I have attended two workshops and most recently, a culinary tour cooking demonstration. The demo was held at the Revel in Scottsdale and the chef prepared dishes from the Blue Zones American Kitchen cookbook: Sancocho Soup, Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos, and Black Bean and Cactus Tostadas - all were delicious! Very fun and educational programs. Many events and volunteer opportunities. Highly recommend checking out the Blue Zones Project Scottsdale!
