Michelle at Blue Venado Weddings was truly the absolute best wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our entire wedding experience seamless, stress-free, and completely magical. Her organization, attention to detail, and calm presence made us feel confident every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, everything flowed perfectly—and that was entirely because of Michelle. She handled every detail behind the scenes so we could fully relax and soak in every moment. Michelle genuinely cares about her couples, and it shows in everything she does. Thanks to her, our wedding at Blue Venado was more beautiful, meaningful, and magical than we ever imagined. We are endlessly grateful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough to any couple planning their dream wedding. 🌊💍✨

We had our wedding at Blue Venado Paamul on June 15, 2025, and it was truly perfect! From start to finish, Michelle made the planning process incredibly easy. She was responsive, organized, and coordinated everything so smoothly that we never needed an outside planner. The venue is stunning, private, and naturally beautiful—our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was! The food was delicious (highly recommend the taco bar and churro cart!), the staff provided exceptional service, and the DJ kept everyone on the dance floor all night. Our officiant, Paula, was wonderful and created a beautiful bilingual ceremony. Décor, florals, and all add-ons were exactly what we envisioned thanks to Michelle’s coordination. Every detail—from hair and makeup, to transportation, to the overall flow of the day—was handled professionally and flawlessly. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue or team. Absolutely 10/10 and highly recommend Blue Venado Paamul for your wedding!

My husband and I were just married last month at Blue Venado Paamul. We could not be happier. It took our breath away to see everything come to life! Our coordinator was Miguel (Micke.) He truly saw our vision and fulfilled every request. He was wonderful to work with and very patient. He gave fantastic suggestions too. He knows what looks good! Our guests were blown away with the beauty, flowers, hospitality. Every guest said “this is the best wedding food and drinks I have ever had.” Antonio was so kind, a fantastic server. The bartender Vanessa, made the best margaritas ever!! Also so sweet. All of the staff were great. We will remember this day the rest of our lives. We wish we could go back and do it all again 🩷

I originally wanted to get married in the redwoods in California, but after looking into packages and stumbling upon Blue Venado Paamul… something just clicked. And now that our wedding is over, I truly feel so fortunate that Christian ended up being our coordinator. From the very beginning, he was incredible. We planned everything through shared Google slides and went through each detail one by one. It made the entire process feel organized and stress-free. He also connected me with an amazing network of vendors, but honestly, I was blown away by how much our venue package already included: florals, plates/tables, DJ, a 9-hour open bar, appetizers, a 3-course dinner, and even a midnight meal. My guests kept saying all night that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Christian’s energy is unmatched. He made me feel calm and taken care of from start to finish. He had my back the entire night and handled things with my family and the transportation so I could stay present and enjoy myself. His communication was great and he always followed through on every question and request. The food was amazing. We offered ribeye, scallopine chicken, and ravioli. People are still texting me about how good everything was. So many guests told me it was the best wedding dinner they had ever had. Venue-wise, I was so impressed. One thing I did not think through was how windy it can be at the ceremony site. Long veils and long dresses might be a challenge. Christian immediately stepped in and helped keep my veil and dress grounded so they were not blowing everywhere. He completely saved the moment. We were also greeted by the owner, and we had our own personal waiter who was incredibly kind and attentive. The bar staff was fantastic and so friendly. One small note for future brides: the florals were beautiful, but I wish I had requested a bit more greenery for a fuller look. This was totally a personal preference. The packages are very customizable, so I would recommend being specific if you have a strong floral vision. My only other con is that the palapa gets very hot. Brides, wear your hair up. I know the venue is always improving, and I hope fans get added someday because everyone was melting. They still had so much fun though. Overall, I could not recommend Christian and Blue Venado Paamul enough. Our wedding was unforgettable and so much of that is because of him going above and beyond for us.

Working with my coordinator Natalia was such a gift. Building trust with her came so easily; she made the entire planning process feel simple and enjoyable. She was always available whenever I had a question, and she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our wedding matched the vision we had dreamed of. In the days leading up to the event, she was incredibly organized and attentive — handling all the small details perfectly. On the wedding day, Natalia and the entire Blue Venado team — from the chefs and waitstaff to the design and coordination crew — brought everything to life flawlessly. The food, décor, and service were exceptional, and every element came together so beautifully. Many of our guests came up to us to say it was one of the most stunning and thoughtfully executed weddings they had ever attended. I truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and its incredible team. Blue Venado Paamul made our dream wedding a reality, and I’ll forever be grateful — especially to Natalia, who was simply the best coordinator I could’ve ever asked for.

Beautiful location. I highly recommend having your wedding here. Its very peaceful, private and pretty. There are beautiful views of the water, a swing which is a great spot for photographs. The good was delicious and the staff were all so friendly and fun.

The wedding venue is exceptionally picturesque, offering a stunning view of the surrounding nature. It is well-maintained and exudes a sense of elegance. The service provided is impeccable, and the food and beverages are of excellent quality. One minor suggestion would be to consider adding cushions to the chairs for added comfort.

The venue itself was absolutely beautiful — the views were stunning and the space felt perfect for a wedding. We were also really glad to have the Palapa as a backup option in case of rain, which definitely came in handy since it did rain on our wedding day. That said, there was one major downside that took away from the overall experience. The venue was DOUBLE-BOOKED and we were only told about it the day before the wedding. They scheduled an elopement in the morning, even though we had paid for exclusive use of the venue for the full day. This meant we had to share the space — which really impacted the getting ready portion and us of the bridesmaids’ suite — with another couple .It definitely disrupted the vibe and excitement of the morning. The venue itself is great, but I’d strongly recommend confirming in writing that there won’t be any other events booked on your wedding day even though our contract said the full day would be ours ... It’s something I wish I’d known to ask about.
