Google
My parents had them cater. Ordered a whole ham. It looked like scraps blended up buying another one from somewhere else. The salad wasn't even trimmed.

Google
I had the Spicy BBQ Chicken Pizza that had a perfect amount of spice with the BBQ sauce and jalapeños. The dessert we ordered was the Wake ‘N Bake Brownie Buzz, which was something I’ll never forget. Highly recommend both dishes. The staff was superb and very attentive to our needs.

Dropped by BluWater Bistro for lunch and it was awesome! The food was spot-on super fresh and bursting with flavor. The customer service was top-tier, with the staff being so friendly and on point, making the whole experience a breeze. Loved the chill atmosphere, perfect for a weekend brunch. Definitely coming back for more!

Google
Had a 7pm reservation and ended up sitting for over 20 minutes waiting to have our drinks delivered. Then sat for an hour waiting for food and ended up leaving without eating and spent $40 on our drinks. Would have hoped having a reservation would give us decent service.

Google
Best place to eat in town BY FAR! Highly recommend the fish & chips (obviously) and jalapeño poppers. Ambiance 10/10 I freakin love it here.

Google
Great view with fine food. Nothing special when it comes to the meal. If you’re looking for a lake front view with the mountains in the background then this is the place to check out. If you’re looking for good/great food then look somewhere else. More of a tourist spot than a foodie spot. The clam chowder was the best thing on the menu and even that was a 6.5 out of 10.

Google
Sunday brunch is always a great time to dine. Lunch began with a complimentary bread. I had the Joe’s scramble with a scone. It was delicious. They offer “soft” butter for breads, which includes a really nice and thick wheat option. So thoughtful and practical. I’ve enjoyed other meals such as shrimp and grits topped with real bacon, which was also delightful!

Google
Great place to hangout and have a drink. Food was above average. Drinks are decent but a bit expensive but expected for the view.
google avatar

Chris R.

Yelp
Solid food, nothing special but was great quality. Views were great and service was good. Went during brunch and they serve banana bread when you order so that was cool. Would go again for drinks and maybe apps

Yelp
- Food is good. - Ambiance is amazing. - Service is decent, but pay when you order cause paying can be longer than getting your food (ETTP: 20-25min).

Yelp
We went on a Sunday at 6 PM and it was moderately busy. We had a table of 6. I didn't notice that it was stinky or dirty as other reviewers had commented. The view was beautiful as to be expected of the Waterfront. I used to go here way back when it was the Leschi Lake Cafe so maybe my expectations were low. Cuz when I used to go it was expected and entertainment when a wharf rat would run through the bar! Anyhoo, my Parmesan crusted rockfish with capers dish was huge and delicious. For $26.50 I thought it was a good value. My husband got some healthy bowl and said it was very good as well. The French dippers enjoyed theirs but they did look well done, so don't get it if you like it pink and the clams looked pretty good too. The service was fabulous. Or waitress was very attentive and did a great job. We would definitely go back again.

Yelp
I give it a 3.5 stars. It's a solid brunch spot, nothing mind blowing. The batter in my chicken fried steak and eggs was cooked well, I enjoyed the seasoning and batter for it. It wasn't too thick. I wish my chicken fried steak was on the side and not topped on the mashed potatoes though because it did make the bottom part soften as I continued eating. The mashed potatoes with it was a first for me and I did enjoy it. The scone served with it was amazing thought, it wasn't dry. The potato's in the steak and eggs were flavorful and the steak was cooked well. The only thing I didn't enjoy was my Bloody Mary, I took 2 sips of it and went to waste, sadly. But overall I'd come here if I want to enjoy a view. But would it be something I'm craving? Not necessarily. But if it was a suggestion through a friend for brunch, I wouldn't oppose to it.

Yelp
It's OK. Seems a bit run down, even the outside is worn. Drinks are good, the view is great, food just ok. If you're in the area and the weather is sunny, it's a nice spot to sit outside and watch the boats. It's been a few years since we had been here and I thought their prices were high for the quality of food. Staff is very friendly! Nice close parking lot.

Yelp
We went there for Christmas. The food was absolutely horrible. The Christmas prime rib was so tough you couldn't cut it with a knife. It was thrown on top of disgusting amount of vegetables, mash potatoes, stuffing. Honestly the worst meal ever! Everything was the cooks fault. They staff tried but they also made lots of $$$ for a terrible product. We had arranged two tables that could be near each other. But someone at the restaurant decided to put us all together out on the patio. He assured us it was going to be very warm out there. Only to find out that they knew the heater was broken so that took about 45 minutes to get a new one while we sat out there freezing. Then instead of giving us two servers, they gave us one server who could not keep up. It was just a complete disaster on Christmas. We weren't there spending $100. We were there spending $1000 and we should've had some consideration. Everything that could go wrong went wrong.
google avatar

Danielle H.

