This location has the MOST incompetent staff I’ve ever had to endure in my lifetime. To the point where since opening an account, ive had to find another branch to facilitate my banking needs. Of course it’s not just my opinion, they’re riddled with one star reviews for a reason. They don’t know what they’re doing, they rather socialize amongst each other rather then efficiently deal with customers, oh and if they’re your home branch - they may even close your account without any warning whatsoever. Just happened to me and when I explained the situation to another BMO branch, the entire staff including management was truly baffled. Please do NOT ever make this location your home branch as they have zero ability to provide adequate customer service .

This is my main bank for a reason. Love the care here. One of the representatives, Serena Huang was an amazing consultant. She helped me out with a super complicated situation spanning hours with patience and kindness. Very satisfied with the care I have revieved!

Even this 1 star is a lot. I wish there was a minus rating option like the bank overdraft, lol. I do not understand how a bank representative can be so unprofessional. I had my appointment booked for 7 pm with senior banker for issuing of line of credit. I booked this appointment in person at this branch around 5:30pm. The representative booking me in checked and made sure to see who was available to assist me. Then she confirmed the above-mentioned appointment. Upon my arrival, the banker was not available and had already gone home. She didn't even check or left a message regarding our scheduled appointment. Then, some other mutual funds representative decided to attend to my needs but was very dismissal and unwilling to answer my questions. He just reluctantly told me to book another appointment with the same person who I came to see because she was senior. I wasted my time, and apparently, there was no one else to attend to my needs. I confirmed with another representative to ask what time Katheryn Sek ( Senior Banker) left, and she said she left around 6 pm and we were scheduled for 7 pm. How disappointing 😞.

Absolutely beyond frustrating calling branch or their telephone banking. They keep bouncing me around without any sort of accountability to ensure I speak to the right person. This is a place of banking. And it is dangerous to have banks as such operating without oversight.

I've been extremely disappointed with my experience at this bank. Unfortunately, the tellers seem to lack proper training and customer service which has led to frustrating interactions. Furthermore, when I tried to escalate my concerns to the manager Mohammed, I was met with rude, cold, unprofessional and unhelpful behaviour. Mohammed failed to address my issue or provide any meaningful solutions. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect, courtesy, and competence from my bank. Sadly, this institution has fallen far short of my expectations. Unless they invest in staff training and improve their customer service, I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

The reason I gave such a high rating to this location is because in terms of location and accessibility, there is almost no better choice. I have been a client of BMO since I previously worked here, and I must admit that the location is one of the cleaner as well as more up to date and modern location from my experience. There was quite a number of tellers as well which means that while line ups are long and expected, there really is not much anyone can do. While service might be slow at times, that truly is expected as there can only be so many tellers that the bank can have on. At the end of the day, it really is a business and hence, businesses have to be profitable as well. Therefore, I have given it a high rating compared to the other BMO locations and competitors within Ontario.
