I recently visited a small Vietnamese restaurant, and it was one of the best dining experiences I've had! The beef pho was absolutely amazing, bursting with rich flavors. The restaurant is clean, and the menu offers a great variety of dishes, which I’m excited to try on my next visit. The prices are also very affordable. One piece of advice: be sure to bring cash for tips, as they accept credit cards for the meal but not for tips. I highly recommend this place 100% and will definitely be returning!

I live in south jersey but originally from Philly so I’ve had my fair share of good Vietnamese food my entire life, I was so excited for find this gem in the area because I didn’t have to travel over the bridge to find authentic Vietnamese food. I ordered the beef eye round pho add meatballs and the broth was so clean and light. The portion size was pretty good as well. My husband ordered the grilled pork vermicelli and he normally orders it at all the other viet spots we frequent as well. He said the flavor was good but the texture of the pork was fatty. I would’ve given this place a five star but my son was with us as well and he’s good at ordering and was specific that he wanted the sweet chili chicken that was on the appetizer menu but did not want the sweet chili sauce but the server brought it out coated in the sauce anyway and said that the chefs forgot that he didn’t want it on there and that it isn’t spicy and placed it down anyway. I don’t believe in sending things back but I also feel like if we were specific about how we wanted it done, why would you place it down anyway instead of just remaking the order? Other than that it is a really cute family owned restaurant.

I recently ordered takeout from Bo Ne, and I have to say, it’s a gem! The food is absolutely delicious and healthy. They were incredibly accommodating with my substitutions and got everything just right. The staff is super friendly, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend Bo Ne if you’re looking for delicious Vietnamese fare!

If you’re looking for truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you have to try this place. Highly recommended!⭐️👍🏻The pho here tastes just like back home: rich, flavorful, and deeply authentic. I’ve come here many times, and every single dish I’ve tried has been delicious. I honestly love everything on the menu , I’m absolutely hooked! The service is warm and friendly, the space is clean and cozy. It gives me peace of mind knowing they care about hygiene and food safety.

Google
Absolutely amazing 10/10 pho! Seriously, we have tried many different pho soups from so many restaurants and this was the best pho we ever had. (my husband had veggie pho and I had grilled chicken pho. The broth they use is soo tasty and the grilled chicken was to die for!!) Wonderful, fast service and the woman running the restaurant is super sweet. I also love the vibe of the place - it's cozy yet open and airy, with lots of plants and colorful paintings. This is our new favorite restaurant!!!

Google
It was my first time here, and the pho was really good.

Google
We frequent this place several times a year, because it's a bit of a drive, and we always have a great experience. The food is so fresh, the prices are good, and the service is friendly. The restaurant and restrooms are all very clean, too! Highly recommend!

Google
One of my favorite places to eat is in Woodbury at Bò Né. My friend and I had met up there to catch up and it didn’t disappoint. Everything is so good and for the most part healthy. We did splurge on their shrimp fried spring roll special. But no regrets! I usually get the chicken stirfry with a side of white rice and their pork and spring spring roll (not fried). Always hits the spot! Definitely recommend! #trustkj

Yelp
I got the shrimp and beef brisket pho and it was good! Services time was quick I didn't have to wait that long for my food to come out, like about 5mins if event. The aesthetics is decent, don't wear anything fancy just a quick daily outfit. The place has light Buddhist decore!

Yelp
I've been traveling all over South Jersey for the perfect pho. I read about this place and it had lots of great reviews. The restaurant is on the first floor of what seemed to be a duplex or triplex. You can tell it's family owned. Their pho broth is pretty good, not too sweet. I did add a little fish sauce. But overall flavor was spot on. Their fried spring rolls were delicious but I wished they gave more lettuce. I always order Cafe Sua Da and they made it perfect!

Yelp
Quiet, unassuming pho spot in Woodbury NJ. Ambiance is nothing to write home about, but it's clean and well-kept. I've eaten here several times and can recommend just about anything, but the real standout is the pork bun, Hanoi style. A bit spicy, a bit sweet, 100% awesome. I see the same guy every time I'm here and though not super talkative, he's very friendly and gets me my food. So that makes him aces in my book. If you find yourself in Woodbury and you like pho, make a trip to this spot a part of your future plans.

