I've been extremely disappointed with my experience at this bank. Unfortunately, the tellers seem to lack proper training and customer service which has led to frustrating interactions.
Furthermore, when I tried to escalate my concerns to the manager Mohammed, I was met with rude, cold, unprofessional and unhelpful behaviour. Mohammed failed to address my issue or provide any meaningful solutions.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect, courtesy, and competence from my bank. Sadly, this institution has fallen far short of my expectations. Unless they invest in staff training and improve their customer service, I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
