The Best Tableside Dining Experiences in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Many restaurants serve tableside steak tartare, but at Boa Steakhouse, the raw steak is ground tableside in a hand-cranked metal grinder. Once fully minced, the beef is tossed with Tabasco, cognac, Worcestershire sauce, extra-virgin olive oil, shallots, whole-grain mustard, and more before it is neatly plated and crowned with a bright-orange raw egg yolk and a dusting of sea salt and Parmesan. To top it off, the server pours water over the dry ice surrounding the plate for a smoky, picture-perfect moment." - Emmy Kasten

The Biggest Restaurant Openings in Las Vegas, October 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Back on the Strip as of October 17, thirteen years after closing its original Forum Shops location, this returning steakhouse has a new home across the street inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort. Beyond high‑quality steaks — including a Japanese Wagyu flight featuring three different two‑ounce bites — the menu leans luxe with deviled eggs topped with Kaluga caviar, roasted bone marrow, and a “boujee” twice‑baked potato with creme fraiche, chives, and caviar." - Ryan Slattery

Boa Steakhouse Will Open on the Strip at the Venetian This Fall | Eater Vegas

"After more than a decade away, this sleek California-based steakhouse returns to the Las Vegas Strip with a new outpost at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Resort, following an earlier Forum Shops at Caesars Palace location that closed in 2012 after seven years. Debuted in West Hollywood in 2001 as a “swanky beef temple,” the brand now brings a menu overseen by corporate executive chef Brendan Collins: plenty of steaks (including a 40-day dry-aged New York strip, cuts from Creekstone Farms and Westholm Australian wagyu, and Japanese A5 wagyu), longtime favorites like caviar-filled cones and the “boujee” twice-baked potato with creme fraiche, chives, and caviar, plus a Caesar salad prepared table-side, Nova Scotia lobster tail, goat cheese baklava, and lobster macaroni and cheese. Vegas-exclusive dishes—caviar-topped chicken nuggets, Creekstone Farms steak tartare, and panko-crusted lobster—join a setting with a main dining room, three private dining rooms, and a patio; hours run 5 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays." - Rebecca Roland

Google
I had the opportunity to try the newly opened BOA location at the Venetian while visiting Las Vegas and it did nit disappoint. I’ve only ever had the dessert at their Austin location so when I found out this location opened, I had to experience their full menu. To start, we ordered the wagyu meatball which just melts in your mouth. The bread and sauce combo was also amazing. We also ordered the table side Caesar salad which was delicious and tasted fresh. For our mains, we opted for the petit filet and the skirt steak fries. Everything was cooked well and I really appreciate that BOA uses beef tallow to cook the fries in, which was really tasty (BOA is seed oil free). For our sided, we chose the mac and cheese original and the chipotle street corn, both of which were phenomenal. Lastly, we had the cookies and ice cream combo for dessert and this was a must try if you’re a cookie lover. Shoutout to Andy who took care of us while we dined. From the service, to the food and atmosphere, everything was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Boa just opened a few days ago at the Venetian so I had to try it out. It’s a beautiful restaurant just as is any other restaurant in there. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, however just know you will be waiting a long time for your dishes to come out. I am sure it will get better in the coming weeks, but be warned they’re still figuring that out. I loved the deviled eggs with caviar, and the scallops with butter. The Cajun ribeye was delicious. The lamb chops was also very good but I should’ve gotten the ribeye. The sides to me were okay. We had the creamed spinach and the bruleed corn. I have had better sides but that’s okay. The carrot cake IS A MUST.

What had me excited most are the Zero Proof & Mocktails offerings. It’s very friendly to those with dietary restrictions with a great willingness by the staff to accommodate in every way possible. Between the fabulous seating options and a staff that goes above and beyond to make your evening beautiful with attention to detail and personable service. Don’t miss the rewards program, and it’s even set with a special way to pay that includes deals on payment packages and cash back that you just don’t see in a lot of other places. They want you to come back, and with everything they offer, you can clearly see that loyalty means a great deal to them. Rest assured - you’ll be in good hands. They even have an amazing malleable Private Dining area that can be expanded twice to give you the absolutely best for your large party needs. We’re lucky to have this new kid on the block in Vegas!

BOA Steakhouse is upscale but still relaxed, perfect for a night out. The food is has an elevated take, and the presentation of every dish showed real attention to detail. Definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for a classy dinner with great energy. Jose and Jake were great and enhanced our dining experience!

Went to Boa two nights in a row!!! Had great service both times. Servers Mike D. and Nick C. we're both awesome and made great recommendations. Bartender Justin was awesome and made it a great experience. The Japanese F-1 filet was so tender and juicy, got it medium rare Oscar style and it was perfect. Australian wagyu was delicious!!! The steak and tuna tartar were both fantastic. Super happy with the choices we made!!!

Exceptional from start to finish. The ambiance is classy and welcoming, the service is attentive and genuinely above and BEYOND! Every dish—from appetizers to sides—was bursting with flavor. We had salmon and Chilean bass and it exceeded our expectations! The service is absolutely IMPECCABLE. Thank you so much for making our special day so special.

All staff members were extremely attentive and kind. The food was beyond amazing and full of flavor. No doubt the food was made with such passion and love for food. The overall experience was wonderful with great ambience and lighting. 10/10 would recommend, well worth it

The new BOA Steakhouse is gorgeous! The vibe, the staff, the food — everything was on point! Gigi made the best Espresso Martinis (we had 3 rounds because they were that good 🍸). Our server Vince and his assistant Drew were amazing — super friendly, gave great recommendations, and kept our table spotless. We had the Table-Side Caesar Salad and Spicy Tuna Cones to start, the 15-Day Dry Aged Ribeye for our entrée, plus Mac & Cheese and Lobster Mash on the side — everything was chef’s kiss. Ended the night with their creamy Cheesecake, and it was the perfect finish. Can’t wait to go back — this location definitely sets the bar high for BOA!

