Recently went to Bluegold for brunch. We had streak and eggs, the burger, onion rings, bottomless mimosas, and the French toast. The food was absolutely excellent, however, it took a while to get the food. I know everything is done fresh to order but the wait was very lengthy. That said, it was well worth the wait and we didn’t mind because the group of us were visiting and the view was amazing! I will definitely return.

Google
We were so lucky and got to sit in a booth facing the windows as the sun went down - beautiful! The service was a little slow but food was good overall. The Clam Chowder is delicious but share it or you'll be too full for the Key Lime Tart! Nice atmosphere

Google
I went from always wanting to try this place to having both lunch and dinner here while spending the day in HB. Really liked it and will definitely visit again. Beautiful view of the pier/beach/strip, conveniently located, cute outdoor patio (though unfortunately the patio does not have a view of the pier). The food and service were delicious and wonderful! Very positive, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu and the HB area in general. It gives nice but non pretentious vibes. 😍 delicious american fare. Thank you to the wonderful team! 😋❤️

Google
Amazing food with a view. My coworkers and I went here for dinner after a long day of travel. Amazing food, Amazing atmosphere, the only thing missing was my Amazing wife. Wish she could have experienced this with me. I will make a trip back to California just to eat here.

Google
Food was honestly incredible! You can tell the chefs are well trained. We had the short rib, onion soup, ceasar salad and rolls and they were all incredible! Also our server Maddy and food runner Shay were awesome and super friendly! Ambience was also clean and romantic. Coming back here for sure!

Louis A.

Google
Delicious food. Server a bit slow, but very cheerful. Clam chowder was amazing and also was the short ribs. The oysters were washed out too much so there was little flavor. Salads look kind of poor.

Google
Our family had a delicious meal together at Bluegold! We started with the eggplant meatballs that came in a nice spicy sauce. My wife had the Filet thatwas perfect, I had the NY steak that came with afresh tomato salad and butter and garlic rice (the rice was so good everyone kept eating it!), one son had the Ribeye that had great taste and our other son had the chicken piccata. Everything was flavorful and we even had leftovers for today! We will be back to try more.

Google
We came here for Valentine's Day and had a great time! We sat on the patio out front with the heaters and it's wasn't very chilly. The service was great, and food was delicious! Both meals were too big, we decided next time we'll have to split one meal

Yelp
I took my sister here for an early dinner. We ordered some specialty drinks and the first four appetizers. The dining room was stunning. The milk rolls are the best rolls I have ever had. We loved that we could watch the sunset while enjoying each other's company. The staff were friendly. We didn't have to ask for anything. Unfortunately, we were informed that the menu is going to change to Vietnamese. I'm sure it will be delicious but I might not have time to explore the rest of the menu.

Yelp
Because I let a nice friend chose, we ended up here. What kind of place does not lower the blind when a customer says they are burning?!?! I know some come for the view but there was only 2 other parties other than us and they were sitting at their own windows. The (request to lower) blinds near me would not have affected the other diners. Food did not stand out. The bread was hard and the seafood pan roast was wild. Not sure if it always comes that way but there was a heavy layer of cilantro, jalapeno, and red onions on it. I thought it was a salad and they had delivered the wrong order. The tater tots were crunchy when they came out but quickly got "soft and soggy". Their chop salad was okay.

Yelp
I was here on a Monday night around 5pm so I could catch the sunset at the bar area. Plenty of seating as it wasn't busy. They have a decent happy hour with drinks and food. Had the oysters and burger which was ok. The salad was awful as it was drowning in dressing so made it difficult to eat. Our bartender was not attentive. She was busy socializing with her friend seated next to us. When I asked for recommendations she showed little enthusiasm for the menu. Sad to say if I came back it would be just for the view
google avatar

Debbie B.

Yelp
Pizza was ok but something was off in the toppings- the flavors just didn't work together. Sat at the bar- that's a great option. It's easy to walk in without getting a table.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with friends. We made reservations but didn't need them since we came as they opened. The place was nice looking and staff super nice. They seated us in the back by the window but I couldn't see the beach as much so I asked to be moved to the middle. We got the rolls which were warm and yummy. It came with honey butter but they added lavender to make it different and it didn't need it. I got the clam chowder and it looked amazing. Upon tasting it , it was sour. My friends all agreed and told our waitress. She had the chef make another one. He had put in lemon pepper and added too much. I also got the croque madame and it was really good. I miss reading the description and thought it was cornbread. It said country bread. Still good. The waitress came back and said the chef couldn't get the lemon pepper out of the clam chowder and suggested i get something else. I was totally stuffed so no worries. I think this place is good but they don't need to add in extra stuff to be trendy or different. The food is great on it own. Especially if the clams were fresh in that chowder. Oh well maybe next time it could be better
google avatar

Jasmine N.