Yelp
Small but very welcoming place. The family that owns the place were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and served quickly. It is out of the beaten path, but definitely a place to stop by if you are in the area.

Yelp
As many have reported, this is quite a gem! The broth is flavorful and appetizers are delish. The owner is very accommodating. Whenever I'm in the area, this is the place to go. Thank you and keep up the great work, Bo Ne

Yelp
Always feels good when you can raise the star level in a review, and I was surprised that my last review was in 2016 but when I mentioned the Pho ... I guess I was predicting the perfect hot bowl of yumminess I enjoyed on a very cold rainy South Jersey day!! We arrived at 2 in the afternoon and this small dining area was still busy with what appeared to be extremely happy diners!! Soon we would enjoy them as we allowed the aroma of Vietnamese cooking to take over our senses. This is a delightful eatery that is spotlessly clean and has the most welcoming of hosts who I presume is the owner of Bo Ne! The menu is not complicated at all but offers a variety of traditional Vietnamese options ranging from Banh Mi to Pho to a variety of vermicelli options. I went for the Pho Nam and my lunch partner chose the Bun Ga. As the food was delivered to our table its appearance teased and the scent of the meals made us even hungrier. The Pho came with plenty of the typical add on's and the vermicelli dish looked oh so good. The taste matched the appearance and all of our senses were absolutely pleased!! If there was any criticism and it is minor ... I felt that there could have been another piece or two of flank steak in my Pho but there was enough ... I just would have liked a little more. Our host spent some time talking with us after our meal. She really pushed their Vietnamese meatballs, which neither of us had. She shared how much time is invested in making them ... I almost ordered Pho bo vien to go! I am very happy to have rediscovered this quaint location for excellent Vietnamese food. So Fi Phi PHO I won ... perfection on a cold rainy day until I walked back in the rain with a happy belly and a warm sense to my inner soul!

Yelp
Excellent Viet food. The Bo Ne was . Great service as well. Overall, a great option for Vietnamese food in NJ!

Ed O.

Yelp
Excellent place. My first time there Friday night had the chicken pho and grilled pork summer rolls. The soup was hot like it is supposed to be. The chicken was tender and yes moist. The grilled pork was seasoned on point. The service is great. A very nice quaint little gem in Woodbury. Must say the meal had to be in the top two of my Vietnamese eatery experiences from Philadelphia to San Francisco. This place is a must try. Thank you.

Yelp
The service was quick. I had the beef pho, it was fresh and very filling. I'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
The staff were very friendly but the food was just OK. The chicken in the pho was bland and underwhelming, I wish it had tasted better. The broth itself was enjoyable. The spring rolls, dumplings, and chicken and broccoli were not very special either. I did not like that every table already had a bunch of utensils to grab, it just didn't seem very sanitary to me. I don't think I would come back here.

Yelp
Really good authentic viet food. Can't complain about the pho, bun dishes. I have had better bo ne though. The drinks and staff were great. Should try!

Yelp
Good pho, with a very friendly and personable owner. We have eaten here twice; once as takeout, which I don't recommend as much, if you are getting pho, and the other dine in, which was a much better experience. (Not that the take out was bad, but pho is a dish that kinda doesn't do well with time. Also, it requires a lot of space as well, so if you don't have the dishes for it, it gets unwieldly.) They accommodated my request for substitutions, and the owner talked with us after dinner for a while. They are very no frills here. It's almost rustic. I asked for hot tea, and it came with no sugar. I look and see there are no sugar packets, so I asked for some sugar, and she brought me out a tea plate with sugar dumped on it. It wasn't enough, but I felt bad enough that I didn't ask for more....things like that. I know they DO take card, but prefer that you use cash, and the owner is still getting her English down, although she has gotten a lot better between first experience and most recent. They are a small store, with maybe 6-7 small tables, but I've never seen them packed. Also, I've only ever gotten pho and spring rolls, but they were both delicious, so I imagine everything here would be good.

Yelp
Wow ! This is place is a tiny restaurant in the wall, but don't let that fool you. The food is amazing and delicious! The service was quick and attentive! The owners are awesome, and yes, every single item on the menu is great and delicious! Can't wait to re visit this establishment! Thank you for the amazing food !

