among other things that aren't your business, but interesting first question! Glad to know that the first thing you do when deciding whether to hang onto a customer's fogotten purse is rifle through it for valuables. He looked in a drawer at the hostess stand and said we must not have it. I asked if there was anywhere in the back maybe that you might keep lost items, and he went back into the kitchen and talked to somebody for about ten seconds, I could see him over the partition in the bar. My wife called later hoping to speak with someone who might look and apparently he was still there and yelled that "we don't have your bag" into the phone, apparently interrupting someone else who was actually being quite helpful and making a good faith effort. We had it when we went in, we forgot it there, and noticed on the way home, we didn't go anywhere else, it wasn't rocket science to figure out where we left it. It was probably thrown away (doubt it was stolen but you never know with weird defensive communication like that), and it'd be nice to just know if that's what you like to do with your lost and found at the end of the night. Dive bars regularly do a much better job at this, it happens fairly often. This was a place we really enjoyed and frequented, they have a handful of decent vegan options, and we always had a good experience with everyone else we interacted with there, it's a real bummer to have such a terrible experience like this because I feel like we can never go back or recommend anyone else go there ever again if they're going to do things like pitch your purse in the dumpster and then be weird about it. "We don't really keep bags", dude, what?

Yelp
Everyone should come here on Sunday's because of their happy hour. Their sushi tastes very good and fresh, I would come again. The only thing I was surprised on was we ordered a sake bomb and they gave us half a glass of the beer and didn't give us the other half of the beer. I had never seen that before but I guess since it was on happy hour you only get half? Other than that, I recommend the place and the service was great!

Roosevelt L.

Yelp
Underwhelming . Someone in the kitchen needs to learn how to cook sushi rice . Mushy and cold rice is NOT sushi rice . Weird tasting ginger and wasabi ..kinda like cleaner fluid . This place needs staffing changes and kitchen changes for me to ever return . I shouldn't have gone to a sushi restaurant in Ohio .

Yelp
This is a nice sushi spot! I often stop by to get my kid the little bento box, which is always a hit. It comes with fruit, edamame, your choice of rice or noodles, and a sushi roll--all for about $11. It's filling, and the service is always fast and friendly. The interior decor is pretty standard for an Asian restaurant of this type. I tried the Cloud 92.0, and while it wasn't my favorite, that's just personal preference, not a reflection of the restaurant. I've had other sushi from here, and it was good!

Yelp
Came here for the first time with two coworkers when I was in Westlake for work. Did not know it was a chain and was told it was amazing. Sidenote, I'm born and raised in New York City. So I think my expectations were something else and I was very much disappointed. The rolls were decent, but they didn't have any classic sushi rolls that you would find in any Japanese restaurant. Like a tuna or yellowtail or eel. I felt each roll had way too many ingredients that did not belong in a sushi roll. I liked the edamame, wontons and crispy rice much more than any of the rolls. The ginger Yuzu cocktail I had was quite delicious. But if you're looking for good sushi, I would not recommend coming here however I am not from the area so maybe this is the best place given what's in the surrounding restaurants. The service was great, very attentive. The space was nice as well. I went for a 5:30 PM dinner so it wasn't loud or crowded.

Steve M.

Yelp
The server was knowledgeable and helped make sure we knew our options. Sushi chosen was spicy and very good. Cloudy sake flight was solid. Overall, clean and well run service. I didn't realize it was a chain restaurant, solid dinner

Yelp
Food was delicious and the drinks. Service was great. Ambience is nice for a chill or a date.

Yelp
We went for lunch! Great service with a very informative waitress . The sushi, salad and sashimi were so fresh and so good. Always a go to spot for good sushi
google avatar

Yelp
Grabbed a quick lunch at this location. Great service and fast turnaround. Enjoyed a spicy roll of 8 pieces for a reasonable price.
google avatar

Natalya K.

Yelp
This is the most amazing sushi restaurant in Cleveland! They have an extensive vegan menu, and if you order 7-8+ rolls (nd request it) they bring it out in a boat! It was my birthday, so they gave us complimentary dessert. The service was excellent and very attentive. The decor was beautiful, and really helped set the mood. I can't wait to return!