Yelp
The highest level of service in Las Vegas. A quiet ambience that insulates you from the incessant noise and nonstop music blaring in the casinos. A great place to take actually want to have a conversation with... whether for business, friendship or for romance selection was sophisticated the wine selection elegant. a special shout out to Taylor for making my wife's birthday a special occasion.

Yelp
My first visit was a Christmas dinner with the work team. Private room, set menu, good vibes, let's goooo.. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a great steak dinner night with the team: Contemporary vibes, dimly lit, and undeniably high-class. BOA Steakhouse delivers both style and substance for a dress up night out. The cuisine was phenomenal and met all expectations for the $$$$ price point. Starters: tuna cones - Fresh and tasty. beef skewers, Caesar salad - crisp all around Empanadas - showcased creativity and taste in every bite. The sides were on point: sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, and whipped potatoes. My ribeye was perfect: Juicy, tender, medium rare and full of flavor. The knife sliced right through it like butter. Every bite was savory, fantastic work here The service team assigned to our room was on point. Waters and beverages were always full. The sommelier was helpful with pairing the wines from the salads to the cuts later. BOA just jumped into my top 5 steak houses on the Strip. The competition is fierce but BOA is definitely there. Swing by, thrown down the credit card and enjoy. Cheers!

Yelp
Final private game of the year wraps. Time for one last dinner with the poker buds before turning 100 percent focus on enjoying the holidays. A steakhouse for steakhouse noobs. It's not a bad thing. Just different. 1. US steaks are minimally aged (15 days). It does very little to tenderize or develop the beefy flavors. If you enjoy Costco steak on the regular, you'll enjoy this. 2. Loads of non steak dishes some cooked really well ie the outstanding shrimp scampi with its perfectly cooked jumbo shrimp in a zesty caper butter. 3. Interesting twists on steakhouse classics that make them more approachable to new diners. For example, the beef tartare, cubed raw beef, shallots, cornichons, egg yolk and so much pesto that it completely obliterates all the other flavors. But if you like pesto, oh yeah. Pass on the caviar cones. While the cone itself is crisp and light, there just isn't enough caviar to make this special. Other places make it better. The deviled eggs with caviar, a generous topping of caviar but too simple. Why not combine all the elements of a traditional caviar service in the whipped yolks? The beef; well trimmed, very well seared, one level over temp (all ordered mid rare, all arrived medium). The 15 day dry aged bone in ribeye, OK. As already mentioned, not super tender. Not special. The "BOA Westholme Trio", Australian wagyu New York, ribeye, and filet also to share, better tenderness and flavor. The "BOA Boujee twice baked potato" is a must get. Extremely rich, crème fraiche, chives, ikura (salmon roe) and caviar. Get one as a side for every two people. This is outstanding. Solid service but no up sell ability. Good wine program with limited by the glass offerings. Correctly made cocktails. A very well priced mid tier eater that will impress steakhouse noobs and has just enough to keep it interesting for seasoned steakhouse veterans.

Yelp
By far the best anniversary experience we have had! We can't wait to come back! Food: The Chicken Parmesan was rich with flavor, the fresh pomodoro, fior di latte, and basil made every bite so good! The Skirt Steak we were told was marinated in a pineapple sauce which was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the tallow fries were a standout!! I've never had tallow fries before, and now I feel like I always need to have them as they were that good! And the mac n' cheese? Easily some of the best we've had: extra creamy, super cheesy, and the perfect comfort bite! And the bread? Ridiculously good; buttery, pillowy, warm, and served with different flavored butters that made it impossible not to finish! Then ending the night with their in-house warm chocolate chip cookies, vanilla ice cream, and a champagne toast was honestly the perfect surprise. It was the sweetest way to end our anniversary dinner! For drinks, my husband's Smoke Show had a smooth rye base with a touch of maple and orange bitters, finished with a smoky aroma. My Coco Loco was light, tropical, and refreshing! It was perfect balance of coconut water, lime, and pineapple! Service: The service was incredible from the start. The hosts greeted us so genuinely and even congratulated us on our anniversary as soon as they pulled up our reservation. Everyone made us feel welcome! Shoutout to our server! We believe her name was Janelle ( sorry if we spelled that wrong)! She was very knowledgeable, attentive without hovering, and made sure everything was fresh and tasted great! She also created the sweetest dessert moment for our anniversary! She truly made our night! Additionally the GM stopped by our table to say hello and asked us how everything was! I was try amazed by this level of service! Ambiance: The ambiance at BOA was perfect for our anniversary! It has a modern & upscale feel to it! It's that sweet spot between fine dining and nightlife, with sleek décor, warm lighting, and a vibe that makes you want to dress up! It was dressy enough for a special dinner, but lively enough to feel like a full night out. We loved it for our anniversary!

Yelp
Delicious! My husband & I were thankfully able to do a walk-in on a weeknight. Service was friendly & attentive. Restaurant was beautiful! - goat cheese baklava: SO delicious. Love the truffle and savory take on this dessert. Would definitely recommend if you like goat cheese (I know it can be polarizing for some people lol) - marinated skirt steak frites: this was the best skirt steak I've had! Meat was super tender & loved the seasoning. Fries were a little too thick for my liking but still pretty good. - Chilean seabass: loved the tang from the blood orange & it was tasty don't get me wrong, but don't think I need to get this again. - corn creme brulee: I'm a sucker for a caramelized sugar top & so this side really stood out to us. It is quite sweet as a side dish though & almost preferred maybe something savory in the dish to balance it out Overall, great experience here & would return for their skirt steak & baklava!

