Excellent in every way. Perfect place to dine before our Saturday evening show at the Majestic. Glad we booked reservations. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. Our server, Brian, was knowledgable, welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed the Salumeria Board to start. For entrees, my wife loved the Riccotta Gnocci and I devoured the Paccheri, which is hands down the favorite dish calamari I have ever eaten. It was so flavorful I could write 1000 words about it. For dessert, my wife was pleased to find Affogato on the menu, while I finished with the special Pistachio Tiramisu, lucky to get the l last one. We can't wait to go back again soon.

Our visit to bNapoli Italian was a mix of high points and a few dishes that didn’t quite meet expectations—but overall, it was an enjoyable evening with great service and atmosphere. We kicked things off with the grilled octopus, which was fantastic—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A definite highlight that set the bar high. The deconstructed Caesar salad, unfortunately, was underwhelming. It had visual appeal but lacked flavor, with not enough dressing to balance out the greens. My girlfriend ordered the Skillet Rigatoni ‘Alfredo’ with Black Truffle, Fontina, Ricotta, Sage, Balsamic Mushrooms, and Pine Nuts (with added meat). While rich and hearty, the truffle flavor overpowered everything else, making it hard to taste the other ingredients. I had the special of the night—it was good, but a bit underwhelming in comparison to the other dishes. It felt like it needed something extra to really stand out. On a brighter note, the drinks were excellent—creative, well-balanced, and a definite strong point of the evening. And a special shoutout to our server, Chris, who was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the night better. His service was top-notch and added a personal, welcoming touch to the experience. All in all, bNapoli has a lot going for it—especially in presentation, cocktails, and service. With a few refinements to flavor balance, it has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Arguable the best restaurant in the Springfield area. The ambience is elegant but relaxed. The service is truly top notch. And the food is exquisite. The grilled octopus is probably my favorite thing on the menu. The dessert and drinks are also divine. Go, order a handful of different items and enjoy this little gem.

Place is a dream. Candlelight and good music. I ordered the Prosciutto Dates. They showed up like little jewels. Sweet, salty, savory. Just phenomenal. She’s laughing about something and the bartender slides me a glass that tastes like a campfire wrapped in silk. This bartender is an artist. Then the Skillet Rigatoni Alfredo lands, and it’s a statement. Black truffle, ricotta, crispy sage. She’s doing that thing where she closes her eyes after the first bite like she’s just seen God. The world feels small and good here. This is the place, guys.

Without a doubt one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The restaurant is beautiful. The service is amazing. The staff work as a flawless team. My boyfriend and I went last weekend for an early Valentine's Day dinner. There was plenty of street parking and also a valet. We made reservations for Saturday night as 645. It was steady but there was never a line at the door. We were seated right away. My boyfriend had a double IPA on draft that he enjoyed (he had 2). We started with the Grilled Cyprus Octopus appetizer. We love octopus and this was the best we ever had. It was soft, not chewy. The flavor was perfect. For our entrees, my boyfriend got the fruitti de mare with the red sauce (special that night) and from what we could see, so many others also got this meal. The sauce had just a hint of spice. There was so much seafood. I had the Pan Roasted Veal ‘Filetto'. The veal was so tender and delicious. The sauce was so sweet and the polenta was just cooked perfectly. Everything worked so well together. For dessert, my boyfriend had the affigato which had 3 scoops of gelato. I had the pistachio mousse in the chocolate shell and it looked small but was the perfect size. The inside was so light. Our total was $172 before tip but including tax. Well worth it. We are only sad we don't live closer.

Google
I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent. The waitress, bartenders, and greeters were excellent and friendly. The food there was amazing especially the bread that was served was very fresh along with the olive oil. Best Italian restaurant in Springfield.

