I had such a tragic customer experience in this place. 1 month ago I went there with my German(I mention the nationality so you can get the whole picture and acknowledge the terrible racial profiling that has happened to me) husband and pre-ordered something. They took our order there and there was no problem. Today, I went and I wanted to place an order by myself and just because I have German with an accent the woman who is with red/brown hair refused to take my order although we did the same exact order a month ago. She asked what I want and when I say rollbraten she answered "what" almost 4 times and her colleague replied her that "he said rollbraten". Even her colleage from 3 meters away from us understood what I said but she didn't. Very interesting, right? And then, she asked me to order via email in a very rude way. I didn't want to argue and left the place silently. But this doesn't mean that I will accept such sneaky racism towards me. These people better invest some training for their employees on the demographics of Neukölln. No single cent will be given from me, my family, and my friends in Neukölln to this place anymore. Learn how to be nice to the people who pay for your service and get some manners please!
edit after the response from the business owner: Why would I need to play racism card in a place where I go to buy meat? How do you explain your colleagues' behaviour? This way of escapisms show lack of customer care. Thank you for proving my claim. And yes there are many other stores and I am sure people who will read this review will consider visiting them instead getting insulted in your small business.