Yelp
Come at sunset for a stunning view! The food is all delicious. Chicken piccata flavored just right with the lemon capers. The clam chowder is great definitely shareable though. The sea bass and potatoes are great. Scallops are cooked to perfection. The Brussel sprouts are nice and crispy. I will say they are sitting on top of a creamy white sauce. Honestly the Brussel sprouts are so good id say that wasn't even needed. Key lime pie was fresh. I will say there was a hair in my food but our server was extremely apologetic and handled the situation very well.

Yelp
Came here for a small bachelorette dinner! We were seated with a great view of Huntington Beach and we got to watch the sunset. Our waiter was super helpful and friendly as well, refilling water and checking up on us. The food was so amazing. Probably the largest serving of short rib that I've ever had and super tender. My sister got the pork chop and she was floored with how big the portion size was. The pan roast had plenty of seafood variety and I was told it was absolutely delicious. The Scottish salmon was also juicy and moist, and the risotto was unlike other risottos my friend had ever tried. We attempted dessert but we were quite full, so we just ate with our eyes. Hopefully I'll get a chance to come back and visit!

Yelp
Views are incredible looking toward the ocean - come at sunset! It was funny looking out the window in the opposite direction because we could see people working out at equinox. Service was slow - but we weren't in a hurry so we didn't mind. And the food was very good. Loved the oysters. The Brussels side was huge and shared by four of us. And I got the cioppino - and it was good but not even close to as good as the one I had in San Francisco (but that's a very high bar). Enjoyed the evening with our friends. And would recommend.

Yelp
We went for Valentines Dinner. We tried the seabass and jidori chicken rather than the steaks. The seabass was a bit undercooked and the chicken was dry. I would have given the review a 3 star if it was based just on this meal, but I know the steaks are good. Another saving grace was the SALAD's. They were amazing! We had the Caesar and the tarragon blue cheese and both were excellent! The Mac and cheese is also delicious as a side but needs a little salt. The milk buns also never disappoint. So flaky and buttery! Service was a bit slow but they were really busy for valentines. We were not in a hurry so it was fine. Lastly. for anyone wondering if the patio is cold at night, it is NOT COLD. There are plenty of heaters and the wind is blocked so it was very pleasant outside and probably quieter. I think this restaurant is good for a night out but you have order the right items.
google avatar

Yelp
Great location and view! We celebrated a bachelorette here and had a great time. The food and drinks were good. Everything came out at an okay pace. Our waiter was nice and pleasant.

Yelp
The restaurant is beautiful and the view is amazing with a lovely ambiance that makes dining here very enjoyable. The food remains consistently very good. I recommend their espresso martini. Absolutely delicious. I've noticed the service has improved since my last visit, though there's still room for growth, and additional training would really elevate the experience. Overall, I appreciate the progress and look forward to seeing continued improvement.

Yelp
bluegold is all i can dream about after having the best breakfast of my life with a beautiful view! we arrived around 11:50am on a saturday and there was no wait! we sat at a rounded booth that had a view of the ocean. parking was also validated! decor complimented the ocean view with the blue seats and napkin towels! our food came out a bit slow, but all is forgiven because of the flavorable dishes! kumiai oysters 10/10: beautiful presentation and literally the best oysters i've had in my life! super refreshing and not too "seafoody." the condiments worked extremely well with the oysters. milk buns 9/10: warm and so plump! the perfect balance between sweet, salty, and butter! truly one of the best breads i've had at a restaurant. cioppino 10/10: the aroma of the dish was very pleasant, but the taste was even better. like the oysters, not too "seafoody," yet it had such a good and various amount of seafood. not heavy at all and is citrusy (which i love)! steak & eggs 8/10: steak was cooked medium rare and cut into bite sized pieces. it was not too chewy and seasoned well! the salad dressing had some sort of fish sauce and i love it! the yellow tomatoes was also very delicious and refreshing. the french fries were crispy and "potatoy" throughout our entire meal. i will 100% visit bluegold again. the flavors blew me away and the ocean view was a cherry on the top. the dishes touched a special place in my heart and i was able to share the sweet breakfast with my partner.