Google
It is unfortunate to leave a 2 star review, but it must be done. This was the loudest restaurant we've ever been too and we've been to many... People seemed to be screaming at the tables next to us. I had to lean way in to talk to my wife. It was not relaxing at all. It was more stressful than a day at work. Someone on staff should have tried to quiet these tables down a bit. I understand people having a good time and enjoying themselves, but it was out of control. The food however, was really good and our server (it was her first day) was awesome. The big issue with the food was the Branzino. My wife commented that it was the tastiest fish she'd ever had but, it was full of bones. That's how it came, on the bone. The server was tasked with removing the fillet from the skeleton. She asked if we wanted the head which was pretty funny......My wife ended up pulling bones out of her mouth all night amidst the sounds of screaming from the tables next to us. No one told us that the fish was full of bones prior to ordering. We're we supposed to know that? I tried one bite and got a mouth full of bones. It wasn't the severs fault, either. The other food was great. The dates and the octopus were fantastic. The artichoke hearts were one of the best dishes I've ever had, and the swordfish special was Incredible. If it wasn't for the unreasonably loud guests and the bony fish this is a five star restaurant all day long. Sorry, guys.

Yelp
Best Italian food in the area! Try their Margarita Spezziata. Great apps, entres, deserts, and cocktails! Love this place!!!

Yelp
Three of us scheduled a special weekday dinner out in West Springfield and we chose bNapoli as a new adventure. The restaurant is simply appointed and comfortable. I ordered the artichoke appetizer for the table and it contained two large stuffed artichokes. They were large, very well seasoned and quite fresh tasting. Our meals included a Margherita pizza, the carbonara pasta, and the bolonese pasta. All three were ample and provided enough for take home boxes. My wife proclaimed the pizza was the best Margherita pizza she has ever had. My carbonara was very rich and filling. The bolonese was equally appetizing. The house Chianti was light and smooth. Our server, Brian, was outstanding. He was friendly and engaging. He made us feel right at home. The parking is on-street and you may have a bit of a walk on a busy night. We'll be back for sure. It's a great place for a special night out.

Yelp
Amazing! Casual comfortable and wnjoyable place to sit and dine. Even when it got busy there was this background noise that was sonehow comforting. The food is over the top. Green olive oil to die for. Home made doccacia bread. I had the charcuterie board. That alone was enough for dinner and impressive. Gollowed by grilled ovtopus then missels and a rib eye steak. Espresso and bucca for dessert and my gravious host/server/bartender slipped me a likoncello which was so seet and enjoyable after a big meal. This is not a place to go out to eat! This is a place you go to Dine!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite restaurants in western MA. If you want a great dinner, with amazing atmosphere, come here. It was Friday night so a reservation was necessary. We were able to push the reservation to a half hour later easily on open table when our friend from central ma ran into traffic. Ok the food! The server, I didn't get her name was amazing. She was personable and funny and knew how to flow through her section. I started with the brussel appetizer and it was out of this world. Perfectly fried, with a sweet glaze and bacon. The table devoured them. The special of the night was a pan seared salmon with a shaved brussel/coleslaw and sweet potato purée. For dessert we shared the amazing bread pudding. Bnapoli keep up the great work. It was a busy Friday night and we sat from 545 until 9, tucked away in a peaceful corner!

Yelp
I was pretty much blown away. The octopus was perfect and they trip up many restaurants. The pasta was clearly freshly made. A very authentic restaurant where they care about quality with reasonable prices for the quality.

Yelp
Parking: Street on one side and shopping strip parking on other. Decor: Stylish bordering on posh. Tables were not on top of one another and very clean. Staff: We had Ben at the bar and he was very good but helpers at the bar were very pushy almost like the were trying to turn over customers faster...asking to box up our appetizers and get us the bill before our entree's even came. Food: It was good and presented well Price: Very surprised at the price for two people, one not drinking, and no dessert for West Springfield. before tip was over $75 a person. Overall: Very nice restaurant, for me though, very pricey and with the pushy staff not knowing their surroundings and trying to get you out the door, there are plenty of other places to check out.

