This is my first time shopping at blue mercury and it certainly will not be my last! Nikiah helped me out with looking for the perfect Oribe products to create a sleek ponytail (and to lay my stubborn edges). The associates there are extremely helpful and they all seem to have a great friendship with each other. Really great customer service! Glad that I came here for my hair care needs!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Horribly rude manager. I brought in a product purchased for $30 less than a year ago, stored perfectly, that went visibly rancid. No expiration date was on the bottle, but I was not only declined a replacement but also given a lot of attitude for even asking. I live across the street but will never come back again. Sephora should take them over already.

The people here were so friendly and so helpful and I am very happy with my purchase also excited to go back at try some more products that were recommended to me. Such a great selection of brands and a refreshing shopping experience.

I went into the store quickly looking to replenish some products I use every day. I went in a hurry and I also asked if someone could assist me with some eyeshadow application (I was going to obviously buy the shadow). They quickly suggested that they could do my makeup in less than 10 minutes (fabulous). I purchased in total 4 items for $300. I went back a day later to return one in favor of other items. The manager was VERY rude. She said we waived your makeup application because of the 3 product minimum. Well I had no idea I needed to buy 3 Trish Mcevoy because this artist works for Trish. How could I know? Again I remind you it was a 9 minute makeup application and the guy did a great job. I just don’t like being treated like I am cheating the store when even with my exchange I am over $250 in products. I like blue mercury. It would be nice if they revisited management at this location.

Sales associates were really obnoxious and not helpful at all. We were buying small gifts for 4 friends, and when we said we wanted really small things, up to $35 each, she told us to go to Target! However, there were plenty of options for us to chose from, incluiding lipsticks, hand creams, small candles, and so on. She said also she could not help us with any gift wrapping. Just bad service and impoliteness from start to finish. Never going back again!

This it the worst Bluemercury, or even the worst cosmetic shop I’ve ever been to. Blue mercury carries great brands and I can always find what I need here. But the staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. I came here almost once per month, every time I saw new staff and they were always chit chatting. No one ever asked me what they can do to help. They chat and laugh so loud that all the customers are annoyed. Extremely poor customer service.

I walked in with my friend and Elvis M was very nice and helped me with my order. Later on a lady named Virgina asked what was going on as if my friend and I were doing something sketchy and told us to move closer to the cashier. No one really wanted to attend us and they were all very disorganized and RUDE. Not sure if it was because we we’re both Hispanic because there was another white lady and a sales person went up to her to see if she was already taken care of us and later looked at me and friend and walked away. I would not recommend this place to anyone; the Blue Mercury in Grand Central is much better, professional and kind.
