I felt so well-taken care of throughout the process. Eva didn't actually do what I came in and asked for. She did what was right for my hair. The results were so much better than I could have ever anticipated.

Annette was wonderful and made my facial experience exceptional! Annette was so sweet and kind during my entire service. She was very thorough in detecting what my personal skin needs were and took the time to review what my facial would entail. The facial experience was very relaxing and peaceful. I left feeling refreshed and glowing.

Love coming here! I've been getting massages for years and just got my hair done for the first time. I never leave disappointed! The staff and stylists are always so kind. It’s always great experience :)

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment a month ago to use a gift card. Today they cancelled my appointment once I had already arrived at the spa, due to the massage therapist not feeling well. They offered to reschedule, which I couldn’t do since I took a day off work to schedule this appointment. They didn’t attempt to make it right in anyway, and overall they didn’t show any empathy about the inconvenience. Very disappointing customer service. Editing in response to the spa’s comment: the therapist offered to reschedule, NOT at a discount. The management/front desk didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience and didn’t offer anything. The response below is very nice, but doesn’t match at all the treatment received at the facility.

Chanell is an excellent stylist and is very knowledgeable about hair color. She’s very friendly and I enjoy chatting and catching up. I’m blessed to have found her and the Blue Willow Day Spa!

Annette is the best of the best! She’s so kind, calming, and always educates me on skin care so well. Her skills are unmatched. I love walking away with glowy skin and like my stress has melted away.

Beautiful spa on Main Street in Schwenksville. Worth the drive, if you're not near by. I had an amazing reflexology pedicure from Angel!! I've been a client of hers for years and followed her here. If you've never experienced reflexology, you really need to. It's so wonderful! Definitely going back!!

UPDATE 8/19/23: Added a star. Management reached out apologetically and asked me to to give another chance - this time with Sophia as I had initially scheduled/wanted. Sophia was amazing! I finally booked a spa pampering day, over a year past the Mother's Day I got a gift card from my husband. I planned my day off work and meticulously researched the people I wanted and timed my appointments. This is a big feat considering we have a toddler and no time!! I arrived today to start my much-anticipated day to Ambyr who did quite a good job on my gold gel manicure, except for the hasty massage and her sour attitude. She seemed almost put off I was there and was not warm or kind to say the least. But the manicure was good. Then I had the most amazing signature massage with Cristin who was absolutely phenomenal. She blew me away. I was then supposed to have a luxurious 30 minutes between that and my 1-hour facial with Sophia where I wanted to read and relax, but instead I was whisked straight to the next room with someone who was NOT Sophia who gave me an under-hour, sub-par facial with NO steam (much to my dismay), and I left underwhelmed and with remnants of facial mask all over my face and neck (thank goodness I went to the bathroom after and happened to see this so I could wipe it all off!) I was never given the courtesy of a notice that my aesthetician or facial time had changed so this was a total surprise - this left a very bad taste in my mouth. Instead of leaving zenned out and happy, I was flustered and annoyed. I'd go back just for Cristin but the overall experience was not one I would want to repeat so I'm not sure I'll be back. :(

My regular spa did not survive the pandemic so I had to try a new place to get myself ready for my daughter's wedding. I was very impressed. Super clean, super friendly with a very nice mellow spa vibe. Lovely building. I am so happy that I found them.

What a wonderful little day spa in the heart of Schwenksville. Every detail is so charming. I went in for a 60 minute relax massage. The massage table was very cushioned and comfortable and had heating pads to warm me up. The sound of a water fountain and calming music lulled me off into relaxation. The massage included a back scrub. Nice touch! The prices are very affordable here, $60 for a 60 minute massage. There is ample parking right around back. Pleasantly, It is located right off the Perkiomen trail and I went for a little walk afterwards to extend my little moment of zen in my otherwise hectic life.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's really unfortunate, because initially I had tried to support a local business by purchasing a gift card for someone and booking an appointment for myself. I had been looking forward to this appointment for a long time and unfortunately, the morning of, my 5 year old woke up with the stomach bug. I understand that everyone has to make money, and that people should be paid for their time, but to charge me 50% of a service that I didn't receive is ludicrous. If I were a repeat offender, sure. As a first time client, and a stay at home mom who was really looking forward to some alone time.....let's just say I was very upset. I want no part of a salon that treats their GUESTS this way. That's the relationship that I'm looking for in these types of services. Unfortunately, that was an expensive lesson. I hope that someone reads this review and learns from my lesson. Do not book at this salon if you are a mom with kids because we all know life happens and Blue Willow doesn't sound like they want to build relationships. Just their bank account. Their loss.

What a beautiful and clean Spa. I had an amazing facial by Ilona. It was a great experience. Ilona and I chatted and laughed about the perils of having a teenage daughter and before I knew it I was out cold from her relaxing massage! The Blue Willow Spa is beautifully decorated and the staff were all super nice. Can't wIt to go back!

This is the best spa experience in the area! Hands down. From the moment you walk into the adorable front room, to the massage and facial rooms, to the pedi/mani stations and hair salon - so cute!! Service is impeccable and these ladies make you look and feel fabulous!!!

Bridget is amazing- she did did an eye lash lift and tint and dermaplane for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. She explained the whole process and each step in detail, understood my concerns, and did a fantastic job. I look more refreshed and my make up goes on so smoothly now. Couldn't recommend her more!

Scheduled an eyebrow waxing and it was a great experience! The front of the spa was very warm, cozy and inviting. I would definitely go back!

I've been a customer of Blue Willow for several years. The spa is decorated beautifully within a relaxing environment. The skin treatments as well as the massages are the best around. Cristin's massage will relieve all of the tension out of your body, leaving you feeling the most relaxed you've ever been. The staff, lead by the owner, Kelly, are always so helpful and courteous. They are always updating their services, offering all of the latest techniques for a great price. You will not be disappointed!

Exceptional experience! Atmosphere is soothing and authentic. My haircut and color are exactly what I wanted and the pedicure was amazing. What a divine setting with professional staff, focused on delivering quality service. A hidden gem in Schwenksville. My hair services were provided in same private and soothing manner that the spa treatments were. So soothing and relaxing. This is something that many salon and spas miss the mark on. Blue Willow nailed it.