Yelp
I came here for Christmas Eve dinner service and it was really a lovely experience. The goods: nice vibe, cute restaurant, kind staff and bartenders, and a nice location. The food was uneventful which honestly is appreciated with seafood for me. The restaurant had hired carolers which was a nice addition. They were slammed with reservations and ended up running around 30-45 minutes late. We were sent to the bar, and they were able to serve us pretty quickly given the rush. The bar could have used more staff. Another low was the gross blue lighting which made it so you couldn't see the lake and you felt like you were under fluorescents. I had a great time, though!

Yelp
Great food! Always consistent- my favs are the Thai wings, baked Brie and the onion soup (especially during the fall/winter season). And you cannot beat the views! on a beautiful sunny day great place to grab a bite. And service is always fast and reliable. Thank you!
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
The food & service where really good here! I would go back as it had a lovely view. Kind of a cozy atmosphere. They had live music while we were there. Lots of parking.
google avatar

Samantha O.

Yelp
Tldr: here for the views and Thai wings Setvice: our server was extremely accommodating. We had shared with her that were sharing he fish and chips, and later I found out she halved our order into separate plates and gave us each our own tartar sauce so we don't fight over it Environment : huge space lost of seating indoor and outdoor. We sat by the windows to watch the blue angels fly over lake Washington. Food: we got fish and chips, Thai wings, and a frozen strawberry margarita. The strawberry margarita was NOT frozen lol, I probably just got all the liquid part of it. The fish and chips were good, but the cabbage coleslaw tasted like the cabbage was not washed properly, and tasted like dirt...if u know what I mean. The Thai wings tho were pretty good, surprisingly. Would order that again if I had to come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Great waterfront dining experience with a dog friendly patio! I had the lobster Poboy, which was delicious. Sorry I didn't catch my server's name, but they all delivered impeccable service. Large menu to please every taste. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Cindy R.

Yelp
Shoot, I wish I had taken photos. We were invited here for lunch and to be honest, we were a little concerned based on the reviews,. I have to say, however, the food we had was absolutely delicious. High marks for the fish and chips and we have had our fair share of fish and chips, even in the UK! The crust was perfectly crispy, the fish, tender and flavorful. All the food was seasoned nicely. Now, I will say, there is so much potential for this restaurant to take things to the next level with some renovations. The view of the water can't be beat. The service was decent and always responsive when we asked for coffee and water refills. I say give Bluwater bistro a chance, and management, take advantage of the great potential!

Yelp
We went for my daughter's birthday brunch today and everyone that ordered French toast had ants and they didn't even give us a break on the bill $314 dollars never going back their again

Yelp
We were a large group attending on Christmas Day. The service was very good and the Ambiance was beautiful and cozy with a working fireplace. They had a nice selection from which to choose. I ordered the Gorgonzola and Pear Ravioli paired with the Wild Seasonal Salad which I enjoyed. Others in our party sitting close where I could see ordered the Christmas Turkey Dinner, and New York Steak. They both were pleased.

Alex P.

Yelp
Not good. My brother ordered his burger medium rare, it came out well done. My fries were cold upon arrival, my mom ordered the mussels, four of which didn't open. The food is bad but it isn't completely inedible, If you want a bland restaurant option for your visiting grandparents, this is the place to go. The service was good even though they were slammed, the staff were nice. The building seemed dirty and unkempt, there were bugs everywhere and it just wasn't very clean or well maintained. Overall I would never eat here again (although I will have to b/c my poor grandparents can't handle flavor on their tongues -- this is where we always take them). In Seattle, a world renowned seafood location, it's disappointing that a restaurant like this exists, I've had better seafood in Peoria Illinois.

STEVE C.

Yelp
The owner has an anger problem. When I complained about the built-in extra charge, ASSUMING the use of a credit card WITHOUT ASKING US, he tried to say others do the same thing, I told him I refused to pay anyone who charged us without clear advance notice. I will not return here to pay for the view. Food was mediocre and pricey. Clam chowder was primarily potato chowder. The faded hulk was virtually empty.

