Just book it. Everyone should experience Blume. An unforgettable degustation, elevated by service so professional and gracious it genuinely makes you happy to be there. Each course was outstanding, and the wine pairings so impeccably chosen that when the sommelier asked which was our favourite, I hesitated — I simply couldn’t choose. Later, walking back to our Airbnb cottage, we couldn’t stop talking about the tomato consommé, the zucchini pickle tart, the crumpet, the Tasmanian wine— and that champagne and oyster beginning! Every detail was perfection. Thank you, Blume, for an extraordinary evening.

From the space, to the service, to the drinks, to the food, Blume is simply immaculate. Such a gorgeous gem of a restaurant in the unsuspecting area of Boonah. So glad we were able to visit on our weekend in the scenic rim. We will be back!

Got to enjoy a long Sunday lunch here last week. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a big year. The food, wine and service were all exceptional. A true testament to hospitality in QLD. We are lucky to have such smooth operators. I can’t recommend this establishment enough, get there and get there often!

We went on almost a 2 hour drive from the Gold Coast to Boonah because I wanted to eat food that made me think I was on MasterChef. Finding the restaurant was our biggest dilemma of the day. It's a very subdued shop front and I was literally standing in front of the door before I saw the name Blume written in white script. Once inside the converted area was relaxed with lovely pressed metal walls and ceilings painted white with simple timber tables and chairs. It looked like you could sit 24 for a meal. We sat by the window at a table for 4, away from aircon which I liked but would get warm if you have a need for AC. We were served promptly and ordered the full menu, we didn't come all the way for only part of the experience. It was wonderful. From beginning to end each serving was extremely tasty and just as good to look at. Consensus was - it was the best meal ever eaten.

Blume restaurant excels in delivering an exceptional dining experience! The menu designed very inviting, and full of surprise throughout the journey. The chef’s discerning selection of premium ingredients, sourced locally, ensures a consistently high quality of dishes. Really appreciated that the chef is not only made his table for the sake of creative presentation but also focus on the taste of the food itself. Love the sour dough and definitely it took lot of effort for the result. Definitely worth flying 2 hours and 1 hour drive for it!

Everything was really good, it was a special night out. The food was so tasty and cooked perfectly, we liked everything on the set menu. Worth the drive out to Boonah. Thank you.

Blume Restaurant in Boonah is so good! The sourdough bread was outstanding, and the tomato consommé was light and full of depth. Delicious cheddar and zucchini pickle tartlet, The potato doughnuts with caviar were a perfect indulgence, while the Margra lamb rump was cooked to perfection. To finish, the mascarpone ice cream with apple granita and rhubarb was a refreshing and delicious treat. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Blume offers an approachable tasting menu that impresses with its exceptional quality and flavors. Highly recommended!