Yelp
Went to the grand opening of BOA Las Vegas steakhouse at the Venetian Grand Canal Shops. It was incredible - the food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Highly recommend for a fantastic steak experience on the strip. Really great vibes!! Will definitely be back & recommend to others looking for a great steakhouse. It's also the perfect choice to pair with a show at the sphere. A quick 10 min walk over the pedestrian bridge to the sphere. We tried the waygu, bone marrow, waygu meatballs, caviar, shrimp, caprese skewers, New York strip steak and then for something sweet; carrot cake, macaroons, cupcake!! For drinks, we had wine, champagne, & craft cocktails. Loved everything !

Yelp
What a delicious experience! We came here during their first week opening and everything we ordered was so good. We started out with a the devil eggs and scallops as our appetizers. Let me tell you, best devil eggs we ever had! The main entree I opted for the Cajun cowboy steak and it was cooked perfect. The seasoning they used on it was so good. For the sides we had corn crème brûlée and spinach cream, both delicious. For dessert we had the carrot cake. One of the best we had. As for the service, it was wonderful. We liked it so much we are already planing our next visit.

Yelp
The latest addition to the Innovative Dining Group collection of premium culinary experiences is in the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes and is sure to be a spectacular smash hit! The beautiful space which has something for everyone including three private rooms feels like classic Vegas with an innovative twist. Although it just recently opened, the staff seems very well trained and the experience, food and beverage, and ambience are very consistent with the quality and standards at BOA on Sunset Blvd and other locations. The apps, steaks, drinks, desserts and service were top notch and they even had some unique dishes exclusive to the LV location, such as the creamed corn brûlée that was a great addition to my usual sides. The steak (15 day aged ribeye) was of very high quality and cooked perfectly medium rare. While not a typical steakhouse dish, the chicken parm is the best I've ever had and a must try - trust me! When it seems like you cannot take another bite, it's hard to resist BOA's signature desserts to cap off the epic experience. So glad to have a new option in Vegas that delivers the same quality and high standards found in other BOA locations.

Yelp
Beautiful classy space without the dark dim lighting of other steakhouses. Came here for my birthday and was VERY impressed. Juan was our server and super descriptive on the menu items; couple of his recommendations stood out :) We had the caviar cones, wagyu meatballs, crab cakes, table side Caesar, Chilean sea bass, bone in ribeye, lobster Mac and corn creme brulee. Absolutely love the caviar cones as it's wrapped in like a philli dough kinda cone, super crispy like chips; with a HUGE dollop of caviar on it. Always love a tableside Caesar - gentleman who made the Caesar dressing (Jonathan) was as great as Juan. Lobster Mac and cheese had large pieces of lobster in it; not no chunks; I had couple claws. U HAVE TO GET THE CORN CREME BRULEE! It's what it sounds and it's amazing. Chilean seabass was perfectly tender and not at all fishie; as was the crab cakes. We got a few desserts for my birthday. Ofc, tasty. Sticky toffee cake, carrot cake and a strawberry dessert. Also comes with a presentation :) Do not sleep on the drinks! I got The Elit with caviar filled olives -- basically a martini, I asked for dirty. The Clean - cucumber martini was soooooo refreshing & I am not a cucumber drink girlie. My friends adored their Palomas. My 1st experience at Boa and will not be my last. I've already been thinking about who can go sit at the bar with me this week for a few nibbles lol

Yelp
Went during their grand opening so the entrees were half off. Good selection, nice presentation and service was good. Lots of staff. The hostess stand was super busy. Had to send back the Austrian wagyu rib eye since they overcooked it... rare went to med. sadly I got charged for 2 steaks! Tried calling for 2 days and hostess never picked up phone. Finally got through, left msg for manager and didn't hear back. Sooo, this is not a response I was looking for and a restaurant I'll go probably not go back to. Prices were steep even by Vegas standards. The 1/2 helped, but that was limited time.

Yelp
I came here for a late dinner on a Wednesday night around 10pm. I wanted to make a reservation but they were all booked out for there 50% deal for locals. Luckily I was able to get a seat without a reservation. The place was very nice and would serve as a great date spot. Dress code is def more upscale. Food overall was not bad. Scallops 7/10: scallop is prob my favorite seafoood of all time so I def have a bias. Their scallop was cooked well, not too over cooked but not too undercooked. I do wish the sauce was a bit more citrusy to add a bit more zest. Hamachi crudo 5/10: I give them a lot of props for the sauce that came w the dish. However the fish did not taste fresh. It was a bit fishy. Good thing the sauce was able to mask it a bit. Steak tartare 9/10: this was sooo good. It came with a side of bread for you to eat it with. It was flavorful with umami flavors. This tartare just felt unique because it had some pickles in it which gave it a bit of a tang. Prob our favorite dish of the night. Marinated skirt steak frites cooked to medium 7/10: the steak was cooked really nicely to what we expected. I did wish the meat was a bit more tender. It was more on the tough side. There wasn't much seasoning to the meat so we did ask for other sauces to dip it with. The fries were very fragrant and crispy. I could taste a bit of the beef tallow they fried it in! Sea bass 6/10: I also usually like sea bass alot, especially when it's super buttery and kinda melts. I felt like the way they cooked the fish lacked flavor and that buttery texture I was looking for. Sides: -Brussels sprouts 6/10 not bad nothing super special. I liked how it wasn't burnt like how a lot of places make it. -Potato with truffle 10/10!! Would def order this again. Super strong truffle taste and the mash potato was silky - corn with lime 9/10: hard to go wrong w this dish. Think elote without the cheese. The food did take awhile to come. But they are still in their grand opening stage so I'll give them a pass. Service was very friendly as well. Our server explained the menu well to us. Good experience overall. Hopefully they do fix the little kinks by the time they establish themselves more.