Yelp
Enjoyed a quick bite after doing some shopping at Crocker Park. We loved the sushi rolls and wine selection. The lettuce wraps were delicious. Bartenders were friendly. Music was a little loud but it was a Friday night! My only complaint was that I ordered the Hot Rock Beef and they did not bring me a grilling utensil or a fork. Additonally, there was no second plate so I had to put my cooked beef back on my raw meat plate. That process needs a little fine tuning but overall the beef was delicious and the spicy yuzu ponzu sauce was to die for. Will be back!

Yelp
Blue Sushi Sake Grill is a chain that has restaurants in about a dozen states. I made a reservation for two people for this particular restaurant in Cleveland. The menu listed foods such as miso soup, seaweed salad, edamame, nigiri, sashimi, maki, chocolate spring rolls, and mochi ice cream. A full bar offered beverages such as sake, cocktails, wines, beers, teas, and other non-alcoholic drinks. Please see my attached photos for the menu in May 2024. I appreciated that options were available for raw, not-raw, fish, and vegan foods. The seating hostess promptly seated my husband and me at a table that was sticky and could have been cleaned better. The waitress's service was very, very slow. I think that she was actually the bartender and that the restaurant was understaffed. My husband and I waited many, many minutes to order our drinks and foods. We had ordered a total of four foods, and the waitress brought out only three of the foods. At the end of our meal, we told her that she never gave us the fourth food, so she asked a manager to remove it from our bill. Here are our ratings for the foods: Mango crab rangoon - 4 stars - Crispy wonton wrappers were filled with crab, cream cheese, and scallions and served on top of mango and pepper sauces. These crab rangoons tasted good but were slightly oilier than what other restaurants serve. Spicy sake maki - 4 stars - Five pieces of maki contained raw salmon, cucumber, and spices. The ingredients were fresh but could have used slightly more flavor. Cabo roll - 4.5 stars - Eight pieces of raw maki contained tuna, crab, and cucumber. My husband said that this maki tasted very good. Cherry bomb nigiri - ? - We ordered this entree but never received it. Yelp's app had notified me of a $10-off coupon, so I presented it to the waitress, and she deducted $10 from our bill. (Thank you, Yelp!) Overall, the prices were reasonable. The waitress told my husband and me "Thank you" and "Have a good day."

Yelp
I visited blue with friends and all of the food tasted great! The sushi was fresh. I was also impressed with the number of vegan options on the menu. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
Stopped on New Year's Day for lunch. We had a great experience and the items we had were fire. Service was also great. Started with shishitos and rangoons. Swear I would have ordered more and just ate those if I wanted to just be a big back. So good! Had the Crunchy LA and tried the Cowgirl. Again, really good! We will be back.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
We made a reservation for Saturday night but they had open tables available too. We started out with cocktails that were delicious. Love the unique Japanese spin on classic cocktails. We shared 3 rolls and one Nigiri and it was the perfect amount for my husband and I. The cherry bomb was actually my favorite. But they all were fresh and the rice slightly warm which I love. For the Midwest, this was really great sushi!
google avatar

Bakita H.

Yelp
This is my favorite sushi place around! I have been coming here since they opened a few years ago, and it has never disappointed me. The service is always nice. The food is consistently good. I love going to the all day happy hour on Sundays!

Yelp
Blue Sushi Sake is a standout in the world of sushi dining. From the sleek, modern interior to the expertly crafted dishes, this restaurant offers a fresh take on traditional Japanese cuisine. The atmosphere is vibrant but relaxed, with a stylish, minimalist design that gives the space an upscale yet approachable feel. The menu is both creative and extensive, with a range of options that cater to sushi purists and adventurous eaters alike. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sushi !! Excellent place !! Service was outstanding !
google avatar

Devin P.

Yelp
This has been one of my favorite sushi/happy hour spots for quite a while. The quality of the food and drinks during happy hour really is a great deal. There have been a few changes to the menu, but still a great variety of options and happy hour is all day on Sunday! The service is always friendly and typically very timely. I did have one visit recently where my niece's food came out really late. I had actually already finished my food by the time hers came out. Not sure if the kitchen forgot/missed the order or what. My server was apologetic and fixed the issue. Everyone has an off day, so I just counted it as that.
google avatar

Leslie A.

Yelp
Food is delicious. We had several rolls and the mango crab Rangoon (it was good but I wouldn't get it again, I would rather have a roll) They have Happy Hour - go then!! Check out the rolls! They also have several adult beverages on the menu Ambiance. So nice, so cute Service was good too. There was nothing we tried that we didn't like Would definitely come back
google avatar

Shervani P.

