I had a great experience working with Blumberg Law Firm. John Blumberg and his entire staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. I felt confident and well-represented every step of the way. I’m very grateful to have had John Blumberg as my lawyer — he was the right choice, and I truly appreciate his work and dedication. Highly recommend!

They wouldn’t take my case and I did all the preparations for what a lawyer would need and all the documents. And they never called back after I gave them everything. and then I called again to ask questions but I got a Great woman who is their secretary and she was amazing and even though I was turned down for my case I really appreciate her genuine care about my fiancé’s death and malpractice by doctors. But the rest of them don’t seem as good as their reputation…

I would not recommend using this law firm. It would be best to continue your search elsewhere. There are several reasons for my decision, but I won't list them here. Good luck with your search.

Stay away from this firm. Thousands of dollars out of pocket later they tell us we have no case. Completely unresponsive and understandable.

This is one disorganized office. Numerous promises of "we're looking into it and we'll call you back tomorrow" or "we've been in meetings all day and your case is next on the list this afternoon". The call back never comes. I'd recommend finding a reputable firm rather than this little two-person operation. They are flakes.

I presented my case to them, we exchanged some initial information on the first week. After 25 days they told me they can't take the case. That tells me they do not have enough staff to quickly go over inquiries to make decision whether to take a case or not. It is a bad practice to respond to a malpractice complainant after 25 days.

UPDATE: At the request of someone who knows this firm, I continued to try to work with these people. I thought I was finally getting treated like a potential client, the para legal called, spoke with me extensively and also spoke with a family member regarding our concerns. She was very diligent, seemed kind and seemed professional. She assured me how good and kind this Blumberg man is. She kept in touch, stating she would have answers soon. We kept telling her that we are not in a huge rush and she was OK with that but kept stating she would have an answer soon from the panel of attorneys as to whether or not they thought we had a case....she kept changing the date, of course, because the attorneys are very busy but that she would get an answer very soon. Blah blah blah. Everyone is busy, including my non-attorney self! Can you guess what happened??? Let me tell you! NOTHING! Absolutely nothing! She just quit communication all of a sudden, just like that- she came on full force after my bad review and then DISAPPEARED . I even called and left her a message at her home office number, asking to please let us know if the attorneys decided against us so we could move on to another firm. Yep, no return call. I find this unacceptable. And what a waste of time. I had to go through a long phone call and so did my family member, giving details with dates, etc.etc. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND SKIP THIS FIRM! They are too "busy" and too unreliable! MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I called and left a message with a live person regarding a phone consult to determine whether or not I may have a medical malpractice lawsuit (I liked that their website encouraged one to call in and discuss their issues). Live person said that Rose would get back to me by the next a.m. Nope, she did not. I called again about a week later and explained to the same live person what happened. She apologized and said she would have someone else return my call. Nope, that never happened either. A week has passed again. I recommend calling another firm as I am going to do. Done with these flakes.

I too have tried to use this law firm only to be ignored. According to their websites FAQ section, "How do I know if I have a case? Just call. We'll tell you if we can help you." I call BULL on that. I called and was transferred over to the voice mail of "Rose". Never got a call back. A few days later I called and was transferred over to Tina McKenna. We went over the details of my situation and she said she would relay this to the attorney who would call me in a day or two. Again, no call. I called back once more. Again I was told they should be calling me the next day. AGAIN and for the final time, NO CALL BACK! Any excuse of being busy at this point does not excuse being unprofessionally rude.
