Excellent food and service, and the steak 😋 is out of this world 🌎. It's right on the premises of the Hilton Garden Inn.. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

This restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel. I gave their grilled chicken salad a shot and the sauces absolutely blew me away. The ranch tasted similar to Wing Stop recipe and they have this raspberry vinaigrette and it was a good ole time. In between bites of different cheese, veggies and egg and a mix of well seasoned chicken -it felt like a party in my mouth!! Waitress was very friendly and said she's tried the entire menu and made recommendations. How often do you hear that? Presentation was fantastic too. Can't wait to try other things later on.

Delicious food and great staff! Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed dinner here both nights and a breakfast. But the staff was the best part of my stay. I highly recommend the brownie sundae ;) Thank you Matt, Andrew, Katie, Katarina & Carla!

Only one server for entire restaurant, very long wait time. Food was hardly edible, particularly the seared salmon, which cost $32.

Much better than most hotel restaurants. Prices are a value. Portions generous and food flavoreful.

Very disappointed with the breakfast. Very nice new version of Hilton Garden Inn. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast platter with french toast. The french toast was only one piece and very thinly sliced. There was a mountain of potatoes.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blume restaurant and it was truly a delightful experience. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, with tasteful decor and soft lighting that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from traditional favorites to more unique and creative dishes. I opted for the chef's special, which was a perfectly cooked steak with a delicious side of roasted vegetables. The flavors were expertly balanced and the presentation was top-notch. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff Emily & Rickie who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to make recommendations. The waitstaff was friendly and professional, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend dining at the hotel restaurant. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a great meal, you won't be disappointed. You see, my original plan was too get drunk, walk to my ex-wife’s house, who lives close to this location and throw beer bottles at her house, screaming, I SHOULD BE THE ONE IN THERE NOT HIM and have the police escort me off her property again. But because of the excellent staff and service, I found well needed closure and after my meal and a few drinks, I peacefully went to sleep. I’m now dating again and looking for a serious connection. All thanks to this establishment. Thank you.

I recently visited Blume and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was top-notch, especially Emily & Rickie, who personally made sure my stay was comfortable. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic bar snacks to gourmet entrees. I opted for the burger and fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The drinks were also on point, with a great selection of craft beers and cocktails to choose from. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this restaurant and bar. The food, drinks, and service were all exceptional, and I can't wait to go back again soon. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience, especially with my chronic PTSD from Vietnam, I felt more comfortable than ever before. Please give Emily & Rickie the praise they deserve, thank you.
