We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our Kooroomba Christmas Party at Blume Restaurant, and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
The food was exceptional — every dish was crafted with so much care, creativity, and flavour. You can truly taste the passion that goes into their menu.
We had a 6 course meal, and gosh, I have never liked food more
The Iced Tomato Consomme, was something very new I have never tried before, but wow it was amazing.
The yellow fin tuna, with Crème fraiche & wasabi oil, omg never had salmon before, you have opened my eyes to a whole new world.
The potato sarladaise, savoury yeast, dried vinegar, was something truly different. wow
Blue eye trevalla, curried spring greens, & turnip brurre blanc, was the greatest thing I have ever tasted, and I am not a seafood fan but oh my goodness,
Margra Lamb neck, fig leaf, nasturtium caper sauce, was a dish I will remember for ever, paired along side the sugarloaf cabbage, black garlic, pepitas, Towri pecorino, I have no words
And to finish off all of the stunning food, and I was starting to get full by the end, we had the Marscarpone ice cream, rhubarb, almond, & apple marigold, the combination of flavours was outstanding
The service was just as impressive. The team made us feel so welcome and looked after, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything flowed effortlessly. (Neil) you are great, truly a sassy man. couldn't thank you enough for your amazing service.
The space itself is warm, intimate, and beautifully presented — the ideal setting for a festive gathering. Our entire team left feeling impressed, happy, and already talking about when we can return.
To Jack and his incredible team you have truly created something absolutely magical within our little town, keep up the spectacular work
