Our server Obi was so kind! He took our order when the online portal wasn’t working and checked in on us regularly! 10/10 I’ll definitely be back to this location. The food was amazing as were the drinks. My favorite cafe in the city!

Google
I had an amazing experience at this place! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying these. Our server Masiel recommended the banana bread and the matcha, it was bomb!!!

Love our experience here and loved the food and the drinks would definitely come back!! Masiel was so kind and very respectful, thanks for her patience 🩵 if you have access finding the place, it’s literally right behind the entrance to the subway by the greenery and I highly recommend their chicken & avocado sandwiches

My experiences at BlueLane Cafe, both at Hudson Yards and Chelsea Piers, have been consistently disappointing. During my visit to the Hudson Yards location, I was charged for something I didn't order. Although the manager attempted to rectify the issue, the extra charge remained on my credit card. It’s a matter of integrity, even if it was a small amount. Despite my hesitation to return, a friend insisted we give it another chance. Once again, the service was sloppy and careless. My coffee was cold, and my avocado toast lacked any semblance of quality—it was merely a black avocado placed on cold bread. My friend didn't enjoy her food either. Although the server replaced my avocado, the dish should not have been served in such poor condition to begin with. Furthermore, we encountered issues with our receipts since we wanted to split the bill but were charged incorrectly, leading to frustration. I will never go back to BlueLane Cafe. Last summer, I had a similar experience at the Chelsea Piers location, where the management and service were even worse. The waiter ignored customers, and people were leaving after waiting 10-15 minutes without any greetings or service. I spoke to the manager about this, but he seemed unequipped to handle the situation. Despite the beautiful location, the cafe is managed so poorly that we don't even consider getting anything when we pass by. In conclusion, I have been extremely disappointed with the service and management at both BlueLane Cafe locations and would not recommend them to anyone.

Google
Love this cafe. I’ve been to 4 different locations of Bluestone Lane and they’re all nice. If you wanna getaway from Hudson Yard’s busy/crowded parking cafes, this is right across the street and it’s always chill. Plus nice coffee and brunch!

Location is great, especially if you're going to javitz center as it's close by. There's an outdoor space as well. Sit with your laptop or chat and it's a large space. There is also on the inside AC. That is comfortable. But you will need the insight to have also to order something to eat. I'm just letting you to sit down with your coffee. Their foot is pretty good. The uh, yeah, pastries are yeah, pretty good. And the ice cough is good as well. So definitely a good addition to this neighborhood, especially at the closest by 2 the javitz center. If you're craving for a good normal coffee.

Google
Not even lying!!!! The food was beyond good! The tomato soup was next level. And who Even says that about tomato soup! Prosciutto and Barada sandwich next level. They put some kind of jam or jelly on it. You don’t even understand how good it was.

Yelp
My friends and I came to Bluestone Lane for a quick breakfast after a visit to the Edge. It was located inside of the mall, but had a comfortable atmosphere. When we arrived, the place was quite empty, which made for quick service. The staff readily addressed our inquiries, and was able to accommodate my friend with a dairy allergy. The menu featured a variety of pastries and coffee selections, and I opted for a chocolate croissant and an iced matcha latte. Honestly, both items were just okay, and considering the cost, I wish they would've been more flavorful.

Yelp
I truly don't like posting negative reviews on Yelp and only do when my experience is truly awful. I've been to this location before, and actually did enjoy both the food and coffee I had. But what we experienced yesterday was not ok. We were seated quickly. Our order was taken within 5 minutes of being seated. So far so good. It went downhill from there. Another waiter came and confirmed our order which in the moment I appreciated because the first waiter had got it wrong. Then we were sitting idly for 30 minutes. I started to feel like something was wrong because the cafe wasn't packed at all. Another group was seated at the table next to us (well after we'd arrived and placed our order). They received their food and coffee 10 minutes later. Which meant at this point we'd been waiting 40 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 chili scramble. Finally, we get up and find the second waiter who confirmed the order to ask where our food and coffee was. He then sheepishly realized and admitted he'd forgotten to put in the ticket for our order. We were fed up at this moment, and left, but decided to double back and ask to speak to the manager. The same waiter said there was no manager that we could speak to, which we found hard to believe. It's unacceptable to forget to put in the order, and it's unacceptable to not communicate proactively about the status of an order when the cafe isn't that packed. Not coming here again.

Yelp
Always love the simple dishes from any Bluestone Lane locations. I have been to the Upper East one near Guggenheim Museum, the one across Port Authority, one in Hudson Yards on 3rd floor, and this one near the Vessel, near Equinox. Lovely ambience. Great for brunch on weekends. Coffee : Long Black. I sometimes feel that coffee in a to go cup seems more than the one I get served in their blue cup ^^ Habahah And Other than their famous open Avocado toast, I go for warm chicken grain salad - from lunch menu - always fulfilling with the Farro.

Yelp
Recently, I went with a relative of mine to the Javits Center to attend Comic Con. Before we entered the Javits Center, we planned on getting some breakfast to fuel ourselves for our big day. After much research and consideration online, we stumbled across this place, and after looking at the menu items and how close it was to the Javits Center, we quickly decided this was our spot. Once we got there at around 8:00 AM, we were quickly seated by our waiter, a polite gentleman he was, and we looked at the menu. The environment of the cafe was very laid back. I ordered a long black coffee, and as someone who doesn't drink coffee that much, it was fine. Now, the banana bread. I saw online how good the banana bread looked, so I was quick to order it in person. I was not disappointed. I was presented with a spectacular dish of two pieces of warm, soft banana bread drizzled in sweet, sugary honey, with a side of juicy blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream. The taste left me scraping the plate with my fork, trying to savor every last bit of sugary goodness I could experience. I definitely recommend going here, and if you do, please consider the banana bread!