Yelp
It was delicious! The food is fresh and soo good! They don't have deserts though :( The spring rolls with peanut sauce are delicious

Yelp
I actually found this place on DoorDash because my original location had closed. I didn't have high hopes, I just was on a pho frenzy at the timing and needed some. When I arrived it was very old school, benches and tables and just very homey. Service was very polite, helpful, and eager to help in any way. When I tell you it was the freshest pho I've ever had and wanted more I love this place...I ate it too fast

Yelp
Can we talk about Bo Ne real quick? I have been here a handful of times ( I keep forgetting to check in) and I get the same thing every time because I literally crave it for months in between visits. I don't know what it is about the grilled pork that is so flavorful and delicious. The dish seems so simple, yet it's amazing. When I get take out, I do a side of Mayo with it, which may seem strange but trust me it works.
google avatar

Christina M.

Yelp
I usually get their brisket pho and pork hoagie. Always delicious. My only complaint might be that they don't usually have cilantro to add to the hoagie. Other than that the lady who owns it is always nice and friendly. Prices are decent as well.

Yelp
After years of coming here I'm done . I would eat here 2 times a week . I went here to dine alone and I ordered several items . After about 15 minutes a group of people come in and they asked the server if I could move because they wanted my table . Mind you only 2 other tables were occupied . So I had to move my food drinks and body to another area . Well I got up and left my food there , paid at the register and walked out . I never left a tip nor will I ever go back . Whatever people say to justify this action its wrong . Not only did they lose a good paying customer for a bunch of college kids but to do this is unacceptable. They could have sat elsewhere . What a shame , poor customer service .

Yelp
Local vietnamese restaurant had great customer service with the owner who seemed to be very attentive to each of the customers with quite a few eating at the same time. She had a smile on her face the whole time and handled both dine in and take out customers with ease. The food came out in a timely fashion and tasted wonderful. The spring rolls had a good portion of pork and were wrapped with no holes. The beef pho was flavorful and had a healthy portion of meat. I observed multiple loyal customers who dined in on a weekly basis. The food is good value for the portion, which was greatly appreciated! It was very clean inside as well. Highly recommend to stop in for a quick bite to eat!

Yelp
Ask for the honey passionfruit tea with the seeds! Food is amazing! Chicken wings are good and sticky. The rice is light and flavorful the pho is rich and hot. Overall great resturant. Fast service you can tell food is fresh and hot. Small place maybe 9 tables nice quiet space.

Yelp
Amazing food and customer service. We love the grilled pork noodles and pho. Would highly recommend.

Yelp
Excellent food and reasonable prices. We have had their food numerous times and always had a great experience!

Yelp
Great Vietnamese Food There food is delicious and doesn't taste salty They make real egg noodles that are amazing and I haven't seen anywhere else

Yelp
The service was great, very sweet people! The restaurant is beside the hospital with some construction happening around it. The parking lot is around the back of the building but you can also use street parking as well. We did not wait long for our meal at all. The food was delicious! Spring rolls were so good, with a good amount of shrimp in them! We enjoyed the peanut sauce as well, creamy and smooth. My husband ordered the beef and veggie stir fry and he was super impressed with the amount of veggies mixed in. I ordered the Pho which was great! I am used to the steak being rare, in this it was well done. Not bad at all, just different from what I'm used to. I also love the amount of basil they give. We will definitely go back!

Yelp
Great local Pho spot. The service was attentive. Not sure if the woman who took care of us owns the place, but she seemed to have a lot of passion and pride for the restaurant, so it's a safe bet.... We started with fried egg rolls and I was little underwhelmed. I don't know if they gave us a single order of 4 egg rolls split on 2 plates (2 rolls a plate) or if they gave us two orders and there are only 2 rolls per order (I forgot to check the bill for confirmation on this point), but I'm used to get get a plate of 6-8 rolls on a big bed of lettuce. That was not the case here. As mention.... 2 rolls on a small plate with a couple sad lettuce leaves. For dinner, I had the Pho Tai. The broth was good, but could do with a little more spice. The beef was flavorful and tender, and I like that there were plenty of mixings (especially jalapeño). My wife had Pho Ga, which came in a nice chicken broth, with plenty of pieces of chicken. The bowl size was pretty large, and there was certainly more food than I could (or should) eat. Overall, it was a good meal, and a good dining experience. I like the place and will be coming back to try their Bun and their Bahn Mi.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Food came out super quick and the employees were so nice! If I could rate this place 6 stars I would! We ordered the summer rolls, taro milk tea and the spicy beef soup. Everything was awesome, definitely recommend!