Yelp
service was very slow so we assumed the restaurant wouldn't be great but the food was amazing. this was the best calm chowder i have ever had, i don't know how i will find better. the pizza was the perfect amount of dough. the steak was okay, cooked well but our sauce did not taste like anything. the bread rolls were perfectly crispy.

Yelp
I had made a reservation a week and a half in advance through OpenTable for 730PM. I was disappointed to wait at the hostess podium for about five minutes before anyone arrived to greet us/check us in while other staff walked past. The actual servers were kind and quick. Although, after ordering, it did take about an hour to receive our food. The drinks came quickly and held us over but I did not expect to wait so long and next time I would not go to the restaurant hungry. We ordered the Lychee Sour and Purple (H)ills to drink. They did not hold back on the alcohol! Both had great flavorings and would recommend both. The food was well seasoned with good portion sizes. The view of HB was gorgeous. I may not go back but the experience is what you make of it and the food and drink was great.

Yelp
We went to this restaurant for a nice dinner with my girlfriends our first night in Huntington Beach. One raved about her salmon and risotto, one loved her sea bass, and I tolerated my ahi tuna tartare (wish there were wonton chips or something to go with it?) appetizer and onion soup (not soup!!). Sounds like main dishes are their thing! We had a great waiter (Irving) and next time we'll be trying LSXO (the restaurant inside Bluegold).
google avatar

Yelp
Wow did they change management? The quality has really gone down. $80 rib eye taste like choice. They waited till most of our food to come out before telling us one of the dishes is out and need to pick something else..
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for dinner a few weeks ago and the food was delicious, but prices are high! Beautiful restaurant, some seats closer to the windows have nice views. Cocktails were all $18-20. My short ribs dish was delicious but $65. Could easily find this at other restaurants for $20 less. The side of mushroom risotto was $18 but enough for 2-3 people to share. It was really good though. Good place for a date night or special kind of celebration.

Yelp
Not worth the price for the mediocre food and half-ass service. I'm tired of restauraunts that feel like they don't have to try "because of the view." The steak was more expensive than Mastros, Mortons etc. (that actually are 5-Star restauraunts with REAL 5-star service), Bluegold's $70 steak? It was just okay, and the sides were blah. They brought our steak with NO knives. They brought our family style sides w/out spoons. We asked for knives and spoons, the waitress went to grab some from the nearby station, but then said, "oh we must be out, let me see what the kitchen can do?" Really? It was NOT even busy! It was pretty slow for a Sat night and when we walked in were surprised to see that we didn't really need a reservation at all. There were probably 7 tables, and 1 person at the bar. I can see why, It's NOT GOOD. Our server was really sweet, but she didn't seem to have any support staff. Drinks took forever, (we had to ask for them after 10 mins), we had to ask for bread from a random server and he said, "Ummm, we don't really have bread. The only bread we have are rolls." No shit. What did you think I was asking for sliced wonder bread? Bring the rolls! And $70 a steak, I shouldn't have to ASK for bread! The fact that they didn't have steak knives or spoons on a DEAD Saturday night is just unacceptable! This restauraunt really wants to be 5-star, but it's just shit with a view. Never going back.

Yelp
Came here for a Saturday brunch and it was just okay. You're paying for the location and view. The food is expensive for what it is. Ordered a Cioppino and while it had a good amount of seafood in it, it just didn't taste like how a Cioppino should. Someone in our party ordered an omelet, and for $20 it's highway robbery. It was so simple and basic and came with a side of mixed greens. Don't order the Vietnamese coffee here if you know what the authentic tastes like. This was not it. They should've just called it iced coffee because there was nothing Vietnamese about this one. Overall just wasn't impressed by this place.
google avatar

Judy C.

Yelp
Amazing view of the sunset and Pacific Ocean (the pier) and delicious food. We went to celebrate my birthday and I was very impressed. Our server, Maddie, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was so good. Maddie's recommendations were spot on. From the milk bread, tuna tartare to pan roast(?) and Vietnamese iced coffee and more. We all enjoyed it so much. Definitely would come back again!
google avatar

Yelp
It is rare to find good service in restaurants anymore, but the team at Bluegold was a rare exception. Our server was a very polite young man, with a great upbeat attitude, who was very mindful of when to check on us, and was always thinking ahead anticipating that r every need. The food was also surprisingly good, albeit it was not cheap, it was a case of, you get what you pay for in a good way. So, while I wouldn't come every day, when hosting guests for r splurging, I would certainly consider returning. Plus you get to enjoy a lovely view and good ambiance.