Yelp
When my buddy got wind of BOA making its return to Vegas, he immediately booked a reservation for us at the Venetian. He previously had a great experience at the Sunset Blvd location in West Hollywood. So of course he was excited to indulge again and I was also excited it being my first time. There are some kinks that needed to be worked out for them to be more dialed in but... Let's start with the positives: When we arrived at 8:45pm (reservations were at 9pm). We had a friendly greeting by the hostesses and were able to get seated immediately by Courtney, one of the managers. Upon walking to our table we noticed the modern styles ambiance and the vibrant atmosphere. Our server Paul greeted us promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. Paul was ready to take our drink order, but we were excited and ready to order our food as well. We ordered: DRINKS Sunkiss Coco Loco Parker House Rolls* SALAD Tableside Caesar Salad SIGNATURE SIDES Lobster Mac & Cheese Corn Crème Brûlée MAIN ENTRES Cajun Cowboy Ribeye Chilean Sea Bass DESSERT Sticky Toffee Pudding Drinks came out fairly quickly and they were delicious. About 10 mins after our side plates were set we were informed they had ran out of the Parker Rolls and offered us other options but we declined. We were looking forward to start it off right with those rolls to hold us till our salad came. Our salad eventually came after 45 mins. Jonathan who made our Tableside Cesar Salad was great and explained all the ingredients as he was making the salad for us. We both enjoyed the salad. Our Sides and Entrees have arrived. The Lobster Mac N Cheese was pretty amazing The Corn Crème Brûlée was pretty good but on the sweeter side Cajun Cowboy Ribeye was burnt on the outside and was not cooked medium as requested. It was more of a medium well. (See videos and pictures) My Buddy has ordered this before and said he wasn't able to taste the Cajun seasoning and spices. He just tasted char. I tried a piece and unfortunately I would have to agree with him. Chilean Sea Bass was not fresh, unflavorful and had a bit of an after taste. Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing To sum things up the place was aesthetically pleasing and ambience was great. The servers were friendly and did the best they can being it was opening week. The side dishes and dessert were pretty good, but the main dishes were very disappointing. We could tell our server Paul was doing his best effort a scrambling to find someone to get started on our Tableside Caesar but it still took 45 mins before it eventually came. We were disappointed that they ran out of Parker Rolls but even more disappointed to find it on the bill after we had already paid. Paul did offer to remove the Cajun Cowboy Steak off the bill and did acknowledge and accepted the feedback graciously but my buddy insisted on not removing it from the bill. We already planned on ordering the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Paul also offered us dessert on the house but again my buddy insisted on not comping that either. In the end Paul tried to do his best and we appreciate his efforts. There were a lot of things not in his control. Paul took care of our drinks and dessert. We took care of him as well as he was great as our server. We would love to go back maybe in a few months when all the kinks have been sorted out and they have things a bit more dialed in with food quality, staffing, inventory.

Yelp
Went for dinner on the restaurant's second opening night. We ordered the crab cakes, bone marrow, NY strip steak, and the "boujee" twice-baked potato, along with 3 glasses of wine and 2 cocktails. Total came to $345 before tax and tip. Service was excellent; multiple staff members checked on us and everything came out promptly. The cocktails, bone marrow, and crab cakes were good, but the steak was just okay. Overall, a great experience for an opening weekend.

Yelp
Whether the Venetian-Palazzo needs a sixth Steakhouse, the third to open in six months, is a conversation one assumes must have occurred at some point, but in mid-October 2025 California's BOA debuted for the second time in Sin City where Emeril's Table 10 used to reside. A sizable space reinvented thrice in recent memory, Innovative Dining Group sparing no expense with a build-out that looks sleek and sexy, guests are invited to sit in a variety of tables or booths while the diverse menu ranges from Steak or Italian to Indian and Mediterranean. Targeting locals with an opening 50% discount, arguably one of the best fine dining offers in Las Vegas history, Cocktails are in the expected range with both the Smoke Show and Espresso Martini prepared tableside to pair with Parker House Rolls and luxurious Caviar Cones. Originally opened in 2001 in West Hollywood, signatures such as Goat Cheese Baklava and Wagyu Cigars with Black Garlic Aioli still showing well today, Steak Tartare is fairly typical while the Meatballs with a fine grind are not overworked and stand out even in a Casino with at least a dozen other options. Sourcing Steaks from top purveyors domestic and abroad, Thursday's "Boa Westholme Trio" perfect for sharing, Chicken Parm is as it should be adjacent Sweet Corn Agnolotti that outpaces Lobster Fra Diavolo which is more "fishy" than spicy. Dividing Sides into "Classic" and "Signature," the Fries and Mac decidedly underwhelming, Boa's "Boujee" Twice Baked Potato delivers on the name while Corm Creme Brulee offers a nice segue to Desserts such as warm Cookies or Mascarpone Cheesecake. Rotating additional sweets, "Valrhona Chocolate Cremeux" offering five decadent textures, Carrot Cake is easily overlooked but executed nicely with the same to be said of steamy Toffee Pudding crowned by a scoop of slowly-melting Ice Cream.