Yelp
New Owner and/or Chef Alert: it is with a truly heavy heart that I write this update. We got our usual order tonight of pho soups & vermicelli bowls and... the pho broth was literally inedible. Like throw away $40 worth of food bad. Definitely not homemade (honestly I hope not homemade or that would be even worse). At any event the soup smelled so off that we threw it all out. The only plus side was that the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork was still good. The service still very friendly. But the pho... oh no!! Maybe just get not-pho? Because it's still a nice local business. Just not for pho

Yelp
I truly enjoy Pho and this place is delicious and the customer service is prompt and very pleasant. Our waitress always cracks Ike's with us and is very welcoming. I honestly eat here frequent enough that I can say their Pho consistent and tasty. It's a small place but whether you get it to go or to eat in its flavor is undeniably good. I have taken picky eaters here and even they find some yummy food to indulge in. Give it a try.

Gloria J.

Yelp
Best Pho in the area! The broth is fresh and full of flavor. The staff are great. The dining area is small and I usually order take out but it's cozy enough.

Yelp
My husband and I dined IN at Bo Ne' (Pronounced Bow-Nay) a small Vietnamese restaurant that also Offers Take Out in the Quaint town of Woodbury, NJ. It is Right off exit 24A from 295 South. There is plenty of Off street parking and also right out front. This place came highly recommended by a dear friend of ours! He was Spot On and We Knew we HIT THE JACKPOT when we saw the menu and the Looks on the Happy customers who were enjoying their meals. We started out with trying Appetizers #1,2 and 3. That was Chicken Wings with a Sweet Thai Chili style sauce encrusted on the outside and deep fried perfectly CRISP!! Just the Way we LOVE our Wings. Second, the Fresh Summer Rolls were beyond Large and with the $3.99 there were 2 Large rolls that had Delicious roast Pork that tasted so fresh and Sliced perfectly thin and then rolled inside the Summer roll along with cucumbers and vermicelli noodles and veggies! It was unbelievable. I bet they make the rolls from scratch Right Them And There. There was plenty of Peanut dipping sauce, too. The appetizer tasted amazing. The Third appetizer was crispy spring Rolls (Qty 2) rolls and some Asian salad on the side. Delicioussssss. When we walked in, we could overheat one of the other tables ordering with the waiter and he recommended the stir frys! So, I ordered the stir fry with Shrimp! This was a jackpot choice! My plate was a mountain of shrimp cooked to perfection and a light broth and veggies including celery, mushrooms and sprouts, but the egg noodles were unbelievably tasty and had a hint of garlic that was not overpowering. My husband got the rice stir fry Deluxe, which included chicken, pork, shrimp, veggies and rice, can I just say OMG! Mega-Flavorful!! We cannot wait to come back to enjoy another dinner together! Lastly, the prices are very reasonable! Our bill was approximately $36.00! Well worth every penny.

Bill A.

Yelp
Good food and friendly service. We were in the mood for Vietnamese and most places were closing at 8. The vermicelli dish hit the spot and the ice teas were also tasty. The decor was nothing fancy but it has a nice window to watch the street scene in Woodbury. Parking is free out back.
google avatar

Max B.

Yelp
Round eye pho and crispy spring rolls. A welcome surprise driving through Woodbury for lunch. The soup and spring rolls were as good as any I've had. Delish!
google avatar

B S.

Yelp
The vegan ham and egg noodles were tasty, I believe both proteins were made of tofu skin. The staff were nice and welcoming!
google avatar

Long N.