Yelp
Usually excellent food. Went for the Halibut fish & chips last night. Beautiful evening, delicious food...great service...the evening was tainted by the non-stop and repetitive playing of James Brown music. We love JB, but there's a time and place. A sit down restaurant is NOT an appropriate venue for music involving SCREAMING and SCREECHING. We left early and took half our food to go, well aware that re-heated fish & chips are not good.

Yelp
Prepare your taste buds for a deep dive into maritime magnificence at BluWater Bistro! While lesser establishments merely serve seafood, BluWater orchestrates an aquatic symphony that would make Poseidon himself request a reservation. Their salmon is so fresh it's practically still doing the upstream shuffle, and the prawns are so plump they must be hitting the gym between courses. The ambiance? Picture an elegant coastal retreat where every table feels like you've somehow scored the captain's private dining quarters. The service staff glides through the space with the grace of synchronized swimmers, delivering plates that are more artfully arranged than a mermaid's vanity table. And don't even get me started on their clam chowder--it's so creamy and rich, it probably has its own offshore bank account. Their seared scallops are caramelized to such perfection, they should be hanging in the Louvre instead of sitting on your plate. Pro tip: If you're feeling fancy (and slightly rebellious), order the chef's special. It's like getting a surprise party for your mouth, minus the awkward small talk with relatives. Bottom line: If finding Nemo was this delicious, the movie would've had a very different ending. 5 out of 5 starfish!

Yelp
We did a stop and go for takeout at the Leschi location. Seafair was in full effect as the Hydro Races were going on and the Blue Angels were performing among other air acrobatics. So, there were a few folks in there viewing the happenings on the lake. BluWater Bistro on Leschi is always a happening spot. We called in our order and it was ready when they said it would be. We wanted to try the limited time offered Whole Dungeness Crab Seafair entree. This dish came with two sides, roasted corn and roasted potatoes. Once arriving back at the pad I added some broccoli for extra veggies. I was a little disappointed with the Crab though. While it came with melted butter, it was devoid of any other seasoning. I'm not saying drown it in salt or pepper, but some Old Bay, Slap Ya Mama, Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning, or even Grillin with AB's all-purpose seasoning would have been right on time. Think about it next time Chef!

Yelp
Tried to dine here on Saturday of MDW. We were seated promptly and then promptly forgotten about. Sat for about 15 mins with no greeting, no water, no bread so it seemed a little off putting when the table right next to us sat down and immediately had waters/bread/an attentive server. We made the choice to bring our business elsewhere so we went to Pablo y Pablo next door. Bye BluWater Bistro, I'll never be back

Pauline C.

Yelp
Came in to get some lunch. We had the Cowboy steak, Thai mussels and Fish & Chips very tasty! Jordan our server was amazing! She was polite, detailed and very focused on creating a great time for us. Thanks Blu Water and Jordan!

Yelp
PROS: great ambiance offering an awesome "eat on the water" experience, good friendly service, the food was good too: burger overall was great, the patty was seasoned perfectly, good fries, spinach and potatoes - tasty. Salmon was good, too, but could have been a little more flavorful. Strawberry lemonade... perfect! CONS: restaurant (structure & furnishings) needs a little updating

Yelp
BluWater is our own little 'Cheers' in the Leschi neighborhood, where everybody knows your name. My now-husband and I have been coming here for over 4 years since moving to the area, and it holds so many of our favorite memories. He even proposed to me on the dock outside! We've brought our family and best friends here because it's truly our favorite spot in Seattle. The location on the water is stunning, the food is delicious, and the drinks are top-notch, but what really makes BluWater stand out is the incredible staff. They've been here for years, and they make you feel like family every time. They always go above and beyond for us--and our dog! When we sit outside, they bring her water, check on her, and even treat her like their own. When she's not with us, they still ask how she's doing. We've been taking her here since she was a puppy over 3 years ago. We've never had a bad experience here--just a lot of love, fun, good times, and great food. My personal favorite dish is the Gorgonzola Pear Ravioli, and you MUST try the blackberry drop, one of the best cocktails I've ever had! Long live Bluwater.
google avatar

Yelp
I might be a little generous with the four stars. It looks nice on the inside right by the water. The food though was highly disappointing for the price not that big of a menu prices are typical Seattle prices $20-$40 range. My partner had the salmon Street tacos and was extremely disappointed, I've come here with other people and they've also had the street tacos and did not like them at all I had the halibut pesto pasta. It was all right, but I feel like every dish year is lacking flavor. The appetizer bread they bring out with oil is probably the best thing they have. I will say I had the wine slushy and it was delicious. The service here is fairly average. Any waiter I've had is nice.
google avatar

