Don’t come here expecting a served to table experience with waiters. This is a fast food format establishment, serviced by a single person manning everything (front office counter, preparing the meals at back office, picking up the garbage…). Because of this low touch service model, the food seems reheated, it’s in small disposable containers and differs 100% vs the photos at the ordering tablet panel + google photos + their own site. Thus…the amount of single use packaging is astronomical. The CO2 footprint is off the charts!! Look at the pictures, the waste produced by two breakfasts versus using ceramic coffee mugs, plates, metallic cutlery (which by the way, DOES EXIST IN OTHER LOCATIONS). Plastic cutlery, cardboard cups, paper packaging, plastic coffee covers, you name it. No recycling bin is offered, all is mixed in a single receptacle. I was in the Manhattan world trade center location and the experience was way way different and better. The dishes’ portions were decent, the food really seemed prepared, and there was a more personal service touch to correlate with the prices charged. Honestly, steer clear if you expect a good experience. This must be under franchised ops model, that hurts the brand perception with this level of inconsistency and unsustainable environmental practices.
