We had lunch here and we highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for Filipino home cooked food. Their food is really tasty and have good choices. We ordered bulalo, crispy pata, pancit habhab, pork sisig, mixed vegetables and tofu sisig. The staff were really nice, we will definitely come back.

Don't fall for the suspiciously high ratings. Most are from Google accounts who have only 1 review. Ordered Trio Cheese Pizza, Budbod for two, and a 1.5L Softdrink bottle. Only the Budbod for two came and it wasn't even hot. We waited some time but the pizza and softdrinks never came. Don't tell me they have to "prepare" a coke bottle. The food quality is meh. Calamares has fishy smell, chicken was mostly breading, tapa was super salty, shanghai roll is smaller than my pinky finger, and the pork was so low quality that the fat was chewy and sticky. 500 pesos for the budbod for two. Don't even think about coming here. Just travel down the road a bit more and eat at Yeyi's. Appropriately priced and decent quality. Their menu still stinks though.

Dear BNK Restau Management, I am writing to express my outrage and utter disappointment regarding the appalling experience my group endured at your restaurant on August 3 around 5:30 PM. What was supposed to be a simple dinner turned into a series of frustrating, disrespectful, and frankly disturbing events. Rude Staff Behavior From the start, Crew #1 Angelica was extremely rude. When one of my companions was simply clarifying our order, she snapped in a harsh tone: “Huwag na ulitin ang nasabi na, nakalista na.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. Unexplained Delays We waited 40 minutes for our food before following up. Only then did Crew #2 inform us that the bangus dish takes one hour to prepare — something that should have been disclosed when we ordered. When we asked how much longer we’d have to wait, we were casually told “20 minutes na lang po.” This lack of transparency and disregard for our time was infuriating. Service Water Delay Even a simple request for service water took 15 minutes to fulfill. This is basic hospitality, and the delay was just another sign of poor service. Cold Food & Unsafe Serving Three of us ordered sizzling plates, and shockingly, the dishes were so hot we couldn’t even touch them — yet the food itself was ice cold. One dish was a Hungarian sausage that looked like it was just thrown on top, without any gravy, which we know should be included based on our previous visits (we’ve dined here more than three times). Even the pares was served cold. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and preparation standards. Unli Rice Delay Some of us ordered unli rice, but had to wait over 5 minutes just to request a refill. Again, this shows a lack of attentiveness and efficiency. Bangus Order Mishandled The person who ordered the bangus was the only one still waiting after more than an hour. Then Crew #3 approached and asked if they could change the order — at that point, we demanded to speak with a manager. It was outrageous to wait that long only to be asked to switch dishes. No Manager Available To our disbelief, no manager was on duty. Only a supervisor spoke with us, which was deeply disappointing given the severity of the situation. Health Hazard – Cockroach in Water Bottle And finally — the most horrifying part of our visit. When we opened a bottled water, a live cockroach crawled out from under the lid. Yes, a live insect. This is not just disgusting — it’s a serious health violation. We have photo evidence of this incident. It was the final straw in an already disastrous experience. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The combination of rude staff, cold food, long delays, poor communication, and a literal cockroach in our drink is beyond unacceptable. We demand a formal apology and a full investigation into this incident. Your staff needs retraining, your kitchen needs inspection, and your management needs to take accountability. We trusted your establishment based on past visits — but after this, we are seriously reconsidering ever returning.

From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and friendly greetings, making us feel instantly at home. The place had such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that it felt like the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the area. When our food arrived, we were blown away. Every dish was bursting with flavor—clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. It’s rare to find a place where everything you order tastes amazing, but BNK pulled it off effortlessly. We found ourselves savoring every bite, and even after we were full, we couldn’t resist “just one more forkful.” What made the experience even better was how attentive and accommodating the staff were. They checked in just the right amount—never intrusive, but always ready to assist or offer a recommendation. You could tell they genuinely cared about their customers enjoying the food and the overall experience. BNK is more than just a restaurant—it’s the kind of place you remember long after your trip. If you’re ever in Tanay, do yourself a favor and make this a must-stop on your itinerary. Delicious food, warm people, and a welcoming atmosphere… BNK has it all. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to BNK countless times, yet I never get tired of visiting. The food is absolutely delicious; the staff are incredibly friendly—especially Jean—and the place is beautiful. I’ve recommended it to many of my friends, and I can honestly say they all enjoyed it. In fact, they’ve even started inviting their own friends here too! This has truly become my go-to spot whenever I go on rides. Aside from the fair prices, every visit is worth it. I will never get tired of coming back again and again.

We highly recommend the Mix Budbod for a filling and satisfying meal—it’s a combo featuring some of their bestsellers like tapa, lumpiang shanghai, and lechon kawali. We also recommend their bangus sisig. Pang Pinoy ang lasa and the prices are budget-friendly. However, if you’re really hungry, be prepared for a wait, as serving time can take up to an hour, especially during lunch and dinner rush hours when the place is packed with bikers and tourists. There’s plenty of parking, and it looks like they’re expanding with a new building to accommodate more customers. Hopefully, their staff can keep up with the growing demand to maintain good service.

Our go-to place when taking rides along the Marilaque Highway. The food was superb and affordable. We ordered budbod and a spinach pizza. The coffee was great, and the staff were prompt. The place has a relaxing ambiance. They’ve improved a lot compared to the last time we visited, which was in 2022, I think. Definitely a must-try restaurant for anyone visiting Tanay