Yelp
3 stars at best. Great location, view and trendy styling with comfortable seats. And that's where it ends......... Super slow service, the kitchen is obviously mismanaged. It's an open kitchen so if you have knowledge on a kitchen operation, you can see the deficiencies. Plus the restaurant was only half full. Food Tuna tartare 4 stars Ceasar salad 3 stars Risotto 3 1/2 stars Blue cheese salad 4 stars Clam chowder 3 1/2 stars Mac and cheese 3 stars Pizza 3 stars, sauce was mediocre, crust was good Sea Bass 3 stars, not flavorful and overcooked Strip steak 4 stars, but they need training on medium rare. Fries 1 star at best.... They sent out old fries that were cold. Disgusting. Drinks were fine, except the espresso martini was terrible.
google avatar

Yelp
Food really salty Service bad including reception... we wait for 15 mint for some water Another 30 for our pizza Idk what's the problem The best thing is ambiance !

Yelp
I came here for a last minute dinner with friends during the week without a reservation and they were happy to accommodate us. The dining room was almost completely glass so the beach and palm trees surrounded the dining room. Calm and vibey atmosphere, they were playing music but it was subtle. We ordered a few things and shared them with 3 adults- The strong table favorites were the clam chowder and the milk bread! We affectionately referred to the clam chowder as "destination soup" because it was good enough to make the drive back to Huntington in the future to have it! Smokey and creamy and fresh like a baked potato by the sea! So good! We also had burrata pizza and prawn dumplings and viet steak and started with the charcuterie. They were all delicious and worth a re-order. Wish I had a second stomach to eat more! Highly recommend coming here with a group of people so you can eat/ try more things. The portions are generous and great for sharing. Forgive the messy photo we dug in as soon as it came to the table!
google avatar

Yelp
Lovely date spot to impress. Came on a Monday night, thus it was very quiet with hardly any diners. Restaurant is elegant with decor and romantic booth seating for special occasions. The food was delicious and artistically plated. Staff was attentive but gave intimate space for my friend and I to catch up over wine and appetizers. The seared Sea Bass outer crispy skin was AMAZING. Limited choices for single glass wines, but large selection for wines by the bottle. Bluegold is probably one of the classiest restaurant environments that I'm aware of in coastal HB! Don't miss it.
google avatar

Myrine S.

Yelp
Fine dining experience with a gorgeous sunset view. Love the large windows and modern, cali vibe. Came to celebrate with a special birthday dinner and staff was friendly and accommodating to our large party. Excellent menu, something for everyone to enjoy. The milk buns are a must!!
google avatar

Yelp
I came here not expecting much but wanted to give it a try because it was on the Restaurant Week list. Boy, did it take me by surprise. It was so delicious! Maybe we ordered all the right dishes :) The OC Week menu came with milk buns as a starter and it was pretty addicting. I find myself ripping a piece of that every 10 seconds. I really like the eggplant meatballs. They taste as if they were actual meat. Very flavorful and the sauce is very rich :) The clam chowder was pretty good. They have actual clams which I like but the crackers that went with it were a little stale fyi. My friend got the ciopinno and man that has got to be one of the best dishes tonight! the bread to dip with it was the perfect touch. Just the perfect dish to end the night. The best part was that you get a nice view of the beach and once it gets dark, they turn off the lights and light up the candles. Perfect for a nice cozy hangout. You also get 2 hour parking validation

Yelp
I came here for dinner 2 weeks ago & it was probably a 7/10? We ordered oysters, pizza, steak, & fries. The oysters were good & fresh. I forgot to ask where they were from. The pizza & fries were good. The NY Steak was okay, it was pretty bland honestly. We barely ate it. The main thing was the service was kind of slow. I'm not sure if they wait until you finish your appetizer but I'm the kind of person that enjoys picking at a variety of different things. We did tell them to bring it out when it's ready so maybe they were just understaffed that Friday..

