If I could give zero stars I would. It's really unfortunate, because initially I had tried to support a local business by purchasing a gift card for someone and booking an appointment for myself. I had been looking forward to this appointment for a long time and unfortunately, the morning of, my 5 year old woke up with the stomach bug.
I understand that everyone has to make money, and that people should be paid for their time, but to charge me 50% of a service that I didn't receive is ludicrous. If I were a repeat offender, sure. As a first time client, and a stay at home mom who was really looking forward to some alone time.....let's just say I was very upset.
I want no part of a salon that treats their GUESTS this way. That's the relationship that I'm looking for in these types of services. Unfortunately, that was an expensive lesson. I hope that someone reads this review and learns from my lesson. Do not book at this salon if you are a mom with kids because we all know life happens and Blue Willow doesn't sound like they want to build relationships. Just their bank account. Their loss.