Yelp
Gee, Jerry, you're capable of a lot of things, but disappointing customers isn't one of them. We come often, and every visit leaves us in wonder - perfect menus, extraordinary food and terrific staff. This time, it was Audrey. Every single time. You really know how to make our date nights memorable. Thanks!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant and such kind and personable service! The food was unique but comfortable with generous portions. The charcuterie was enough for four. We got the pizza for the kids and it was very good brick over pizza made fresh. We had the steak and Bronzino and both were well cooked and flavorful. The design of the restaurant is beautiful and modern, the dining area is cozy but doesn't feel crowded even when fully booked such as the night we came. Service was so kind and welcoming and though they were fully booked we didn't feel rushed only till the end when the hostess came and encouraged she packed our food and brought us the check.

Yelp
Sometimes, you make promises to go to "that nice place in the next town over" but fate never has you near there when you go out.. Well, I am simply delighted that we *finally* ended up at Bnapoli recently for dinner. The fresh rolls that I thought nobody made anymore, the pleasant service, spectacular wine list, and just simply super fresh Italian dishes. I love going out to eat, and finding a chef's treasure chest of meals that are made with interesting homemade sauces or with unique ingredients that fit the seasons. I am also directing you to look at the photo of the bar where they have an apothecary of tinctures that are used in these delightful cocktails. I would not say that this is an inexpensive place to eat, but if you were going out to enjoy a good meal and enjoy the taste of your drink, enjoy the textures of your food, this is the place you want to be.

Yelp
Went here for dinner recently in a party of 6. Great experience! Server was very helpful and attentive. Drinks, apps and entres were spectacular! Highly recommend the grilled octopus and prosciutto dates. All the food is exceptional!

Yelp
My family recently hosted my sisters Baby Shower at Bnapoli as we were looking for a cocktail style party atmosphere for an afternoon shower, and we could not be happier with our experience! Their service was top notch, we were so impressed with the staff and how well they catered to our friends and family. The food was delicious and the cocktail selection was impressive and unique! Several of our guests mentioned wanting to come back for a dinner, and our Family is looking forward to going back soon! Highly recommend Bnapoli, as the owner Jerry has built a memorable culinary experience on Elm Street!

Yelp
Modern, creative Italian cuisine in a beautiful, upscale setting. Classy ambience. Service is very professional.

Yelp
After many years of passing by and telling ourselves we have to remember to pick this spot for dinner one night, we FINALLY managed to get there. We went on Thursday at 5:30 without reservations. The restaurant was lively but not packed (yet) and the sweet hostess sat us at a table in the back. I am always wary of sitting near the bathroom but this table was tucked right next to the wine room which is enclosed with glass giving such a romantic vibe. Everyone around us seemed to know each other, the (presumed) owner came out of the kitchen to greet his friends and there were friendly Italian greetings being exchanged which really added to the authenticity. Our server, Annabelle, was OUTSTANDING. I couldn't decide between two meals and she explained everything I needed to know, right down to the cooking process, to make my decision. I highly recommend the short rib ragu! We started with an appetizer, enjoyed two rounds of bread and we both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The dessert menu was very inviting and I almost went for the espresso martini but we skipped dessert this time around because we were headed out to a ticketed event in springfield. This place was wonderful and it is great for a special occasion or just a wonderful meal. We left around 6:45, there was a line at the door so I would recommend a reservation. Food 10/10 Specialty Cocktail menu 10/10 Service 11/10

Yelp
This is by far one of the best Italian Restaurants I've ever been to. Amazing food. The Halibut was a daily special and I did not regret it one bit. The lamb Meat balls were very flavorful. Ass some pasta to it and it would make a perfect dish. The Parpadelle pasta was served with some Jumbo shrimp and was definitely a highlight as well. As a matter of fact, all the dishes were a hit. The atmosphere was very nice. A little noisy but not to the extent where you can't hear yourself. And the service was exceptional. The dishes came out in a timely manner, and the staff couldn't be more enjoyable. Will definitely return if I'm in the Springfield area.
google avatar

Dan T.

Yelp
Solid restaurant, great service and excellent cuisine. Easily the best Italian restaurant in the Springfield area.

Yelp
5/5 This place is fancy AF. The food is sexy AF. The drinks are drinkable AF. This is the kind of place you take someone who's DTF, down to feast. Been here before, but what a glorious time the other night. Our server basically became our best friend. She told us about her family business, got all up in our business, was super chill, and made our dinner dope AF. Highly recommend you take your DTF date here. If their ain't down to feast, let's hope the sexy AF vibes and drinks puts them in the other DTF mood. Get your eat on.

