Bluestone American BBQ

Had the best time at Bluestone American Bar in Coburg! Daniel was so lovely, super friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious (seriously, everything we had hit the spot), and the drinks were just as good. Great vibe, great service, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

First time going to this grill. Will definitely be going back. As a customer all areas ticked off. Food was delicious, it came very quickly. The prices were more than fair. Service was super friendly and atmospher was warm and cozy. Look forward to going back and trying other offerings from their menu. Big 👍 UP.

The reviews don't lie.... this place is a solid 5/5. My partner and I had dinner here over a month ago, and we’re still talking about it. The meats were insanely good, and the mac and cheese was next level. The Pork Belly is SO GOOD. If you go, please try it!! Easily one of the best meals we’ve had in a while!

Amazing food, atmosphere and staff. Will be going way more often after this 1st visit yesterday! Highly recommended for bottomless brunch!

I will always be obsessed with American BBQ! Melbourne has really been lifting its game in this category and I’m all for it. Bluestone American BBQ in Coburg is EXCEPTIONAL! I was blown away by the quality of their meat. Their staff were beyond amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable. Plus they have AWESOME deals throughout the week including a mid week all night happy hour with $10 cocktails on Wednesday and Thursdays 5pm to 9pm. You can also turn any cocktail into a mocktail for those who aren’t big drinkers like myself 💁‍♀️ our favourite cocktail had to be their apple pie with oldforester bourbon, poached apple, lemon, brown sugar and cinnamon around the rim 🤤 We were spoilt with their Feast 3 option which is $63.80pp and includes: 🐷 Crispy Pork Belly 🥇 Pork Spare Ribs - my favourite for the night! 🥇 Taquitos - loved the texture and flavour! My first time trying taquitos and I’m obsessed. 🥩 Angus Beef Brisket - a tad bit dry but had a beautiful seasoning added on top 🥇 Cuban Pork - soooo tender and delicious! 🍗 Smoked Chicken Chops 🥇 Pork and Chessar sausage - beautiful flavour and perfectly cooked 🥇 BBQ chicken wings - could eat 100 of these! We got to try all three flavours (garlic Parmesan, BBQ blue cheese, maple habanero) can’t pick a favourite, loved them all! PLUS sides including tangy creole slaw, fire roasted red peppers, stone ground grits, Mac and cheese bites, Mexican street corn and delicious French fries! I’ll be coming back for sure and recommend for all my American bbq lovers to check this place out asap 🔥

My partner and I had the set 3, and it was amazing! Plenty of food for the 2 of us (we couldn’t finish it) delicious and very well priced. The staff members were attentive and very helpful. Great experience. Definitely will go back. ❤️

We had a great meal at Bluestone American BBQ in Coburg. The service was warm and welcoming, and the cozy space made it easy to relax. We tried the Pitmaster Feast No. 3, which included everything from pork belly and ribs to brisket, chicken wings, and sides like mac and cheese croquettes and Mexican street corn. Every bite was smoky, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We ended with a pecan pie that wrapped up the meal perfectly. Definitely worth a visit!

Super fun date night here!! Incredible food, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was very speedy!! We’ll be coming back again!