Yelp
We decided to stop in for a little girls night dinner. The venue is beautiful. Dinner started a little but then a wonderful man named Ryan ( the Somalia) spot stopped by agreed to us with the warmest smile. He took care of us and explained the menu expertly. He recommended the best of the best things. The bougie baked potato is quite possibly one of the best things I've ever eaten and I will be there many many times to get it again. Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful and classy and quiet enough that you can talk obviously the company and the food is what made our night but meeting new people like is what makes hospitality so wonderful.

Yelp
Had a very nice time for my birthday dinner. Such a stunning restaurant. Service was immaculate, couldn't have been better. We shared the caviar cones, tuna tartare, and goat cheese baklava. The baklava was out of this world. I think I'm still dreaming about it. The caviar cones were nice, a great size. I think if there was a way to pipe the potato and the crème fraiche evenly throughout the cone it would have been even better. We will definitely come back !

Yelp
BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME AND IT WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST TIME! Services: we had to wait 45mins for our drinks! I cocktail, 2 wines and a Coke Zero! Food: last time we went the steaks were tasteless & tough so the manager Joel said to try the chicken parmigiana & halibut. So the 2 men in our group orders steaks one was a NY & the Cajun Cowboy. The had ZERO seasoning on the steaks they had to order Cajun & salt on the side! Not only that but their steaks are really tough & hard! The other girl and I ordered chicken parmigiana and the halibut. We all agree the chicken parmigiana was the WOST most bland tasteless item there! Think of a TV dinner that's how bad it was! I had to put salt on it I've never put salt on a chicken parmigiana before. The halibut was cooked right but had nothing on it. It was just grilled. We also got the table side Caesar. Nothing impressive. The bone marrow which only comes with 1 bone and then like my husband said 4 lil cheap Costco brisket tacos lol The only thing we agreed upon that was good was the oysters probably because they weren't cooked. I wouldn't even COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR FREE! That's how bad the service & food is! For a Vegas style restaurant they fail in every category possible!

Yelp
Seriously THEEEEE BEST experience I've ever had at a steakhouse, and I've been to quite a few in our town. I have not shut up about our experience and it's been a week MIKE FROM NY WAS PHENOMENAL- the most welcoming, funny, genuinely nice server I've ever had!! "Bruno Saturn" (not Mars lol) was also just as awesome - he did our tableside presentations and was so enthusiastic and entertaining. The drinks were delicious, as were the lamb lollipops, ribeye, Bougie twice baked potato, and Brussel sprouts. We were celebrating a special occasion so I pre-ordered a dessert platter which was really a nice and tasty touch! We had more than enough to take home for leftovers - which were still delicious btw. We will be back and THANK YOU for such a memorable experience!!

Yelp
Definitely one of the better restaurants on the strip. I came to see what they were all about, and I will definitely be returning, even at full price (this first week is 1/2 off for locals). My review/rating is appetizer and sides heavy. So maybe don't use me for steak recommendations. Caviar cones- the caviar with mashed potatoes in the cone created an amazing bite Bread & butter- the bread was fluffy and delicious with the house made butter Crab cakes- the remoulade & capers complemented the meaty crab cakes perfectly Steak tartare- lots of flavor going into each bite Shrimp scampi- the shrimps are large; eat each bite with the bread dipped in the sauce to get extra flavor Caesar salad- although the dressing was outstanding, at the end of the day, it's just lettuce and some croutons. Not sure I'd want to pay $24 for lettuce and croutons Cajun steak- wanted to try something different. It was solid, but doesn't make me want to come back as much as the appetizers and sides Seabass- The top pieces that had the seasoning were great, but the fish was kind of thick so some of the inside areas & bottom would have a lot less taste Lobster mac & cheese- one of the better ones that I've had Corn creme brulee- wasn't sure what to expect but this was 5 stars in my book Mashed potatoes- simple but just what we were looking for -The service was superb, exactly as you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber -Ambiance was beautiful and the staff was all so friendly

Yelp
BOA steakhouse finally opened in Vegas!!! Their other locations are LA and Austin. They had an amazing deal for locals... 50% off the entire bill!!! It's unheard of!!! We had to make a rsvp and let me tell you... you can't get rsvp anymore bc they are booked! We went Saturday night which is the 2nd night. Place was packed. They had all hands on deck... like every manager. The restaurant is modern ly decorated.. minimalist which I liked. Very open space. They sat us outside in their "extended patio" I guess you would describe it. The menu was a good decent size and what I loved about it was its very organized and easy to read. Straight to the point. The only thing is it didn't list how much the steak oz was, just the prices. So you would have to inquire about that. Because it was 50% deal, we we're as hesitant on what we were ordering. We wanted to try everything out. There were 6 of us and we are close so we didn't mind sharing everything. We went first with half of the seafood tower because the full had a dozen of everything and we didn't want to be too full when the meats came and it was a good size. The shrimp were huge! It was all so tasted and fresh. The trip Westholme Australian Wagyu was a good size... total of 60oz of meat. Left was the ribeye, middle was filet mignon and right was the strip. All so tender and amazingly seasoned. They also put a side of different types of salt on the board if you want to sprinkle more on. They gave 3 different sides of sauce. The skirt steak frites were everyone's favorite. It looked plain on plating with the tallow fries but it was definitely seasoned well and the tenderness of the skirt was the best I've ever had. Flavor was on point! The 15 day aged tomahawk was everyone's least favorite. We all agreed the size of it was just definitely smaller than what we've all had before. Seasoning was done well. However, it was over cooked and dry for us. Instead of medium rare, it bc as more like well-done. There are some areas that were medium in the middle. Very sad and disappointed. We had like half of the tomahawk meat left at the end of the dinner. The Cajun cowboy ribeye was deliciously seasoned and tender. Came out with curly onions and some greens. The Australian Wagyu trio was cooked perfect to perfection. They recommended cooking it to "medium" because of all the marbling of the Wagyu it turned out perfect to medium rare. The one thing I have to mention was the meats came out cold which I hate. The Cajun cowboy came out on a skillet so it was still warm but the butter on top of it didn't completely melt well enough because it wasn't as hot. I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was warmer. The Cesar salad is definitely worth getting it. We ordered 2 Cesar salads shared by 6 people and it was enough for us to all try some. I could definitely eat more of it, it was really tasty. Sides were a little on the small side, maybe to share between 2 people... 3 of you don't much sides. We ordered the tallow truffle fries (not worth it). The lobster Mac and cheese was good, but I've had better. The Brussels sprouts with bacon was decent. They gave complimentary cookies which was nice, but it was a little on the hard side. Be better if it was warm. Atmosphere was nice for a dinner date or out with friends. Service was a little slow on the water refills and at the end with the bill. We met the executive manager/district manager and he gave us a tour of the restaurant after our meal and took us to their private rooms which can seat a total of 88 people or made smaller into 3 different rooms. Overall, I would come back. Price is steep but the 50% off made it soooo worth it! It's definitely a splurge