Yelp
Service and food was fantastic!!! We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted and asked if still water was okay. We received the drink and food menu. For my cocktail I enjoyed a dirty grey goose martini with a blue cheese olive. The glass was chilled and it was well made. I had two and loved both of them. For the appetizer, we enjoyed the fried cheese (a special for the day) and the octopus. The octopus was cooked to perfection- a little char on the outside and the perfect texture. For the entree, I had the short rib ragú, another special for the day. It was delicious. They also gave us complimentary bread that was warm and fluffy. The entire meal was fantastic and I can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
Husband took me out for a dinner date , then a Play @Majestic Theater! Food was very good. Service, excellent. Ambiance is always very nice!! Felt bad for businesses around there, because they're doing roadwork right now and it was hard to find parking. But it's not a far walking distance from where we parked. Love local businesses!

Yelp
I highly enjoyed the chitarra, I also tried the veal meatball dish with ricotta in it, which was delightful as well!

Yelp
Dinner at bnapoli last night was fabulous, but my five star rating is primarily related two two outstanding things: 1. The Lamb Meatballs appetizer ($14) was truly one of the most delicious things I have eaten in my life. The description reads "meyer lemon yogurt, pomegranate, cucumber relish, pine nuts, parsley pesto". The combination is perfect. Note that the pine nuts are actually cooked in the meatballs, and generously so, and makes for a great texture as well as enriching the already complex flavors. I'm planning NOT to share this next time and make it a main part of my meal. This appetizer comes with three smallish meatballs, and when the server saw we were splitting it recommended we order one add on to divide evenly - well worth it. 2. The excellent service. Everyone from the front desk to the floor manager, server, and serving/clearing assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't find a single flaw. We were checked on regularly but not excessively and everything was cleared quickly and served in just the right timing. We had two drinks, a pinot grigio and a tasty Hazelnut Alexander (off the desert menu, but I ordered it with my appetizer). The Chitarra was a great twist on a carbonara that brilliantly avoids the raw egg issue by topping with a sous vide/poached egg. Delicious, though personally I would prefer without the onion, but that's a personal taste call. The gorgonzola pizza was also extremely good and a competitor in my mind to my favorite salad pizza at Posto. Worth a comparison for anyone who is a fan of that one.

Yelp
Let's start with the good: service. Now for the rest: underwhelming. Their menu writer is great; their chef not so much. Ambiance: We were on the patio bc the weather was fabulous. But, before you opt for the patio I'll say this: buses, pedestrians smoking, and loud motorcycles. Menu: Food descriptions were enticing, unfortunately the descriptions are the best thing on the menu. The caprese: I don't recall if they said Burrata or motz - regardless it was dry and flat, tomatoes weren't salted, and balsamic was watery. It's August in western mass and you have to have very low quality to deliver something so... lackluster. Brussel sprouts - best thing we had. My wyf was excited for the fig, Gorgonzola, and arugula pizza. There was def Gorgonzola as for the fig- we couldn't taste it. I opted for the veal filleto. Again the description suggested something heavenly and the best I can say is - I'm not hungry anymore. This place used to be wonderful. Now, I'd say skip it.

Tess A.

Yelp
Ordered the carbonara, which was really good. Seemed to use great quality parm or pecorino. Sauce was creamy and rich but not too much. Service was really fast and nice. I was eating alone and didn't get alcohol so they weren't going to make as big of a tip as they would on bigger parties but they still have me great service. Way more upscale of a place than I thought existed in Springfield. Great place to warm up on a cold night. Also, the olive oil they served with the bread was divine.

Joey T.

Yelp
The menu was diverse without being overwhelming. The atmosphere was clean and cozy. Our waiter, James, and all of the additional wait staff were friendly and attentive. The food was flavorful and the portion sizes were appropriate for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the restaurant to others...

John K.

