0/10 would not buy from this retailer. See below the letter of complaint I wrote to him:
Power,
I won’t be purchasing from you again. Going through kickstarter with your company has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever gone through.
In 2022, when I prepaid for ISS vanguard, you told me that its expected arrival date was somewhere in October/November. When October rolled around, it did not arrive. You did not inform me of this delay; I was left wondering if I would actually see what my money paid for. In fact, I had to ask you if it would arrive and then you said, and I quote ‘Single wave will be in 2023’.
2023 comes around and once again, no word for another year.
The same thing happened with my Voidfall purchase. When it arrived on the 25th of October, you asked if I would prefer picking it up or having it couriered over. I selected the courier option. Four days later, on the 29th of October, my order still hadn’t shipped. I asked after it again; no reply. It was on the 6th of August, after my constant chasing, that you finally shipped it out.
This experience has been disappointing, to say the least. You are setting expectations for your customers that you clearly cannot meet. I understand that the KS environment comes with a lot of uncertainty and delay which makes it difficult for a business to estimate turnaround time, but you need to do a better job of communicating with your customers. If you say that you can ship it out tomorrow, ship it out tomorrow. If you say it will come in October but there are delays with the order, communicate with your customer that you are not expecting it to come on time. Anything less creates conflict between yourself and your customer base and makes for a terrible experience.
I hope that you will do a better job in the future for other clients. I myself will not be going through you for any KS purchases.