Yelp
The new BOA Steakhouse is gorgeous! The vibe, the staff, the food -- everything was on point! Gigi made the best Espresso Martinis (we had 3 rounds because they were that good ). Our server Vince and his assistant Drew were amazing -- super friendly, gave great recommendations, and kept our table spotless. We had the Table-Side Caesar Salad and Spicy Tuna Cones to start, the 15-Day Dry Aged Ribeye for our entrée, plus Mac & Cheese and Lobster Mash on the side -- everything was chef's kiss. Ended the night with their creamy Cheesecake, and it was the perfect finish. Can't wait to go back -- this location definitely sets the bar high for BOA!

Yelp
We had the most amazing dinner tonight at BOA. Paul paid great attention to our table and we couldn't have asked for better. The Parker house bread was delicious and the butter added a great depth. We also had the tempura cauliflower which came with a golden raisin chutney and garlic aioli, whoever the chef is that thought of this combination, THANK YOU! We tried the ribeye and the skirt steak frites, both were perfectly prepared and the skirt steak was the best I have ever had. As sides with had the brussel sprouts that had a touch of mustard to them which I have never had as a combination before but it worked great. The smashed broccoli is something I will come back for, a very light heat to it and just perfectly prepared. The tallow fries were crispy and the perfect addition to the steak. I also tried one of their mocktails, paper crane and if you like gin I would highly recommend giving this one a try. Lastly the restaurant is beautiful, while many tables around us had groups seated it didn't feel crowded and we could easily have a good conversation over a fantastic meal.

Yelp
We came on day 5 of their opening and while there were a few minor kinks, it was still a 5 star dining experience due to the wonderful and attentive Jose as well as the 50% off deal this week for locals. They really should keep at least a 30% off for locals until they build a following. The proteins were all above excellent. We got the Japanese A5 wagyu (2 different kinds since they were sold out of the snow) and seabass. Sides- Corn creme brulee- good concept, poor execution. The cream sauce was grainy and way too sweet. Baked potato- hard inside, like they precooked it and let it get cold before reheating. It wasn't fluffy for $18. Smashed broccoli- must get, so unique! We had them course out our food, but I think it threw them off since it was an hour between courses. It took over 3 hours for us to get those 6 dishes in 3 courses. Aside from that, they were supposed to brinf out our most expensive A5 with the double stuffed caviar baked potato, but they brought out the meat and said they were sold out of potatoes. They should have told us before bringing out the meat since we needed a side with it. They took our itawe wagyu ($150 for 3oz) that was already cut back so they could keep it warm while they made us a potato. By the time they brought it back out the meat was over cooked and sitting in a pile of blood. Paired with the hard baked potato and 3.5hr dinner, the end could have been better. Johnny Seo was the man of the hour. We look forward to dining with them again and hope they work out the kinks. :) Keep up discounts for locals!

Yelp
Great new steakhouse on the strip. We had the center-cut filet and bone-in filet with wagyu meatball, chipotle lime corn, bone marrow. They even brought out samplers at no extra cost. Food was cooked to perfection. Other than the steaks, the bone marrow was my favorite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic steakhouse and for a special occasion.

Yelp
Terrible and frustrating experience for those with dietary restrictions. They act like they are doing you a favor for your ridiculous needs. Expect to be lumped into a group of annoyances and be treated exactly that way.