Yelp
Went for valentine's day the food was underwhelming and overpriced . Service was great . With a special menu for the holiday you would think they would be on point, and try to impress the masses . They failed here we are unlikely to return : (
google avatar

Kristen D.

Yelp
The service and food here are amazing! It's kind of loud and the tables seem a little packed in but I will definitely be coming back because it's one of the best meals I've had in Western Mass.
google avatar

Kerry R.

Yelp
Another dinner, another great experience! Service continues to be top notch. Our group started off with the roasted olives and Brussels. Each were fantastic and the addition of raisins to the Brussels really knocked it out of the park. We had an array of dinner choices including one being a special (vichyssoise), the paccheri and a linguini. The vichyssoise was an absolute smash and the paccheri was gone before I could try it but was given raves from friends who got to it in time. The linguine was perfectly cooked, clams cleaned very well and a very flavorful albeit a tad salty broth. I would've liked more chili flakes but that's just me liking spicy. We ended the night with the mousse trio and lemon curd brûlée. The mousse was such a great way to round out the meal while the lemon curd brûlée just wasn't my type of dessert but my companions thoroughly enjoyed it! Shoutout to the bleu cheese stuffed olives in my dirty martini because that's the only way you should ever have one. Looking forward to my next time!

Robin R.

Yelp
Wow! This was our second time here and first time back since they first opened. My husband and I brought my three year old since it was Christmas eve. I was really worried about bringing her to such a high end place but they were very accommodating. My husband had the linguine with little next, I had the Salt brick chicken which was insanely good, they made my daughter a grilled chicken breast. It maybe the best chicken i've ever had. The bread was also heavenly. The prices were jarring and higher than advertised online but he quality is there. I'm sure we will be back for celebratory dinners once or twice a year.

Mary F.

Yelp
Our waitress was wonderful, Audrey, the food was amazing and drinks were delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and the ambience you will love.

Yelp
Delicious Italian food with great ambiance. Service was fantastic. Large wine selection and menu has a great variety of pastas, meat entrees, seafood entrees, and pizzas. One of our favorite spots to dine at
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
Love B Napoli! It's our go to for upscale Italian - plus they have a great wine list. Arguably one of the best restaurants in the area.
google avatar

Hayley J.

Yelp
The caprese was delicious. The chicken entree was also very good. Always amazing service and food! Perfect for date night.

William W.

Yelp
Food was consistently balanced and interesting. There were no unusually overwhelming combinations of flavor, which made the experience very accessible course after course. My entrée was the Cioppino and it was absolutely stunning. Service was very, very attentive and appropriate and friendly. Only drawback is the restaurant was a large open space that had almost a cafeteria vibe, which wasn't a big deal but it was very loud in there -- lots and lots of people all around. I was grateful we were sitting against the wall. Make reservations on the weekend.

Joseph L.

Yelp
I really wanted to love this upscale Italian restaurant... However, unfortunately, this place fell short for me and my group of four. As for the positives- service was impeccable. super friendly wait staff and were very tentative. both appetizers artichokes and octopus were very very tasty. My wife ordered meatballs for her main entrée and they were the hit of the night. I ordered. the seafood pasta Pacheri and it wasn't bad but a little under seasoned it more salt (the shrimp itself wasn't seasoned at all) since me and my friends usually eat family style we also had the carbonara and the consensus of the whole group was it. It was very salty. I urged my friend to send it back, but not wanting to be a bother he decided to decline. lastly. The lemon curd Brulé was spot on was everything that I was looking for to satisfy my sweet tooth. This place has so much potential but was just missing a on the execution, especially for the price that you pay
google avatar

Maddy D.

Yelp
Amazing food. Was so happy with the freshness of the seafood. Definitely would recommend. Cant wait to go back!

Yelp
All I can yes is excellent at all levels. This is a really nice upscale Italian restaurant in west Springfield. Very surprising for this area. Anyway, back to the food. Great I had the gorgonzola fig pizza, my friends ad some great seafood pasta dishes. They thoroughly enjoyed the food. Wine list was very extensive. Homemade bread came with the entree's. Eight. The ambience was just wonderful. Beautiful pictures with great lighting - bar area nice if you just want to stop in for a drink and a quick bit. Ask for Amber is was great- she really knows the menu.
google avatar

Gwen G.