Yelp
We went on New Years Day 2025 for lunch. I was glad to see some old favorites back on the menu!!! We were able to sit near a wi Dow and the service was good. I ordered the salmon and lemon wilted spinach small plate and my husband ordered the NW Salmon Scramble off the daily specials sheet. We enjoyed them both. The salmon is my go to because it's simply prepared, healthy, and consistently delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Went to BluWater Bistro for the first time. Came up as highly rated for the Leschi neighborhood. Has lakeside location and delicious menu offerings. The fish and chips, Blu Prime rib dip, and the added treat of complimentary banana bread all contribute to a delightful dining experience. What could be better than enjoying it all while gazing out over Lake Washington and off into mountains?
google avatar

Phil J.

Yelp
I really wanted to love this place given we live so close by, but the food was OK and overall the staff just wasn't very friendly. My burger was raw inside, and the waiter did have it remade and asked me how I wanted it cooked which I appreciated. Part of the seating literally looks like it's in the parking lot (on Astro turf) - the hostess really wanted to seat us there until we pressed and asked for a table closer to the water. Unfortunately won't go back again - not a great vibe and just expect an overall better and friendlier (!) experience when I'm eating out.

Yelp
Came on a sunny Saturday for brunch with a party of 5, surprisingly the restaurant had no wait and was not busy but we were seated inside and the patio looked more packed. Blended mango margaritas to start and they did not disappoint, our waitress was pleasant and attentive. One thing we decided to change ourselves was the amount of room given at our table, they pushed two small square tables together to seat 5 people which became tight very quickly, so once the party of four next to us left we pushed their table to ours for an L shaped situation that gave us more room. Initially there was nothing brought out to us aside from water and our drinks so we ordered a plate of fries for the table which were both crispy, also noticed the party of 4 next to us requested additional fries that were not "flimsy". The waitress then brought us slices of banana bread for the table and allowed us more time to decide our orders. I got the Bistro Eggs and it was pretty mid - I remember coming last summer and the potatoes were seasoned well and had Parmesan but not today. The bacon varied from plate to plate, but again we didn't send anything back. Overall I would say if you want a nice water view on leschi and don't mind the food being mediocre then this is the place - I would also say price point matched the area.
google avatar

Jasmin P.

Yelp
The location is so nice - right on the water. But I thought the restaurant was not very clean and had an old carpet smell. There were spiders and webs in the ceilings. A moth was flying around. The food was not good. My burger was undercooked. The wings were okay. Cauliflower steak was not good. However, the service was excellent. Everyone that we interacted with was absolutely great.
google avatar

JusNik H.

Yelp
Met some friends for a sunday brunch. The food was OK. we ordered the shrimp and grits which they served in a cast iron skillet and sadly was overcooked and undercooked at the same time aka dry and crunchy. The service was slow too. And why do these older restaurants not just rip up the old carpet? The smell is nauseating.

K. W.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to give BluWater another chance. Service was terrible and the food was horribly overpriced. $44 for a tiny piece of halibut on a huge bed of pasta - seriously??? We should have saved our money and gone next door to Pablo Y Pablo.
google avatar

Bill C.

Yelp
Mediocre steak, mediocre service, nice view if you're lucky. I got the cowboy ribeye. Although it was cooked to medium well, it was still dry. Not sure how that happens.

Joy H.

Yelp
Very nice neighborhood spot. Live band good music. Food mediocre. Wasn't to impressed. They need to really work on the food. Other than that, great spot
google avatar

Yelp
If you're nearby I'd suggest getting on the mailing list. New acronym for you. IBW - Inflation Buster Wednesday. Today's Special - Fajitas + Margarita for the princely sum of $16.00 What? That's basically get a cocktail and some yummy food is free. Can't beat that. The missus and I had a dinner at home planned but when the Bluwater email came through - we made a beeline for the IBW special. They will have fried chicken, Dungeness crab and many other fun items so it's more than worth your while. Cheers!

Yelp
Come on BluWater!!! I ordered an Asian Salad and the romaine lettuce was yellow. The taste was good but the lettuce needed to be green. The drinks and ambience is nice here but they gotta step up their food menu and maintain the bathrooms.

Hunter W.

Yelp
Great food, service, and views of the water. Ahi Poke and French dip are my favorite.