Yelp
After spotting this restaurant in West Hollywood recently, I was pleasantly surprised to hear of the Vegas location opening up so soon! This is an upscale steakhouse with some great seafood offerings since this is in the same restaurant group as Sushi Roku! It was just a "soft opening" so many of the servers and management from the California locations were there training staff. Everyone we met was super nice and took the time to come and chat us up which I always appreciate during soft/ grand openings. We met "Johnny Vegas" who was their GM who checked on us several times which was super nice. Our server was Paul who did an amazing job and we will definitely request him again. Courtney, their manager also came to check on us and was super sweet. Service alone was 10 out of 10. Now to the food- we started with the Parker House Rolls. They had ton of herbs in them which I loved, but not really the boyfriend's thing - but he still enjoyed. The herb butter was also yummy. I'd give these a 8/10. We also started with the Wagyu Cigars which has a Mediterranean kick to them and a nice chili style dipping sauce. They are basically egg rolls with a different type of spice to them. Would rate these a 7/10. The star of the appetizer show for me was the Ahi Tartare. There was some lime leaf in it which gave it a unique flavor. 10/10 I finished all of it. lol. The boyfriend ordered the Japanese Wagyu Flight. It was $245 for 2oz each of 3 types of Wagyu. 10/10 recommend if you want to try Japanese Wagyu. They recommended having a slice of each one after another to taste the difference. The best was of course the Hokkaido Snow Beef which is very rarely served. Melted in your mouth like butter! 2oz may not sound like a lot, but when the meat is so fatty, it's just enough! I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye which was cooked perfectly medium. They definitely know how to cook a steak and this is coming from two people who have tried almost every steakhouse in Vegas. They do a nice sear/ char which leaves a nice crust on the steak. 10/10! For our sides we ordered the brulee corn which was super good. Reminded me of Steak 48's corn. This version had some peppers in it making it more savory than sweet. We also ordered the truffle mashed potatoes which I will say was the only disappointment. It was lacking flavor and butter. 4/10. Do not skip on the dessert - cookies and ice cream were great, but the cheesecake was amazing! It was made with more mascarpone and was really light and not too sweet! Each cocktail we tried was great- the boa fusion, the blackberry smash, and the smoke show were all 10/10! They are running a locals special right now for 50% off their first couple of days and I highly recommend you make a reservation to try everything you can! We spent about $500 not including tip, with the locals discount so be prepared to spend money here, but have a great and worthwhile experience. This will be my new recommendation to friends and family for a great steakhouse dinner

Yelp
Very good service during the opening week. They offered locals 50% off and we ordered Seafood Tower, Cowboys Steak, Caviar rolls, mushrooms, fries. Everything is delicious! Restaurant is beautiful and moody. Very nice. For opening week, everyone is very organized and knows what they are doing. Just a note that if you use the QR code to pay, there's a service fee of $5.99 which we were not informed prior to paying. So that's 1 star deduction. Just pay cash to avoid unnecessary charges to your bill. Give it a try, 2nd floor up the escalator.

Yelp
Everything about the experience was pure perfection. The staff were all genuinely kind, inviting and made sure I was well taken care of. I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar since I was dining solo, and all the amazing scents from the drinks that were being poured were quite titillating to my sense of smell. I literally had to wipe the drool coming out of my mouth in between the bites of my steak, yeah it was that good. As you can see in the photo, the baked potato was almost magical. lol I can't wait to return and I highly recommend everyone dine here at least once in their lifetime.

Yelp
Outstanding steakhouse that should be experienced. The food is all top quality and delivered in beautiful fashion. The Waygu cigars are presented in an iconic manner and are delicious. The restaurant layout is beautiful and provides a relaxing feel. The staff are all upbeat and excited to make guests feel welcomed.

Yelp
Got lucky and was able to attend a soft open event. The food was INSANE. Best steak house experience I've ever had. Staff was incredible. Brought the leftovers home for my gf, and this morning she says (I had dreams of the Sea Bass and Mashed Potatoes). Drop everything you're doing, and go to BOA! 11/10

Yelp
Had an incredible dinner at BOA Steakhouse! The evening was unforgettable--excellent food, top-tier service, and an atmosphere that felt dialed in from the moment we arrived. Hard to believe it was their first night of service, because everything ran seamlessly. Multiple managers checked in on our table, and Joe Cortez in particular stood out for his attentiveness and professionalism. His team executed flawlessly. We'll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the staff for an exceptional experience! -- Randy Eng

Service was great. Obviously opening weekend it's busy but we enjoyed everything. It was worth it! Joel helped us out as well he's awesome!

Yelp
The Wagyu cigars are a must. Chicken parm was excellent and so were the drinks and service.

Yelp
This was our second time dining at BOA, and it was even better than the first time. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was dialed in. The people are amazing, had numerous table touches from management to the serving team etc. The food was spectacular - apps, main course, desserts, drinks - all of it. And Lyndsey, our server was excellent! Great attitude, friendly, attentive - true pro in what she does!