Yelp
Fabulous, exceptionally delicious, is how I describe this 5 star restaurant. Our service was impeccable. Molly is an A+server and very knowledgeable about the preparation of your selections. A great choice of appetizers (Brussels were the best we've ever had) then moving to delicious and creative entrees, to the wonderfully delicious crème brûlée. The martinis were excellent also. Beautifully decorated. Reservations needed. West Springfield should be proud to have this restaurant in the community.
google avatar

Jeff V.

Yelp
My wife and I got there about a half hour after they opened and the restaurant was already 1/3 full (Great for business). We were seated promptly. They have a good drink and food selection. Our meals were excellent, service was great, the prices equally decent and the decor clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a night out for a great meal.

SaraJane D.

Yelp
Great food, service and ambiance! A neighborhood gem. Better for small groups but we were able to fit 15 of us in one long table.

Virginia P.

Yelp
Woah. This place is the real deal. Not cheap, but stunningly delicious. Service was excellent, nice clean place, and food that I could dream about. We had Annabelle as our server and she was fantastic. I would love to go back!

Yelp
Our first time dining was for my wife's birthday. Reservations were made in advance via Open Table and our table request was honored...of to a good start! The wait staff was extremely attentive but not hovering. Our waiter made excellent suggestions for us. Grilled octopus and eggplant napoleon for appetizers - the octopus was amazingly tender and the layered eggplant had a wealth of flavors. Mains were chiopino and veal tenderloin over polenta. Both were 5 stars! The wine list was nicely organized however bottles tended to start around mid $60 however our selection was very nice. Every table was booked with the noise level moderate. They don't have parking but did have a valet which is only on the weekends during the winter. We found a spot on Elm street the next block down.
google avatar

Jeremy C.

Yelp
Excellent dinner experience. Very nice casual but elegant atmosphere. For appetizers we shared the prosciutto dates, lamb meatballs, and beet and goat cheese dish. All excellent, elegantly prepared, light but filling. The bread and olive oil was nice. For main dishes, definitely check out the veal filetto and scialatelli. The latter is a spicy pasta dish with very fresh seafood that includes scallops, shrimp, octopus, and calamari. The sauce was excellent. For dessert, all very good options in my opinion. The budino di caffe had very fresh homemade whipped cream on top of a coffee pudding. Great way to end a magnificent meal.

Monika J.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots in the area! As some who works in the restaurant industry, I highly recommend bnapoli! Food is phenomenal and their drinks always taste great. Our waitress last night was very knowledgeable on the dishes and made some very good recommendations. Huge shout out to Kammy! Her service was superb. Least to say, we left extremely happy.

Wayne L.

Yelp
We love having dinner here, dinner is always great. Our last experience at dinner was not so great. Food just was lacking in flavor and it seemed to have declined. Service is always superior there. Don't know if I will be returning. Prices just seem to be getting too high. With higher pricing the food should be more consistent !!
google avatar

David R.

Yelp
BNapoli is fabulous. Went there on January 28. Food is super creative. One of the best places I've been to between Boston and New York. Creativity, freshness, presentation and cohesion of unique flavors will hit your palate here! Think Zatar spice used in fresh Halibut filets pan seared over whipped potatoes. Then, veal filet with a delicate but intense port wine and fig reduction over white polenta. Mussels in a white wine beurre Blanc with leeks and fennel... absolute perfection! GO!!

Natalie J.

Yelp
First time there. Very accommodating, we added people to our reservation prior to our arrival and everything was taken care of. I myself enjoyed the Grilled Cyprus Octopus with a Romain salad and a glass of Quilt. It was perfect. The octopus was tender and full of flavor. I ended with a Lemon Curd Brulee and it was to dye for.

Craig I.

Yelp
Food and service are always amazing! One of our favorite places for a quiet night at a great location.

Yelp
Very cute atmosphere. I prefer to go for just apps and drinks at the bar. Dinner menu is limited and I am picky but still love coming back.