Yelp
Please do not go here. I am a Yelp Elite and was so shocked, disappointed, upset about my experience here. I have been here once before and my dinner was ok but due to its location, one only in this area with water views, it was supposedly a good restaurant. Well, I must differ. When I arrived, I was looking for a space for a large group, and at that time they had plenty of outside space. I went to talk to the host who was pleasant. I was then greeted by the owner who did not introduce himself and was in a really bad mood. I was not sure if he was the owner or the general manager since I have partnered with many restaurants and organizations in my lifetime. When he walked away, I had to ask the hostess if he was the owner or GM, and she said owner. Here I was giving this venue revenue and his condescending response to me was you and your group are so unorganized, scoffed at me saying I bet you all want separate checks. And, kept shaking his head looking at me. How rude and disheartening! If it wasn't for me gathering this large group of amazing people, I would have immediately walked out of there. He begrudgingly assigned someone to our section. This unbelievable attitude was so offensive, I have never been talked to like this especially at a restaurant I am trying to patronize, I thought wow is it because of something else, such as discrimination. I would not say this but I am still reeling over how he treated me, and could not believe the way that he was, which was not warranted. The server was much more amenable and asked us to keep checks together and again I was really surprised for being an establishment, that they didn't have the operational capacity to take care of us like other restaurants do. Mind you, this place was not even close to being full for a Friday summer evening. Their entire outside space was empty and no line to get in. After our gathering was nearing to the end, I went back inside to see if I can find the owner in hopes that his attitude changed since how amazing our group was and how much money we spent. It was a win for him and BluWater that we were there, but, yet again, when I saw him he was rude and dismissive once again. I did see him and asked how did things go. His response I wasn't out there so I don't know and angrily walked away. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never, ever go back unless he apologizes or is replaced. I am giving this place 1 star which does not happen with me. I am a true believer of aloha and second chances, etc. but although the food and drinks were good, the overall experience and the way the owner treated me/us is unacceptable, and simply not ok. Luckily, my group didn't have to deal with this or it may not have ended well. Please Do Not Spend Your Money Here!! Go to a place that will respect you and actually want you there.

Yelp
We were looking for a new to us place with water views and found BluWater Bistro. It's in a great location with views of the water, I90 bridge and Bellevue skyline. Its a large place with ample seating indoors and out, with their own parking lot. We were seated immediately, and they accommodated us and moved us to a table by the window when it opened up. The service was great all through our meal. We started with French Onion soup, Baked Brie, Crab Wontons. Our French onion soup and Baked Brie showed up quickly, Crab wontons seemed to have gotten missed. Once our main course was served and we asked about it, they brought it out quickly. We loved our appetizers. I loved that the wonton had more crab than cream cheese. For main course we got Dungeness Crab Mac & Cheese, Jerk Chicken Satay, Salmon Entree, and Parmesan crusted Rockfish. I loved my Dungeness Crab Mac & Cheese, it was the perfect combination of cheesy, and crunchy on top, along with fresh crab. The Jerk Chicken Satay and Salmon were good. We loved the Parmesan Crusted Rockfish, so good.

Yelp
Pretty consistent and relatively modest in pricing. All around good environment and what a view!

Yelp
Cute place to eat outside during the summer with a view of the water. It was a bit busy, so maybe that explains why service was very slow. It took a while for someone to come take our order. We were just there to get drinks, but I wanted to try the Thai Curry Mussels. It also was a long wait to get our order, plus a long time for the waitress to come check on us so I can order a second drink. The mussels and drinks were good though.

Yelp
I took my cousin there from Florida cause I had always had a good experience. These two were the worst representation of the restaurant I have ever experienced. I was so upset by their ignorance I kept apologizing to my cousin for taking her there. Next time I will go somewhere on Lake Union. If it wasn't for Aaron I would have left the restaurant. Seem like he was going above and beyond serving so many tables he was actually sweating. Hopefully they will think again about being in the service industry.... it will be a long time before I return there.

Reesa S.

Yelp
Came in with my husband to eat and watch the blue angels and the food was delicious and the drinks were tasty, and strong!! Our server, Brittany, gave great recommendations and had us laughing like crazy! Thank you Brittany!! Can't wait to come back to the city and eat here again!

