The Biggest Restaurant Openings in Las Vegas, October 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Back on the Strip as of October 17, thirteen years after closing its original Forum Shops location, this returning steakhouse has a new home across the street inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort. Beyond high‑quality steaks — including a Japanese Wagyu flight featuring three different two‑ounce bites — the menu leans luxe with deviled eggs topped with Kaluga caviar, roasted bone marrow, and a “boujee” twice‑baked potato with creme fraiche, chives, and caviar." - Ryan Slattery

Boa Steakhouse Will Open on the Strip at the Venetian This Fall | Eater Vegas

"After more than a decade away, this sleek California-based steakhouse returns to the Las Vegas Strip with a new outpost at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort, following an earlier Forum Shops at Caesars Palace location that closed in 2012 after seven years. Debuted in West Hollywood in 2001 as a “swanky beef temple,” the brand now brings a menu overseen by corporate executive chef Brendan Collins: plenty of steaks (including a 40-day dry-aged New York strip, cuts from Creekstone Farms and Westholm Australian wagyu, and Japanese A5 wagyu), longtime favorites like caviar-filled cones and the “boujee” twice-baked potato with creme fraiche, chives, and caviar, plus a Caesar salad prepared table-side, Nova Scotia lobster tail, goat cheese baklava, and lobster macaroni and cheese. Vegas-exclusive dishes—caviar-topped chicken nuggets, Creekstone Farms steak tartare, and panko-crusted lobster—join a setting with a main dining room, three private dining rooms, and a patio; hours run 5 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays." - Rebecca Roland

I had the opportunity to try the newly opened BOA location at the Venetian while visiting Las Vegas and it did nit disappoint. I’ve only ever had the dessert at their Austin location so when I found out this location opened, I had to experience their full menu. To start, we ordered the wagyu meatball which just melts in your mouth. The bread and sauce combo was also amazing. We also ordered the table side Caesar salad which was delicious and tasted fresh. For our mains, we opted for the petit filet and the skirt steak fries. Everything was cooked well and I really appreciate that BOA uses beef tallow to cook the fries in, which was really tasty (BOA is seed oil free). For our sided, we chose the mac and cheese original and the chipotle street corn, both of which were phenomenal. Lastly, we had the cookies and ice cream combo for dessert and this was a must try if you’re a cookie lover. Shoutout to Andy who took care of us while we dined. From the service, to the food and atmosphere, everything was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Boa just opened a few days ago at the Venetian so I had to try it out. It’s a beautiful restaurant just as is any other restaurant in there. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, however just know you will be waiting a long time for your dishes to come out. I am sure it will get better in the coming weeks, but be warned they’re still figuring that out. I loved the deviled eggs with caviar, and the scallops with butter. The Cajun ribeye was delicious. The lamb chops was also very good but I should’ve gotten the ribeye. The sides to me were okay. We had the creamed spinach and the bruleed corn. I have had better sides but that’s okay. The carrot cake IS A MUST.

What had me excited most are the Zero Proof & Mocktails offerings. It’s very friendly to those with dietary restrictions with a great willingness by the staff to accommodate in every way possible. Between the fabulous seating options and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your evening beautiful with attention to detail and personable service. Don’t miss the rewards program, and it’s even set with a special way to pay that includes deals on payment packages and cash back that you just don’t see in a lot of other places. They want you to come back, and with everything they offer, you can clearly see that loyalty means a great deal to them. Rest assured - you’ll be in good hands. They even have an amazing malleable Private Dining area that can be expanded twice to give you the absolutely best for your large party needs. We’re lucky to have this new kid on the block in Vegas!

BOA Steakhouse is upscale but still relaxed, perfect for a night out. The food is has an elevated take, and the presentation of every dish showed real attention to detail. Definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for a classy dinner with great energy. Jose and Jake were great and enhanced our dining experience!

Went to Boa two nights in a row!!! Had great service both times. Servers Mike D. and Nick C. we're both awesome and made great recommendations. Bartender Justin was awesome and made it a great experience. The Japanese F-1 filet was so tender and juicy, got it medium rare Oscar style and it was perfect. Australian wagyu was delicious!!! The steak and tuna tartar were both fantastic. Super happy with the choices we made!!!

Exceptional from start to finish. The ambiance is classy and welcoming, the service is attentive and genuinely above and BEYOND! Every dish—from appetizers to sides—was bursting with flavor. We had salmon and Chilean bass and it exceeded our expectations! The service is absolutely IMPECCABLE. Thank you so much for making our special day so special.

The new BOA Steakhouse is gorgeous! The vibe, the staff, the food — everything was on point! Gigi made the best Espresso Martinis (we had 3 rounds because they were that good 🍸). Our server Vince and his assistant Drew were amazing — super friendly, gave great recommendations, and kept our table spotless. We had the Table-Side Caesar Salad and Spicy Tuna Cones to start, the 15-Day Dry Aged Ribeye for our entrée, plus Mac & Cheese and Lobster Mash on the side — everything was chef’s kiss. Ended the night with their creamy Cheesecake, and it was the perfect finish. Can’t wait to go back — this location definitely sets the bar high for BOA!