Yelp
This place was packed and the workers were running around like mad men. Despite, the cashier sustained to be friendly. Bluestone has some unique offerings which sets them apart from other coffee shops. I had the matcha without sugar and it was the best I ever had. I also had the vanilla protein peanut butter overnight oats with blueberries and toasted coconut, and it was equally delicious.

Yelp
I visited Bluestone Lane at the mall location this year and last year. It is a coffee shop that served food as well and it's a nice place. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the egg cheese salad with multigrain was. It was warm, looked like a sandwich, and every bite was truly an enjoyable experience. The service was good, and the food was served promptly. However, it seemed to be understaffed as there was only one person, and they appeared tired. Customers had the option to order through the touch screen, which was convenient. The restroom is not located within Bluestone Lane, but it's still relatively close by - you would need to turn right to find it. The ambiance was quiet and relaxing. The only issue I had was with the electrolyte bottled water in a tin. It was impossible to open and I had to ask a stranger for help. Even they were surprised at how tightly sealed it was. Overall, I highly recommend trying the egg cheese salad with multigrain at Bluestone Lane. It's priced at under $10 and definitely worth it!

Yelp
Food is great, coffee is decent but, service not good. They need a seriously good manager. Order food I comes in long time. Even a coffee and croissant basic warm up , waited sometimes 15 min!!!! They are slow, no one has a workflow at the back. Complete disorder

Yelp
Have been passing by this place everyday, and we finally gave it a try today for breakfast. We were NOT disappointed! We may have found our new breakfast spot! The indoor seating looks cute. Definitely love the aesthetic. They also have outdoor seating during the warmer seasons. We got Green Baked Eggs and the Lemon Ricotta pancakes, and they were both delicious! I wish they had real mugs for coffee tho. The disposable coffee cups just felt out of place. Also... this location gives a totally different experience from the one on the 3rd floor of the mall.

Yelp
Nice place for breakfast and a cup of coffee. Great smoothies. It needs to have the breakfast croissant as an all day item & not just until 11am.

Bluestone is great coffee. Smooth and creamy latte. Loved the iced mocha as well. Eager to try their food next!

Yelp
I love bluestone lane! Such a cute little coffee spot. One large downside is the wait time. I went around lunch time and waited 30 minutes for my meal. The cafe was not at all busy so it was a bummer. My coffee came almost immediately and I had to save it for my lunch since I wanted to eat it together. The B.L.A.T.E was soo good! The runny egg was everything and then some! I wish the chicken club sandwich has some more sauce on it. The chicken was dry and tough to chew. I ended up just picking at the inside because the sandwich was so big! I wish the side portion of fries was a bit later than what they give! I love love love the contactless ordering. It is so convenient! I wish more restaurant across the city will adapt to the type of service. The prices are a tad high for me, but I enjoy the ambience so I always come back!

Yelp
I came here on a weekend for brunch. The first red flag should have been the family leaving their table outside as a waitress tried to chase after them as we approached the restaurant. They politely told her as they'd gotten no service for over 20 minutes, they were leaving. The waitress said defensively, "I was just getting to you." The second red flag should have been telling the host we had a reservation and him saying, "I don't know where reservations are." The third red flag should have been the conversation the women at the table next to us were having with their waiter when we sat down. The restaurant allows you order through a QR code, but only one woman's food has come out. The waiter was trying to tell the other woman she must have used the QR code wrong, but they were telling the waiter they had ordered both meals on the same phone. The waiter continued to be defensive instead of admitted the restaurant must have messed up. The fourth red flag should have been the waiter coming to our table with food before we input our order. When we said it wasn't ours, he said, "Oh...who's is it?" How would we know?! The fifth red flag should have been when I ordered, the waitress had no idea what menu item I was referring to. We ultimately had to show it to her on the virtual menu so she could remember it existed. It was just a regular brunch item and I used its name from the menu. But for some insane reason, we stayed. Of our four meals, two came out over half an hour later. To get the other two meals, we had to flag down multiple waiters and got that food about 8 minutes later. They did offer to comp one meal, but it was ridiculous. Two stars instead of one because the food was good, but I promise you, you can get comparable or better food a million other places in Manhattan without the hassle.

Yelp
the food was amazing, fast service , everything clean like the place I'm coming back

Yelp
Took my toddler here for a quick bite. The cashier/barista thought he could pull a fast one and hit the 20% tip button on the screen as I was about to sign. Just cause I have a cranky kid hanging on me doesnt mean I didnt catch that! I gave him a look and he replied "or whatever you want?!" Another employee was the COVID police, not letting you barely step in the door before asking for vaccine proof. Wouldnt let a poor woman dine in with her 10 year old, meanwhile signs posted on the wall said proof was required for 12 years plus. Never giving them my business again.

Yelp
$7 for iced matcha that is so watery it tastes like water. Overpriced for the poor quality of the beverage.

Yelp
i was visiting hudson yards and we were looking for a breakfast spot and found this place! we ate on the patio, it was nice and had a good view of the vessel. you can order online from your table (the website was a little glitchy though). we got the banana bread and it was amazingly caramelized on the outside and absolutely delicious! it was served with fresh fruit and a little whipped ricotta swirl on the side to put on it. i also got the chocolate croissant and it was so flaky and amazing!! i got the vanilla protein smoothie and it had a little too much cinnamon and i didn't quite like it. i would highly recommend this spot!

Yelp
Horrible food, horrible service. Waited for 1 hour for our food and after going to the manager many times they brought us the wrong dishes. They need to close the doors and train people before reopening. What a shame!!!
