"A special six-course tasting menu on Monday, August 5 will pair a visiting Milwaukee chef, Dan Jacobs (a Top Chef runner-up and six-time James Beard semi-finalist), with local chef Joe Flamm; Jacobs is behind the popular Cream City spots DanDan and EsterEv (the latter currently closed due to flood damage).