Yelp
There's quite a bit to say about this place. I ordered the Steak and Eggs and my partner had the Eggs Benedict. It cost us about 39 before tax. It could've lasted us 2 meals each. First, the ambiance is a family restaurant style place. It has open windows and overlooks the water, which is nice. But, it has a much older vibe to it, kinda like it was inspired by old boats with carpeted floors and wood interior. Could be quite cozy at night. The bad parts in terms of food: The steak had like 0 seasoning, along with the potatoes. The eggs benedict also tasted like it was made out of butter and ended up making my partner feel VERY nauseated after. The bad parts in terms of the restaurant: Tables were a little greasy. We noticed they just wiped it off and didn't spray anything, so any grease probably compounds. There was no waiter really "delegated" to our table, so when we were going for a check/boxing our leftovers, we had 3 different people come by. The box for leftovers had a tiny bit of gunk on it, seemed like potato bits. We noticed when another family came by and got a baby seat that there were crumbs all over the baby seat that the restaurant didnt even bother to clean up. A redeeming factor is that they provided complimentary banana bread. Overall, never going back here. We went here because we didn't have a reservation for Meet the Moon, and we should've just waited for that instead.

Yelp
My sexy waitress with very long pink nails and leather pants was super nice and friendly. When the bar and waitstaff ran out of ones for my $20, she said it's ok for the cash tip I was going to leave $4. I first found $2.60 in my wallet and finally found an extra $1 bill in my purse. Summer time, they had the lake patio open by the docks below. But I saw the tables were dirty in the staining. So I sat in the side patio. The front covered patio by the bar does not have a view. I usually order the Rockfish. They used to give two pieces of fish. But they cut down on their portions it seems and charging $24. The menu by the front window is outdated with the price of $23 for Rockfish. I came to Blu Water on Aug 12th after the Jose Rizal Jazz Fest on Beacon Hill. So I was close enough to drive to Leschi. I almost took the Lt. Rail and bus to the fest. But I drove since traffic was not bad to get to the festival. My previous visit in early Aug, here I just got Take out pizza to eat before the U-Village concert. I did not like the pine needles taste on my Pizza but the mushrooms on it was great. The crust is good. They charged me a 50 cent box fee for Take out. They were playing the Sun night football game tonight on Aug 12th, without the sound, with Vegas and SF but I don't like football. The customers are mixed in races with People of Color here too. R&B music was played in the background. This restaurant is great in the Summer with all the windows open and the Bar Windows are open. So you can face the view sitting outside at the Bar.

Yelp
super slow service, got the burger and it was comically large and like impossible to eat. Pretty view though

Yelp
My wallet was stolen from there on june 26th, 2023. I originally left my wallet in the restaurant, and within 10 min, I realized it was missing. I returned back to the restaurant, and no one could find it after searching everywhere. I immediately contact the restaurant, and email them the next day... Bart, the manager, responds I meet with him the next day. I request video footage, and he states that he will do it at the end of the business day, but that it isn't worth it as they had an ATM stolen, and cops didn't do anything about it. I told him I filed a report anyway and would love any videos, as I suspect my wallet was taken from within the restaurant (not insinuating it is the employees). I wait and wait, Bart ghosts me. I contacted him originally on June 27th, then again on July 8th & July 10th. He never responds. He could care less that thousands were stolen, my debit card and credit card being taken, and took the time to complain about his own plight of truck stealing their 10K inside an ATM machine.

Yelp
Worst experience I've ever had at the Blu Water. Came with a party of 4, one person arrived early and ignored by our service. She had to get up and walk to the bar to order a drink. Once we all arrived our server had a horrible attitude but we let it slide and still ordered. Waited for 40 minutes for food (couple burgers, wings and salad.). Had to come inside to check on our food because our server never came to check on us. Decided to just leave.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner at BlueWater. The decor reads a little dated inside. However the food was very good. I took off a star because the first two items we tried to order from the menu were not available. However, after we settled on other choices the experience was all uphill. Our waitress was super cheerful and attentive. Our entree choices were the Salmon, generous portion cooked perfectly. The baked chicken with mashed potatoes, the meatloaf plate, special Mac and cheese and the blue cheese pear salad. Our party of 5 were all very happy with the freshness and quality of our meal. We also ordered appetizers and desserts which were also freshly prepared and consistently of good quality. I had not been to the BluWater in years. It's good to see it is still consistently serving a quality product to its customers.

Yelp
The truth is the food here is mostly just okay, but the ambiance of diversity is what really makes this place. It's a great location, and you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly and seems to have built a friendly rapport with regulars. What to eat: I recommend the Mediterranean platter as an appetizer and the wild King Salmon as a meal, those are 2 of my favs. What to avoid: Though it might sound tempting, I do but recommend the crab Mac n cheese. It's more like craft with finely shredded crab meat on top - basically not the best quality Mac n cheese nor crab.