Yelp
I love Blue Sushi Sake Grill! I've been to another location and it's always a great spot with delicious sushi. Recently visited the Crocker Park location during their all day happy hour on Sunday and it's such a great deal. We ordered three rolls, the truffle salmon sashimi, yellowtail serrano sashimi and crab rangoons with two drinks and it was only around $65. The server was very friendly and all of the sushi was so fresh. I also love their cocktails -- the china doll is delicious. Definitely recommend visiting!
google avatar

Sathya A.

Yelp
I always travel to the west side for amazing food and this place did not disappoint- worth the drive to Crocker Park! Starting from the mango crab Rangoons, to the happy hour sushi rolls (crunchy LA, tidal wave, etc)- everything was delicious. If you like edemame, highly recommend asking for the spicy and CHARRED edemame- absolutely delicious, we were fighting over the table for it. My friends also enjoyed their drinks, of which they had a large variety of cocktails and mocktail options (if you request). Presentation of the food was beautiful and the restaurant was spacious. Service was speedy and they even helped us arrange a special treat for our friend's birthday at the end of dinner. Fun fact- all day happy hour on Sundays including drink and food specials. I was shocked that it was not busier for the quality and the price.
google avatar

Samantha K.

Yelp
LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE HERE! So pretty and "chill". I am not a huge raw fish person but the veggie sushi I got was to die for, also got the appetizer "beef hot rock" was very fun- also tasty. I would also recommend the charred edamame over it's original counter part. Went on a weekday evening and wasn't' busy and had great fast service. Lots of fun for a girls night out.
google avatar

Sherine N.

Yelp
This is my favorite west side sushi restaurant, the fish is so fresh my favorite is the truffle salmon sashimi. They also have a really tasty crab soup. The crispy Brussels are also very tasty. They are the only sushi restaurant that has chard edamame available everywhere else it's usually just steamed. Definitely get the chard edamame spicy with garlic. The staff at this restaurant are really great and I always get fast and friendly service every time I come in.
google avatar

Farid S.

Yelp
The ambiance is pretty, picture pre-war Japan meets California surfing. The sushi is pretty fresh and tasty. It's definitely a good date spot. Mid range prices. The cocktails are also creative and good with an Asian twist. The service is usually good but sometimes the hosts are inattentive.
google avatar

Dane S.

Yelp
The ambiance is nice and the service is fantastic. Very efficient and very friendly. The sushi is delicious and I think a good value for money.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite place to eat sushi in all of Cleveland! I've been on a hunt for great sushi here in the mid-west, especially after eating at dozens of sushi restaurants in the west coast, and all across Canada: Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Montreal... so you can say I am well versed in good sushi. Here in CLE, I've tried Ginko, Goma, Jade and Pacific East, and Blue Sushi beats all of them by a landslide First off, you cannot beat Sunday's all day Happy Hour menu. You can order off the regular menu as well but their HH offers are fantastic and super affordable. MORE FOR LE$$!!! Every food item I've tried so far has been delicious... and it helps that the ambience is amazing whether you're inside or on the patio & the service is excellent! Between my husband and I, we've tried Sake Sangria, ceviche, and many of their rolls such as itchy salmon, crunchy blue, crunchy LA, Hawaiian roll, shrimp tempura roll, hot popper, roja, lion king, spicy gringo, Spanish fly... to name a few. We've also had a handful of different nigiris! I love the transparency of the menu; detailed and no questions needed to be asked. Service is great and they're always checking in when necessary. Even though this restaurant is ~40 minutes from our place... it's worth the drive and the weekend dates every single time. We've taken our family from San Diego here and they absolutely love it! That says a lot :) Enjoy this amazing business and everything Blue Sushi Sake Grill can offer, you won't regret it.
google avatar

Kristin C.

Yelp
Really enjoyed lunch here with my niece. It wasn't super crowded when we arrived but more and more tables filled while we were there. There's metered parking right there and also free lots if you walk a bit. We started with mango crab Rangoon. They were advertised to have mango inside but I didn't have any. The mango dipping sauce was good. I really enjoyed the Flamingo Lingo roll (crab, cucumber, salmon, big eye tuna). Very fresh and stunning to look at. Our server was fine - not overly friendly or attentive - just fine. To me, their rolls seemed overpriced. I've gone to other places with larger rolls for less money, even specialty rolls. The reason I added a star is because they have a very extensive vegan selection on their menu which is quite unique. I'm not vegan but very nice for those with dietary preferences that suit that.
google avatar

Jill B.