Yelp
This place was bad.... the only thing they got going for it was the great protein/meat portion to noodles. First off, service could use a lot of work. I understand it is family owned but at least pretend like you want to be there. Secondly, prices are way more then they should be for the portion you get. I only got the pho which was a tiny bowl for $9.... it would have been laughed at if that small of a bowl was served in Vietnam and I'm sure this owner knows that, but then again they are gearing their sales towards the non Asian community here who don't know any better. Finally, the actually flavors of the pho was all wrong and definitely not homemade. You can distinctly taste the flavor packages they used and tried to mask it with immense amounts of salt and sugar. It was one of the worse bowls of pho I've had in a long while. I had high hopes seeing the amount of reviews and high ratings but then after eating and taking a closer look I realized many of the reviews come from non veterans of this cuisine. I will definitely not be back, this is unfortunate they are giving such low quality flavors to a community that is assuming this is what Vietnamese cuisine is. Yelpers beware.... I grew up on pho and this is just not right.

Tracy B.

Yelp
The BEST Vietnamese restaurant Service is fast n friendly.. cost is reasonable.. portion size always enough to take home Our favorite go to restaurant

Yelp
Excellent Pho and Bahn Mi. Have eaten there several times and will continue eating there. Good value, quality food and family run.

Benjamin R.

Yelp
Good local pho, and the other food items are good as well. Friendly service, and nice quiet spot.

Football C.

Yelp
This is an absolute Diamond in the Rough! The Pho is better than going to Vietnam in person! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this place to anyone who loves slow roasted brisket that is so amazing, it melts in your mouth. With all of the noodles, veggies and spices on the side, YOU get to decide how much or how little spice or siracha to put in your soup! Everything on the menu here is "OUT IF THIS WORLD"!!! I go at least 2 times a week, because I am on the Bone Broth Diet. If you want the best Bone Broth in the World, COME TO BO NE' Restaurant, located on Broad Street, in Woodbury, NJ, just across the street from the Famous Sweetens' Florist! YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!
google avatar

Sheila D.

Yelp
We found this place by accident and so happy we did!! If you are in Deptford and want pho this is your place. Small mom and pop shop that services excellent pho and Thai ice tea. Definitely check it out!
google avatar

Chingi Z.

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about the quality of ingredients and the wonderful service. I have moved out of the area but found myself nearby one day while running errands. I was so happy to see this little gem thriving with tables packed on a Sunny Saturday afternoon. Thoughtfully served, deliciously prepared and one didn't even have to say "by Jersey standards". Ya know, just saying. Go here!

Yelp
Great Pho. Love the Summer Roll great peanut dipping sauce. Fresh ingredients. Love this restaurant.
google avatar

Mrs. M.

Yelp
Very friendly service. Food is very good. Wish they had more variety. The spring rolls are large, fresh and tasty.

Naum P.

Yelp
A small local gem. Don't be misled by the small appearance, this place makes some incredible food and really punches above its weight class. You can't get Vietnamese food this good anywhere in the area. Everything I've had is awesome, but my favorites in particular are the pho, the bahn mis, rice platters, and especially the new General Tso's chicken.
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
Very good local Vietnamese food, the Bun is outstanding, the summer roll was another treat. If your in the area give it a try you won't be disappointed.i
google avatar

Eugene A.

Yelp
Was expecting a little bit more based on the Yelp reviews. I wasn't disappointed, just not overly impressed. Started with the spring roll with pork and a side of peanut sauce. The roll was good but the sauce was kind of bland. The Pho ga was served with the typical side of sprouts, lime, jalapeños, and basil leaves. The broth was flavorful with a generous portion of noodles and chicken. I'd stop in again if I was in the area.
google avatar

Lori D.

Yelp
Very good. I had the Pho Tai (beef noodle soup with eye round). It was a little salty but I really enjoyed it. I asked them to put the toppings on the side. My daughter had the shrimp stir fry. She liked it, but said she would try something different on our next visit. The staff were very friendly, and plenty of refill on ice water. The place is small and could use better air conditioning. It was stuffy inside. We would definitely visit again.

Paul B.

Yelp
A happy spot to get a nice ethnic meal on the go. Longevity speaks volumes. They have been there a while.

Brian H.

Yelp
Always excellent food and service. I usually get the eye round pho or the chicken fried rice. Great place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend.

Tracy C.

Yelp
Love this place, the staff is so kind and the food is always on point ! Highly recommend them.