Yelp
I wanted to update my review for Bluegold I've always enjoyed and had a good experience at Bluegold. I like the variety on the menu and that their food is always tasty. And you can't knock the beautiful beach view and ambience the restaurant provides. Whoever did their interior decor does a good job. It's great for intimate parties or large parties. The last time I went here was for a birthday lunch with 8 people. We made reservations about a week before. We started off with some milky buns which were served with some butter and honey. They were okay. Or lunch I ordered off their brunch menu, which they had plenty of options. I got their Chili Cone Carne, which was chili with some scrambled eggs on the bottom topped with salsa, sour cream, and avocado. It came with some corn bread which went great with the chili. I also got to try their Corned Beef Hash which was also really good. Oh and their battered onion rings and tots are also worth getting. But most food here is good. Because we went to celebrate a birthday we brought cake. I did not appreciate that they charged us $40 to cut the damn cake and serve it. Definitely did not expect that and no one at our party liked that. A warning would have been nice. Besides not noting the price of cake cutting, one other hiccup was that our food took a very long time to come out. I think they wanted everyone to eat at the same time for our party of 8 but we ended up waiting about 45 minutes to get food. After that service was great though. Again like I mentioned, usually its a good experience here. They also have happy hour which I do want to come back to partake in. It's still worth it to check this place out.

Yelp
Bluegold has the nicest ambiance and best food in the Huntington Beach area. But what really stands out is the service, everyone from the hostess to the bartenders are welcoming and friendly. But the standouts from our two visits this week are Madeline and Cole! We are 75 year olds from Boston visiting our son in HB. Maddy and Cole made each visit enjoyable and fun! almost didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back next year! Ron and Pam

Yelp
FYI for anyone looking to dine for OC Restaurant week 2024. The price is falsely advertised, it is $50/person not $45/person. Regardless, it being first day of OC Restaurant week and beginning of service, but they did not have milk rolls available as listed. However, they notified us that a flatbread would be substituted. Lastly, it is noted that menu is subject to change. Therefore in the appetizer section, the menu does not have yellowtail sashimi and tuna tartare listed. Previously, it was advertised that pan roast and sea bass would be available to select from the entree section, but it is no longer available. There is miscommunication between inventory and advertisements. I decided to enjoy drinks and onion rings instead, it was good. I enjoyed the dipping sauces included with the onion rings. If you do decide to dine here, then you would enjoy the ambiance, scenery, and view.

Yelp
Server was funny and attentive as well. I will definitely return for the menu items I didn't get to order

Yelp
Worst steak my husband has ever had and so over priced. Wish I'd taken a photo. I got the sea bass it was super dry. The potatoes were extremely salty. Waiter was informed but management never came to speak to us. Not impressed. Best part was the kind server and beautiful view.

Yelp
Excellent service and drinks. Amazing views. The food is outstanding and very fresh oysters. A Beautiful experience on the second floor overlooking the beach with fantastic decorations and music. Nice spacious seating available. Parking is $24 on average. My favorite are the honey buns and fresh hot ciopinno seafood stew. Save room for the delightful Gelato too. Overall an outstanding feast for everyone.

Yelp
Disappointing Experience at What Used to Be a Favorite We had high hopes returning to Bluegold for a 7pm reservation, especially since we remembered it fondly from years ago. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what it once was. Upon arrival, the hostess informed us she needed to clean off a booth for us. When we followed her to our table and I sat down, I realized--too late--that the booth was completely soaked from whatever cleaning solution or wet towel had just been used. She never mentioned it was wet, and my entire black dress was soaked through. The table itself was also dripping wet, and instead of being helped, we had to use our cloth napkins to dry it off ourselves as the hostess walked away without a word. Looking over the pricey menu, we decided to start with cocktails and an appetizer. I ordered a whiskey sour and requested Michter's, but not only did they use Maker's Mark instead (without letting me know), the drink itself was overwhelmingly sour--basically just a glass of lemon. For the appetizer, the server recommended the eggplant "meatballs," which turned out to be one of the least enjoyable dishes we've ever had. At that point, we decided to skip the expensive entrées (with items like halibut and sea bass priced around $40) and settled on a margherita pizza just to have something to eat. Even that was underwhelming--mediocre at best. What makes this especially disappointing is the restaurant's stunning ocean view. The setting is beautiful, but the food and service simply don't match the ambiance or the price tag. We later learned the restaurant has changed ownership, which explains a lot. Sadly, this visit confirmed that Bluegold is no longer the place it used to be--and we won't be returning.

Yelp
Food was okay to me! It was my first time trying it and I got the pasta which I feel like could have had more flavor. I've never had Brussels sprouts but these were good! The bread was also yummy, it isn't complimentary unfortunately so if you want to purchase it go ahead! Overall I'd give a 7.5/10 I've had better pasta and better bread. But it's all preferences I'm sure many people love this place!

eric m.