Yelp
Pretty solid place for sushi. I really enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant. The water with a slice of cucumber just fits the vibe perfectly. We ordered the mango crab rangoon. I really liked the mixture of flavors and the slight hint of mango. I however thought they were too creamy for my liking. We also ordered the Crunchy LA which was pretty good. I just wish there was more sweet chili on it.
google avatar

Daniel L.

Yelp
Food is mid-low tier. Nothing special. Buffet quality sushi. Cocktails are alright. Service was eh took around 20 minutes to receive my order of 1 special maki roll. Overall 4/10.

Miyuki T.

Yelp
Why are so many Japanese restaurants run by non-Japanese? It feels like cultural appropriation when cultural artifacts are used disrespectfully to make money. This is not just Blue Sushi; this is a problem with most Japanese restaurants in the United States. For Blue Sushi, the map by the entrance is entirely incorrect. Have you paid for the license to use the pictures of Godzilla and the famous Japanese actors on the walls? Am I the only one reading the old Japanese newspapers in the bathroom? Sadly, I have to pronounce Japanese words how Americans pronounce them when ordering Japanese food. Maybe I am just homesick right now, but I felt terrible thinking about this today. I am usually not this sappy.
google avatar

Marlena K.

Yelp
I love coming here for happy hour and lunch as the prices are great along with the same high quality food! Sadly they got rid of a favorite vegan maki roll of mine but they added some other cool ones. Staff is always really kind and so is the ambiance. The drinks are not strong but definitely enjoyable the saketini is my absolute favorite. I always get the tuna crispy rice and the Brussels sprouts. You also HAVE TO TRY THE CHERRY BOMB!!

Alayna K.

Yelp
Food was amazing and it always is! I enjoy coming here with friends and just taking in the good atmosphere. However, on a recent visit our server was very rude and made me almost want to not revisit in the future. From being sarcastic and very curt in her remarks to simply not visiting our table often and letting our waters go empty for most of the meal, I am truly disheartened at the experience. I don't want to be leaving this review and I typically always look forward to visiting Blue Sushi but today changed my outlook. Hope that these improvements on service can be made.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
A very interesting selection of sushi and sashimi offerings. Thoroughly enjoyed this place.
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
First let me start off by explaining the 4 stars. We had three Japanese Engineers with us this week and they wanted to try American Sushi. Now we are in Cleveland so American grade sushi is not what they are accustomed. We had an assortment of different fish and rolls a well as miso soup and finished with traditional hot green tea. Now to my pallet it was all very good but to the guests it was nowhere near authentic. The server definitely was not trained but then again he was there so in today's world that is a plus. The restaurant is bright, colorful and hip and my American Standards very good.
google avatar

Ray T.

Yelp
Good spot for sushi I've been here twice in the last month and both times I've had a good experience. The food is very good and the sushi and sashimi always feel fresh. On this last visit we asked the server for recommendations and enjoyed his selections. He asked us a couple qualifying questions and then offered choices. Which brings me to the service. It was excellent both of my recent visits. The servers here do a good job of providing attention to drinks and food. I was catching up with a friend and we probably talked too much ahead of looking at the menu but it did not seem to bother our server. The ambiance is also good but a little open, bright and cold feeling. Seems like I can always hear conversations at the nearby tables and sure they hear ours. Not a big deal but just something I notice. Wil be back again I'm sure.

Martina C.

Yelp
I went here before and the service and food was amazing! However I went again today with my family and the service and food was not the best. I had no idea what to really order and the one thing I wanted was sold out, not their fault but very disappointed. I don't think the amount you get here is worth the price, I ordered the beef rock which is a shared bowl and there was about 5 pieces of beef. I also ordered something else and it was probably the smallest amount for 15 bucks. Everyone working here wasn't even Japanese not even the people in the kitchen which is so strange to me. Very disappointed I probably won't come back. I think it's great for rich white people to go to and get drunk at though.
google avatar

Lynn A.