Yelp
My husband and I ate at BOA Steakhouse tonight and the service and food were beyond amazing. Our server, Juan, and his assistant Caleb, were attentive and always available. We ordered the baklava goat cheese and beef cigars (I forget the actual menu name) for the starter and my husband had the ribeye steak with truffle fries. The ribeye was perfection and I would probably order that next time. My entree was the lobster with spaghetti. It was delicious and also perfectly cooked. Overall, I give this 5 stars due to the ambiance, service, and food. Also the ladies at the hostess stand were cheerful and welcoming. Make your next date night or dinner night here! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
BOA Steakhouse Las Vegas returns after more than a decade, this time to The Venetian Resort, which apparently wants to corner the steakhouse market on the Strip (seriously; as of this review it houses Delmonico Steakhouse, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Smith & Wollensky, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, BOA, and COTE). Through 23 October, BOA is offering Vegas locals 50% off the entire bill. Such a generous offer could not be ignored. Full menu prices are listed. Food Wagyu Cigars ($28): Two hefty cylinders, presented in a cigar box, then snipped tableside to a still-substantial four pieces. Wrapper not too thick and well fried. Stuffing hella rich; one bite and I almost quit then and there. Dip rather mild but very good paired with the cigar. A bit messy to eat, shed phyllo flakes and meat morsels everywhere. Petite Filet ($68): Reported as 8oz (the menu very oddly did not list the ounces for any of the non-waygu Turf offerings). Good sear. On the very low edge of medium-rare throughout the beef, giving a quite soft texture. Subtle seasoning, meat stood up well on its own, and pretty straightforward, which is fine. Loaded Baked Potato ($17): Champion spud, as it ought to be at that cost. Potato at the perfect firm/fork tender consistency. Toppings weren't enough for the entire interior, but the potato tasted good anyway; like the steak, sometimes a straightforward preparation is all that is needed. Appreciated that the skin was not turned into a salt bomb. Goat Cheese Baklava ($22): Four stacks. Uneven flavor distribution; some bites the truffle was overpowering, and cheese a bit scanty. Some phyllo layers, particularly the bottom, were a bit underdone, resisting the fork, and leading to a gummy bite. Frisee side was light citrusy deliciousness. Drink BOA 405 ($19x2): More fruity than savory, fresh strawberry forward. A light beginning, and I began twice. Smoke Show ($21): Tableside pour presentation from the smoke-filled bottle. Smooth, fantastic woodsmoke scent, good contrasting maple influence to the noticeable assertive whiskey bite. Golden Hour ($20): Foamy, enough honey and slight zest to produce a balanced soothing sipper. Value: Above average for the food, even at full price, for the relatively sizeable portions, quality ingredients and, for the most part, preparation and resulting taste. Cocktails, though very enjoyable, got the Strip casino markup and volume was a touch light. Atmosphere: Lounge/bar area observations only. Energetic. Loud, but manageable, and crowded most of the evening. Booth seating for shorties required a small hop up/shimmy to settle in, but did have a rail for heels. Bar had two well-positioned TVs tuned to sports. Service: *Minor opening issues first. Pacing was uneven and refills from the water person spotty. *Manager(?) circulated frequently to check on guest experiences. *To end on a happy note, staff were professionally delightful starting with the welcoming hostesses to the wonderful and helpful server Araceli.

Yelp
My wife and I came with no expectations and left amazed! The ambiance is fit for the perfect date night. Our servers were all extremely knowledgeable on the entire menu and worked with my wife's dietary restrictions to-a-tee! We started with the deviled eggs with caviar (nice touch), candied bacon with the Thai chili glaze and man let me tell you they knocked it out the park! 2nd coarse was Hamachi (fresh and buttery) then the table side Cesar salad (great presentation). 3rd coarse my wife had the Ahi as a main coarse (presentation and execution was top tier) and I had the bone in NY (charred mid rare, and was everything BUT MID LOL). To round it out we had the butterscotch toffee cake for my bday celebration. Every manager (shoutout to Joe) including the GM touched our table and made us feel like stars. The service is top notch and second to none, we look forward to making this our go-to spot for date nights for many years to come, CHEERS! P.S. honorable mention to the bar for producing amazing beverages throughout the evening!

Yelp
The place is cozy, the food and drinks amazing! Our waitress, Virginia- gave us the Boa experience- highly recommend. A taste of different foods on the menu:). Johnny, the GM, always a pleasure to dine in your restaurants!!

Yelp
Went to Boa for a friends birthday and sat at the bar. The food was so incredibly fresh/great quality, the drinks were tasty, and Rey took great care of us. I will absolutely be back!! Such a beautiful spot!

Yelp
Marvelous dining experience from the service to the food. Prices were very good for what we experienced. I wish we would have had a chance to come back before we left. It was that good.

Yelp
Attended the grand opening and was able to try most of the food featured. Was NOT fan of their popular Wagyu cigar dish, which kinda made me sick. The best thing honestly was the cauliflower and the cocktails. Beautiful interior very sexy and sleek, it was packed and would love to come back and try dining and enjoy a meal. Perfect place for date night

Yelp
EXCELLENT!! I'll keep this one short and sweet. Everything about our dinner experience was first class -- food, ambiance, service were all outstanding. Not inexpensive but well worth the cost. We are returning in a few weeks with a good friend.

Yelp
We started our dinner with some appetizers. The caviar deviled eggs were delicious. The sea saltiness of the caviar went really well with the smooth consistency of the deviled eggs. From there the food got even better. The goat cheese baklava with pistachios was phenomenal! The pastry dough was so light, so puff, it felt like melted in your mouth! The spicy tuna cones with caviar was one of the most unique and delicious dishes I've ever had! Such a rich, savory taste! Jose was our server and he recommended the Wagyu Cigars. The presentation complemented the dish perfectly. The rich black garlic yuzu aioli with a bit of chili elevated the beef dish to another level! The Ahi Tuna Tartare was another dish with unique smoking presentation and exquisite taste. And of course we had to try the Hamachi Crudo with black truffle as well. It did not disappoint. The skirt steak were prepared to perfection. The medium rare meat was ideal color and texture. The couple of dishes we didn't care about was the Alaskan Halibut and the sautéed mushroom. They weren't awful but just kinda meh. I would skip those on a future visit. We also tried couple of the cocktails, La Quebrada and Blackberry Smash. They were pleasantly fruity without being too sweet. Shout out to Jose, who recommended some of the dishes, and all of those were a hit with us. Looking forward to visit this place again, maybe for a girls night out next time!

Yelp
Start to finish everything was amazing. Started off with the tuna cones , baklava, bone marrow toast , and the wagyu cigars which had an amazing dipping sauce! My favorite steak was the Australian westholm NY cut , but the lamb chops were just as good as the steaks. Cocktails were amazing, I had the smoke show to start , and the expresso martini to finish. Both cocktails had a nice table side presentation! Desert was soo good get the cookies and the cheesecake !