Yelp
Food was not anything good at all. Service was not good maybe due to a party of 14 sat shortly after us that was a priority to them. The Cesar salad was wilted, mushy, slop. Knives were way too dull for the low quality meat they sold me. Clearly the focus was on the large party next to us and my daughter's birthday dinner was not what I planned. What a waste of a prime location with an ocean view.
google avatar

Yelp
My wife and I come here at least once a month for brunch. We're fans of their other restaurants, Little Sister and LSXO. The service is one of my favorite aspects of dining here. Staff is always happy to answer questions and make honest evaluations of their menu. As far as dishes, our favorites tend to be the shakshouka, which is in its own class. Served with a side of saffron yogurt, humus and flatbread. It's got a distinct array of flavors. My wife got the eggs benedict and loved the pork belly and homemade biscuits. If you are really hungry, throw on the tots and for desert try the pecan crumble. I didn't even mention this all comes with a panoramic ocean view! Enjoy!

Yelp
Blue Gold has an amazing view to enjoy a lovely meal. Today I enjoyed the Turkey Club with a yummy espresso martini. Our server Shelby was outstanding and very friendly. I highly recommend for brunch. We can't wait to try their dinner.

Yelp
Hidden gem in HB/OC. Tucked away in Pacific City Plaza. Delicious food and excellent drinks. Yesterday, we came by for a drink and some appetizers. Sorry, but only took 2 pictures. Drink: Naked and Famous. Tequila quenches thirst perfectly on a summer afternoon. Milk Buns are do die for. My partner NEVER eats bread when it is brought out at restaurants, but she scarfed down half of the order every time here.

Yelp
We always love sitting at the Bluegold bar for happy hour. This is a special shout out to our bartender Peter who was fantastic. We loved talking Dodgers and Angels baseball with him and his service was exemplary. We hope to see you next time Peter!
google avatar

Anthony K.

Yelp
My first time here as an HB local and I can truly say I don't understand the poor reviews this place gets! It was a fantastic place to get dinner with the family. I know it changed ownership so maybe that had something to do with it, but still, I was impressed. The service was top notch, with our waitress constantly asking if we needed more drinks, and the food was fantastic. The sea bass was just as good as any sea bass you will get any other high end seafood restaurant. The milk tools were as advertised. The crab cake was one of the better ones I've ever had. Give this restaurant another chance.
google avatar

Jose P.

Yelp
Bluegold has the best views and we always feel like we're on vacation, even though we're Huntington Beach locals. We enjoy coming during the happy hour and their oysters are the best, so is there Vietnamese chicken salad, and the pie (pizza) of the moment. Finally, their service is always top notch.

Yelp
Fantastic view. Food is delicious and different. Hash-browns tasted like fish (sent back) and tummy not good after dining there. Tater tots were Sooo good!

Yelp
OC Restaurant Week! I've been to the hidden restaurant inside Bluegold and have been meaning to check this restaurant and once I saw OC restaurant Week I had to check it out. I was about to reserve a table but was under sure of time so we took our chance on a Friday night without reservations. Luckily it was raining so they had some cancellations and we were able to be seated in this HUGE table. Not sure if the service is regularly like this or cause they were closing in 2 hours but our service was SLOOOOW. And to top it off after our dessert we were waiting for our waitress and she never came back and left for the night already. We had to flag someone to give us our check so we can leave. We decided to try out the restaurant week menu and we were able to try : Milk bun- yum. Love the honey with the warm rolls Yellowtail sashimi- tiny but good Tuna tartar- good size and really good with the cracker Pan Roast- best bang for your buck and had some many different seafood. I'm impressed Scallops- the sauce soubise was sooo good Pear almond dessert- good but wish it came with ice cream. It would have been perfect All the dish was really personal size. Pretty small but for some reason at the end I was actually full. We got few cocktails to enjoy but the service was sooo slow. If we ordered another iono how long we would had to wait. Overall, skip this for Oc restaurant week. Come back during the day and golden hour when it's sunny to enjoy the view. Plus side is they valid for parking. But go check out LSXO inside Bluegold and stop by blue gold for drinks at the bar.

Yelp
They duplicated the charge on my card and after 7 days they are refusing to refund or credit the amount. I spoke to Maddie and Eugene and they refuse to return my calls after promising to take care of it. I'll never eat here again and will be disputing the charge

Yelp
Called this restaurant twice at 2pm Friday. The lady who answered the phone was literally talking to someone else, heard me say hello, and hung up the phone twice. I mean it's pretty crazy that they don't even allow people to call to make reservations and purchase their food because they can't even answer the phone. Place did not sound busy at all as the phone audio was just the lady and silence otherwise.