Yelp
Had Mother's Day dinner with one of my boys (wish it was both but, one was out of town) We love coming here! Always great service & great food! We started with the calamari/veg app and soft shelled crab app. The soft shelled was so good, we ordered another! Then we shared 2 rolls, South Pacific and San Marcos. Both of which we had never tried. Enjoyed both! We were tempted to order another, but it would have sent us over the edge of fullness. We stopped while we were ahead :-) We also had sake bombs which is a must try! I highly suggest if you love sushi! Of course forgot to take a pic of the sushi...ugh
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
I'm a massive Godzilla fan and always wanted to try this place and when I saw they had vegan sushi I knew it was time. It was beyond delicious and my husband who has always hated brussels sprouts loved theirs. Fantastic!

Victoria F.

Yelp
Loved this place so much last night back for lunch today on my way back to home on kelley's Island. Best ceviche I've ever had. and Tuna Tower great. Nice decor and great service. Enjoyed my cocktail. Mason last night and Lexi gave me great service. Highly recommend this place. Sushi last night best I've ever had. will make this a definite when i come to Cleveland.

Amanda E.

Yelp
I love it here! Sometimes, the daytime bartender gets busy, but she always makes time to smile at the group of people I visit with. We come in frequently and the lion king is always top notch. I Shazam the music a lot because I enjoy it. 5/5 would recommend. Even if the bartender is busy, we know we're not her only guests
google avatar

Ailin J.

Yelp
Order the shishito every time I come here. Love the sushi prices and size. Can't wait to come back!

Alexa R.

Yelp
The crab rangoon is delicious. Great atmosphere. Sushi is so fresh and flavorful! My kids love this place too! They enjoy the kids bentgo box.

Yelp
Blue Sake's service and food is always top tier! Overall great restaurant, not to mention a beautiful ambiance! Blue Sake is perfect for a cute girls night out or even date night!
google avatar

Ilene J.

Yelp
The food is always great. The service is usually spot on. Of the 25+ times I've eaten there, I only had so so service when the bartender was also the table waiter. Ambiance is great. Get a nice alcoholic beverage which are delicious or a Jasmine tea for a relaxing finish.

Yelp
My family and I came in on a Saturday night. We didn't make a reservation but were able to get sat right away by, I believe, the manager of the restaurant. He was quick and gentle-mannered. After getting sat, our server, Michaela J, took a while to come greet the table. However, it was quite a busy night so we understood. Her greeting was not friendly and made no apologies for taking so long. We ordered appetizers, including the edamame which we had a free coupon for, and variety of sushi. We were able to receive our sushi right away but our appetizers were nowhere to be found. Since we figured issues like this wasn't the servers' fault, we just waited. After finishing all our orders of sushi, we still haven't received any of our appetizers. Come to find out, Michaela J forgot to put in the orders. We reminded her of the orders and after finishing all our meals, we ate our appetizers. We were definitely starting to get unhappy with Michaela's service. She wasn't attentive nor friendly the entire time we spent at the restaurant. She was not professional and made no apologies for any of the mistakes she has made. Note: The sushi's we ordered were quite good, but wasn't mind-blowing. Miso soup we ordered was also the worst miso soup I have ever had. It was lukewarm and very very salty. In conclusion, I would never come back or recommend this restaurant. It was such an unpleasant experience and was another realization that ONLY good servers deserve a gratuity.

Maria D.

Yelp
Best sushi ever, great staff. So many things to choose from. And everything is always so fresh.

Yelp
First, let me say that I actually LOVE Blue Sushi Sake Grill! I have ordered from here over a dozen times and will continue to do so. However, last night my experience was definitely deserving of a YELP review. Here goes... With mask on, hand sanitizer in purse and my usual up beat attitude, I walked in the restaurant. The initial atmosphere was nice. Good music, fun crowd, polite staff who were also very accommodating. I requested to sit on the patio. After a few minutes I was escorted to a seat in the corner, near the door! It was perfect. Until the flies showed up! Right when my appetizer arrived so did my little winged friends. I brought it to the attention of my server, Andrew. He offered a "yeah, with the door constantly opening the flies are getting in, sorry." Well, that was a disappointing explanation. But I swatted through my meal and tried to make the best of my being out, able to social distance. As I sat with plates cleared other patrons were now swatting flies away from their meals. Finally I requested my check. I reviewed it and noticed an item was billed at regular price instead of happy hour. I informed Andrew of this and he apologized and went to correct it. While he was away I noticed another item I was charged for at regular price and pointed that out as well. He corrected that as well. Word to the wise. You might want to sit inside (assuming the flies aren't there) and check your bill before paying so you're not overcharged!
